Description
以下、その他の実施形態について説明する。尚、以下に説明する各実施形態の構成は、それぞれ単独で適用されるものに限られず、矛盾が生じない限り、他の実施形態の構成と組み合わせて適用することも可能である。
以下、上記において説明した車両用駆動装置(100)の概要について簡単に説明する。
Claims (19)
- 第1軸上に配置された回転電機と、
前記回転電機からの駆動力が伝達される伝達機構と、
前記第1軸と互いに平行な別軸である第2軸上に配置され、前記伝達機構を介した前記回転電機からの駆動力を車輪に分配する差動歯車機構と、
第2軸上に配置され、前記差動歯車機構と前記車輪とを駆動連結する出力部材と、
前記回転電機を駆動制御するインバータ装置と、
前記回転電機を収容する第1収容室と、前記インバータ装置を収容する第2収容室とを内部に有して一体形成されたケースと、を備え、
前記出力部材の内、前記回転電機と前記第1軸に沿う方向である軸方向の配置領域が重複する部分である特定部が少なくとも前記第1収容室に収容され、
前記一体形成されたケースは、前記第1収容室と前記第2収容室とを区画する隔壁を有し、
前記隔壁は、前記特定部と前記インバータ装置との間に設けられている、車両用駆動装置。 - 前記軸方向に見て、前記インバータ装置の少なくとも一部及び前記出力部材は、前記第1軸に対して前後方向一方側に配置されている、請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ケースは、前記ケースと一体的に形成されて前記第1軸に直交する軸直交方向に延在し、少なくとも前記回転電機を回転可能に支持する支持壁を備え、前記第2収容室は、前記支持壁を挟んで前記第1軸に沿う方向である軸方向の両側に形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1収容室は、第3収容室を備え、前記支持壁は、前記第1収容室において前記回転電機が収容される空間と、前記第3収容室とを区画する、請求項3に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記回転電機を囲むように形成され、前記隔壁に接続される第1周壁部、及び前記出力部材を囲むように形成され、前記隔壁に接続される第2周壁部を備える、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記隔壁は、前記回転電機の周方向に沿って前記第1収容室の上部へ向かって延びる延在部を有し、前記延在部が前記第1収容室に接続されている、請求項5に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ケースは、前記隔壁及び前記第1周壁部から延び、前記インバータ装置を囲むように形成された側壁部を有する、請求項5又は6に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記隔壁は、前記インバータ装置と前記出力部材との間、及び、前記インバータ装置と前記回転電機との間の双方に配置されている、請求項5から7の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ケースは、前記隔壁から延び、前記インバータ装置を囲むように形成された側壁部を有する、請求項8に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 上下方向に沿う上下方向視で、前記インバータ装置は、前記出力部材及び前記伝達機構の双方と重複するように配置されている、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 上下方向に沿う上下方向視で、前記インバータ装置は、前記出力部材及び前記回転電機の双方と重複するように配置されている、又は、前記出力部材、前記伝達機構、及び前記回転電機と重複するように配置されている、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記インバータ装置は、前記第1軸に沿う方向である軸方向及び上下方向の双方に直交する方向である前後方向における、前記第1収容室の延在領域内に配置されている、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記隔壁と、前記出力部材との間に、前記回転電機と前記インバータ装置とを接続する交流電力線が配置されている、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記インバータ装置は、上下方向における前記第1収容室の延在領域内に配置されている、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記伝達機構は、前記第1軸及び前記第2軸とは異なり、これらに平行な第3軸上に配置されたカウンタギヤ機構を備え、
前記カウンタギヤ機構は、前記第1軸のギヤに噛み合う第1ギヤと、前記第2軸のギヤに噛み合う第2ギヤとを備え、
前記第3軸は、前記第1軸と前記第2軸と結ぶ仮想線よりも上下方向において下方に配置され、
前記インバータ装置は、前記第1軸に沿う方向である軸方向において前記第2ギヤよりも前記回転電機の側に配置された前記第1ギヤよりも上下方向における上方に位置して、且つ、上下方向視で前記第1ギヤと重複するように配置されている、請求項1から14の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記伝達機構は、前記第1軸及び前記第2軸とは異なり、これらに平行な第3軸上に配置されたカウンタギヤ機構を備え、
前記カウンタギヤ機構は、前記第1軸のギヤに噛み合う第1ギヤと、前記第2軸のギヤに噛み合う第2ギヤとを備え、
前記第3軸は、前記第1軸と前記第2軸と結ぶ仮想線よりも上下方向において上方に配置され、
前記インバータ装置は、前記第1軸に沿う方向である軸方向において前記第1ギヤよりも前記回転電機の側に配置された前記第2ギヤ及び前記回転電機よりも上下方向における上方に位置して、且つ、上下方向視で前記第2ギヤ及び前記回転電機と重複するように配置されている、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第1収容室は、前記回転電機を回転可能に支持する第1軸受と、前記出力部材を回転可能に支持する第2軸受とを収容している、請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1収容室を閉塞する第1カバーと、前記第2収容室を閉塞する第2カバーとを備える、請求項1から17の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1収容室を閉塞する第1カバーと、前記第2収容室を閉塞する第2カバーとを備え、前記第1軸受及び前記第2軸受は、前記第1カバーに取り付けられる、請求項17に記載の車両用駆動装置。
