具体实施方式
实施例1,本实施例所描述的一种收绳盒,包括外壳,外壳内连接有绳索,所述外壳设有供绳索伸出的出绳孔,绳索自由端连接有可锁定在绳索上的锁体。所述绳索为弹簧绳,优选为弹簧钢丝绳(现有技术中的像弹簧一样的钢丝绳,可从10公分左右拉长到几十公分),所述锁体为钥匙开锁的挂锁,也可以为带有密码轮的挂锁,优选为按钮式密码轮挂锁,或是指纹开锁的挂锁等。
实施例2,本实施例与实施例1其他地方相同,不同之处在于所述外壳内设有收线组件,收线组件包括外壳内枢接有的线轮,绳索绕在线轮上,绳索是普通的钢丝绳或其他结实的绳索,收线组件还包括使绳索抽出自动缩回的卷簧,所述锁体为密码解锁的挂锁,也可为钥匙开锁的挂锁,或是指纹开锁的挂锁等。收线组件当然也可为现有技术中的其他收线结构。所述绳索一端固定在线轮上。实施例1和实施例2以及实施例3-5所述的收绳盒,可以独立用户随身携带,也可以通过螺丝或是不干胶等固定在行李架外部或内部。抽出挂锁和钢丝绳捆绑在行李架上防止行李箱丢失。
实施例3,如图12和图13所示,本实施例与实施例2其他地方相同,不同之处在于所述外壳连接或一体成型有固定组件,本实施例中优选的实施为所述固定组件包括外壳上连接或一体成型有的卡台和螺孔。
在另一些实施例中,外壳优选连接或一体成型有固定槽,优选的,所述出绳孔、卡台和螺孔均设置在固定槽上。所述外壳包括底壳和壳盖,底壳上设有螺柱,壳盖上设有对应的螺孔。优选的,所述容置壳与所述拉杆座之间不垂直,二是在80度左右,方便锁体从容置壳中倾斜的拉出。优选的,壳盖上设有支撑件,支撑外壳在箱体内部。
当然同领域人员可知,所述固定组件可以是设置在外壳上的螺孔、螺柱或卡扣三者中的任一或其中几者的组合。所述固定组件也可以是外壳上连接有的卡扣或带有螺孔的固定片或卡箍,从而实现外壳可拆卸式的连接在行李箱的拉杆座或容置壳或拉杆或衬壳或拉杆筒上。或是外壳也可一体成型在拉杆或拉杆座上。
如图12和图13所示,所述线轮3设有发条腔9、卡绳槽50和绳槽10,所述卷簧设置在发条腔9内,所述绳索卷绕在绳槽10内,如图9所示为外壳,所述外壳内设有转轴11,所述线轮3上设有与转轴11配合的轴孔12,所述轴孔12设置在发条腔9内,所述绳槽10上设有与卡绳槽50连通的线口51,所述绳索4一端穿过线口51且打结或连接膨大的固定端子卡在卡绳槽50内。所述发条腔9口插接有盒盖58,所述盒盖58对应线轮3轴孔12的位置处设有盖孔52供转轴11穿过,所述发条腔9侧壁设有多个卡口53,所述盒盖58设有可插入卡口53的卡突54,所述发条腔9口设有可嵌入盒盖58的嵌入槽55。
所述卷簧内端和外端分别与转轴11和发条腔9插接,同领域技术人员可知粘接、焊接或通过螺栓连接也可以。如图8所示,所述转轴11设有插槽13,所述卷簧内端设有可与插槽13插接的挂钩,所述挂钩是卷簧内端弯曲形成。所述卷簧包括现有的圆形卷簧和8字型卷簧(也叫压缩卷簧),都可以作用于线轮和外壳之间,所述卷簧使绳索抽出能自动缩回,如卷簧内端和外端分别与外壳和线轮连接;8字型卷簧的一端插接在线轮上,另一端插接或套接在外壳内,或是另一端容置在外壳的限制槽内。
所述发条腔9内设有供卷簧2外端穿出的穿出孔17和供卷簧2外端卡住的卡孔18,且所述卷簧2外端顺次连接有与卡孔18配合的颈部19和头部20,所述颈部19和头部20为卷簧2外端裁剪成的片型,如图3所示,所以横置的时候颈部19和头部20可以穿过卡孔18,然后竖置颈部19和头部20,头部20则卡在卡孔18内得以固定卷簧2外端,固定时候,卷簧2外端穿出穿出孔17然后旋转穿出卡孔18,然后供卷簧2外端头部20则卡在卡孔18内,在一些实施例中所述穿出孔17为所述线轮3上的一个缺口。所述线轮3的绳槽10和发条腔9的侧壁相对。本实施例中的绳索、线轮、卷簧之间的连接配合方式的现有技术还有还多,就不再赘述。
实施例4,本实施例与实施例3其他地方相同,不同之处在于所述外壳内设有可使绳索抽拉悬停的止缩组件。止缩组件为均为现有技术的棘轮组件或卡位组件,棘轮组件包括线轮 上设有的若干齿牙以及与齿牙配合的卡臂,卡臂铰接在外壳上,若干齿牙均逆时针或顺时针设置,使得卡臂限制线轮朝单一方向转动(即绳索拉出时线轮旋转方向),停止拉动绳索,卡臂一端落入某一齿牙之间的空间卡住。需要绳索缩回的时候,压动卡臂另一端,使得卡臂一端从某一齿牙之间的空间脱开,线轮即可在卷簧带动下卷绕绳索缩回。这是棘轮组件这块是现有技术。在一些实施例中,止缩组件也为可现有技术中的卡位组件,如CN201820820102.1伸缩数据线中的伸缩组件那样,或是如现有的可悬停的拉线盒中的卡位组件那样,卡位组件包括外壳上连接有的滑臂,卡位组件还包括线轮端面上设置的凸缘及若干凸块,凸缘与若干所述凸块之间形成滑槽,其中一个凸块的一端设有扩展部及延伸部,扩展部与延伸部之间形成卡位,卡位连通所述滑槽,所述滑臂的一端抵接所述滑槽或所述卡位的位置。滑臂的一端在线轮正转或是反转的时候,滑臂的一端进入卡位即卡停旋转,停止绳索的伸缩或是回缩。具体原理同CN201820820102.1这个现有技术一样,现有技术中也有很多这种结构的拉线盒。拉出绳索,不用一直拽着绳索,较为方便一些。在配件安装到行李箱时候,行李箱或是拉杆座或是包角上需要设置供棘轮组件的卡臂另一端伸出的回缩孔,方便按压卡臂另一端伸出,缩回绳索。当然还有其他的现有止缩结构不再赘述。
实施例5,本实施例与实施例3其他地方相同,不同之处在于外壳内设有剪断绳索发出报警音的报警组件。报警组件是现有技术,市面上也有剪断绳索发出报警音的收线组件,绳索被不法之徒剪断后会发出大分贝声音警报,提醒行李箱主人,吓退不法之徒,保全行李箱内物品。或是也可采用以下结构,如图6所示,也可以包括断线报警器27及给其供电的电池28,所述绳索4由一根带有绝缘层的电线对折并列组成(两芯电线且一端的两芯连接也可以作为所述绳索4,或是其他数据线等等都可以),电线外可以包裹塑料层,所述电线的对折处作为所述绳索4的另一端与挂锁连接,所述电线的首尾端通过传电组件分别与所述断线报警器27的两个线头连接,两个线头通过所述电线构成一个回路,当这个回路断开即所述电线作为绳索4断开,所述断线报警器27就会大分贝声音响起,现有的断线报警器27有断的线接回去也继续报警音的设计,只有关闭电源开关才关闭。所述传电组件包括设置在外壳上的两个环形导电轨29,所述两个导电轨29分别与所述断线报警器27的两个线头连接,所述电线的首尾端均连接有一导电针,所述两个导电针分别可滑动的插接在两个导电轨29内实现电连接;如图7和图8所示,在一些实施例中,所述传电组件包括导电座30和可转动的设在导电座30内的导电柱31,所述导电座30设有分别与所述断线报警器27的两个线头连接的两个金属接触槽32,所述导电柱31设有分别与两个接触槽32可滑动插接的两个金属触头,所述电线的首尾端均连接有一导电臂33,所述两个导电臂33均与所述导电柱31固定,所述电线的首尾端分别通过导电臂33与两个触头连接。所述断线报警器27连接有用于指示电池28 电量是否足够的指示灯43,可以方便用户在电量不够的情况下,更换电池28。在一些实施例中,所述断线报警器27连接有开关用于断线报警器27的开启和关闭,开关和指示灯43均为现有技术。
实施例6,本实施例描述的为带有如实施例1-5任一收绳盒的拉杆装置,其特征在于包括拉杆装置主体,拉杆装置主体包括拉杆座和拉杆,拉杆座设有第一容置孔,第一容置孔一体成型有两端开口的管型的容置壳,外壳通过固定组件连接在容置壳上,固定组件可以是螺孔,或是卡扣,或是螺丝和卡扣组合固定,且出绳孔与第一容置孔连通。锁体容纳在容置壳中,优选的,同领域人员可知,外壳一体成型在容置壳上也行。拉杆包括竖向杆和横向把手。外壳设置在拉杆内也可。比如设置在竖向杆和横向把手内。第一容置孔对应外壳设在拉杆上也可以。第一封盖连接在锁体上,锁体抽出使用完毕后,钢丝绳缩回外壳内,锁体容纳在容置壳内,第一封盖覆盖在第一容置孔上。容置壳不是必要的结构。
实施例7,如图8-11和图14所示,本实施例与实施例6其他地方相同,不同之处在于容置壳插接在外壳的固定槽中,容置壳设有与卡台配合的卡孔,容置壳设有与外壳螺孔对应的螺柱。所述拉杆座上铰接或插接有用于封闭第一容置孔的第一封盖,或是第一封盖可设置为塞子形式,或是推拉关闭第一容置孔的形式,都可以。为了外观的整体和防止第一容置孔进水。所述第一封盖上设有盖轴,所述拉杆座上对应设有轴槽,从而实现二者铰接。第一容置孔由拉杆座相邻的两个面上各设有的孔连通形成,使得第一容置孔是立体的孔,第一容置孔中的锁体会更容易用手拿出。固定槽是通过外壳一体成型的围板围绕形成。固定槽是为了方便卡孔和卡台的定位插接,也方便螺孔和螺柱的定位,是优选非必须结构。容置壳优选为自由端窄,另一端宽的结构,方便手指进入第一容置孔将锁体拿出。提拉口优选为一个凹槽。
拉杆装置主体还包括拉杆筒,拉杆筒连接在拉杆座上,拉杆活动设置在拉杆筒内,具体实施时,图中外壳基本在容置壳的下方,出绳孔在容置壳底部中间,固定槽在外壳的一侧,使得出绳孔在外壳的边缘,也在容置壳底部中间,对于较粗的钢丝绳,如1.8mm或2mm或2.2mm直径的钢丝绳,可以顺畅的抽拉。
本实施例中拉杆座可直接安装在行李箱主体上,先把拉杆装置安装在行李箱主体上,拉杆座的螺柱穿过行李箱主体的螺孔,容置壳插入行李箱主体留的容置口中,再外壳固定槽与容置壳通过固定组件连接,行李箱主体的箱壁夹在拉杆座和外壳之间完成固定。
或是先把外壳安装在拉杆座上,然后再安装整体将这个拉杆装置插入行李箱主体,箱包厂的安装简化。也可搭配衬壳安装。
在其他一些优选实施例中,如图22和图23,2个卡台设置在固定槽的两个角落处,且卡台下方掏空是为了方便开模抽芯,固定槽上开设一裂缝与出绳孔连通,是为了便于钢丝绳 装配进入外壳内。且外壳包括的底壳和壳盖之间是通过超声波焊接,生产更方便高效,且更牢固。第一封盖后端的两侧分别一体成型有一盖轴,拉杆座上设有轴槽,通过弯曲第一封盖,使两个盖轴之间的距离减少从而卡入轴槽中,实现铰接,这是优选的铰接方案,便于开模,装配方便成本低。第一容置孔内设有一圈密封台,第一封盖封闭第一容置孔后,第一封盖与密封台相对抵靠,能避免雨水灰尘通过第一封盖的缝隙中流入第一容置孔内。第一封盖上设有盖凸,第一容置孔内设有盖槽与盖凸配合,当第一封盖合上,封闭第一容置孔时,盖凸进入盖槽内限制第一封盖在行李箱晃动的时候翻动。需要抽出挂锁的时候,用力在第一封盖的提拉口,盖凸将从盖槽中滑出,第一封盖打开。且拉杆座底侧面设置有四个竖向螺柱和四个横向螺柱,且四个竖向螺柱之间连接有筋板,8个螺柱和行李箱箱壳连接固定,提高强度。锁体为现有技术中的密码挂锁,且为按钮开关,锁体包括上锁壳和下锁壳和锁梁,钢丝绳末端连接蘑菇头型金属绳头,上锁壳和下锁壳底部中间各设有一半开口,金属绳头的膨大端放入上下锁壳的开口中卡住,压紧上下锁壳,使得钢丝绳和锁体连接且可转动。锁梁一端铰接在锁体内,按压按钮,锁梁另一端即可弹开。拉杆座配合有衬壳,衬壳留有供外壳穿过的缺口。衬壳与拉杆座其他8个螺柱固定,使行李箱主体箱壁夹在拉杆座和衬壳之间完成固定,更牢固。第一封盖内侧设有凹槽作为信息区,可以贴行李牌贴纸,写姓名电话。
实施例8,如图18所示,本实施例与实施例7其他地方相同,不同之处在于所述拉杆装置主体包括衬壳,外壳一体成型在衬壳上,衬壳设有与拉杆座的螺柱配合的螺柱槽。拉杆装置主体包括拉杆嘴,拉杆筒与拉杆嘴连接,拉杆穿过拉杆嘴活动插接在拉杆筒内,外壳与拉杆嘴连接。所述拉杆包括现有技术中的倒U型拉杆或倒T型拉杆。安装时,先将拉杆座插入行李箱主体中,然后从行李箱主体内部安装衬壳,衬壳的螺柱槽套在从行李箱主体穿出的拉杆座螺柱上,然后螺丝固定即可。所述第一封盖内壁可设有信息区,实施为透明袋,其内可插入身份信息卡。锁体为带有密码轮的登山扣,也是属于挂扣的一种。也可为其他的挂锁。
或是在另一些实施例中,所述外壳连接在衬壳上,外壳上连接有带有螺孔的固定片,固定片的螺孔与衬壳的螺柱槽的孔对应,衬壳上对应第一容置孔设有出绳口,出绳口与外壳的出绳孔对应且连通。安装时,先将拉杆座插入行李箱主体中(行李箱主体上有2个拉杆孔,四个螺柱孔,和一个对应出绳孔的容置口),然后从行李箱主体内部安装衬壳,衬壳的螺柱槽套在从行李箱主体穿出的拉杆座螺柱上,然后将外壳的带有螺孔的固定片叠放在衬壳的螺柱槽上,通过螺丝固定。
在一些实施例中,如图17,所述外壳通过固定组件固定在拉杆筒上,所述固定组件包括可连接在外壳上的卡箍。箱包厂安装时候,行李箱主体上插入拉杆座(行李箱主体上有2个拉杆孔,四个螺柱孔,和一个容置口),安装衬壳在行李箱主体内,衬壳的螺柱槽套在从行 李箱主体穿出的拉杆座螺柱上,把外壳上设有带有螺孔的固定片,然后将外壳的带有螺孔的固定片叠放在衬壳的螺柱槽上,通过螺丝固定。行李箱主体夹在中间,外壳也通过卡箍固定在拉杆筒上,绳索依次从外壳的出绳孔、衬壳的出绳口、行李箱主体的容置口和拉杆座的第一容置孔穿过。卡箍为卡扣的一种。
实施例9,如图15所示,本实施例描述的为带有如实施例1-5任一收绳盒的收绳装置,其特征在于所述外壳可拆卸的连接有面板,面板设有与出绳孔相对的第二容置孔,第二容置孔连接或一体成型有容置管,面板比容置管大,且面板边缘距离容置管的边缘留有2-5mm的距离,容置管自由端与外壳连接或面板设有可固定在行李箱上的固定件或面板与外壳之间形成有夹持区。所述固定件包括螺丝或卡扣。收绳装置固定在行李箱主体上的方式很多,在一些实施例中,外壳的出绳孔边缘设有夹边,夹边与面板之间形成夹持区。面板上设有多个螺柱与外壳上设有的螺柱座配合螺丝固定,或是通过容置管自由端与外壳连接,使得夹持区稳固夹在行李箱主体两侧。在一些实施例中,面板上通过螺丝或卡扣固定在行李箱主体上。所述第二容置孔连接有第二封盖。面板的第二容置孔边缘或第二封盖设有内陷的提拉口,方便手指把第二封盖打开。在另一些实施例中,第二封盖连接在锁体上,不与面板连接。锁体抽出使用完毕后,钢丝绳缩回外壳内,锁体容纳在容置管内,第二封盖覆盖在第二容置孔上。
实施例10,如图16所示,本实施例描述的是安装有实施例9的带有收绳盒的收绳装置的行李箱,其特征在于包括行李箱主体,行李箱主体上设有开孔(可利用现有行李箱安装挂包扣的安装孔,或是新开设孔也可),面板和外壳分别在开孔的两侧连接固定从而夹持在行李箱主体上,或是在其他一些实施例中,面板通过固定件如卡扣或螺丝固定在行李箱主体的开孔周围,然后外壳固定在面板上。外壳的出绳孔与第二容置孔连通相对,所述第二封盖铰接在面板上,用于封闭第二容置孔,使用时,翻转第二封盖,绳索和锁体从外壳的出绳孔、第二容置孔伸出,绕过行李架等锁定。所述第二封盖内壁可设有信息区,实施为透明袋,其内可插入身份信息卡。在另一些实施例中,第二封盖连接在锁体上,不与面板连接。也可利用锁梁勾住物品的提手,从而悬挂物品。
实施例11,本实施例描述的是安装有实施例9的带有收绳盒的收绳装置的行李箱,其特征在于包括行李箱主体,行李箱主体上设有凹槽,外壳插入凹槽中固定或面板与行李箱主体固定,面板嵌入在凹槽口处,且面板与外壳通过卡扣或螺丝连接,所述第二容置孔连接有第二封盖。外壳的出绳孔与第二容置孔连通相对,所述第二封盖铰接在面板上,用于封闭第二容置孔,使用时,翻转第二封盖,绳索和锁体从外壳的出绳孔、第二容置孔伸出,绕过行李架等锁定。在另一些实施例中,第二封盖连接在锁体上,不与面板连接。
实施例12,如图26和27,本实施例与实施例9其他地方相同,不同之处在于所述固定 槽开口的方向同线轮所在的平面垂直,面板的容置管的四个角落设置有四个螺柱,固定槽对应位置设置有四个螺孔。所述第二封盖为腔型结构,第二封盖的腔和容置管内空间共同构成容纳锁体的空间,锁体的正面和固定槽开口方向垂直,便于控制面板的宽度符合支撑脚的常规宽度,面板和第二封盖铰接的结构具体是,面板上连接有轴座,第二封盖连接有轴管和轴座配合穿有金属轴,也可采用其他现有的铰接结构。第二封盖连接有U型的翻转板,面板的容置管插入固定槽内,翻转板在锁体的底部,当翻转打开第二封盖的时候,翻转板同步翻转带动锁体的大部分翻转露出固定槽和面板外,方便用手拿出锁体带出钢丝绳。本实施例的面板和第二封盖作为行李箱侧面的支撑脚,一般是设置四个。
实施例13,如图28,本实施例描述的是安装有实施例12的带有收绳盒的收线装置的行李箱,在行李箱侧面原本安装四个支撑脚的其中一个支撑脚的位置,替换成安装实施例12的配件,其他3个支撑脚不变。具体安装结构是,行李箱侧面某一支撑脚的位置处契合容置管外壁尺寸开孔,面板和第二封盖铰接,将面板的容置管插入开孔中,收绳盒从行李箱内部安装,固定槽套接在容置管外,容置管四个螺柱配合固定槽四个螺孔螺丝固定,安装完成,行李箱侧壁夹在收绳盒和面板之间,结实耐用,第二封盖可翻转的最大角度设置为60度,翻转开的第二封盖可以悬挂物品,如手提包,雨伞,水杯和购物袋等带有提手的物品,提手套在第二封盖上,第二封盖和面板之间的卡扣结构可参照实施例7中第一封盖的卡扣结构设置。
实施例14,如图29,本实施例描述的是安装有实施例12的带有收绳盒的收线装置的行李箱,在行李箱拉杆下方的箱壳中开孔,将面板的容置管插入开孔中,收绳盒从行李箱内部安装,固定槽套接在容置管外,容置管四个螺柱配合固定槽四个螺孔螺丝固定,安装完成。锁体的正面和固定槽开口方向相同,第二封盖可以为平板型结构,在优选的实施例中,开孔周围设有凹陷,用于容纳面板的,使面板和第二封盖不会突出箱壳表面。面板上设有凹槽作为提拉口,方便打开第二封盖。收线装置在此处,不会受限于拉杆座的尺寸和款式,且相比实施例13的支撑脚式收线装置,此处收绳盒在箱内的两根拉杆中间,不会突出占用箱内空间。
实施例15,如图19-图20,本实施例描述的是安装有实施例6的带有收绳盒的拉杆装置的行李箱,其特征在于包括行李箱主体,拉杆插入行李箱主体(一般情况下,行李箱主体上有2个拉杆孔,四个螺柱孔,再新设一个供绳索和锁体伸出的同时也供容置壳穿过的容置口,与外壳的出绳孔相对),拉杆座置于行李箱主体外侧固定,绳索和锁体依次通过出绳孔、容置口和第一容置孔伸出,去绕过行李架等固定物。第一容置孔边缘或第一封盖设有提拉口72,便于打开第一封盖。图20是锁体带着绳索绕过行李架,然后锁体的锁梁套在绳索上且锁梁锁定。挂锁大体上分为锁身和锁梁,图20的挂锁,锁梁包括铰接在锁身上的活动锁梁和固定在锁身上的固定锁梁,活动锁梁和固定锁梁相对,构成一个完成的闭环,密码轮拨动到解锁数 字,解锁时候,活动锁梁相对锁身可活动,活动锁梁和固定锁梁之间空出大缝隙供绳索出去,然后锁体沿着绳索绕回行李架,绳索通过拉杆座的第一容置孔回到外壳内,锁体回到容置壳内,然后关闭第一封盖。
在另一些实施例中,如图25,拉杆座的第一容置孔没有连接容置壳,由外壳上的固定槽加高容纳锁体,且拉杆座加长,在拉杆座两端边缘设置4个竖向螺柱来和箱包壳固定,提高强度,第一容置孔两边设置有多个螺柱和固定槽两端设置的螺柱筒配合插接,且通过螺丝固定。第一容置孔连接容置壳是优选技术方案,可以节省拉杆座底部的空间,不用加长拉杆座。
实施例16,如图21,本实施例描述的是安装有实施例7的带有收绳盒的拉杆装置的行李箱,其特征在于包括行李箱主体,拉杆筒插入行李箱主体,行李箱主体(一般情况下,行李箱主体上有2个拉杆孔,四个螺柱孔,再新设一个供绳索和锁体伸出的容置口,与外壳的出绳孔相对),衬壳和拉杆座分别置于行李箱主体内外两侧且衬壳和拉杆座连接固定,行李箱主体箱壁夹在衬壳和拉杆座之间强度高,衬壳不是必须的部件,绳索和锁体依次通过出绳孔、容置口和第一容置孔伸出,去绕过行李架等固定物。或是行李箱主体上设有容纳外壳的凹槽来取代容置口也可。所述外壳也可为外壳一体成型在衬壳上,外壳与容置壳卡接或螺丝连接。图21的挂锁,包括锁身,和可旋转的设置在锁身上的活动U型锁梁,以及锁身上的锁孔,锁梁的自由端锁在锁孔中,构成一个完成的闭环,密码轮拨动到解锁数字,解锁时候,锁梁的自由端相对锁身可活动,锁梁和锁身之间空出大缝隙供绳索出去,然后锁体沿着绳索绕回行李架,绳索通过拉杆座的第一容置孔回到外壳内,锁体回到容置壳内,然后关闭第一封盖。上述所以实施例中的所述行李箱主体21的闭合方式是拉链或铝框,所述锁体为钥匙或密码或指纹或电信号解锁的现有技术中的挂锁。也可是其他可以锁定在绳索上的锁。绳索4是金属绳索4或结实的非金属绳索4,如钢丝绳索4、塑料绳索4、尼龙绳索4和麻绳索4等。
挂锁包括锁梁,使用时绳索4绕过行李架、栏杆或手提包把手,将锁梁挂在绳索上,然后锁梁锁定在挂锁锁体上,锁梁和挂锁扣接成为封闭式锁具时,使行李箱与行李架、栏杆或手提包锁定,需要解开时,通过钥匙或是密码或指纹或电子信号使锁梁和挂锁分开,使绳索脱离锁梁即可。现有技术中行李箱的拉杆装置的衬壳,是用于替换传统仅用螺丝将拉杆座固定在行李箱主体上的方案,把行李行李箱主体夹在衬壳和拉杆座之间,提高拉杆的强度。挂锁的锁梁还可以穿过背包的拉链上的两个拉片的孔,使得背包的拉链不会被人打开。
如图24,拉杆座内隐藏的挂锁除了可以锁定在高铁行李架,候车室座椅上,还可以悬挂带有提手的物品,比如图中的手提包,用法是,先打开第一封盖,拿出锁体,解锁锁梁,手提包的提手放入锁梁内,然后锁梁重新锁定在锁体上,然后把锁体放入第一容置孔内,可以承重20kg以上,还可以带有提手的水杯,雨伞,购物袋等物品,解放用户的双手。
以上实施例中的线轮和外壳的枢接配合可采用现有技术中的方式,或是采用实施例16中的多种线轮结构,不在赘述。上述第一封盖和第一容置孔之间,以及第二封盖和第二容置孔之间,均可设置卡阻部件,实现封盖和容置孔之间可以暂时固定,需用一定力才能打开封盖,防止封盖在行李箱移动颠簸中晃动。
实施例17,本实施例描述的为带有如实施例1-5任一收绳盒的行李箱,具体行李箱为软行李箱,如布箱,在布箱内缝制一个口袋,然后将收绳盒放入口袋,通过缝制将口袋分为通过小孔连通的下口袋和上口袋,将外壳缝制固定在下口袋,锁体在上口袋内,钢丝绳在小孔内。上口袋开口可通过拉链或子母扣或魔术贴设置个盖子。上口袋的开口可以是箱壳表面,也可以是箱壳内部表面。使用的时候,打开盖子,抽出锁体带出钢丝绳即可绑在行李架,座椅把手等处,防止行李箱丢失。用完后钢丝绳自动缩回外壳内,锁体重新回到上口袋内。再其他一些实施例中,取消上口袋和盖子也可,将锁体留在外面。
实施例18,如图1-图3所示,本实施例所述卷簧2内端和外端分别与外壳1和线轮3连接,其特征在于,所述绳索4一端固定在线轮3上,绳索长度一般实施为30cm-150cm以内。
在一些实施例中,所述发条腔9内设有用于卡住所述绳索4一端的卡槽48,所述卡槽48内设有卡突49,所述固定端子42在一些实施例中为铝管,绳索4一端插入其中然后捏紧即可固定,挂锁可连接有防水塞,在绳索缩回的时候,防水塞可塞住出绳孔。减少水进入行李箱的外壳的可能性。
如图1所示,所述转轴11设有插槽13,所述卷簧2内端设有可与插槽13插接的挂钩14,所述挂钩14是卷簧2内端弯曲形成,所述插槽13是所述转轴11向内凹陷形成,如图2所示,所述外壳横截面的形状为水滴形、长方形、正方形或圆形,或是其他形状。
在另一些实施例中,如图8所示;所述插槽13贯穿转轴11两侧,形成一将转轴11分成两份的缝隙,在本实施例中,转轴11的半径限制。卷簧2的内端的挂钩与缝隙及转轴11配合,该处的配合为现有技术。所述发条腔9的侧壁设有卡绳槽50,所述卡绳槽50设有一与绳槽10连通的线口51。
在另一些实施例中,如图2所示,所述插槽13由所述外壳上设有的插片15与所述转轴11夹持形成。在另一些实施例中,如图4所示,发条腔9内设有可与卷簧2外端插接的沟槽16,所述线轮3的绳槽10和发条腔9的底部相对,或是其他的绳槽10和发条腔9的组合方式都可以,所述线轮3的绳槽10可以是具有两个侧壁,也可以只有一个侧壁,另一端抵靠外壳即可,在一些实施例中,所述发条腔9的腔口插接连接有盒盖,防止卷簧2飞出。

Claims (11)

  1. 收绳盒,包括外壳,外壳内连接有绳索,所述外壳设有供绳索伸出的出绳孔,其特征在于,绳索自由端连接有可锁定在绳索上的锁体,所述外壳内设有收线组件或所述绳索为弹簧绳。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的收绳盒,其特征在于所述收线组件包括外壳内枢接有的线轮,绳索绕在线轮上,收线组件还包括使绳索抽出自动缩回的卷簧,所述外壳连接或一体成型有固定组件,所述固定组件包括但不限于设置在外壳上的螺孔、螺柱或卡扣。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的收绳盒,其特征在于所述固定组件包括外壳上连接或一体成型有的卡台、螺孔和固定槽,出绳孔、卡台和螺孔均设置在固定槽上,和/或所述外壳内设有可使绳索抽拉悬停的止缩组件和/或外壳内设有剪断绳索发出报警音的报警组件。
  4. 带有如权利要求1-3任一所述的收绳盒的拉杆装置,其特征在于包括拉杆装置主体,拉杆装置主体包括拉杆座和拉杆,拉杆座或拉杆上设有第一容置孔,外壳连接或一体成型在拉杆或拉杆座上,且出绳孔与第一容置孔连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带有收绳盒的拉杆装置,其特征在于所述第一容置孔连接或一体成型有容置壳,外壳一体成型在容置壳上;或外壳通过固定组件连接在容置壳上;或容置壳插接在固定槽中,容置壳设有与卡台配合的卡孔,容置壳设有与外壳螺孔对应的螺柱。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的带有收绳盒的拉杆装置,其特征在于所述拉杆装置主体包括衬壳和拉杆筒,拉杆筒连接在拉杆座上,所述外壳连接或一体成型在衬壳或拉杆筒上。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的带有收绳盒的拉杆装置,其特征在于所述拉杆座或拉杆或锁体上设有第一封盖,第一容置孔由拉杆座相邻的两个面上各设有的孔连通形成。
  8. 带有如权利要求1-3任一所述的收绳盒的收绳装置,其特征在于所述外壳可拆卸的连接有面板,面板设有与出绳孔相对的第二容置孔,面板设有可固定在行李箱上的固定件或面板与外壳之间形成有夹持区。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的带有收绳盒的收绳装置,其特征在于所述第二容置孔连接或一体成型有容置管,容置管自由端与外壳连接。
  10. 安装有如权利要求8或9所述带有收绳盒的收绳装置的行李箱,其特征在于包括行李箱主体,行李箱主体上设有凹槽或开孔,面板和外壳分别在开孔的两侧连接固定从而夹持在行李箱主体上;外壳插入凹槽中,面板嵌入在凹槽口处,外壳和/或面板与凹槽固定,所述面板或锁体连接有第二封盖。
  11. 安装有如权利要求4-7任一所述带有收绳盒的拉杆装置的行李箱,其特征在于包括行李箱主体,拉杆座固定在行李箱主体上,行李箱主体上设有容纳外壳的凹槽或行李箱主体上设有容置口。
