提供了一种可蜂鸣智能卡,包括外壳、电路板、蜂鸣片以及密封壳,所述外壳内开设有容纳腔,所述电路板设于所述容纳腔中,所述蜂鸣片贴设于所述电路板上,且所述蜂鸣片的相同侧上具有第一连接端及第二连接端,所述第一连接端及所述第二连接端分别与所述电路板形成电连接,所述密封壳设于所述电路板上并与所述电路板围合形成音腔,所述蜂鸣片设于所述音腔中。
在一个实施例中,所述蜂鸣片包括第一金属片及设于所述第一金属片上的压电陶瓷板,所述第一连接端设于所述压电陶瓷板上,所述第二连接端设于所述第一金属片上。
在一个实施例中,所述第一金属片包括金属本体及设于所述金属本体上的凸部,所述压电陶瓷板设于所述凸部上,所述第二连接端设于所述金属本体上并围设于所述凸部外周。
在一个实施例中,所述第一连接端上设有第一导电胶,所述第二连接端上设有第二导电胶,所述第一导电胶与所述第二导电胶分别与所述电路板形成电连接。
在一个实施例中,所述电路板上间隔设有第一焊盘和第二焊盘,所述第一导电胶粘贴于所述第一焊盘上并与所述第一焊盘形成电连接,所述第二导电胶粘贴于所述第二焊盘上并与所述第二焊盘形成电连接。
在一个实施例中,所述第一导电胶与所述第二导电胶间隔设置。
在一个实施例中,所述第一导电胶和所述第二导电胶之间填充有绝缘材料。
在一个实施例中,所述第一导电胶和/或所述第二导电胶设置为锡膏。

有益效果
本申请实施例提供的可蜂鸣智能卡的有益效果在于:通过分别设置外壳、电路板、蜂鸣片以及密封壳,设置蜂鸣片时,将蜂鸣片设置在外壳的容纳腔中,并将蜂鸣片上的第一连接端与第二连接端分别与电路板形成电连接,最后通过将密封壳罩设于蜂鸣片以使蜂鸣片设于音腔中,即可实现蜂鸣片的设置工艺,工艺十分简单,操作十分方便快速,提高蜂鸣片设置于容纳腔中的生产效率。另外,蜂鸣片通过第一连接端与第二连接端电连接于电路板上,整体厚度较小,减少了对音腔的占用空间,可解决现有技术中由于音腔过小且蜂鸣片占用音腔的空间过大的技术问题,提高了蜂鸣片的音量。

为了说明本申请所提供的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
请一并参阅图1及图2,本申请实施例提供的可蜂鸣智能卡包括外壳1、电路板2、蜂鸣片3以及密封壳4。
具体地,外壳1内开设有容纳腔11,电路板2设于容纳腔11中,蜂鸣片3贴设于电路板2上,且蜂鸣片3的相同侧上分别具有第一连接端31及第二连接端32,第一连接端31与第二连接端32间隔设置,避免蜂鸣片3短路。第一连接端31及第二连接端32分别与电路板2形成电连接,实现蜂鸣片3固定在电路板2上。密封壳4设于电路板2上并与电路板2围合形成音腔41,蜂鸣片3设于音腔41中。其中,音腔41是密封壳4与电路板2围合形成的,且蜂鸣片3连接在电路板2上,从而减少了蜂鸣片3对音腔41的空间利用,则增大了蜂鸣片3与音腔41的内壁之间的距离,便于蜂鸣片3的声音的传播,避免现有技术中因音腔41过小导致音量小的技术问题,提高蜂鸣片3的音量。
另外,本实施例中,蜂鸣片3设置的工艺步骤为,先将蜂鸣片3固定在电路板2上,再将密封壳4罩设于蜂鸣片3上,从而使得蜂鸣片3设于密封壳4与电路板2围合形成的音腔41中。操作工艺十分简单,提高蜂鸣片3设置的生产效率,且成本较低。
本申请实施例中,通过分别设置外壳1、电路板2、蜂鸣片3以及密封壳4,设置蜂鸣片3时,将蜂鸣片3设置在外壳1的容纳腔11中,并将蜂鸣片3上的第一连接端31与第二连接端32分别与电路板2形成电连接,最后通过将密封壳4罩设于蜂鸣片3以使蜂鸣片3设于音腔41中,即可实现蜂鸣片3的设置工艺,工艺十分简单,操作十分方便快速,提高蜂鸣片3设置于容纳腔11中的生产效率。另外,蜂鸣片3通过第一连接端31与第二连接端32电连接于电路板2上,且第一连接端31和第二连接端32设置在蜂鸣片3的相同侧,从而使得蜂鸣片3一侧可抵持于电路板2上,整体厚度较小,且蜂鸣片3设于音腔41中,则减少了对音腔41的占用空间,且音腔41是密封壳4与电路板2围合形成的,容纳腔11中能够为音腔41的设计预留的空间较大,可解决现有技术中由于音腔41过小且蜂鸣片3占用音腔41的空间过大的技术问题,提高了蜂鸣片3的音量。
具体地,本实施例中,第一连接端31与第二连接端32设置在蜂鸣片3的相同侧上,使得蜂鸣片3一侧可抵持于电路板2上,则使得蜂鸣片3电连接于电路板2上的整体厚度较小,可减小智能卡内容纳腔11的整体厚度,即可减小智能卡整体的厚度,而当智能卡的厚度限定时,容纳腔11中能够为音腔41的设计预留出的厚度增大,便于音腔41中蜂鸣片3的声音传播,提高蜂鸣片3的音量。
具体地,本实施例中,容纳腔11中填充有填充胶,该填充胶用于将外壳1、密封壳4以及电路板2实现固定,且密封壳4还可用于对音腔41实现密封,避免容纳腔11中的填充胶进入音腔41中以损坏蜂鸣片3。
具体地,本实施例中,电路板2设置为柔性电路板2(FPCB板),当然,此处可根据实际的需要设计,此处不唯一限定。
请参阅图2,本实施例中,蜂鸣片3包括第一金属片33及压电陶瓷板,压电陶瓷板设置在第一金属片33上,第一连接端31设于压电陶瓷板上,第二连接端32设于第一金属片33上且与压电陶瓷板位于第一金属片33的相同侧,压电陶瓷板上的第一连接端31电连接于电路板2上,且第一金属片33的第二连接端32电连接于电路板2上,从而可导通整个蜂鸣片3,电路板2的电流可经过蜂鸣片3,使得蜂鸣片3能够在电路板2的电流流动时发出对应的声音,且该设置还可减小蜂鸣片3与电路板2电连接后所形成结构的厚度,从而可加大音腔41的体积。
请参阅图3,本实施例中,第一金属片33包括金属本体331及设于金属本体331上的凸部332,压电陶瓷板设于凸部332上,第二连接端32设于金属本体331上并围设于凸部332外周。
具体地,本实施例中,凸部332设置在金属本体331一侧的中部,压电陶瓷板设置在凸部332上,且第一连接端31则设置在金属本体331一侧的中心位置上,第二连接端32设置在金属本体331一侧的边缘上且设于凸部332的外周。
请参阅图2,本实施例中,第一连接端31上设有第一导电胶311,第二连接端32上设有与第一导电胶311间隔设置的第二导电胶321,第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321设置在蜂鸣片3的相同侧上,第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321分别与电路板2形成电连接,即第一连接端31和第二连接端32分别通过第一导电胶311和第二导电胶321粘贴在电路板2上,简化了整体工艺,操作十分方便,直接粘贴即可完成将蜂鸣片3固定在电路板2上,且完成了电性连接。
其中,第一导电胶311抵持于第一金属片33的凸部332上的压电陶瓷板与电路板2之间,第二导电胶321抵接于第一金属片33的金属本体331的边缘与电路板2之间,第一导电胶311、第二导电胶321的设计,不仅能够实现压电陶瓷板与电路板2之间、金属本体331与电路板2之间的电连接,还可用于填充金属本体331与压电陶瓷板之间的高度差,从而使得整个蜂鸣片3能够平整地设置在电路板2上。
具体地,本实施例中,第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321可设置为锡膏或者其他的导电材料,此处不唯一限定。
请参阅图2,本实施例中,电路板2上设有间隔设置的第一焊盘21及第二焊盘22,第一导电胶311粘贴于第一焊盘21上并与第一焊盘21形成电连接,第二导电胶321粘贴于第二焊盘22上并与第二焊盘22形成电连接。
具体地,本实施例中,第一金属片33的金属本体331横截面设置为圆形状,凸部332的横截面也设置为圆形,对应的,第一焊盘21设置为圆形,第二焊盘22设置为环形状,且第一焊盘21设置在第二焊盘22的内环中且与第二焊盘22间隔设置。当然,此处对于焊盘和第一金属片33的实际形状不做唯一限定。
具体地,本实施例中,当第一导电胶311贴设在第一焊盘21上,第二导电胶321贴设在第二焊盘22上时,第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321之间形成有间隙,避免第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321接触而引起蜂鸣片3短路。
或者,在其他的实施例中,第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321之间的间隙中填充有绝缘材料,避免第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321接触而引起蜂鸣片3短路。
请参阅图2,本实施例中,沿蜂鸣片3的轴向上,第一焊盘21的厚度与第二焊盘22的厚度相同,且根据蜂鸣片3的具体结构,第一连接端31与第二连接端32之间存在高度差,当第一连接端31通过第一导电胶311粘贴于第一焊盘21上时,第二连接端32与第二焊盘22之间还存在非常大的空间。且由于第一连接端31与第二连接端32上分别设置有第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321,且第一导电胶311抵持于第一焊盘21与第一连接端31,第二导电胶321抵持于第二焊盘22与第二连接端32,从而使得第一导电胶311的厚度小于第二导电胶321的厚度。第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321的厚度不同设置,能够使得压电陶瓷板用于与第一焊盘21通过第一导电胶311粘贴的面,与第一金属片33用于与第二焊盘22通过第二导电胶321粘贴的面齐平,能够使得蜂鸣片3能够平稳地设置在电路板2上。
值得说明的是,蜂鸣片3上仅分别贴设有第一导电胶311及第二导电胶321,从而使得蜂鸣片3整体的厚度改变并不大,当蜂鸣片3设置在电路板2上时,蜂鸣片3所占用的音腔41空间非常小,减小蜂鸣片3对音腔41的利用空间,增大蜂鸣片3与音腔41沿智能卡厚度方向上的内壁的空间,从而可提高蜂鸣片3的音量。
本实施例中,第一导电胶311厚度和第二导电胶321厚度的厚度差在预设范围内,以使得蜂鸣片3和电路板2相互平行或接近平行,从而提高蜂鸣片3设置在电路板2的平稳,且还可减小了蜂鸣片3占用的厚度方向上的空间。
具体地,本实施例中,预设范围为0.1±0.01mm。
具体地,本实施例中,第一导电胶311的厚度为0.05mm,第二导电胶321的厚度为0.15mm,则第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321之间的厚度差为0.1mm,第一导电胶311与第二导电胶321能够实现蜂鸣片3固定在电路板2上,且厚度均非常小,减小蜂鸣片3和整体沿智能卡厚度方向上的占用空间。
值得说明的是,本实施例中,蜂鸣片3的设置工艺为:在第一连接端31和第二连接端32上分别设置第一导电胶311和第二导电胶321,将带有第一导电胶311的第一连接端31粘贴于第一焊盘21上,将带有第二导电胶321的第二连接端32粘贴于第二焊盘22上,最后设置密封壳4即可完成。工艺十分简单,且操作简易,提高生产效率,降低成本。
请参阅图2,本实施例中,密封壳4包括密封套件42及第二金属片43,密封套件42设于电路板2上并围设于蜂鸣片3,第二金属片43盖设于密封套件42上,并分别与密封套件42及电路板2围合形成音腔41。
具体地,本实施例中,密封套件42一端固定在电路板2上,且围设于蜂鸣片3,第二金属片43设置在密封套件42另一端上。第二金属片43设置为金属薄片,薄片的设置用于减小在智能卡厚度方向上的占用空间,从而在智能卡的厚度限定时,可适当增大音腔41的体积。
另外,密封套件42用于密封音腔41,隔绝容纳腔11中的填充胶,避免填充胶进入音腔41中以进入蜂鸣片3导致影响蜂鸣片3出声。此处密封套件42可设置为泡棉,当然可以设置为其他的密封材料,此处不唯一限定。
具体地,本实施例中,密封套件42沿智能卡厚度方向上的厚度为0.3mm以下,密封套件42沿智能卡厚度方向的厚度过大,容易使得整个智能卡的厚度非常大而影响用户体验。
请参阅图2,本实施例中,第二金属片43上开设有通孔431,通孔431与音腔41相通且正对蜂鸣片3,通孔431上盖设有密封片44。通孔431的设置,增大了音腔41的空间,从而便于蜂鸣片3的出声,以增大音量。其中,本实施例中,第二金属片43的厚度小于0.08mm,避免厚度过大而导致占用厚度方向上的空间,便于对音腔41的空间的增大。此时,通孔431的厚度范围小于0.08mm。
具体地,本实施例中,第二金属片43设置为铜片,当然也可设置为其他的金属薄片,此处不唯一限定。
具体地,本实施例中,密封片44用于隔绝容纳腔11中的填充胶,避免其进入音腔41中导致影响蜂鸣片3的使用。密封片44可设置为PET聚酯薄膜(PET薄膜),不仅薄,还可隔绝填充胶以保护蜂鸣片3,当然,此处不唯一限定。其中,密封片44的厚度范围为0.02-0.03mm,非常小,尽可能地减小了厚度。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,第一导热胶、第二导热胶、第二金属片43以及密封片44的设置,能够适当地减小了蜂鸣片3及密封壳4沿智能卡厚度方向上的厚度,因而可减小智能卡的厚度,提高用户体验。另外,当智能卡的厚度限定时,则可适当增大密封壳4与电路板2围合形成的音腔41,那么提高音腔41中蜂鸣片3的音量大小,提高用户体验。
请参阅图2,本实施例中,外壳1包括第一基板12,与第一基板12正对且间隔设置的第二基板13,以及设于第一基板12与第二基板13之间的中框14。第一基板12、第二基板13以及中框14围合形成容纳腔11,容纳腔11中的填充胶用于将第一基板12、第二基板13、中框14、电路板2以及密封壳4固定。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,包括外壳(1)、电路板(2)、蜂鸣片(3)以及密封壳(4),所述外壳(1)内开设有容纳腔(11),所述电路板(2)设于所述容纳腔(11)中,所述蜂鸣片(3)贴设于所述电路板(2)上,且所述蜂鸣片(3)的相同侧上具有第一连接端(31)及第二连接端(32),所述第一连接端(31)及所述第二连接端(32)分别与所述电路板(2)形成电连接,所述密封壳(4)设于所述电路板(2)上并与所述电路板(2)围合形成音腔(41),所述蜂鸣片(3)设于所述音腔(41)中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述蜂鸣片(3)包括第一金属片(33)及设于所述第一金属片(33)上的压电陶瓷板,所述第一连接端(31)设于所述压电陶瓷板上,所述第二连接端(32)设于所述第一金属片(33)上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述第一金属片(33)包括金属本体(331)及设于所述金属本体(331)上的凸部(332),所述压电陶瓷板设于所述凸部(332)上,所述第二连接端(32)设于所述金属本体(331)上并围设于所述凸部(332)外周。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述第一连接端(31)上设有第一导电胶(311),所述第二连接端(32)上设有第二导电胶(321),所述第一导电胶(311)与所述第二导电胶(321)分别与所述电路板(2)形成电连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述电路板(2)上间隔设有第一焊盘(21)和第二焊盘(22),所述第一导电胶(311)粘贴于所述第一焊盘(21)上并与所述第一焊盘(21)形成电连接,所述第二导电胶(321)粘贴于所述第二焊盘(22)上并与所述第二焊盘(22)形成电连接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述第一导电胶(311)与所述第二导电胶(321)间隔设置。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述第一导电胶(311)和所述第二导电胶(321)之间填充有绝缘材料。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述第一导电胶(311)和/或所述第二导电胶(321)设置为锡膏。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,沿所述蜂鸣片(3)的轴向上,所述第一导电胶(311)的厚度小于所述第二导电胶(321)的厚度。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述第一导电胶(311)厚度与所述第二导电胶(321)厚度的厚度差在预设范围内,以使所述蜂鸣片(3)与所述电路板(2)平行或接近平行,所述预设范围为0.1±0.01mm。
  11. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述密封壳(4)包括密封套件(42)及第二金属片(43),所述密封套件(42)设于所述电路板(2)上并围设于所述蜂鸣片(3),所述第二金属片(43)盖设于所述密封套件(42)上,并分别与所述密封套件(42)及所述电路板(2)围合形成所述音腔(41)。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述密封套件(42)沿所述可蜂鸣智能卡的厚度方向上的高度为0.3mm以下。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述第二金属片(43)的厚度小于0.08mm。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述第二金属片(43)上开设有通孔(431),所述通孔(431)与所述音腔(41)相通且正对所述蜂鸣片(3),所述通孔(431)上盖设有密封片(44)。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述密封片(44)的厚度范围为0.02-0.03mm。
  16. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)包括第一基板(12),与所述第一基板(12)正对且间隔设置的第二基板(13),以及设于所述第一基板(12)与所述第二基板(13)之间的中框(14),所述第一基板(12)、所述第二基板(13)以及所述中框(14)围合形成所述容纳腔(11)。
  17. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述容纳腔(11)内填充有填充胶,所述填充胶将所述外壳(1)、所述密封壳(4)以及所述电路板(2)固定。
  18. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的可蜂鸣智能卡,其特征在于,所述电路板(2)设置为柔性电路板(2)。
