如图1-6所示,本发明一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,包括用于与容器100口部连接的底座1,所述底座1两端开口且中空,所述底座1上开口连接有上盖2,所述底座1下开口与容器100内腔连通,所述底座1上下开口之间或底座1下开口下侧可破坏地设有位于容器100口部内的底盖3,所述底座1上且位于上盖2与底盖3之间形成有用于储放添加物的储物腔11;所述上盖2内底设有可伸缩地连接于底座1内的活动柱21,当上盖2相对底座1活动时,可使活动柱21相对底座1伸缩地向下运动,而使得储物腔11内产生气压将破坏底盖3,进而使得储物腔11与容器100内腔连通。在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对底座活动,可使活动柱伸缩地相对底座向下运动,使得储物腔内产生气压以将底盖破坏,使之脱离,进而使得储物腔的添加物与容器内腔的液体混合调制,因此采用本发明可对容器内腔所盛装的溶液在首次使用时进行加料调制,具有使用便捷及其结构简单,便于生产制造的特点。
如图1-6所示,为了使得储物腔内可填装更多的添加物和提高实用性,所述活动柱21下端开口且中空,所述储物腔11由活动柱21、底座1和底盖3之间的内腔形成。
如图1-6所示,为了使得活动柱与底座内壁之间密封连接,且在使用时,保障活动柱能够稳定顺畅的相对底座伸缩活动,及防止两者直接接触而提高使用周期,所述活动柱21外壁与底座1内壁之间设有密封环211。
其中密封环211由软质材料制成,如橡胶、硅胶。
如图1-6所示,为了限制上盖相对底座分离,以保障储物盖组件中活动柱与底座之间稳定伸缩地工作、活动,所述活动柱21外壁上设有活动柱限位块212,所述底座1内壁上设有配合活动柱限位块212使用以限制活动柱21与底座1分 离的第一限位块12,和/或所述上盖2下边缘设有上盖限位块22,所述底座1上设有配合上盖限位块22使用以限制上盖2与底座1分离的第二限位块13。
进一步地,根据设计需求和提供多种连接方式,所述底座1与上盖2之间通过螺纹连接如图1、2所示或扣接如图3-6所示。

如图1-6所示,为了提高密封性,所述底座1上伸入容器100口部内的套管外壁设有套管密封圈14,当底座1连接在容器100口部时,所述套管密封圈14密封抵触于容器100口部内壁上。
如图7-14所示,本发明一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,包括用于与容器100口部活动连接的上盖2,所述上盖2上端封堵、下端开口且中空,所述上盖2下开口与容器100内腔连通,所述上盖2下开口可破地连接有位于容器100口部内的底盖3,所述上盖2与底盖3之间形成有用于储放添加物的储物腔11,所述底盖3与容器100口部之间设有限位结构4。
如图7-14所示,所述容器100口部内壁上设有卡槽,所述限位结构4为设在底盖3上且配合卡槽卡合的倒刺或倒扣。在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对容器向上运动,可使上盖与底盖分离,而使得储物腔的添加物与容器内腔的液体混合调制,因此采用本发明可对容器内腔所盛装的溶液在首次使用时进行加料调制,具有使用便捷及其结构简单,便于生产制造的特点。
进一步地,根据设计需求和提供多种连接方式,所述上盖2与底盖3之间通过套接或卡接。
如图15-18所示,本发明一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,包括用于与容器100口部活动连接的上盖2,所述上盖2上端封堵、下端开口且中空,所述上盖2下开口与容器100内腔连通,所述上盖2下开口形成有低位部23和高位部24,所述上盖2下开口可破坏地设有位于容器100口部内的底盖3,所述底盖3上相对上盖2的低位部23和高位部24形成有相互配合的底盖低位部31和底盖高位部32,所述上盖2和底盖3之间形成有用于储放添加物的储物腔11,所述底盖 3与容器100口部之间设有限位结构4。在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对容器转动,可使上盖的低位部23由底盖低位部31往底盖高位部32运动,而使得底盖与上盖分离,进而使得储物腔的添加物与容器内腔的液体混合调制,因此采用本发明可对容器内腔所盛装的溶液在首次使用时进行加料调制,具有使用便捷及其结构简单,便于生产制造的特点。
所述容器100口部内壁上设有静止转件,所述限位结构4为设在底盖3上且配合静止转件使用的止转件图中未表现出来。
如图19、20所示,本发明一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,包括用于与容器100口部活动连接的上盖2,所述上盖2上端封堵、下端开口且中空,所述上盖2下开口与容器100内腔连通,所述上盖2下开口可破坏地连接有位于容器100口部内的底盖3,所述底座1与底盖3之间形成有用于储放添加物的储物腔11,所述底盖3与容器100口部之间设有限位结构4。在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对容器转动,使得底盖与上盖分离,进而使得储物腔的添加物与容器内腔的液体混合调制,因此采用本发明可对容器内腔所盛装的溶液在首次使用时进行加料调制,具有使用便捷及其结构简单,便于生产制造的特点。
所述容器100口部内壁上设有静止转件,所述限位结构4为设在底盖3上且配合静止转件使用的止转件图中未表现出来。
如图19、20所示,根据设计需求,所述上盖2与底盖3之间螺纹连接。
上述中储物腔11内的添加物可以是茶叶、饮料粉、色粉、药粉、浓缩液等物料。当容器100配上本发明储物盖组件时,在使用之前添加物与容器内腔中的物质是分别独立存储的,具有更安全保障,使之保质期更久;使用时,只需作用上盖即可使之混合调制,得到一种全新的物料,可以是茶水、饮料、药剂、涂料等。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器(100)口部连接的底座(1),所述底座(1)两端开口且中空,所述底座(1)上开口连接有上盖(2),所述底座(1)下开口与容器(100)内腔连通,所述底座(1)上下开口之间或底座(1)下开口下侧可破坏地设有位于容器(100)口部内的底盖(3),所述底座(1)上且位于上盖(2)与底盖(3)之间形成有用于储放添加物的储物腔(11);所述上盖(2)内底设有可伸缩地连接于底座(1)内的活动柱(21),当上盖(2)相对底座(1)活动时,可使活动柱(21)相对底座(1)伸缩地向下运动,而使得储物腔(11)内产生气压将破坏底盖(3),进而使得储物腔(11)与容器(100)内腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述活动柱(21)下端开口且中空,所述储物腔(11)由活动柱(21)、底座(1)和底盖(3)之间的内腔形成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述活动柱(21)外壁与底座(1)内壁之间设有密封环(211)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述活动柱(21)外壁上设有活动柱限位块(212),所述底座(1)内壁上设有配合活动柱限位块(212)使用以限制活动柱(21)与底座(1)分离的第一限位块(12),和/或所述上盖(2)下边缘设有上盖限位块(22),所述底座(1)上设有配合上盖限位块(22)使用以限制上盖(2)与底座(1)分离的第二限位块(13)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(1)与上盖(2)之间通过螺纹连接或扣接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(1)与底盖(3)之间通过套接或扣接。
  7. 一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器(100)口部活动连接的上盖(2),所述上盖(2)上端封堵、下端开口且中空,所述上盖(2)下开口与容器(100)内腔连通,所述上盖(2)下开口可破地连接有位于容器(100)口部内的底盖(3),所述上盖(2)与底盖(3)之间形成有用于储放添加物的储物腔(11),所述底盖(3)与容器(100)口部之间设有限位结构(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述容器 (100)口部内壁上设有卡槽,所述限位结构(4)为设在底盖(3)上且配合卡槽卡合的倒刺或倒扣。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(2)与底盖(3)之间通过套接或卡接。
  10. 一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器(100)口部活动连接的上盖(2),所述上盖(2)上端封堵、下端开口且中空,所述上盖(2)下开口与容器(100)内腔连通,所述上盖(2)下开口形成有低位部(23)和高位部(24),所述上盖(2)下开口可破坏地设有位于容器(100)口部内的底盖(3),所述底盖(3)上相对上盖(2)的低位部(23)和高位部(24)形成有相互配合的底盖低位部(31)和底盖高位部(32),所述上盖(2)和底盖(3)之间形成有用于储放添加物的储物腔(11),所述底盖(3)与容器(100)口部之间设有限位结构(4)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述容器(100)口部内壁上设有静止转件,所述限位结构(4)为设在底盖(3)上且配合静止转件使用的止转件。
  12. 一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器(100)口部活动连接的上盖(2),所述上盖(2)上端封堵、下端开口且中空,所述上盖(2)下开口与容器(100)内腔连通,所述上盖(2)下开口可破坏地连接有位于容器(100)口部内的底盖(3),所述底座(1)与底盖(3)之间形成有用于储放添加物的储物腔(11),所述底盖(3)与容器(100)口部之间设有限位结构(4)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述一种可加料调制的储物盖组件,其特征在于所述容器(100)口部内壁上设有静止转件,所述限位结构(4)为设在底盖(3)上且配合静止转件使用的止转件。
