Description
本发明属于衣物处理装置技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种衣物处理装置的窗垫及衣物处理装置。
随着消费者对多功能衣物处理装置的需求增加,兼具洗涤、烘干等功能的该类产品日益受到青睐。但是随着功能的增多,衣物处理装置内的部分结构限于现有设计却带来了新的问题,例如滚筒洗衣机观察窗的窗垫凹槽结构,其底部在洗涤结束后会存在残水和泡沫,而由于凹槽开口较窄,自然风干与吹风风干均无法在短时间内将残水消除。
现有技术对窗垫凹槽的结构进行了改进,在其底部增加排水口,可部分排出残水,但对于存在于凹槽中的泡沫,无法通过排水口轻易清除。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理装置的窗垫,所述窗垫周向的部分凹槽被导风部覆盖,形成将烘干风引导至残水和泡沫处的风道。本发明提供的结构增大了通风量,可在短时间内消除积存在窗垫底部凹槽内的泡沫和残水,适合推广使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
本发明提供了一种衣物处理装置的窗垫,衣物处理装置的烘干风口4设于窗垫1褶皱形成的凹槽2内,自烘干风口4处向窗垫1底部延伸设有覆盖所述凹槽2的导风部3,以形成将烘干风引导至底部凹槽2的风道41。
上述方案中,所述窗垫竖直设置于衣物处理装置的前部,其周向上包括由皱褶形成的凹槽结构,由于所述凹槽的开口宽度较小且朝向窗垫中心轴设置,因此位于窗垫底部的凹槽开口向上设置,在洗涤结束后其中常积存有残水和泡沫,若长时间不进行处理会导致该处积存 污垢难以清洗,并使洗涤筒内产生异味。现有技术的部分方案将烘干风口设置在凹槽内,但由于开口的存在,烘干风会直接经过开口进入洗涤筒空间,无法对底部凹槽积存的残水进行强力吹干。对此,本发明在窗垫凹槽的基础上设计部分覆盖所述凹槽的导风部,使得导风部与凹槽共同围成可引导烘干风的风道,实现对底部凹槽的强力吹干。此外由于采用了覆盖部分凹槽的导风部,烘干风在对底部凹槽进行吹干之后,由于不继续受导风部的阻挡,还可继续对洗涤筒内的空间进行吹干。
本发明的进一步方案为:凹槽开口21从烘干风口4处至窗垫1底部与所述导风部3一体成型设置,以构成周向密闭的所述风道41。
上述方案中,本发明的导风部可与凹槽开口的两侧一体成型,形成周向密闭的风道。由于密闭风道可承受较大的压力,可调高烘干风速,实现对底部凹槽的强力吹干。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述窗垫1自烘干风口4处至窗垫1底部延伸设有搭接在凹槽开口21上方的导风部3,以构成半封闭的所述风道41。
上述方案中,考虑到制作具有部分封闭凹槽的窗垫需要采用新的模具,增加了成本,本发明还提供了另一种搭接在凹槽开口上方的导风部结构,所述导风部与凹槽非密封连接,但可采用不同于窗垫的材质,还可针对不同尺寸的窗垫结构选择不同规格的导风部,增加了使用的灵活性。此外,此方案下的导风部还可与窗垫可拆卸连接,以应对不用的使用模式。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述导风部3包括沿窗垫1径向呈凹凸状的波纹结构33;优选的,所述导风部3在朝向凹槽2的一侧设有所述波纹结构33。
上述方案中,所述波纹结构使导风部的表面变得不平整,使吹过导风部的烘干风产生湍流,遍及凹槽内和洗涤筒内的空间;所述波纹结构还可增加附着于其上泡沫表面的张力,促使泡沫破裂。优选将导风部朝向凹槽的一侧设置波纹结构,可进一步提高风道内的烘干风风压,实现对风道内及风道出口处残水和泡沫的强力吹干。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述导风部3的波纹结构33在窗垫1轴向上的截面呈波纹状。
上述方案中,波纹结构在窗垫轴向上的截面呈波纹状,即所述波纹结构为顺着窗垫周向设置且交替排列的若干凸筋和凹槽,所述凸筋和凹槽的延伸方向与烘干风的出风方向一致,以加强对烘干风的引导作用。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述导风部3靠近窗垫1底部的一端朝向凹槽槽底22弯折设置;所述烘干风口4设于靠近窗垫1顶部的凹槽2内,所述导风部3靠近烘干风口4的一端朝所述烘干风口4弯折设置;优选的,所述导风部3靠近烘干风口4的一端弯折延伸至烘干风口4处,烘干风经所述导风部3分隔;更优选的,所述导风部3靠近烘干风口4的一端设有朝所述烘干风口4弯折的遮挡部34,所述遮挡部34设于烘干风口4进风方向的相反一侧。
上述方案中,所述导风部在靠近底部凹槽时朝向凹槽槽底弯折设置,使得所述风道在出口处的内径变小,使得烘干风在此处压力增大,形成对出口处残水和泡沫的强力吹干。所述烘干风口靠近窗垫顶部设置,通过风通在窗垫底部出风,可避免在喷淋窗垫时,水从风口溅出;同时又有利于增大进风量,加速窗垫的风干。
上述方案中,所述导风部具有一定厚度,将其靠近烘干风口的一端对准所述烘干风口的中部弯折设置,可使导风部的端部形成对烘干风的分隔,其中一部分烘干风经流入风道对底部凹槽进行吹干,其余未流入风道的烘干风则沿着窗垫凹槽的开口和导风部的波纹结构进入洗涤筒内。本发明的另一种实施方式中,导风部靠近烘干风口的一端向凹槽弯折形成遮挡部,所述遮挡部设于烘干风口进风方向的相反侧,以将烘干风全部引导至风道内,烘干风在经过风道实现对底部凹槽的吹干后,再进入洗涤筒内空间进行吹干。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述导风部3为与凹槽开口21两侧的窗垫1一体成型的封条31,所述封条31自烘干风口4处向下延伸至窗垫1底部,且在靠近烘干风口4处伸入凹槽2设置;优选的,所述封条31在烘干风口4进风方向的相反侧伸入凹槽2形成遮挡部34,所述遮挡部34与窗垫1底部凹槽2相密封设置。
上述方案中,导风部与窗垫一体成型,即所述导风部为与凹槽开口两侧的窗垫一体成型的封条,所述封条在靠近烘干风口处弯折伸入凹槽设置。在一种实施方法中,封条靠近烘干风口的一端对准所述烘干风口的中部弯折设置,可使封条端部形成对烘干风的分隔;在另一种实施方式中,封条弯折伸入凹槽的部分形成遮挡部,以将烘干风完全引导至风道内,因此所述遮挡部此时与凹槽底部相密封连接。所述封条朝向窗垫轴线的一面与凹槽开口两侧的窗垫相持平设置,可理解为所述封条隐藏设置在凹槽中。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述导风部3为与凹槽开口21两侧的窗垫1相搭接的挡条32,所述挡条32自烘干风口4处向下延伸至窗垫1底部,并且在靠近烘干风口4处通过遮挡部34与凹槽槽底22相连;优选的,所述挡条32在朝向凹槽2的一侧中部设有嵌入凹槽开口21的波纹结构33,波纹结构33两侧为与凹槽开口21两侧的窗垫1相搭接的平面。
上述方案中,导风部为搭接在凹槽开口上方的挡条,所述挡条在靠近烘干风口处伸入凹槽设置。所述挡条弯折伸入凹槽的部分形成遮挡部,以将烘干风完全引导至风道内,因此所述遮挡部此时与凹槽底部相连。在一种优选实施方式中,挡条朝向凹槽的一侧设有波纹结构,而挡条在波纹结构的两边留有与窗垫搭接的平面,此实施方式中,波纹结构可与凹槽的两侧壁过盈配合,实现挡条与凹槽相卡接,以增加连接牢度。所述挡条朝向窗垫轴线的一面凸出凹槽开口两侧的窗垫设置,可理解为所述挡条整体覆盖在凹槽上方。
本发明的进一步方案·为:烘干风口4进风方向的相反侧设有与所述遮挡部34相接的连接件,供用户安装或拆卸所述挡条32。
上述方案中,导风部通过所述遮挡部与连接件可拆卸连接,可通过多种连接方式实现所述安装与拆卸,例如,可将所述连接件设为一凸出凹槽槽底的销结构,而遮挡部设置为包括可与销结构插接的孔洞,通过插拔实现导风部与连接件的安装与拆卸。
本发明还提供了一种衣物处理装置,包括如上所述的窗垫。
上述方案中,所述衣物处理装置兼具洗涤、烘干等功能,选自洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机中的一种或结合。以带烘干的滚筒洗衣机为例,风机设置在洗涤筒上方区域,并通过风管向下连接至窗垫顶部凹槽的烘干风口,烘干风随风道先后吹入窗垫凹槽和洗涤筒内,或者同时吹入垫凹槽和洗涤筒内,之后通过设于洗涤筒后侧的出风口排出,所述出风口处还设有泡沫防溢结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供的衣物处理装置窗垫结构设置有部分覆盖窗垫凹槽的导风部结构,以形成将烘干风引导至窗垫底部的风道,提高了对底部残水和泡沫的清理效果;
2.本发明提供的衣物处理装置窗垫结构的导风部设有波纹结构,所述波纹结构使导风部的表面变得不平整,使吹过导风部的烘干风产生湍流,遍及凹槽内和洗涤筒内的空间;所述波纹结构还可增加附着于其上泡沫表面的张力,促使泡沫破裂;
3.本发明提供的衣物处理装置窗垫结构中,导风部靠近烘干风口的一端朝向所述烘干风口的中部弯折,利用导风部自身的厚度实现对烘干风的分隔引流,其中一部分烘干风经流入风道对底部凹槽进行吹干,其余未流入风道的烘干风则沿着窗垫凹槽的开口和导风部的波纹结构进入洗涤筒内。

本实施例提供了一种衣物处理装置,包括如实施例1~3任一所述的窗垫。,所述衣物处理装置兼具洗涤、烘干等功能,选自洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机中的一种或结合。以带烘干的滚筒洗衣机为例,风机设置在洗涤筒上方区域,并通过风管向下连接至窗垫顶部凹槽的烘干风口,烘干风随风道先后吹入窗垫凹槽和洗涤筒内,或者同时吹入垫凹槽和洗涤筒内,之后通过设于洗涤筒后侧的出风口排出,所述出风口处还设有泡沫防溢结构。

- 根据权利要求1所述衣物处理装置的窗垫,其特征在于,凹槽开口(21)从烘干风口(4)处至窗垫(1)底部与所述导风部(3)一体成型设置,以构成周向密闭的所述风道(41)。
- 根据权利要求1所述衣物处理装置的窗垫,其特征在于,所述窗垫(1)自烘干风口(4)处至窗垫(1)底部延伸设有搭接在凹槽开口(21)上方的导风部(3),以构成半封闭的所述风道(41)。
- 根据权利要求1所述衣物处理装置的窗垫,其特征在于,所述导风部(3)包括沿窗垫(1)径向呈凹凸状的波纹结构(33);优选的,所述导风部(3)在朝向凹槽(2)的一侧设有所述波纹结构(33)。
- 根据权利要求4所述衣物处理装置的窗垫,其特征在于,所述导风部(3)的波纹结构(33)在窗垫(1)轴向上的截面呈波纹状。
- 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述衣物处理装置的窗垫,其特征在于,所述导风部(3)靠近窗垫(1)底部的一端朝向凹槽槽底(22)弯折设置;所述烘干风口(4)设于靠近窗垫(1)顶部的凹槽(2)内,所述导风部(3)靠近烘干风口(4)的一端朝所述烘干风口(4)弯折设置;优选的,所述导风部(3)靠近烘干风口(4)的一端弯折延伸至烘干风口(4)处,烘干风经所述导风部(3)分隔;更优选的,所述导风部(3)靠近烘干风口(4)的一端设有朝所述烘干风口(4)弯折的遮挡部(34),所述遮挡部(34)设于烘干风口(4)进风方向的相反一侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述衣物处理装置的窗垫,其特征在于,所述导风部(3)为与凹槽开口(21)两侧的窗垫(1)一体成型的封条(31),所述封条(31)自烘干风口(4)处向下延伸至窗垫(1)底部,且在靠近烘干风口(4)处伸入凹槽(2)设置;优选的,所述封条(31)在烘干风口(4)进风方向的相反侧伸入凹槽(2)形成遮挡部(34),所述遮挡部(34)与窗垫(1)底部凹槽(2)相密封设置。
- 根据权利要求6所述衣物处理装置的窗垫,其特征在于,所述导风部(3)为与凹槽开口(21)两侧的窗垫(1)相搭接的挡条(32),所述挡条(32)自烘干风口(4)处向下延伸至窗垫(1)底部,并且在靠近烘干风口(4)处通过遮挡部(34)与凹槽槽底(22)相连;优选的,所述挡条(32)在朝向凹槽(2)的一侧中部设有嵌入凹槽开口(21)的波纹结构(33),波纹结构(33)两侧为与凹槽开口(21)两侧的窗垫(1)相搭接的平面。
- 根据权利要求8所述衣物处理装置的窗垫,其特征在于,烘干风口(4)进风方向的相反侧设有与所述遮挡部(34)相接的连接件,供用户安装或拆卸所述挡条(32)。
- 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的窗垫。
