作为本发明的进一步设置,所述物料容器靠近基座缓存斗的一端内壁设置有翻转蝶板和设置于物料容器上用于驱动翻转蝶板翻转的驱动件,所述物料容器与基座缓存斗通过转动翻转蝶板形成连通或封闭,所述物料容器的内壁对应翻转蝶板的外侧壁设置有一环槽,所述环槽内设置有第二密封件,所述第二密封件包括嵌设在所述环槽内的充气密封圈,所述充气密封圈充气后抵接在所述翻转蝶板的外侧壁上,所述环槽的内壁沿其周向均布有若干与外界连通的通孔,所述充气密封圈对应通孔的位置设置有用于穿设通孔后与螺母固定连接的螺栓。
采用上述方案,物料容器在制粒使用时通过翻转蝶板放置物料,在物料容器的内壁与翻转蝶板之间会通过充气密封圈进行充气密封,但是由于翻转蝶板在清洗过程中会不断地进行翻转,而为了保证清洗更加彻底,需要使得充气密封圈始终保持充气状态,此时若充气密封圈脱出环槽,则容易被翻转蝶板夹断,因此在充气密封圈与环槽之间通过若干均布的通孔和穿设在通孔内的螺栓进行固定连接,能够防止充气密封圈从环槽中脱出,避免被翻板蝶板翻转时夹断的情况发生,提高产品使用寿命。
作为本发明的进一步设置,所述第一密封件为环形充气气囊。
采用上述方案,通过环形充气气囊密封,一方面充气气囊的实施方式不仅方便,且充气气囊充气状态下能够方便清洗,防止废物残留在密封连接处,并且清洗时使得充气气囊密封保持充气状态能够提高清洗效果。
本发明的清洗方法包括如下步骤:
(1)清洗前,先将雾化喷枪沿螺孔旋出,然后再将物料容器沿水平方向转动,使得物料容器分别与扩散捕集室、基座缓存斗分离,然后通过升降组件将抖袋架降至物料容器的位置,方便工作人员对抖袋架上的捕集袋进行拆卸,最后将拆卸完成后的抖袋架通过升降组件提升至第二喷淋头下方位置;
(2)清洗时,连接基座缓存斗、物料容器和扩散捕集室并保持环形充气气囊和充气密封圈充气,打开第一喷淋头,通入自来水,第一喷淋头的喷淋位置位于扩散捕集室上端内壁,因此第一喷淋头能够清洗扩散捕集室上半部分和隔板;
(3)打开第二喷淋头,通入自来水,第二喷淋头采用上下双向喷淋头,因此在兼顾上述步骤的部分清洗范围时,能够同时清洗扩散捕集室下半部分、抖袋架、抖袋架上的气囊架、物料容器的上半部分和翻转蝶板,翻转蝶板通过驱动件进行来回翻转;
(4)为了提高清洁能力,同时打开第三喷淋头和第四喷淋头,通入自来水,在第三喷淋头和第四喷淋头的喷淋清洗下,能够对物料容器下半部分、翻转蝶板、基座缓存斗和基座缓存斗的出料口进行清洗;
(5)再用热水和纯水分别重复上述2~3步骤;
(6)最后向制粒罐体内通入热风烘干,完成清洗。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明的具体实施例如图1-4所示,一种易清洗的沸腾制粒机,包括机架1,所述机架1上设置有制粒罐体2,所述制粒罐体2由下至上依次设置有基座缓存斗21、物料容器22和扩散捕集室23,所述基座缓存斗21、物料容器22和扩散捕集室23相互之间通过第一密封件3密封连接,所述物料容器22通过铰接轴11铰接设置在所述机架1上,所述第一密封件3为环形充气气囊。所述基座缓存斗21上设置有进风口212,所述扩散捕集室23上端设置有出风口238,所述扩散捕集室23内设置有雾化喷枪231、若干抖袋架232以及固定在各个抖袋架232上的气囊架233,所述雾化喷枪231通过一螺杆2311径向滑动在所述扩散捕集室23内,所述扩散捕集室23的侧壁上设置有与所述螺杆2311螺纹连接的螺孔234。
所述扩散捕集室23上端的外壁上设置有用于抖动抖袋架232的抖袋气缸235和用于控制抖袋架232升降的升降组件236,所述抖袋气缸235的输出轴2351为空心轴,所述抖袋架232上设置有穿设在空心轴内并能够沿空心轴滑动的插杆2321,所述升降组件236通过钢丝绳索2361与所述插杆2321固定连接,所述插杆2321与空心轴之间能够通过一锁紧装置239进行锁紧固定。其工作方式为,插杆2321插设在空心轴内部,通过锁紧装置239将插杆2321与空心轴进行固定连接,使得插杆2321能够随空心轴运动而运动,从而带动抖袋架232上下抖动,进而实现了抖袋作业;当需要将抖袋架232进行升降时,锁紧装置239解锁,插杆2321能够沿空心轴滑动,从而使得抖袋架232能够进行上下升降。抖袋气缸235、锁紧装置239均能够采用现有技术中沸腾制粒机中的抖袋气缸235和锁紧装置239。
所述扩散捕集室23上端的内壁设置有用于分隔各个抖袋架232的隔板237,所述制粒罐体2内设置有喷淋装置24,所述喷淋装置24包括均布设置在扩散捕集室23上端内壁的两个第一喷淋头241和设置在隔板237下端并位于扩散捕集室23中央的第二喷淋头242,所述第二喷淋头242为上下双向喷淋头,所述第一喷淋头241的进水端设置在扩散捕集室23上端的外壁上,所述第二喷淋头242的进水端通过一水管2421与外部连通,所述隔板237呈中空设置,所述水管2421安装在所述隔板237内,相比传统的清洗枪需要拆卸,此种结构无须拆卸第二喷淋头242,不影响制粒且清洗时水管没有裸露在外,不会造成干涉。
在本实施例中,所述升降组件236能够采用与现有技术中沸腾制粒机中用于控制抖袋架232升降的升降组件236,包括有滑轮组件2362和用于控制滑轮组件2362的手柄2363,钢丝绳索2361通过转动手柄2363控制滑轮组件2362来对钢丝绳索2361进行收放,从而达到抖袋架232升降的目的。
在本实施例中,所述基座缓存斗21的下端设置有出料口211,所述出料口211设置有盖板2111,所述喷淋装置24包括若干第三喷淋头243和一个第四喷淋头244,所述第三喷淋头243设置于基座缓存斗21靠近物料容器22一端的侧壁上,所述第四喷淋头244设置于盖板2111内壁上。
在本实施例中,所述基座缓存斗21靠近物料容器22一端的侧壁上均布有两个所述第三喷淋头243。
在本实施例中,所述物料容器22靠近基座缓存斗21的一端内壁设置有翻转蝶板221和设置于物料容器22上用于驱动翻转蝶板221翻转的驱动件222,所述物料容器22与基座缓存斗21通过转动翻转蝶板221形成连通或封闭,所述物料容器22的内壁对应翻转蝶板221的外侧壁设置有一环槽223,所述环槽223内设置有第二密封件4,所述第二密封件4包括嵌设在所述环槽223内的充气密封圈41,所述充气密封圈41充气后抵接在所述翻转蝶板221的外侧壁上,所述环槽223的内壁沿其周向均布有若干与外界连通的通孔2231,所述充气密封圈41对应通孔2231的位置设置有用于穿设通孔后与螺母固定连接的螺栓42。
为了更好地实施本发明,下面对该易清洗的沸腾制粒机清洗方法进行简要陈述,包括如下步骤:
(1)清洗前,先将雾化喷枪231沿螺孔旋出,然后再将物料容器22沿水平方向转动,使得物料容器22分别与扩散捕集室23、基座缓存斗21分离,然后通过升降组件236将抖袋架232降至物料容器22的位置(图2中I所述),方便工作人员对抖袋架232上的捕集袋进行拆卸,最后将拆卸完成后的抖袋架232通过升降组件236提升至第二喷淋头242下方位置(图2中II所述);
(2)清洗时,连接基座缓存斗21、物料容器22和扩散捕集室23并保持环形充气气囊和充气密封圈41充气,打开第一喷淋头241,通入自来水,第一喷淋头241的喷淋位置位于扩散捕集室23上端内壁,因此第一喷淋头241能够清洗扩散捕集室23上半部分和隔板237;
(3)打开第二喷淋头242,通入自来水,第二喷淋头242采用上下双向喷淋头,因此在兼顾上述步骤的部分清洗范围时,能够同时清洗扩散捕集室23下半部分、抖袋架232、抖袋架232上的气囊架233、物料容器22的上半部分和翻转蝶板221,翻转蝶板221通过驱动件进行来回翻转;
(4)为了提高清洁能力,同时打开第三喷淋头243和第四喷淋头244,通入自来水,在第三喷淋头243和第四喷淋头244的喷淋清洗下,能够对物料容器22下半部分、翻转蝶板221、基座缓存斗21和基座缓存斗21的出料口211进行清洗;
(5)再用热水和纯水分别重复上述2~4步骤;
(6)最后向制粒罐体2内通入热风烘干,完成清洗。
综上所述:本发明中采用的易清洗的沸腾制粒机使用时更加合理,无论是基座缓存斗21还是物料容器22亦或是扩散捕集室23的内部空间在清洗时都通过将抖袋气缸235、升降组件236等部件设置在外部来解决清洗时零部件发生相互阻挡的问题,而且不会影响到制粒机的正常使用。且分别通过第一喷淋头241、第二喷淋头242、第三喷淋头243和第四喷淋头244分别对相应的部位进行清洗,能够提高清洗效率和清洗效果。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施方式,本领域一般技术人员根据本发明公开的内容,可以采用其他多种具体实施方式实施本发明的,或者凡是采用本发明的设计结构和思路,做简单变化或更改的,都落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种易清洗的沸腾制粒机,包括机架,所述机架上设置有制粒罐体,所述制粒罐体由下至上依次设置有基座缓存斗、物料容器和扩散捕集室,所述扩散捕集室内设置有雾化喷枪、若干抖袋架以及固定在各个抖袋架上的气囊架,所述雾化喷枪通过一螺杆径向滑动在所述扩散捕集室内,所述扩散捕集室的侧壁上设置有与所述螺杆螺纹连接的螺孔,其特征在于:所述扩散捕集室上端的外壁上设置有用于抖动抖袋架的抖袋气缸和用于控制抖袋架升降的升降组件,所述抖袋气缸的输出轴为空心轴,所述抖袋架上设置有穿设在空心轴内并能够沿空心轴滑动的插杆,所述升降组件通过绳索与所述插杆固定连接,所述插杆与空心轴之间能够通过一锁紧装置进行锁紧固定,所述扩散捕集室上端的内壁设置有用于分隔各个抖袋架的隔板,所述制粒罐体内设置有喷淋装置,所述喷淋装置包括设置于扩散捕集室上端内壁的若干第一喷淋头和设置在隔板下端并位于扩散捕集室中央的第二喷淋头,所述第一喷淋头的进水端设置在扩散捕集室上端的外壁上,所述第二喷淋头的进水端通过一水管与外部连通,所述隔板呈中空设置,所述水管安装在所述隔板内,所述基座缓存斗、物料容器和扩散捕集室相互之间通过第一密封件密封连接,所述物料容器铰接设置在所述机架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的沸腾制粒机,其特征在于:所述基座缓存斗的下端设置有出料口,所述出料口设置有盖板,所述喷淋装置包括若干第三喷淋头和一个第四喷淋头,所述第三喷淋头设置于基座缓存斗靠近物料容器一端的侧壁上,所述第四喷淋头设置于盖板内壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的易清洗的沸腾制粒机,其特征在于:所述第二喷淋头为上下双向喷淋头。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的易清洗的沸腾制粒机,其特征在于:所述基座缓存斗靠近物料容器一端的侧壁上均布有两个所述第三喷淋头。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的沸腾制粒机,其特征在于:所述物料容器靠近基座缓存斗的一端内壁设置有翻转蝶板和设置于物料容器上用于驱动翻转蝶板翻转的驱动件,所述物料容器与基座缓存斗通过转动翻转蝶板形成连通或封闭,所述物料容器的内壁对应翻转蝶板的外侧壁设置有一环槽,所述环槽内设置有第二密封件,所述第二密封件包括嵌设在所述环槽内的充气密封圈,所述充气密封圈充气后抵接在所述翻转蝶板的外侧壁上,所述环槽的内壁沿其周向均布有若干与外界连通的通孔,所述充气密封圈对应通孔的位置设置有用于穿设通孔后与螺母固定连接的螺栓。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的沸腾制粒机,其特征在于:所述第一密封件为环形充气气囊。
  7. 如权利要求1~6所述的易清洗的沸腾制粒机的清洗方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    (1)清洗前,先将雾化喷枪沿螺孔旋出,然后再将物料容器沿水平方向转动,使得物料容器分别与扩散捕集室、基座缓存斗分离,然后通过升降组件将抖袋架降至物料容器的位置,方便工作人员对抖袋架上的捕集袋进行拆卸,最后将拆卸完成后的抖袋架通过升降组件提升至第二喷淋头下方位置;
    (2)清洗时,连接基座缓存斗、物料容器和扩散捕集室并保持环形充气气囊和充气密封圈充气,打开第一喷淋头,通入自来水,第一喷淋头的喷淋位置位于扩散捕集室上端内壁,因此第一喷淋头能够清洗扩散捕集室上半部分和隔板;
    (3)打开第二喷淋头,通入自来水,第二喷淋头采用上下双向喷淋头,因此在兼顾上述步骤的部分清洗范围时,能够同时清洗扩散捕集室下半部分、抖袋架、抖袋架上的气囊架、物料容器的上半部分和翻转蝶板,翻转蝶板通过驱动件进行来回翻转;
    (4)为了提高清洁能力,同时打开第三喷淋头和第四喷淋头,通入自来水,在第三喷淋头和第四喷淋头的喷淋清洗下,能够对物料容器下半部分、翻转蝶板、基座缓存斗和基座缓存斗的出料口进行清洗;
    (5)再用热水和纯水分别重复上述2~3步骤;
    (6)最后向制粒罐体内通入热风烘干,完成清洗。
