【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图1-11所示,对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种具有加料调和的盖组件,包括用于与容器本体100口部螺纹连接或者扣接的底座200,所述底座200中空且两端开口,所述底座200下端开口与容器本体100口部连接,所述底座200下端开口逐步收窄而伸入于容器内腔,所述底座200上端开口螺纹连接或扣接有上盖400,所述底座200下端开口设有可破坏的底座密封件201,所述上盖400内底向底座200下端开口的底座密封件201延伸形成有顶压管300,初始时所述顶压管300下部外侧壁与底座200下端口部内壁抵触配合连接,使得底座200下端口部被顶压管300下部堵住。
所述盖组件还包括有用于预存放调料的第一储物腔301和/或第二储物腔202,初始时,第一储物腔301和第二储物腔202之间相互隔开且与容器内腔隔开。
初始时,所述顶压管300中空且下端具有开口,所述顶压管300下端口部延伸至底座密封件201,所述顶压管300下端口部被底座密封件201堵住而形成第一储物腔301;
或者初始时,所述顶压管300下端口部延伸接近于底座密封件201,顶压管300 下端与底座密封件201之间还存在间隙,故由顶压管300内腔、底座200下端口部内壁及底座密封件201堵住而形成第一储物腔301。
所述上盖400内底、底座200空腔和顶压管300外侧之间形成第二储物腔202。
为了便于开启使用,在所述上盖400与底座200之间的连接处上下位置设有可使得上盖400相对底座200继续向下活动以使顶压管300下端破坏底座密封件201的上预留空间203和下预留空间204。如图2所示,作用上盖相对底座向下移动,顶压管下端则顶破底座密封件,使得第一储物腔与容器内腔连通;如图3所示,当反作用上盖相对底座向上移动时,直至顶压管下端脱离底座下端口而使得第二储物腔与容器内腔连通。位于第一储物腔和第二储物腔的调料可先后与容器内腔的物质调和。
如图4-6所示,所述顶压管300下端口部设有可破坏的顶压管密封件302,所述底座密封件201向上凸起形成有当顶压管300向下活动时用于破坏顶压管密封件302的凸台207。使用时,如图5所示,作用上盖使之相对底座向下移动,顶压管的下端则随之向下移动,当顶压管密封件抵触凸台时,若继续移动,顶压管密封件则被凸台顶压破裂而形成漏孔,之后继续作用上盖使得顶压管继续向下,直至顶压管下端将底座密封件破坏,此时使得第一储物腔与容器内腔连通;如图6所示,再反作用上盖相对底座向上运动,当顶压管下端脱离底座下端口部时,第二储物腔则与容器内腔连通。
如图1-6所示,所述上盖400下沿可破坏地连接有置于下预留空间204内的防盗环205,初始时,防盗环与上盖通过断点或薄位一体连接,首次使用开启时,则需要破坏断点或薄位,使之不能修复而达到防伪作用。
为了便于开启,使得上盖下沿顺畅地朝下预留空间移动,所述防盗环205错开地位于上盖400下沿的外侧。
为了确保初始结构的完整性,所述所述防盗环205设有外螺纹,所述底座200上设有具有内螺纹而与防盗环205螺纹连接的底座套环206,当上盖相对底座转动时,由于防盗环与底座套环通过螺纹连接而有效增加其之间的摩擦力,即当上盖驱动防盗环的作用力小于防盗环与底座套环之间的摩擦力时,防盗环与上盖下沿之间的连接则随着上盖的转动而逐渐被破坏。
如图7-11所示,本发明还提供一种具有加料调和的盖组件,包括用于与容器本体100口部螺纹连接或扣接的底座200,所述底座200中空且两端开口,所述底座200下端开口与容器本体100口部螺纹连接或者扣接,所述底座200上端开口可活动地连接有上盖400,所述上盖400内底向底座200下端开口延伸形成有中空且上下开口的连接管500,初始时所述连接管500下部堵住底座200下端开口,所述连接管500下端口设有可破坏的顶压管密封件302和/或所述所述底座200下端开口设有可破坏的顶压管密封件302。
所述盖组件还包括有用于预存放调料的第一储物腔301和/或第二储物腔202,初始时,第一储物腔301和第二储物腔202之间相互隔开且与容器内腔隔开。
所述连接管500内可活动连接有上端封堵住且下端开口的中空的顶压管300,所述连接管500与顶压管300通过螺纹连接。所述顶压管300下端口部被顶压管密封件302堵住而形成第一储物腔301。
或第一储物腔301由所述顶压管300内腔、顶压管密封件302、连接管500下部内壁或底座200下端开口内壁形成。
所述上盖400内底、底座200空腔和连接管500外侧之间形成第二储物腔202。
如图9-11所示,当顶压管密封件302设在所述连接管500下端口进行使用时,作用顶压管相对上盖及连接管向下运动,顶压管的下端则可破坏顶压管密封件,使得第一储物腔与容器内腔连通。当作用上盖相对底座向上运动直至连接管的下端脱离底座下端口部,第二储物腔则与容器内腔连通。
如图7-8所示,使用者可以根据需要将第二储物腔先与容器内腔连通,再将第一储物腔与容器内腔连通。
当所述顶压管密封件302设在所述底座200下端开口进行使用时,作用顶压管相对上盖向下,使得顶压管下端破坏顶压管密封件302而使得第一储物腔与容器内腔连通,接着再作用上盖使之相对底座相对运动,当连接管下端脱离底座下端口时,第二储物腔则与容器内腔连通。
为了便于作用顶压管,所述顶压管300上端直接或间接延伸出上盖400顶部,当顶压管300相对上盖400向下活动时,顶压管300下端可破坏顶压管密 封件302。
为了方便使用,在所述顶压管300上端直接或间接地连接有盖帽303,初始时所述盖帽303下沿与上盖400之间设有上预留空间203。
为了防止恶意开启,所述盖帽303下沿可破坏地连接有置于上预留空间203内的防盗环205。
为了开启时使得盖帽下沿能顺畅地向上预留空间移动而避免卡住,所述防盗环205错开地位于盖帽303下沿的外侧。
如图9-11所示,为了使得本发明产品在初始时具有完整性及良好的防盗开启的效果,所述上盖400向上延伸形成有用于将防盗环205包绕住的上盖套环401。
根据需要,所述防盗环205设有外螺纹,所述上盖套环401具有内螺纹,所述防盗环205与上盖套环401通过螺纹配合连接。防盗环205也可以为嵌装在上盖套环内。
本发明一种具有加料调和的盖组件,可用于与具有不同结构、形状的容器本体的口部连接。本发明中调料可以是茶叶、饮料粉、色粉、药粉、浓缩液等物料,可以只放一种物料,可以放两份或多份相同物料,以得到不同浓度或者口味或者效果;也可以放两种或多种不同的物料;不同储物腔可以放不同物料也可以放同种物料。在使用之前调料在容器中分别独立存储的,更安全有保障,保质期更久;使用时,只需旋转盖子即可使之混合,得到一种全新的物料,可以是茶水、饮料、药剂、涂料等。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器本体(100)口部连接的底座(200),所述底座(200)中空且两端开口,所述底座(200)下端开口与容器本体(100)口部连接,所述底座(200)上端开口连接有上盖(400),所述底座(200)下端开口设有可破坏的底座密封件(201),所述上盖(400)内底向底座(200)下端开口的底座密封件(201)延伸形成有顶压管(300),初始时所述顶压管(300)下部堵住底座(200)下端开口;
    所述盖组件还包括有用于预存放调料的第一储物腔(301)和/或第二储物腔(202);
    所述顶压管(300)中空且下端具有开口,所述顶压管(300)下端口部被底座密封件(201)堵住或所述顶压管(300)下端口部被底座密封件(201)及底座(200)下端口部内壁堵住而形成第一储物腔(301);
    所述上盖(400)内底、底座(200)空腔和顶压管(300)外侧之间形成第二储物腔(202);
    所述上盖(400)与底座(200)之间的连接处上下位置设有可使得上盖(400)相对底座(200)继续向下活动以使顶压管(300)下端破坏底座密封件(201)的上预留空间(203)和下预留空间(204)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述顶压管(300)下端口部设有可破坏的顶压管密封件(302),所述底座密封件(201)向上凸起形成有当顶压管(300)向下活动时用于破坏顶压管密封件(302)的凸台(207)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(400)下沿可破坏地连接有置于下预留空间(204)内的防盗环(205)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述防盗环(205)错开地位于上盖(400)下沿的外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述所述防盗环(205)设有外螺纹,所述底座(200)上设有具有内螺纹而与防盗环(205)螺纹连接的底座套环(206)。
  6. 一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器本体(100)口部连接的底座(200),所述底座(200)中空且两端开口,所述底座(200)下端开口 与容器本体(100)口部连接,所述底座(200)上端开口连接有上盖(400),所述上盖(400)内底向底座(200)下端开口延伸形成有中空且上下开口的连接管(500),初始时所述连接管(500)下部堵住底座(200)下端开口,所述连接管(500)下端口设有可破坏的顶压管密封件(302)和/或所述所述底座(200)下端开口设有可破坏的顶压管密封件(302);
    所述盖组件还包括有用于预存放调料的第一储物腔(301)和/或第二储物腔(202);
    所述连接管(500)内可活动连接有上端封堵住且下端开口的中空的顶压管(300),所述顶压管(300)下端口部被顶压管密封件(302)堵住或所述顶压管(300)下端口部被顶压管密封件(302)、连接管(500)下部内壁或底座(200)下端开口内壁堵住而形成第一储物腔(301);
    所述上盖(400)内底、底座(200)空腔和连接管(500)外侧之间形成第二储物腔(202);
    所述顶压管(300)上端直接或间接延伸出上盖(400)顶部,当顶压管(300)相对上盖(400)向下活动时,顶压管(300)下端可破坏顶压管密封件(302)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述顶压管(300)上端直接或间接地连接有盖帽(303),初始时所述盖帽(303)下沿与上盖(400)之间设有上预留空间(203)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述盖帽(303)下沿可破坏地连接有置于上预留空间(203)内的防盗环(205)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述防盗环(205)错开地位于盖帽(303)下沿的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(400)向上延伸形成有用于将防盗环(205)包绕住的上盖套环(401)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述防盗环(205)设有外螺纹,所述上盖套环(401)具有内螺纹,所述防盗环(205)与上盖套环(401)通过螺纹配合连接。
  12. 根据权利要求6-11任意一项所述一种具有加料调和的盖组件,其特征在于所述连接管(500)与顶压管(300)通过螺纹连接。
