本实用新型涉及一种集成连接器。
背景技术:
现有的电池箱内用的加热接头、通讯插头、动力线锁紧格兰头分开布置,占据的安装空间大,不利于整车布线,检修麻烦。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种集成连接器。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种集成连接器,包括安装面板、安装壳体、接线器上盖、加热接头、通讯插头、动力线锁紧格兰头和铜排,所述安装壳体固定于安装面板上,加热接头、通讯插头、动力线锁紧格兰头和铜排均固定于安装壳体上,且加热接头、通讯插头和动力线锁紧格兰头置于安装壳体的外侧,铜排的一端置于安装壳体的内侧并与动力线锁紧格兰头相连,铜排的一端伸于安装壳体的外侧,线器上盖盖合在安装壳体上。
进一步地,所述铜排上设有动力线速接线点。
进一步地,所述安装面板、安装壳体和接线器上盖采用PBT+15%GF塑料材质制成。
进一步地,所述安装壳体和接线器上盖之间采用氯丁橡胶结构密封。
进一步地,所述动力线锁紧格兰头旋紧在安装壳体上,在动力线锁紧格兰头上设有卡簧,动力线锁紧格兰头旋紧时卡簧收缩,旋松时卡簧松脱。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型结构简单,安装紧凑,安装空间小,便于检修,使用效果好。

如图1和图2,本实用新型一种集成连接器,包括安装面板、安装壳体2、接线器上盖3、加热接头4、通讯插头5、动力线锁紧格兰头6和铜排7,安装壳体2固定于安装面板上,加热接头4、通讯插头5、动力线锁紧格兰头6和铜排7均固定于安装壳体2上,且加热接头4、通讯插头5和动力线锁紧格兰头6置于安装壳体2的外侧,铜排7的一端置于安装壳体2的内侧并与动力线锁紧格兰头6相连,铜排7的一端伸于安装壳体2的外侧,线器上盖3盖合在安装壳体2上。
在铜排7上设有动力线速接线点71。
本实用新型连接器采用PBT+15%GF塑料材质,实现轻量化减重24%;减少安装螺丝6颗左右,生产安装效率提高50%;
插座采用氯丁橡胶结构密封,机加端子插入氯丁橡胶里面形成一种端子挤压胶芯达到完全防水的状态,该连接方式可达到插座单独防水;
格兰头尾部增加钢环结构的卡簧。格兰头旋紧时卡簧收缩,旋松时卡簧松脱,从而既对锁紧时的线束起限位作用,又不会阻挡松脱情况下线束活动。主要能减少由于线束长期挤压密封圈而导致防水密封圈老化的风险;
为电池箱安装面板节省空间,利于整车布线。

  1. 一种集成连接器,其特征在于:包括安装面板、安装壳体(2)、接线器上盖(3)、加热接头(4)、通讯插头(5)、动力线锁紧格兰头(6)和铜排(7),所述安装壳体(2)固定于安装面板上,加热接头(4)、通讯插头(5)、动力线锁紧格兰头(6)和铜排(7)均固定于安装壳体(2)上,且加热接头(4)、通讯插头(5)和动力线锁紧格兰头(6)置于安装壳体(2)的外侧,铜排(7)的一端置于安装壳体(2)的内侧并与动力线锁紧格兰头(6)相连,铜排(7)的一端伸于安装壳体(2)的外侧,线器上盖(3)盖合在安装壳体(2)上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集成连接器,其特征在于:所述铜排(7)上设有动力线速接线点(71)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的集成连接器,其特征在于:所述安装面板、安装壳体(2)和接线器上盖(3)采用PBT+15%GF塑料材质制成。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的集成连接器,其特征在于:所述安装壳体(2)和接线器上盖(3)之间采用氯丁橡胶结构密封。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的集成连接器,其特征在于:所述动力线锁紧格兰头(6)旋紧在安装壳体(2)上,在动力线锁紧格兰头(6)上设有卡簧,动力线锁紧格兰头(6)旋紧时卡簧收缩,旋松时卡簧松脱。
