Claims (10)

  1. 一种尘杯组件,包括杯体及相对所述杯体能拆卸设置的尘气分离组件,所述杯体内形成收容空间,所述尘气分离组件包括主体部,所述主体部的下部伸入所述收容空间内,其特征在于,所述主体部的上部凸出所述杯体,且凸出部分的外壁形成尘杯组件的外表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:所述尘气分离组件上设有锁止组件,所述锁止组件包括能伸缩或旋转运动的锁舌及控制所述锁舌运动的解锁件,所述解锁件位于所述主体部的上部,所述杯体的内壁上对应所述锁舌设置有锁定槽,所述锁舌伸入所述锁定槽中实现尘气分离组件和杯体之间在轴向和周向上的锁定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:所述锁定槽包括上槽缘及侧槽缘,当所述锁舌位于所述锁定槽中时,所述锁舌与所述上槽缘、侧槽缘的距离均不大于1mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:所述尘气分离组件和所述杯体之间设有导引定位组件及锁止组件,通过所述锁止组件作用,所述尘气分离组件与所述杯体之间具有一个锁定位置,所述导引定位组件包括设于所述尘气分离组件和所述杯体两者之一上的导引部以及位于两者另一上的定位块,当所述定位块与所述导引部配合到达所述锁定位置时,限制尘气分离组件在轴向上的运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:当处于所述锁定位置时,所述定位块与所述导引部靠接,且在周向上所述导引部对所述定位块无止挡,使得尘气分离组件相对于杯体在周向上向顺时针或逆时针均可旋转到达或者旋离所述锁定位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:所述导引部设于尘气分离组件上,所述定位块设于所述杯体的内壁上,所述导引部设置为上拱的弧形棱,当处于所述锁定位置时,所述定位块位于所述弧形棱的最高点。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:所述锁止组件和所述导引定位组件在尘杯组件周向上的相对距离不小于1/3周长。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:所述导引定位组件与所述锁止组件于圆周上径向相对设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:所述主体部的下部上设置有向所述杯体的底壁延伸的静压管,所述杯体的底壁上设置有导引柱,所述导引柱延伸至所述静压管内,所述导引柱的顶部高低衔接从而形成平滑的导引沿,所述静压管的内壁上设置有导引凸块,所述导引凸块抵靠所述导引沿滑动时,根据导引沿的高低变化,所述尘气分离组件相对于所述杯体旋入或旋出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的尘杯组件,其特征在于:所述尘气分离组件与所述杯体之间设有锁止组件,通过所述锁止组件作用,所述尘气分离组件与所述杯体之间具有一个锁定位置,所述导引柱的顶部为斜面,当处于所述锁定位置时,所述导引凸块位于所述导引沿的最低点。
