低温不燃烧电子烟是一种利用电加热装置对烟支等气溶胶生成基质进行加热以产生气溶胶的烟具,其主要是利用电加热装置对气溶胶生成基质进行烘烤,使得气溶胶生成基质受热而散发出气溶胶。这种类型的烘烤烟具通常设置有一可供烟支等气溶胶生成基质插入的加热腔室,当烟支插入加热腔室内后,烘烤烟具就可以对烟支进行加热烘烤,进而产生气溶胶供用户吸取。通常情况下,烟支在加热腔室内加热烘烤后都会产生烟灰和冷凝液等残留物,在烘烤烟具多次使用后,这些烟灰或冷凝液等残留物会影响烟支的加热效果,导致烟支加热热后产生的气溶胶质量较差,降低用户的使用体验,因此需要定期对加热腔室内的烟灰或冷凝液等残留物进行清理。现在一般都是直接将烘烤烟具拆卸后进行清理,或者在加热腔室下部设置容纳残留物的腔室,然后在烘烤烟具外壳处设置一可拆卸的封盖,通过打开封盖对该腔室进行清理,从而达到去除残留物的目的,但是这些清理的方式都比较繁琐,工作效率比较低下。
申请内容
本申请实施例旨在提供一种便于清理加热气溶胶生成基质产生的残留物的烘烤烟具,以解决现有技术中的加热气溶胶生成基质产生的残留物的清理比较繁琐、工作效率低下的问题。
基于以上,本申请一实施例提出的烘烤烟具,用于加热气溶胶生成基质以生成气溶胶,该烘烤烟具包括:
外壳;
加热组件,设置于外壳内,加热组件包括沿一轴向延伸用于容纳气溶胶生成基质的加热腔室;
收容腔,位于加热组件的一端并与加热腔室连通;
活动件,可移除地连接于外壳上,活动件包括一可插入收容腔内的插入匣,插入匣的至少一部分与加热腔室轴向对准,以用于承接加热腔室内形成的残留物。
优选的,插入匣内部中空以形成有收集仓,收集仓在靠近加热腔室的一侧为开口结构,使得插入匣插入收容腔后,收集仓与加热腔室连通。
优选的,活动件上设置有与插入匣内部连通的进气部,进气部用于供外界空气进入该插入匣内部并经由该插入匣流入加热腔室。
优选的,活动件包括与插入匣连接的固定部,固定部可拆卸地设于外壳上,以将插入匣保持于收容腔内。
优选的,外壳上与收容腔相对应的位置设有与固定部相适配的固定孔,以使插入匣插入收容腔中。
优选的,外壳上邻近固定孔设置有固定扣位,固定部上设置有与固定扣位相配合的弹性卡扣。
优选的,弹性卡扣包括U形部,当固定部通过弹性卡扣与固定扣位的配合固定到外壳上时,U形部连通外壳的内外侧,进气部为设于插入匣侧壁上的通气孔,外界空气经U形部流入外壳内后,可经通气孔流入插入匣内,并经插入匣流入加热腔室内。
优选的,还包括固定套筒,固定套筒套设加热组件,固定套筒在与收容腔对应处设有避位孔,插入匣从避位孔处插入收容腔内,外壳上设有与连通外界与固定套筒内部的进气间隙,进气部为设于活动件上的通气槽,通气槽连通固定套筒和插入匣内部,外界空气可从进气间隙流入固定套筒内后,然后经通气槽流入插入匣内,并经插入匣流入至加热腔室内。
优选的,还包括多孔吸附件,多孔吸附件设于插入匣内,多孔吸附件可吸附加热腔室内加热气溶胶生成基质而产生的残留物。
优选的,加热组件包括上固定座、下固定座以及加热件,加热件设于下固定座和上固定座之间,加热件用于加热收容在加热腔室内的气溶胶生成基质。
优选的,加热件包括中空管状以形成加热腔室的基体和位于基体内侧壁面或外侧壁面上的辐射加热层,辐射加热层通电后产生红外辐射可对加热腔室内的气溶胶生成基质进行加热。
优选的,下固定座包括本体和插接部,本体用于固定加热件,插接 部设于本体背离加热件的一侧,插接部中空且一端开口以形成收容腔,本体内形成有连通收容腔和加热腔室的汇集孔。
本申请的烘烤烟具,通过在外壳内的加热组件一端设置与加热腔室连通收容腔,并且在外壳上设置可移除的活动件,当活动件安装到外壳上时,活动件的插入匣可以插入收容腔内以与加热腔室连通,这样当烟支等气溶胶生成基质在加热腔室内加热而产生烟灰或烟液等残留物时,这些残留物就可以落到插入匣内,当需要对烘烤烟具进行清理时,只需将活动件从外壳上拆卸下来,再将活动件的插入匣内的残留物进行清理,最后再将活动件重新安装到外壳上,即可完成对烘烤烟具的清理,操作简单方便,工作效率高。

需要说明的是,当元件被表述“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。当一个元件被表述“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。本说明书所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。

参照图1-4,本申请实施例的烘烤烟具10,包括外壳1、加热组件2以及活动件3。
其中,外壳1内部中空,加热组件2设置于外壳1内,加热组件2设有用于容纳烟支等气溶胶生成基质的加热腔室2311,加热组件2的一端还设置有与加热腔室2311连通的收容腔2221;活动件3可移除地连接于外壳1上,活动件3包括一可插入收容腔2221内的插入匣31,当插入匣31插入收容腔2221内时,插入匣31的至少一部分与加热腔室2311轴向对准,以承接加热腔室2311内加热气溶胶生成基质形成的残留物。在本实施例中,外壳1上与加热腔室2311对应的地方设有与加热腔室2311连通的插烟口11,烟支等气溶胶生成基质可从插烟口11插入加热腔室2311内;残留物至少包括烟支等气溶胶生成基质被加热后产生的烟灰、废屑以及冷凝油等等。
上述的烘烤烟具10,通过在外壳1内的加热组件2一端设置与加热腔室2311连通收容腔2221,并且在外壳1上设置可移除的活动件3, 当活动件3安装到外壳1上时,活动件3的插入匣31可以插入收容腔2221内以与加热腔室2311连通,这样当烟支等气溶胶生成基质在加热腔室2311内加热而产生烟灰或烟液等残留物时,这些残留物就可以落到插入匣31内,当需要对烘烤烟具10进行清理时,只需将活动件3从外壳1上拆卸下来,再将活动件3的插入匣31内的残留物进行清理,最后再将活动件3重新安装到外壳1上,即可完成对烘烤烟具10的清理,操作简单方便,工作效率高。
在本实施例中,参照图9和图11,插入匣31内部中空以形成有收集仓311,收集仓311在靠近加热腔室2311的一侧为开口结构,以使插入匣31插入收容腔2221内后,收集仓311可与加热腔室2311连通,使得加热腔室2311加热气溶胶生成基质形成的残留物可以顺利的被收集仓311承接收集,以方便清理。
在一实施例中,参照图9和图11,活动件3还包括与插入匣31连接的固定部32,固定部32与外壳1可拆卸连接,以将插入匣31插入并保持在收容腔2221内,使得插入匣31可以长时间稳定承接加热腔室2311加热气溶胶生成基质产生的残留物。该实施例中,插入匣31与固定部32呈T字形,并且固定部32优选呈片状,以便于拿取和安装。另外,由于收集仓311设于插入匣31上,当固定部32可拆卸的安装到外壳1上,插入匣31随固定部32插入外壳1内,使得收集仓311与加热腔室2311稳定连通。
作为本实施例的优选方案,当插入匣31插入加热组件2内时,加热腔室2311与收集仓311呈上下布置,并且收集仓311至少部分与加热腔室2311轴向对准,这样加热腔室2311加热烟支等气溶胶生成基质产生的残留物就可以在重力的作用下落到至收集仓311内被收集,将活动件3从外壳1上拆卸下来,即可将收集仓311内的残留物清理掉,操作比较方便。
在一实施例中,参照图2和图9,外壳1上与收容腔2221相对应的位置设有与固定部32相适配的固定孔13,以使插入匣31插入收容腔2221中。具体的,在一优选实施例中,外壳1上临近固定孔13的位置设置有固定扣位131,固定部32上设置有与固定扣位131相配合的弹性卡扣321。固定部32通过弹性卡扣321与固定扣位131的配合可拆卸地固定于固定孔13上,弹性卡扣321和固定扣位131均至少为一个,本实施例中的弹性卡扣321和固定扣位131为两个,并且两个弹性卡扣321设于固定部32的相对两侧,以使固定部32可以更稳定的安装在外壳1的固定孔13上。
在一实施例中,活动件3上设置有与插入匣31内部连通的进气部,进气部用于供外界空气进入该插入匣31内部并经由该插入匣31流入加热腔室2311,以将加热腔室2311内加热气溶胶生成基质产生的气溶胶带出外壳1外,这样用户就可以正常吸取气溶胶。具体的,在一优选的实施方式中,参照图9和图10,弹性卡扣321包括U形部3211,当固定部32通过弹性卡扣321与固定扣位131的配合固定到外壳1上时,U形部3211连通外壳1的内外侧,进气部为设于插入匣31侧壁上的通气孔312,通气孔312贯穿插入匣31内外两侧,外界空气可经U形部3211流入外壳1内,并可依次经通气孔312流入到插入匣31的收集仓311内,然后流入加热腔室2311内。具体的说,U形部3211包括左侧板32111、右侧板32112以及连接板32113,左侧板32111和右侧板32112间隔设于连接板32113的相对两侧,并且右侧板32112的一端与固定部32相连,其中左侧板32111和右侧板32112均向靠近外壳1内部的方向延伸,左侧板32111背离右侧板32112的一侧凸设有卡接板3212,当活动件3安装到外壳1的固定孔13上时,左侧板32111一端和右侧板32112一端均插入外壳1内,并且卡接板3212与固定扣位131配合将活动件3的固定部32固定在固定孔13上,此时由于左侧板32111与右侧板32112间隔设置,并且左侧板32111和右侧板32112均部分插入了外壳1内,这样外界空气就可以从左侧板32111与右侧板32112之间的间隙流入外壳1内,然后经插入匣31上通气孔312流入收容腔2221内,在经汇集孔2211流入加热腔室2311内,最后就可以将加热腔室2311内烟支加热而产生的气溶胶带出至外界。另外,由于左侧板32111和右侧板32112间隔设置在连接板32113的相对两侧,当拔动左侧板32111时,可使左侧板32111向靠近右侧板32112的方向移动,使得卡接板3212与固定扣位131分离,这样就可以将活动件3从外壳1上拆卸下来,操作非常简便。当然,也可以直接在固定部32上直接开设供外界空气流入外壳1内的孔,然后经插入匣31侧壁上的通气孔312流入收集仓311内,最后流入加热腔室2311;还可以直接在固定部32上设置连通插入匣31的收集仓311的孔,外界空气直接从固定部32进入收集仓311,然后流入加热腔室2311。
在另一优选实施方式中,参照图3-4以及图8-9,烘烤烟具10还包括固定套筒4,固定套筒4套设加热组件2,固定套筒4在与收容腔2221对应处设有避位孔41,插入匣31从避位孔41处插入下固定座22内,外壳1上设有与连通外界与固定套筒4内部的进气间隙12,进气部为设于活动件3上的通气槽314,通气槽314连通固定套筒和插入匣31内的 收集仓311,外界空气可从进气间隙12流入固定套筒4内,然后经通气槽314流入插入匣31的收集仓311流入加热腔室2311内。具体的说,通气槽314设置在插入匣31上,固定套筒4套设加热组件2,并且固定套筒4与加热组件2之间相间隔设置以形成供气流流动的通道,固定套筒4靠近收容腔的一端为封闭端42,相对的另一端为开口端43,烘烤烟具10采用上进气的方式,外界空气先经进气间隙12从固定套筒4的开口端43流入固定套筒4与加热组件2之间,然后经插入匣31上的通气槽314流入收集仓311内,最后流入加热腔室2311,以将加热腔室2311内加热气溶胶生成基质产生的气溶胶从外壳1的插烟口11排出至外界供用户吸取。值得一提的是,固定部32还可以通过磁吸、螺钉固定等方式固定到固定孔13上,本实施例优选可拆卸的卡扣连接的方式实现固定部32与外壳1的固定连接。
在一实施例中,参照图3-4,上述烘烤烟具10还包括多孔吸附件5,多孔吸附件5设于插入匣31的收集仓311内,多孔吸附件5可吸附加热腔室2311内加热气溶胶生成基质而产生的残留物;由于气溶胶在流动过程中容易遇冷而冷凝形成冷凝液,多孔吸附件5可以有效的将这些冷凝液吸收,避免冷凝液充满收集仓311而导致在移除活动件3的过程中冷凝液洒落在外壳1内造成污染。优选的,多孔吸附件5可以为吸油棉、活性炭、石墨等具有优良吸附性能的材料制成;通过将多孔吸附件5设置在收集仓311内,可以将加热腔室2311加热烟支产生的烟灰废屑等杂物、气溶胶遇冷产生的冷凝液等残留物汇集到收容腔2221内,保持加热腔室2311的清洁,并且在清理时只需将多孔吸附件5从收集仓311中取出即可,更方便清理操作。
在一实施例中,参照图3-4,加热组件2包括上固定座21、下固定座22以及加热件23,加热件23设于下固定座22和上固定座21之间,加热件23用于加热收容在加热腔室2311内的气溶胶生成基质以产生气溶胶。在该实施例中,下固定座22和上固定座21均可用于固定加热件23,例如当加热件23为针状时,可以固定在下固定座22上,当加热件23为管状时,加热件23的上下两端可分别固定在下固定座22和上固定座21上。具体的,在一优选的实施例中,加热件23包括中空呈管状以形成加热腔室2311的基体231和位于基体231内侧壁面或外侧壁面上的辐射加热层232,辐射加热层232通电后可产生红外辐射对加热腔室2311内的气溶胶生成基质进行加热;基体231的相对两端分别插设固定于下固定座22和上固定座21上,辐射加热层232优选为远红外涂层,远红外涂层通电后可发出远红外光,可以对烟支等气溶胶生成基质进行 辐射加热而产生气溶胶,并且管状的基体231便于插入烟支等气溶胶生成基质;另外,管状的基体231也便于装配,在安装时只需将基体231的两端分别插设在下固定座22和上固定座21上,在一起安装到外壳1的收集仓11内即可。更具体的,收容腔2221设置在下固定座22上,收容腔2221位于下固定座22远离基体231的一侧,下固定座22上还设有汇集孔2211,收容腔2221通过汇集孔2211与基体231的加热腔室2311连通,这样加热腔室2311内的加热气溶胶生成基质产生的残留物就可以通过汇集孔2211流入到收容腔2221内,并且落到插入到收容腔2221内的插入匣31的收集仓311内。
进一步的,参照图5-6,下固定座22包括本体221和插接部222,本体221用于固定加热件23,插接部222设于本体221背离加热件23的一侧,收容腔2221设于插接部222上,汇集孔2211形成于本体221上。具体的,在该实施例中,汇集孔2211贯穿本体221靠近加热件23的一侧和背离加热件23的一侧,加热腔室2311加热气溶胶生成基质产生的残留物可以经汇集孔2211流向收容腔2221,由于活动件3的插入匣31插设于收容腔2221内,这样残留物就可以经汇集孔2211顺利流入至插入匣31的收集仓311内。另外,在该实施例中,本体221与插接部222为一体结构,可以通过注塑加工一体成型;在另外一些实施例中,本体221与插接部222也可以采用分体结构,插接部222插设固定在本体221背离加热件23的一侧。
参照图3-4,为了避免烟灰、冷凝液等残留物从收容腔2221与活动件3的插入匣31之间泄漏而对烘烤烟具10造成污染,插入匣31上套设有密封圈6,密封圈6可以由橡胶或硅胶制成,当插入匣31插入收容腔2221时,密封圈6置于插入匣31靠近固定部32的一端,可以起到良好的密封作用;为了保证密封圈6在插入匣31上的稳固安装,插入匣31上设置有环形凹槽313,密封圈6套设在环形凹槽313内,可以避免插入匣31在插入收容腔2221的过程中密封圈6与插入匣31发生相对移动而影响密封效果。
在一实施例中,参照图3-4,加热组件2还包括隔热管24,隔热管24置于上述固定套筒4内并且与固定套筒4间隔设置形成供气流流动通道,隔热管24中空并套设加热件23,下固定座22和上固定座21均至少部分插设于隔热管24内。具体的,参照图7,隔热管24包括内管241、外管242以及设置于内管241和外管242之间的吸热材料。内管241和外管242同轴设置,并且内管241和外管242的上下两端封闭连接,以形成用于容纳吸热材料的收容空间。吸热材料可以是气溶胶,气凝胶可 以是有硅系,碳系,硫系,金属氧化物系,金属系,由于气凝胶中80%以上是空气,所以有非常好的隔热效果;吸热材料还可以为相变材料等等。在一些实施例中,当采用具有远红外涂层的管状加热件23对烟支进行加热时,内管241的内侧涂覆有红外光线反射材料,从而将通电后的加热件23的远红外涂层发出的远红外光反射回管状的加热件23内部来加热烟支,提高了远红外涂层发出的远红外光的有效利用率以及对烟支的加热效率。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书及其附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施例,但并不限于本说明书所描述的实施例,进一步地,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种烘烤烟具,用于加热气溶胶生成基质以生成气溶胶,其特征在于,该烘烤烟具包括:
    外壳;
    加热组件,设置于所述外壳内,所述加热组件包括沿一轴向延伸用于容纳气溶胶生成基质的加热腔室;
    收容腔,位于所述加热组件的一端并与所述加热腔室连通;
    活动件,可移除地连接于所述外壳上,所述活动件包括一可插入所述收容腔内的插入匣,所述插入匣的至少一部分与所述加热腔室轴向对准,以用于承接所述加热腔室内形成的残留物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述插入匣内部中空以形成有收集仓,所述收集仓在靠近所述加热腔室的一侧为开口结构,使得所述插入匣插入所述收容腔后,所述收集仓与所述加热腔室连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述活动件上设置有与所述插入匣内部连通的进气部,所述进气部用于供外界空气进入该插入匣内部并经由该插入匣流入所述加热腔室。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述活动件包括与所述插入匣连接的固定部,所述固定部可拆卸地设于所述外壳上,以将所述插入匣保持于所述收容腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述外壳上与所述收容腔相对应的位置设有与所述固定部相适配的固定孔,以使插入匣插入所述收容腔中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述外壳上邻近所述固定孔设置有固定扣位,所述固定部上设置有与所述固定扣位相配合的弹性卡扣。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述弹性卡扣包 括U形部,当所述固定部通过所述弹性卡扣与所述固定扣位的配合固定到所述外壳上时,所述U形部连通所述外壳的内外侧,所述进气部为设于所述插入匣侧壁上的通气孔,外界空气经所述U形部流入所述外壳内后,可经所述通气孔流入所述插入匣内,并经所述插入匣流入所述加热腔室内。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,还包括固定套筒,所述固定套筒套设所述加热组件,所述固定套筒在与所述收容腔对应处设有避位孔,所述插入匣从所述避位孔处插入所述收容腔内,所述外壳上设有与连通外界与所述固定套筒内部的进气间隙,所述进气部为设于所述活动件上的通气槽,所述通气槽连通所述固定套筒和所述插入匣内部,外界空气可从所述进气间隙流入所述固定套筒内后,然后经所述通气槽流入所述插入匣内,并经所述插入匣流入至所述加热腔室内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,还包括多孔吸附件,所述多孔吸附件设于所述插入匣内,所述多孔吸附件可吸附所述加热腔室内加热气溶胶生成基质而产生的残留物。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述加热组件包括上固定座、下固定座以及加热件,所述加热件设于所述下固定座和所述上固定座之间,所述加热件用于加热收容在所述加热腔室内的气溶胶生成基质。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述加热件包括中空管状以形成所述加热腔室的基体和位于所述基体内侧壁面或外侧壁面上的辐射加热层,所述辐射加热层通电后产生红外辐射可对所述加热腔室内的气溶胶生成基质进行加热。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述下固定座包括本体和插接部,所述本体用于固定所述加热件,所述插接部设于所述本体背离所述加热件的一侧,所述插接部中空且一端开口以形成所述收容腔,所述本体内形成有连通所述收容腔和所述加热腔室的汇集孔。
