发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种在用户正确安装集尘袋时会得到提示的吸尘器。

进一步地,所述支架16还包含第二滑槽164,所述尘袋板15可沿所述第二滑槽164运动,且所述尘袋板15包含开口部151,所述开口部151可与所述连接件114相连。具体地,所述支架16设有两个相对应的第二滑槽164,在本发明的第一实施例中,用户可通过所述第二滑槽164将所述尘袋板15安装到所述支架16上,后用户推动所支架16沿所述第一方向m转动;当所述尘袋板15由用户操作沿所述第二滑槽164运动到安装位置,且所述支架16位于所述第一位置时,所述开口部151与所述连接件114相连,此时所述操作件13处于所述第一状态,所述连接件114可与所述尘袋板15配合以阻止所述尘袋板15向重力方向运动,从而所述尘袋板15及所述集尘袋14稳定地安装于所述尘盖112;而当所述操作件13处于所述第二状态时,所述支架16带动所述尘袋板15向所述第二位置运动,以此,所述开口部151与所述连接件114分离,从而所述尘袋板15由于重力沿着所述第二滑槽164向下运动,直至与所述支架16分离。在本发明的第一实施例中,所述连接件114固设于所述集尘腔111内,且所述连接件 114构造为凸起,以此,所述开口部151可与所述凸起卡合。当然,需要注意的是,在本发明的第二实施例中,用户也可以先推动所支架16沿所述第一方向m转动至所述第一位置,后通过所述第二滑槽164,将所述尘袋板15安装到所述安装位置,以此,所述集尘袋也可以稳定地安装于吸尘器。
所述操作件13部分设于所述集尘腔111内以与所述第一勾部161相连,部分设于所述集尘腔111外以供用户操作。具体地,所述操作件13包含按压部132及第二回复件(未图示),所述按压部132设于所述集尘腔111外以供用户操作,而所述第二勾部131至少部分设于所述集尘腔111内以与所述第一勾部161相连。用户可通过按压所述按压部132以使得所述操作件13运动,从而使得所述第二勾部131与所述第一勾部161分离;所述第二回复件具体构造为弹簧,当用户按压所述按压部132时,所述第二回复件被压缩,而用户撤去对所述按压部132施加的外力时,所述第二回复件推动所述操作件13回复原位置。需要注意的是,用户通过按压所述按压部132实现所述尘袋14的解锁仅是一种实施例,在其他实施例中,对所述第一勾部161及所述第二勾部131作适应性的改动,即可实现用户通过旋转所述操作件13或抬起所述操作件13以实现所述尘袋14的解锁,相关内容不再赘述。
所述吸尘器还包含锁定机构,所述尘袋板15配置为可在所述支架16上运动并在运动至所述安装位置时由所述锁定机构锁定于所述支架16,其中,所述锁定机构设置于所述支架16和所述壳体11两者之一。
在本发明的第一实施例中,用户先将所述尘袋板15安装到所述支架16上,后将所述支架16锁定于所述壳体11,以此,所述尘袋板15可稳定地安装于所述吸尘器。在该实施例中,所述锁定机构设置于所述支架16,所述锁定机构包含活动件21及与所述活动件21对应设置的挡位件22,所 述尘袋板15运动到所述安装位置时,所述挡位件22与所述活动件21相接触。具体地,所述挡位件22设置于所述支架16,所述活动件21包含连接部211和敲击部212,所述尘袋板15由用户操作运动到所述安装位置时,所述连接部211与所述尘袋板15相连以阻止所述尘袋板15向重力方向运动,所述敲击部212敲击所述挡位件22而发出声音以提示用户注意,以此,一方面可避免发生用户失误导致的所述集尘袋14未能稳定安装,另一方面用户将所述集尘袋14安装到所述支架16上后,所述集尘袋14不会与所述支架16分离,更便于用户继续进行集尘袋14的安装,提高了用户体验。需要注意的是,在本实施例中,所述挡位件22与所述支架16一体成型,以此,所述吸尘器的结构更为紧凑,无需额外的空间安装所述挡位件22,当然,在其他实施例中,所述挡位件22也可以是固定安装于吸尘器的壳体内,而不局限于设于所述支架16上。
进一步地,所述连接部211构造为卡勾,所述尘袋板15的开口部151与所述卡勾配合以连接所述活动件21及所述尘袋板15。所述尘袋板15由用户操作运动到所述安装位置时,所述卡勾与所述开口部151相连,所述尘袋板15稳定地安装于所述支架16上;后,用户可沿所述第一方向m转动所述支架16至所述第一位置,此时,所述连接件114推动所述连接部211与所述开口部151分离,所述连接件114与所述尘袋板15相连,所述操作件13处于所述第一状态,且所述第一勾部161与所述第二勾部131相连,从而所述尘袋板15稳定地安装于所述吸尘器。
所述活动件21安装于所述支架16,所述支架16包含收容部165,所述活动件21部分设于所述收容部165内。具体地,所述活动件21还包含转轴214,所述转轴214设于所述收容部165内,且所述转轴214与所述支架16相连,以此所述活动件21可转动地与所述支架16相连。所述锁 定机构还包含限位件23,所述限位件23活动连接于所述支架16并且所述限位件23可与所述活动件21相连。具体地,所述活动件21与所述支架16之间设有第一弹性件24,所述活动件21还包含配接端213,所述第一弹性件24设于所述支架16与所述配接端213之间;所述限位件23还包含挡板232,所述尘袋板15与所述支架16处于分离状态时,所述挡板232推动所述活动件21向所述收容部165内运动,并使得所述第一弹性件24处于压缩状态;所述尘袋板15由用户操作运动到所述安装位置时,所述尘袋板15推动所述限位件23运动,并使得所述挡板232与所述活动件21分离,所述第一弹性件24推动所述活动件21向所述收容部165外运动,从而使得所述连接部211与所述尘袋板15相连。在优选的实施例中,所述挡板232可压迫所述连接部211以使得所述活动件21具有向所述收容部165内运动的趋势,并使得所述第一弹性件24处于压缩状态,需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,所述挡板232不局限于与所述活动件21的连接部211相连,也可以是与所述活动件21的其他部分相接触以抵推所述活动件21向所述收容部165内部运动。
进一步地,需要注意的是,所述活动件21安装于所述支架16仅是一种实施例,在其他实施例中,所述活动件21也可以是一体成型地设于所述支架16,且此时所述活动件21的配接端与所述支架相连,所述活动件21可绕所述配接端与所述支架16的连接处转动。具体地,所述活动件21由弹性材料构成,以此,所述尘袋板15与所述支架16处于分离状态时,所述限位部23推动所述活动件21向所述收容部165内运动,此时,所述活动件21发生弹性形变,以使得所述活动件21的连接部211具有向收容部165外运动的趋势,所述活动件21的敲击部212具有向所述挡位件22运动的趋势;而所述尘袋板15由用户操作运动到所述安装位置时,所述尘袋 板15推动所述限位件23运动,并使得所述限位件23与所述活动件21分离,从而使得所述活动件21回复原状态,绕所述配接端与所述支架16的连接处转动,使得所述连接部211向所述收容部165外运动,所述敲击部212向所述挡位件22运动并敲击所述挡位件22以发出提示。
所述限位件23还包含滑动部231,所述支架16对应设有第一滑槽166,所述滑动部231可沿所述第一滑槽166运动,在优选实施例中,所述滑动部231的延伸方向与所述尘袋板15的安装方向平行,以此,所述限位件23与所述活动件21能够更为稳定地配合,并且更为节省空间。所述吸尘器还包含第三回复件233,所述第三回复件233优选为弹簧,且所述第三回复件233与所述限位件23相连。请具体参考图11-图14,用户未进行所述集尘袋14的安装,此时,所述挡板232持续性地压迫所述活动件21以使得所述活动件21具有向所述收容部165内运动的趋势,并使得所述第一弹性件24处于压缩状态。请继续参阅图15-图18,所述尘袋板15由用户操作运动到所述安装位置时,所述尘袋板15推动所述限位件23沿所述尘袋板15的安装方向运动,此时,所述第三回复件233被压缩,且所述挡板232与所述活动件21分离,所述第一弹性件24推动所述活动件21向所述收容部165外运动,以此,所述连接部211与所述尘袋板15的开口部151相连,所述敲击部212敲击所述挡位件22以发出敲击声,从而用户可得知集尘袋14已正确安装。请继续参阅19-图20,所述支架16由用户操作从所述第二位置转动到所述第一位置,此时,所述连接件114推动所述连接部211与所述尘袋板15的开口部151分离,且所述连接件114与所述尘袋板15的开口部151相连,同时,所述第一勾部161与所述第二勾部131通过卡扣相连,以此所述操作件13处于所述第一状态,所述集尘袋14稳定地安装于所述吸尘器。请再次参阅图11-图14,用户对 所述操作件13施加外力以使得所述操作件13由所述第一状态转动到所述第二状态,此时,所述第一勾部161与所述第二勾部131脱离,所述支架16由所述第一位置向所述第二位置运动,所述连接件114与所述尘袋板15的开口部151分离,以此,所述尘袋板15由于重力与所述支架16分离,所述第三回复件233回复原位置,并推动所述限位件23沿所述尘袋板15的安装方向的反方向运动,从而所述挡板232再次与所述活动件21配合以使得所述活动件21保持位于所述收容部165内。
在本发明的第二实施例中,用户先将所述支架16锁定于所述壳体11,后将所述尘袋板15安装到所述支架16上,以此,所述尘袋板15可稳定地安装于所述吸尘器。在该实施例中,所述锁定机构设置于所述壳体11,所述锁定机构包含连接件114,区别于第一实施例,本实施例的所述连接件114可活动设置于所述壳体,所述尘袋板15处于所述安装位置时,所述连接件114与所述尘袋板15相连。具体地,所述连接件114配置为在伸出位置及退回位置之间运动,在本实施例中,所述连接件114与所述壳体11之间还设有弹性单元(未图示),当所述连接件114位于所述退回位置时,所述弹性单元被压缩,并使得所述连接件114具有回复到所述伸出位置的运动趋势。用户需要安装集尘袋14时,需要先沿所述第一方向m转动所述支架16至所述第一位置,后将所述尘袋板15从所述支架16的下方安装至所述支架16。具体来说,所述尘袋板15与所述支架16处于分离状态时,所述连接件14处于所述伸出位置,所述尘袋板15由用户操作向所述安装位置运动的过程中,所述尘袋板15推动所述连接件14向所述退回位置运动,并使得所述弹性单元被压缩;所述尘袋板15运动到所述安装位置时,所述连接件14回复到所述伸出位置,并与所述尘袋板15的开口部151相连,以此,所述尘袋板15稳定地安装于所述吸尘器。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种设有集尘袋的吸尘器,包含:
    壳体,所述壳体限定出集尘腔;
    支架,所述支架收容于所述集尘腔并且配置成在第一位置和第二位置之间转动;
    尘袋板,所述集尘袋安装于所述尘袋板;
    其特征在于,所述尘袋板配置成可在所述支架上运动并且在运动至安装位置时由锁定机构锁定于所述支架,其中,所述锁定机构设置于所述支架和所述壳体两者之一。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包含活动件,所述活动件安装于所述支架,所述支架包含收容部,所述活动件部分设于所述收容部内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,还包含与所述活动件对应设置的挡位件,所述尘袋板运动到所述安装位置时,所述挡位件与所述活动件相接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述挡位件设置于所述支架,所述活动件包括连接部和敲击部,所述尘袋板由用户操作运动到所述安装位置时,所述连接部与所述尘袋板相连,所述敲击部敲击所述挡位件而产生声音。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构还包括限位件,所述限位件活动连接于所述支架,并且所述限位件可与所述活动件相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述限位件还包含挡板,所述尘袋板与所述支架处于分离状态时,所述挡板推动所述活动件向所述收容部内运动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述活动件与所述支架之间设有第一弹性件,所述尘袋板由用户操作运动到所述安装位置时,所述尘袋板推动所述限位件运动,并使得所述挡板与所述活动件分离,从而所述第一弹性件推动所述活动件向所述收容部外运动。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述限位 件还包含滑动部,所述支架还包含第一滑槽,所述滑动部可沿所述第一滑槽运动,所述滑动部的延伸方向与所述尘袋板的安装方向平行。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述连接部构造为卡勾,所述尘袋板对应设有开口部,所述尘袋板由用户操作运动到所述安装位置时,所述卡勾与所述开口部相连。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,还包含转动件,所述支架可绕所述转动件由第一位置与第二位置间转动;连接件,设于所述集尘腔内,且所述连接件可与所述尘袋板相连;所述支架由所述第二位置运动到所述第一位置时,所述连接件推动所述活动件与所述尘袋板分离,且所述连接件与所述尘袋板相连。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,还包含:操作件,所述操作件由用户操作以在第一状态及第二状态间转换;所述操作件处于所述第一状态时,所述支架位于所述第一位置;所述操作件处于所述第二状态时,所述支架带动所述尘袋板共同向所述第二位置运动,使得所述尘袋板与所述连接件分离,从而使得所述尘袋板与所述支架分离。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构还包含活动件,所述活动件一体成型地设于所述支架,所述活动件还包含配接端,所述配接端与所述支架相连,且所述活动件可绕所述配接端与所述支架的连接处转动。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包含连接件,所述连接件可活动地设置于所述壳体,所述尘袋板处于所述安装位置时,所述连接件与所述尘袋板相连。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的设有集尘袋的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述连接件配置为在伸出位置及退回位置之间运动,所述尘袋板与所述支架处于分离状态时,所述连接件处于所述伸出位置;在所述尘袋板由用户操作向所述安装位置运动的过程中,所述尘袋板推动所述连接件向所述退回位置运动;所述尘袋板运动至所述安装位置时,所述连接件回复到所述伸出位置,并与所述尘袋板相连。
