一种旋拉式储物盖 【技术领域】
本发明涉及容器封盖,尤其是一种旋拉式储物盖。
【背景技术】
为了提高人们使用的便利性和产品的保藏质量。在超市里的灌装饮料、药店的灌装药液以及生活或工业使用的其他灌装混合溶液,其都有各种各样的包装,通常通过容器盛装,再用封盖将容器口部封住。使用前都是已经在出厂时完成调制,其浓度比例一定,但这类混合溶液,有些混合溶液则不宜或不能长时间保藏,需要在规定的时间内使用,否则,将会影响使用效果或质量或口感。
并且现有储物盖中功能单一,不能满足使用者的不同需求。
为此,本发明即针对现有技术的不足而研究提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种旋拉式储物盖,该储物盖内具有预先填装相同或不相同的物质的数个储物腔,初始时,中盖储物腔和上盖储物盖均与容器本体内腔相互隔绝,当需要加料调制时,使用者根据需求来控制上盖相对中盖和/或中盖相对底座运动,进而控制上盖储物腔和/或中盖储物腔与容器本体内腔连通,因此采用本发明可对容器本体内腔所盛装的溶液在首次使用时进行加料调制,具有使用便捷及其结构简单,便于生产制造的特点,并且满足使用者的不同需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种旋拉式储物盖,包括用于与容器本体100口部连接的底座200,所述底座200中空且两端开口,所述底座200一端开口与容器本体100口部连接,所述底座200另一端开口间接连接有上盖400,所述底座200与上盖400之间通过中盖300连接,所述底座200两端开口之间设有可撕裂的底托210,所述底座200上且位于底托210与中盖300之间形成有中盖储物腔500,所述中盖300内底向底托210延伸形成有中盖杆件310,所述中盖杆件310中空且两端开口,所述中盖300与上盖400之间形成有上盖储物腔600,所述上盖400内底向中盖300延伸形成有活动伸缩于中盖杆件310内腔的上盖杆件410;当中盖300相对底座200向下运动时,可通过中盖杆件310将底托210破坏而使得中盖储物腔500与容器本体100内腔连通,进而控制上盖400 相对中盖300向上运动时,可使上盖杆件410脱离中盖杆件310内腔而使上盖储物腔600与容器本体100内腔连通。
如上所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖杆件410与中盖杆件310内壁之间设有上盖杆件密封环411。
如上所述底座200上设有用于配合容器本体100口部使用而防止底座200与容器本体100口部分离的防盗件230。
如上所述上盖400与中盖300之间为螺纹连接或扣接;和/或,所述中盖300与底座200之间为螺纹连接或扣接。
本发明还提供一种旋拉式储物盖,包括用于与容器本体100口部连接的底座200,所述底座200中空且两端开口,所述底座200一端开口与容器本体100口部连接,所述底座200另一端开口间接连接有上盖400,所述底座200与上盖400之间通过中盖300连接,所述底座200两端开口之间设有底托210,所述底托210上设有连接孔套220,所述底座200上且位于底托210与中盖300之间形成有中盖储物腔500,所述中盖300内底向底托210延伸有伸缩于连接孔套220内且密封配合的中盖杆件310,所述中盖杆件310中空且两端开口,所述中盖300与上盖400之间形成有上盖储物腔600,所述上盖400内底向中盖300延伸形成有活动伸缩于中盖杆件310内腔的上盖杆件410;当中盖300相对底座200向上运动时,可使中盖杆件310脱离连接孔套220而使得中盖储物腔500与容器本体100内腔连通,和/或,当上盖400相对中盖300向上运动时,可使上盖杆件410脱离中盖杆件310内腔而使得上盖储物腔600与容器本体100内腔连通。
如上所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖杆件410与中盖杆件310内壁之间设有上盖杆件密封环411。
如上所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述底座200上设有用于配合容器本体100口部使用而防止底座200与容器本体100口部分离的防盗件230。

如上所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述中盖杆件310内且位于上盖杆件410自由端下方设有中盖杆件密封件312,当上盖400相对中盖300向下运动时,可使上盖杆件410自由端破坏中盖杆件密封件312,进而控制上盖400相对中盖300向上运动,可使上盖杆件410脱离中盖杆件310而使得上盖储物腔600与容器本体100内腔连通。
如上所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖400与中盖300之间设有活动空间700以便上盖400相对中盖300向下运动使得上盖杆件410自由端顶压中盖杆件密封件312并使之破坏。
如上所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖400与中盖300之间为螺纹连接或扣接;和/或,所述中盖300与底座200之间为螺纹连接或扣接。

如上所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖400与中盖300之间设有活动空间700以便上盖400相对中盖300向下运动使得上盖杆件410自由端顶压中盖杆件密封片314并使之破坏。
如上所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述底座200上设有用于配合容器本体100口部使用而防止底座200与容器本体100口部分离的防盗件230。

本发明一种旋拉式储物盖用于与具有不同结构、形状的容器本体的口部连接。
其中填装在储物腔内的物质可以是茶叶、饮料粉、色粉、药粉、浓缩液等物料,可以只放一种物料,可以放两份或多份相同物料以得到不同浓度或者口味或者效果的新物料;也可以放两种或多种不同的物料;不同储物腔可以放不同物料也可以放同种物料,以得到不同口味或不同效果的新物料。
容器本体配上这种旋拉式储物盖,在使用之前储物腔的物质与容器中的物体是分别独立存储的,更安全有保障,保质期更久;使用时,只需作用相应的盖子即可使之混合,得到一种全新的物料,可以是茶水、饮料、药剂、涂料等。

  1. 一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于包括用于与容器本体(100)口部连接的底座(200),所述底座(200)中空且两端开口,所述底座(200)一端开口与容器本体(100)口部连接,所述底座(200)另一端开口间接连接有上盖(400),所述底座(200)与上盖(400)之间通过中盖(300)连接,所述底座(200)两端开口之间设有可撕裂的底托(210),所述底座(200)上且位于底托(210)与中盖(300)之间形成有中盖储物腔(500),所述中盖(300)内底向底托(210)延伸形成有中盖杆件(310),所述中盖杆件(310)中空且两端开口,所述中盖(300)与上盖(400)之间形成有上盖储物腔(600),所述上盖(400)内底向中盖(300)延伸形成有活动伸缩于中盖杆件(310)内腔的上盖杆件(410);当中盖(300)相对底座(200)向下运动时,可通过中盖杆件(310)将底托(210)破坏而使得中盖储物腔(500)与容器本体(100)内腔连通,进而控制上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向上运动,可使上盖杆件(410)脱离中盖杆件(310)内腔而使上盖储物腔(600)与容器本体(100)内腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖杆件(410)与中盖杆件(310)内壁之间设有上盖杆件密封环(411)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述底座(200)上设有用于配合容器本体(100)口部使用而防止底座(200)与容器本体(100)口部分离的防盗件(230)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖(400)与中盖(300)之间为螺纹连接或扣接;和/或,所述中盖(300)与底座(200)之间为螺纹连接或扣接。
  5. 一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于包括用于与容器本体(100)口部连接的底座(200),所述底座(200)中空且两端开口,所述底座(200)一端开口与容器本体(100)口部连接,所述底座(200)另一端开口间接连接有上盖(400),所述底座(200)与上盖(400)之间通过中盖(300)连接,所述底座(200)两端开口之间设有底托(210),所述底托(210)上设有连接孔套(220),所述底座(200)上且位于底托(210)与中盖(300)之间形成有中盖储物腔(500),所述中盖(300)内底向底托(210)延伸有伸缩于连接孔套(220)内且密封配合的中盖杆件(310),所述中盖杆件(310)中空且两端开口,所述中盖(300)与上盖(400)之间形 成有上盖储物腔(600),所述上盖(400)内底向中盖(300)延伸形成有活动伸缩于中盖杆件(310)内腔的上盖杆件(410);当中盖(300)相对底座(200)向上运动时,可使中盖杆件(310)脱离连接孔套(220)而使得中盖储物腔(500)与容器本体(100)内腔连通,和/或,当上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向上运动时,可使上盖杆件(410)脱离中盖杆件(310)内腔而使得上盖储物腔(600)与容器本体(100)内腔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖杆件(410)与中盖杆件(310)内壁之间设有上盖杆件密封环(411)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述底座(200)上设有用于配合容器本体(100)口部使用而防止底座(200)与容器本体(100)口部分离的防盗件(230)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述中盖杆件(310)与连接孔套(220)之间设有中盖杆件密封环(311)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述中盖储物腔(500)内底往中心或一边倾斜设置,所述连接孔套(220)设在中盖储物腔(500)内底的低位处,和/或,所述上盖储物腔(600)内底往中心或一边倾斜设置,所述中盖杆件(310)上部连接在上盖储物腔(600)内底的低位处。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述中盖杆件(310)内且位于上盖杆件(410)自由端下方设有中盖杆件密封件(312),当上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向下运动时,可使上盖杆件(410)自由端破坏中盖杆件密封件(312),进而控制上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向上运动,可使上盖杆件(410)脱离中盖杆件(310)而使得上盖储物腔(600)与容器本体(100)内腔连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖(400)与中盖(300)之间设有活动空间(700)以便上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向下运动使得上盖杆件(410)自由端顶压中盖杆件密封件(312)并使之破坏。
  12. 根据权利要求5-11任意一项所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖(400)与中盖(300)之间为螺纹连接或扣接;和/或,所述中盖(300)与底座(200)之间为螺纹连接或扣接。
  13. 一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于包括用于与容器本体(100)口部连接的底 座(200),所述底座(200)中空且两端开口,所述底座(200)一端开口与容器本体(100)口部连接,所述底座(200)另一端开口间接连接有上盖(400),所述底座(200)与上盖(400)之间通过中盖(300)连接,所述底座(200)两端开口之间设有底托(210),所述底托(210)上设有连接孔套(220),所述连接孔套(220)内设有可破坏的孔套密封件(221),所述孔套密封件(221)向中盖(300)延伸形成有杆柱(222),所述底座(200)上且位于底托(210)与中盖(300)之间形成有中盖储物腔(500),所述中盖(300)上且相对杆柱(222)设有中盖杆件(310),所述中盖杆件(310)呈中空且两端开口,所述中盖(300)与上盖(400)之间形成有上盖储物腔(600),所述上盖(400)内底向中盖(300)延伸形成有活动伸缩于中盖杆件(310)内腔的上盖杆件(410);当上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向上运动时,可使填装在上盖储物腔(600)的物质流入中盖储物腔(500)内,进而再控制上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向下运动,可使上盖杆件(410)自由端顶压杆柱(222)而使得孔套密封件(221)破坏,从而使得中盖储物腔(500)与容器本体(100)内腔连通。
  14. 一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于包括用于与容器本体(100)口部连接的底座(200),所述底座(200)中空且两端开口,所述底座(200)一端开口与容器本体(100)口部连接,所述底座(200)另一端开口间接连接有上盖(400),所述底座(200)与上盖(400)之间通过中盖(300)连接,所述底座(200)两端开口之间设有底托(210),所述底托(210)上向中盖(300)延伸形成有连接孔套(220),所述底座(200)上且位于连接孔套(220)与底座(200)之间形成有至少一个中盖储物腔(500),所述中盖储物腔(500)上且位于连接孔套(220)上设有中盖储物腔出物口(510),所述中盖(300)上分别向底托(210)及上盖(400)方向延伸形成有中盖杆件(310),所述中盖杆件(310)中空且两端开口,所述中盖杆件(310)下部活动伸缩于连接孔套(220)内,所述中盖杆件(310)下部上设有配合中盖储物腔出物口(510)使用的中盖杆件出物口(313);所述中盖(300)与上盖(400)之间形成有至少一个上盖储物腔(600),所述上盖储物腔(600)上且位于中盖杆件(310)上部上设有上盖储物腔出物口(610),所述上盖(400)内底向中盖(300)延伸形成有伸缩于中盖杆件(310)内腔的上盖杆件(410),所述上盖杆件(410)中空且下端开口,所述上盖杆件(410)上 设有配合上盖储物腔出物口(610)使用的上盖杆件出物口(411);初始时,中盖杆件出物口(313)与中盖储物腔出物口(510)错位,可使中盖储物腔(500)与容器本体(100)内腔相互隔绝;所述上盖杆件出物口(411)与上盖储物腔出物口(610)错位,可使上盖储物腔(600)与容器本体(100)内腔相互隔绝;当中盖(300)相对底座(200)上下运动或转动时,可使中盖杆件出物口(313)与中盖储物腔出物口(510)对齐连通,而使得中盖储物腔(500)与容器本体(100)内腔连通;当上盖(400)相对中盖(300)上下运动或转动时,可使上盖杆件出物口(411)与上盖储物腔出物口(610)对齐连通,而使得上盖储物腔(600)与容器本体(100)内腔连通。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述中盖杆件(310)内且位于中盖杆件出物口(313)与上盖杆件(410)之间设有中盖杆件密封片(314),所述上盖杆件(410)与中盖杆件密封片(314)之间形成有杆件储物腔(412);当上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向下运动时,可使上盖杆件(410)自由端顶压破坏中盖杆件密封片(314)而使得杆件储物腔(412)与容器本体(100)内腔连通。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖(400)与中盖(300)之间设有活动空间(700)以便上盖(400)相对中盖(300)向下运动使得上盖杆件(410)自由端顶压中盖杆件密封片(314)并使之破坏。
  17. 根据权利要求14-16任意一项所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述底座(200)上设有用于配合容器本体(100)口部使用而防止底座(200)与容器本体(100)口部分离的防盗件(230)。
  18. 根据权利要求14-16任意一项所述一种旋拉式储物盖,其特征在于所述上盖(400)与中盖(300)之间为螺纹连接或扣接;和/或,所述中盖(300)与底座(200)之间为螺纹连接或扣接。
