技术领域
本公开涉及储物设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种搁架组件和储物柜。
背景技术
目前,为了适应不同规格的物品,一些高档的冰箱会设置升降架来调节搁架的高度。而为了实现每个搁架的独立调节,针对每一个搁架,冰箱的内壁上均需设置一组升降架,这不仅增加了成本,而且在冰箱有限的空间内安装难度大、影响美观性。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少解决现有技术或相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本公开提出一种结构简单、成本低、外形美观的搁架组件。
本公开还提出一种储物柜。
根据本公开第一方面实施例的搁架组件,包括:
多个搁架;
安装杆,外周壁沿其轴向形成有外螺纹;
与所述搁架对应的移动件,所述移动件与对应的所述搁架连接,所述移动件形成有与所述安装杆螺纹配合的内螺纹孔;
与所述移动件对应的驱动件,所述驱动件与对应的所述移动件连接,用于驱动所述移动件转动。
根据本公开实施例的搁架组件,只需设置一组安装杆就可实现多个搁架独立调节,不仅节约了成本,而且便于安装、美观简洁。此外,无论在调节搁架高度的过程中,还是搁架固定不动时,在安装杆的外螺纹与移动 件的内螺纹的共同约束下,搁架不会因承重而沿安装杆下滑,保证了搁架的承重需求。

导杆,与所述安装杆平行设置;所述导杆上沿其高度方向形成有第一连接部;

根据本公开的一个实施例,所述第一连接部为形成于所述导杆表面的凸起,所述第二连接部为形成于所述滑块表面的滑槽;或者,所述第一连接部为形成于所述导杆表面的滑槽,所述第二连接部为形成于所述滑块表面的凸起。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述滑槽为燕尾槽。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述滑槽的内壁或所述凸起的外壁嵌设有多个滚珠。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述移动件和所述滑块均与连接板连接,所述连接板与所述搁架可拆卸连接。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述连接件包括顶板和侧板,所述侧板的顶部与所述顶板的侧壁连接;所述顶板与所述移动件的顶面连接,所述侧板与所述滑块的侧壁连接,所述侧板与所述搁架可拆卸连接。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述搁架设有第一插板和第二插板,所述侧板开设有用于插设所述第一插板的第一插孔和用于插设第二插板的第二插孔,所述第一插板远离所述搁架的端部形成有向下延伸的限位部,所述限位部钩设在所述侧板上。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述移动件和所述驱动件构成丝杆步进电机。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述搁架设有与对应的所述驱动件电连接的控制按钮。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述移动件包括外壳以及设置在所述外壳内的转动件,所述外壳纵向贯穿开设有通孔,所述转动件通过轴承可转动 的设置在所述通孔内,所述转动件纵向贯穿开设有所述内螺纹孔,所述驱动件用于驱动所述转动件转动。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述驱动件包括把手以及设置在所述外壳内的锥形齿轮,所述转动件的外壁开设有与所述锥形齿轮啮合的齿槽,所述把手的一端插入所述外壳内与所述锥形齿轮的转轴连接。
根据本公开第二方面实施例的储物柜,包括柜体以及上述所述的搁架组件,所述搁架组件设于所述柜体内。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述储物柜为冰箱或零售柜。
本公开实施例中的上述一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果之一:
本公开中由于安装杆固定不动,驱动件直接驱动对应的移动件转动,移动件在转动过程中通过不断与安装杆螺纹配合,就可将其自身的旋转运动转换为直线移动,进而便能带动与其连接的搁架沿安装杆的轴向移动,因此本公开中的搁架组件只需设置一组安装杆就可实现多个搁架独立调节,也就是说,所有搁架可共用同一组安装杆,调节搁架高度时只需控制与其对应的驱动件驱动移动件转动即可。可见,本公开不仅节约了成本,而且便于安装、美观简洁。此外,由于安装杆与移动件通过螺纹配合连接,因此无论在调节搁架高度的过程中,还是搁架固定不动时,在安装杆的外螺纹与移动件的内螺纹的共同约束下,搁架不会因承重而沿安装杆下滑,保证了搁架的承重需求。

结合图1至图8所示,本公开实施例提供了一种搁架组件,该搁架组件包括安装杆110、多个搁架100、与搁架100对应的移动件120以及与移动件120对应的驱动件,安装杆110的外周壁沿其轴向形成有外螺纹;移动件120与对应的搁架100连接,移动件120形成有与安装杆110螺纹配合的内螺纹孔,驱动件与对应的移动件120连接,驱动件用于驱动对应的移动件120转动。
由于该搁架组件中安装杆110固定不动,驱动件直接驱动对应的移动件120转动,移动件120在转动过程中通过不断与安装杆110螺纹配合,就可将其自身的旋转运动转换为直线移动,进而便能带动与其连接的搁架100沿安装杆110的轴向移动,因此本实施例中的搁架组件只需设置一组安装杆110就可实现多个搁架100独立调节,也就是说,所有搁架100可共用同一组安装杆110,调节搁架100高度时只需控制与其对应的驱动件驱动移动件120转动即可。可见,本实施例中的搁架组件不仅节约了成本, 而且便于安装、美观简洁。此外,由于安装杆110与移动件120通过螺纹配合连接,因此无论在调节搁架100高度的过程中,还是搁架100固定不动时,在安装杆110的外螺纹与移动件120的内螺纹的共同约束下,搁架100不会因承重而沿安装杆110下滑。
如图3所示,该搁架组件还包括导杆130和滑块140,导杆130与安装杆110平行设置,导杆130上沿其高度方向形成有第一连接部;滑块140的一侧形成有与第一连接部滑动配合的第二连接部,滑块140的另一侧与搁架100连接。由上可知,移动件120、滑块140和搁架100为同步运动,当移动件120移动时,滑块140和搁架100也会随之一起移动。
需要说明的是,导杆130和滑块140实现滑动连接的方式有多种,例如:
方式一、第一连接部为形成于导杆130表面的凸起132,第二连接部为形成于滑块140表面的滑槽141。
方式二、第一连接部为形成于导杆表面的滑槽,第二连接部为形成于滑块表面的凸起。
为了避免滑块140滑动过程中,凸起132脱离滑槽141,滑槽141可采用燕尾槽,此时凸起132为与燕尾槽配合的燕尾形结构。此外,为了减小滑块140滑动过程中的阻力,滑槽141的内壁或凸起132的外壁嵌设有多个滚珠170,也就是说,滑槽141的内壁或凸起132的外壁上设置有与滚珠170一一对应的凹陷,滚珠170的一部分位于凹陷内,滚珠170的另一部分探出凹陷。由此,滑块140滑动过程中,滚珠170便会在摩擦力的作用下不断转动。
此外,为了便于安装,移动件120和滑块140均通过连接板160与搁架100连接。其中,连接板160既可以焊接在搁架100上,也可以与搁架100可拆卸连接。例如,如图3所示,连接板160包括顶板161和侧板162,侧板162的顶部与顶板161的侧壁连接;顶板161与移动件120的顶面连接,侧板162与滑块140的侧壁连接,侧板162与搁架100可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图7和图8所示,搁架100设有第一插板103和第二插板104,侧板162开设有用于插设第一插板103的第一插孔1621和用于插设第二插板104的第二插孔1622,第一插板103远离搁架100的端部形成有 向下延伸的限位部1031,限位部1031钩设在侧板162上。
其中,顶板161可通过螺钉与移动件120的顶面连接,也就是说,顶板161上开设有多个第一通孔,移动件120的顶面开设有与第一通孔对应的第一螺纹孔。当然,侧板162也可以通过螺钉与滑块140的侧壁连接,也就是说,侧板162上开设有多个第二通孔,滑块140的顶面开设有与第二通孔对应的第二螺纹孔。
进一步地,顶板161设有与安装杆110对应的避让缺口1611,以使顶板161安装至移动件120的顶面时,安装杆110通过避让缺口1611穿过顶板161。
其中,驱动件可以采用自动式,也可以采用手动式。具体地:
一、自动式。此时,驱动件为电动设备,例如,如图3所示,驱动件和移动件120构成丝杆步进电机。需要说明的是,由于丝杆步进电机为现有产品,因此,此处对其具体结构和工作原理不再赘述。
进一步地,为了便于用户操作,搁架100设有与驱动件电连接的控制按钮。例如,控制按钮包括上升键101和下降键102。由此,当需要调高搁架100的高度时,用户只需按压上升键101即可,每按压一次上升键101,驱动件就会带动搁架100沿着安装杆110上移指定距离。同理,当需要调低搁架100的高度时,用户只需按压下降键102即可,每按压一次下降键102,驱动件就会带动搁架100沿着安装杆110下移指定距离。本公开实施例中的搁架组件通过在搁架100上设置控制按钮,不仅便于用户控制搁架100移动,而且相比控制按钮设置在其他部件上来说,整个调节过程中用户无需转移视线,也就是说,用户无需操作完控制按钮后再迅速转移视线来观察搁架100的移动情况。
此外,考虑到为了保证调节精度,每按压一次上升键101或下降键102,驱动件沿着安装杆110移动的指定距离通常都比较小,而当搁架100需要移动的距离较大时,用户就需要多次按压上升键101或下降键102,因此,为了提高用户体验,减少用户按压上升键101或下降键102的次数,控制按钮还包括与驱动件电连接的设置键,此时搁架100的侧壁上还设有与设置键电连接的显示屏,设置键用于设置每按压一次上升键101或下降键102时驱动件沿安装杆110移动的指定距离;显示屏用于显示指定距离。 由此,用户就可根据搁架100需要移动的距离来设置驱动件单次移动的指定距离。当然,为了便于用户操作,控制按钮可设置在搁架100的前侧。此处,搁架100的“前侧”是以搁架100的安装方向为基准,搁架100安装在柜体180内以后,搁架100朝向柜门的一侧为前侧,背向柜门的一侧为后侧。
二、手动式。此时,移动件120包括外壳以及设置在外壳内的转动件,驱动件包括把手以及设置在外壳内的锥形齿轮;外壳纵向贯穿开设有通孔,转动件通过轴承可转动的设置在通孔内,转动件纵向贯穿开设有内螺纹孔,转动件的外壁开设有与锥形齿轮啮合的齿槽,把手的一端插入外壳内与锥形齿轮的转轴连接。由此,当需要调高搁架100的高度时,用户只需顺时针转动把手即可。由于把手与锥形齿轮的转轴连接,而锥形齿轮与转动件的齿槽啮合,因此把手、锥形齿轮和转动件为同步运动,从而用户转动把手时,锥形齿轮随之一起转动,进而带动转动件同时转动。而由于转动件通过其内螺纹孔与安装杆110螺纹配合,因此在转动件转动过程中,随着转动件的内螺纹不断与安装杆110位于搁架100上方的外螺纹配合,转动件的旋转运动就会转化为线性运动,也就是说,此时转动件通过外壳带动搁架100不断向上移动。反之,当需要调高搁架100的高度时,用户只需逆时针转动把手即可。需要说明的是,可通过设置安装杆110上外螺纹的旋向来设定顺时针或逆时针转动把手时,移动件120沿安装杆110移动的方向。
再结合图9所示,本公开实施例还提供一种储物柜,该储物柜包括柜体180和上述搁架组件,搁架组件设于柜体180内。其中,储物柜可以但不限于是冰箱或零售柜。本实施例中的搁架组件的结构和原理与上述实施例中搁架组件的结构和原理相同,本实施例不再赘述。
本实施例的储物柜只需采用一组安装杆110就可实现多个搁架100独立调节,不仅节约了成本,而且便于安装、美观简洁。此外,无论在调节搁架100高度的过程中,还是搁架100固定不动时,在安装杆110的外螺纹与移动件120的内螺纹的共同约束下,搁架100不会因承重而沿安装杆110下滑,保证了搁架100的承重要求。
以冰箱为例,冰箱的背板上设有两个相互平行的安装杆110,每个安 装杆110配备有一个导杆130,安装杆110和对应的导杆130的端部通过安装座150固定在冰箱的背板上,移动件120和滑块140通过连接板160与对应的搁架100的后侧连接。为了提高导杆130的稳定性,导杆130上沿其高度方向间隔开设多个安装孔131,冰箱的背板上开设有与安装孔131一一对应的螺纹孔。由此,安装时,可先通过安装座150将导杆130和安装杆110固定在冰箱的背板上,然后再在导杆130上旋入螺钉,具体地,将各个螺钉的一端穿过安装孔131后旋入对应的螺纹孔,由此就可将导杆130牢牢固定在冰箱内壁上,避免其在使用过程中发生歪斜。
当然,安装杆110和导杆130除了可以固定在冰箱的背板上以外,还可以固定在冰箱内壁的左右两侧。此外,安装杆110和导杆130的数量也可以为两个以上。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种搁架组件,其特征在于,包括:
    多个搁架;
    安装杆,外周壁沿其轴向形成有外螺纹;
    与所述搁架对应的移动件,所述移动件与对应的所述搁架连接,所述移动件形成有与所述安装杆螺纹配合的内螺纹孔;
    与所述移动件对应的驱动件,所述驱动件与对应的所述移动件连接,用于驱动所述移动件转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    导杆,与所述安装杆平行设置;所述导杆上沿其高度方向形成有第一连接部;
    滑块,一侧形成有与所述第一连接部滑动配合的第二连接部,另一侧与所述搁架连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部为形成于所述导杆表面的凸起,所述第二连接部为形成于所述滑块表面的滑槽;或者,所述第一连接部为形成于所述导杆表面的滑槽,所述第二连接部为形成于所述滑块表面的凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述滑槽为燕尾槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述滑槽的内壁或所述凸起的外壁嵌设有多个滚珠。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述移动件和所述滑块均与连接板连接,所述连接板与所述搁架可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述连接板包括顶板和侧板,所述侧板的顶部与所述顶板的侧壁连接;所述顶板与所述移动件的顶面连接,所述侧板与所述滑块的侧壁连接,所述侧板与所述搁架可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述搁架设有第一插板和第二插板,所述侧板开设有用于插设所述第一插板的第一插孔和用于插设第二插板的第二插孔,所述第一插板远离所述搁架的端部形成有 向下延伸的限位部,所述限位部钩设在所述侧板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述移动件和所述驱动件构成丝杆步进电机。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述搁架设有与对应的所述驱动件电连接的控制按钮。
  11. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述移动件包括外壳以及设置在所述外壳内的转动件,所述外壳纵向贯穿开设有通孔,所述转动件通过轴承可转动的设置在所述通孔内,所述转动件纵向贯穿开设有所述内螺纹孔,所述驱动件用于驱动所述转动件转动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括把手以及设置在所述外壳内的锥形齿轮,所述转动件的外壁开设有与所述锥形齿轮啮合的齿槽,所述把手的一端插入所述外壳内与所述锥形齿轮的转轴连接。
  13. 一种储物柜,其特征在于,包括柜体以及如权利要求1至12任一项所述的搁架组件,所述搁架组件设于所述柜体内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述储物柜为冰箱或零售柜。
