具体实施方式
本实施例首先提供了一种用于冰箱10的门体100,图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱10的结构示意图;图2是根据本发明一个实施例的门体100 的部分结构(其中图2中省去了盖板)的结构示意图;图3是图2所示区域A的示意性放大图;图4是根据本发明一个实施例的门体100的门板110、第一侧板130、第二侧板140、第一侧板翻边150以及第二侧板翻边160的结构示意图;图5是图4所示区域B的示意性放大图;图6是根据本发明一个实施例的门体100的饰条170及卡扣板180的结构示意图;图7是图6所示区域C的示意性放大图。
门体100包括门板110、凸起板120、第一侧板130、第二侧板140、第一侧板翻边150、第二侧板翻边160、饰条170以及卡扣板180。
本领域技术人员可以理解地,门板110可以具有前表面以及后表面。凸起板120由门板110的前表面或后表面向背离门板110的方向延伸。
第一侧板130由门板110的一侧沿凸起板120的延伸方向延伸,第二侧板140由门板110与第一侧板130相对的另一侧沿第一侧板130的延伸方向延伸。
第一侧板翻边150由第一侧板130向靠近第二侧板140的方向延伸,第二侧板翻边160由第二侧板140向靠近第一侧板130的方向延伸。第一侧板翻边150以及第二侧板翻边160便于将门板110、第一侧板130以及第二侧板140固定于门体100的其他部分(例如,盖板200),使得门体100结构更加稳定。
凸起板120开设有与第一侧板130以及第二侧板140的布置方向垂直,且与凸起板120的延伸方向垂直的卡孔121。
饰条170设置于门板110在卡孔121的延伸方向上的一端,卡扣板180固定于饰条170与卡孔121对应的区域,并沿卡孔121的延伸方向延伸,以卡接于卡孔121。
这种饰条170的安装不需要增加额外的拆件,打破了现有技术的思想桎梏,只需直接使饰条170沿卡扣板180的延伸方向移动,将卡扣板180卡接于卡孔121,就可以实现饰条170与门板110的安装,使得门体100的安装过程简单,提高了生产效率。
在一些实施例中,凸起板120由门板110的后表面向后延伸,第一侧板130由门板110的左侧向后延伸,第二侧板140由门板110的右侧向后延伸,第一侧板翻边150由第一侧板130的后端向右延伸,第二侧板翻边160由第二侧板140的后端向左延伸,卡孔121沿上下方向延伸,饰条170设置于门 板110上端,卡扣板180向下延伸。
在另一些实施例中,凸起板120由门板110的前表面向前延伸,第一侧板130由门板110的左侧向前延伸,第二侧板140由门板110的右侧向前延伸,第一侧板翻边150由第一侧板130的后端向右延伸,第二侧板翻边160由第二侧板140的后端向左延伸,卡孔121沿上下方向延伸,饰条170设置于门板110下端,卡扣板180向上延伸。
卡扣板180可以开设有沿凸起板120的延伸方向延伸的卡扣板孔181,门体100还可以包括卡接板190,卡接板190由卡扣板孔181远离饰条170的孔壁向靠近饰条170的方向延伸,卡接板190背离门板110的表面形成有向远离门板110的方向延伸的卡接板凸起191,卡接板凸起191由该表面形成可以避免与门板110干涉。
卡接板凸起191与饰条170间形成有卡接间隙192,卡接板凸起191用于与凸起板120抵触,以将凸起板120固定于卡接间隙192,从而减少饰条170与门板110间晃动,使得这种门体100的结构更加稳定。
饰条170与卡孔121对应的区域设置有与凸起板120相抵触的饰条板171,饰条板171与卡接板凸起191间形成有卡接间隙192。通过饰条板171与卡接板凸起191的共同作用,使得凸起板120更牢固地固定于卡接间隙192,具体地,饰条板171与凸起板120相对的表面与凸起板120靠近饰条板171的表面接触。
门板110、凸起板120、第一侧板130、第二侧板140、第一侧板翻边150以及第二侧板翻边160可以一体成型,简化了安装过程,提高了生产效率。
饰条170、卡扣板180以及卡接板190也可以一体成型,进一步简化了安装过程,进一步提高了生产效率。
饰条170与门板110、第一侧板130、第二侧板140、第一侧板翻边150以及第二侧板翻边160对应的区域开设有饰条槽172,门板110、第一侧板130、第二侧板140、第一侧板翻边150以及第二侧板翻边160均插入饰条槽172内,不仅使得门体100的整体结构更加稳定,还使得门体100具有较好的外观。
门体100还可以包括盖板200,盖板200的一端与第一侧板翻边150固定,盖板200的另一端与第二侧板翻边160固定,并与门板110、第一侧板130、第二侧板140、第一侧板翻边150以及第二侧板翻边160形成门体腔。 保温材料设置于门体腔内。盖板200可以对盖板起到防护作用,保温材料可以减少冷量损失。保温材料可以为发泡,发泡价格低廉,成本较低,且保温效果好。
门板110、凸起板120、第一侧板130、第二侧板140、第一侧板翻边150以及第二侧板翻边160可以由金属材料制成,由金属材料制成可以避免门体100变形、损坏。
饰条170、卡扣板180以及卡接板190可以由聚合物材料制成,以减少门体100的成本。
门板110的前表面可以为弧形面,从而使得门体100具有较好的外观。
本实施例还提供了一种冰箱10,冰箱10包括箱体300以及上述任一门体100。箱体300限定有具有取物开口的储物空间310,具体地,取物开口可以为前向取物开口,门体100用于开闭取物开口。
本实施例提供了一种用于冰箱10的门体100及冰箱10,门体100包括门板110,凸起板120由门板110的前表面或后表面向背离门板110的方向延伸,第一侧板130由门板110的一侧沿凸起板120的延伸方向延伸,第二侧板140由门板110与第一侧板130相对的另一侧沿第一侧板130的延伸方向延伸,第一侧板翻边150由第一侧板130向靠近第二侧板140的方向延伸,第二侧板翻边160由第二侧板140向靠近第一侧板130的方向延伸。第一侧板翻边150以及第二侧板翻边160便于将门板110、第一侧板130以及第二侧板140固定于门体100的盖板200,使得门体100结构更加稳定。
凸起板120开设有与第一侧板130以及第二侧板140的布置方向垂直,且与凸起板120的延伸方向垂直的卡孔121。饰条170设置于门板110在卡孔121的延伸方向上的一端,卡扣板180固定于饰条170与卡孔121对应的区域,并沿卡孔121的延伸方向延伸,以卡接于卡孔121。
卡扣板180可以开设有沿凸起板120的延伸方向延伸的卡扣板孔181,门体100还包括卡接板190,卡接板190由卡扣板孔181远离饰条170的孔壁向靠近饰条170的方向延伸,卡接板190背离门板110的表面形成有向远离门板110的方向延伸的卡接板凸起191,卡接板凸起191由该表面形成可以避免与门板110干涉,卡接板凸起191与饰条170间形成有卡接间隙192,卡接板凸起191用于与凸起板120抵触,以将凸起板120固定于卡接间隙192,从而减少饰条170与门板110间晃动,使得这种门体100的结构更加 稳定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的门体,包括:
    门板;
    凸起板,由所述门板的前表面或后表面向背离所述门板的方向延伸;
    第一侧板,由所述门板的一侧沿所述凸起板的延伸方向延伸;
    第二侧板,由所述门板与所述第一侧板相对的另一侧沿所述第一侧板的延伸方向延伸;
    第一侧板翻边,由所述第一侧板向靠近所述第二侧板的方向延伸;
    第二侧板翻边,由所述第二侧板向靠近所述第一侧板的方向延伸;且所述凸起板开设有与所述第一侧板以及所述第二侧板的布置方向垂直,且与所述凸起板的延伸方向垂直的卡孔;所述门体还包括:
    饰条,设置于所述门板在所述卡孔的延伸方向上的一端;
    卡扣板,固定于所述饰条与所述卡孔对应的区域,并沿所述卡孔的延伸方向延伸,以卡接于所述卡孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述卡扣板开设有沿所述凸起板的延伸方向延伸的卡扣板孔;所述门体还包括:
    卡接板,由所述卡扣板孔远离所述饰条的孔壁向靠近所述饰条的方向延伸,所述卡接板背离所述门板的表面形成有向远离所述门板的方向延伸的卡接板凸起,所述卡接板凸起与所述饰条间形成有卡接间隙,所述卡接板凸起用于与所述凸起板抵触,以将所述凸起板固定于所述卡接间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其中,
    所述饰条与所述卡孔对应的区域设置有与所述凸起板相抵触的饰条板,所述饰条板与所述卡接板凸起间形成有所述卡接间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其中,
    所述门板、所述凸起板、所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第一侧板翻边以及所述第二侧板翻边一体成型;
    所述饰条、所述卡扣板以及所述卡接板一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述饰条与所述门板、所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第一侧板翻边以及所述第二侧板翻边对应的区域开设有饰条槽,所述门板、所述第一侧 板、所述第二侧板、所述第一侧板翻边以及所述第二侧板翻边均插入所述饰条槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,还包括:
    盖板,其一端与所述第一侧板翻边固定,另一端与所述第二侧板翻边固定,并与所述门板、所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第一侧板翻边以及所述第二侧板翻边形成门体腔;
    保温材料,设置于所述门体腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的门体,其中,
    所述保温材料为发泡。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其中,
    所述门板、所述凸起板、所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第一侧板翻边以及第二侧板翻边由金属材料制成;
    所述饰条、所述卡扣板以及所述卡接板由聚合物材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述门板的前表面为弧形面。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,其限定有具有取物开口的储物空间;
    根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的门体,所述门体用于开闭所述取物开口。
