上述刮条组件将疏水材料的刮擦层和吸水材料的导流层层叠构成刮条, 被刮擦层刮下来的污水形成大水滴,吸水材料破坏了大水滴的张力,并迅速把水吸入,水在重力作用下顺着导流层流下,如此,污水就不会顺着玻璃向下流,从而避免下方玻璃被污染、地面被打湿。
根据另一个方面,本发明提供一种擦窗器,包括前述的刮条组件、刮条安装架及手柄,所述刮条安装架具有集水口,当所述刮条组件通过所述刮条安装架安装于所述手柄上时,所述导流层位于所述集水口上方。
可选的,所述手柄具有中空的蓄水腔,所述集水口与所述蓄水腔相连通。
可选的,所述刮条安装架的前端设有外凸的凸点。
可选的,所述刮条安装架包括左侧面、后侧面、右侧面、前侧面和底面,所述左侧面、所述后侧面、所述右侧面、所述前侧面和所述底面围合限定出位于前端的所述集水口,其中,所述凸点设于所述左侧面的前端、所述右侧面的前端和/或所述前侧面上。
可选的,所述擦窗器还包括刮条安装座,所述刮条组件的安装部为安装卡条,所述刮条安装座上设有与所述安装卡条相匹配的安装槽,所述刮条安装座的两侧分别设有向外凸起的卡件,所述刮条安装架的两侧设有与所述卡件相匹配的卡槽,所述刮条组件通过所述安装卡条卡入所述安装槽固定在所述刮条安装座上,所述刮条安装座通过所述卡件卡入所述卡槽以安装在所述刮条安装架上。
可选的,所述刮条安装架的所述底面上还设有刮条安装座支撑件,用于当所述刮条安装座安装在所述刮条安装架上时支撑所述刮条安装座。
上述擦窗器在刮条安装架上设置集水口,使用时,被刮擦层刮下来的污水顺着导流层流下落入集水口,再由集水口流入蓄水腔,如此,进一步确保污水不会顺着玻璃向下流,从而避免下方玻璃被污染、地面被打湿。
根据再一个方面,本发明提供一种擦窗器,包括:前述的刮条组件;集污组件,包括具有集污腔的集污器以及污水瓶,当所述刮条组件固定至所述集污器时,所述刮条组件的所述导流层位于所述集污腔的上方,所述集污腔用于收集所述刮条组件刮下来的污水,所述集污腔与所述污水瓶连通,所述污水瓶具有与外界连通的瓶口以及用于密封或打开所述瓶口的瓶盖,所述污 水可经由污水瓶的瓶口向外界排出;以及以可拆卸方式连接至所述集污组件的喷水组件,所述喷水组件包括喷雾装置和用于容纳水和/或清洁液的清水瓶,所述喷雾装置与所述清水瓶连通并用于喷洒水和/或清洁液。
可选的,所述刮条的两侧具有安装卡条,所述刮条组件的安装部包括分别设于刮条前侧和后侧的第一固定片和第二固定片,所述第一固定片和所述第二固定片均具有与所述安装卡条相匹配的安装槽,所述安装卡条能够卡入所述安装槽中,所述刮条组件安装在所述集污腔内或所述集污腔上方。
可选的,所述集污组件还包括水管,所述集污器的集污腔的底部设有污水口,所述污水瓶的顶部设有污水接口,所述污水口通过所述水管与所述污水接口连通。
可选的,所述污水瓶包括侧向连通的第一污水瓶和第二污水瓶,所述瓶口和瓶盖设置于所述第一污水瓶和第二污水瓶中的一者或两者上,所述第一污水瓶和第二污水瓶的顶部分别设有第一污水接口和第二污水接口,所述集污器的集污腔的底部设有与所述第一污水接口和第二污水接口对应的第一污水口和第二污水口,所述第一污水口通过第一水管与所述第一污水接口连通,所述第二污水口通过第二水管与所述第二污水接口连通。
可选的,所述擦窗器还包括用于将所述喷雾装置固定至所述集污器的固定组件,所述固定组件包括分别位于所述喷雾装置的前侧和后侧的第一固定盖和第二固定盖,所述第一固定盖和所述第二固定盖包覆所述喷雾装置后相连接,所述第一固定盖和第二固定盖的顶端与所述集污器连接,底端与所述清水瓶连接。
上述擦窗器集成了喷水和集污的功能,解决了现有技术中擦拭玻璃时需要腾出手人工喷水或者反复湿润擦窗器的不方便和不安全,使得在擦窗的同时能通过所述喷水组件喷水,并且能把擦拭窗户后的污水收集到所述污水瓶内,不致流出来造成二次污染,且后续处理污水简单快速。另外,上述擦窗器结构简单,功能齐全,使用起来方便快捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种具有导流功能的刮条组件,所述刮条组件10包括刮条11,所述刮条11为层次结构,包括层叠连接在一起的第一层11a和第二层11b,第一层11a是橡胶材料、硅胶材料、软PVC材料或者 EVA材料制成的刮擦层,第二层11b是吸水材料制成的导流层。
所述吸水材料为布、纸、PVA材料、海绵、木浆棉、超细纤维布、竹纤维或吸水树脂。
所述第一层11a和第二层11b之间通过缝制、复合、粘合或可撕式粘贴的方式连接在一起。
在所述刮条11的前端(即图1视角下位于左侧的一端),所述第一层11a突出于第二层11b。或者在其他实施例中,也可以二者齐平,即所述第一层11a在前端不突出于所述第二层11b。
所述刮条组件10还包括位于所述刮条11后端的安装部100,所述后端与所述前端相对。
实际使用时,如图2所示,将刮条组件10安装在擦窗器1上,用户手持擦窗器1,刮条组件10前端紧靠玻璃G,被作为刮擦层的第一层11a刮下来的污水顺着作为导流层的第二层11b流下落入擦窗器1的集水腔21中。如此,污水就不会顺着玻璃向下流,从而避免下方玻璃被污染、地面被打湿。
实施例2
如图3-5所示,本实施例提供了一种擦窗器,包括刮条组件10、刮条安装架12和手柄20,所述刮条组件10设于刮条安装架12上,刮条安装架12设于手柄20上,刮条组件10与刮条安装架12之间的连接、刮条安装架12与手柄20之间的连接均为可拆卸连接。所述刮条组件10包括刮条11,刮条11的第二层11b(下层)为导流层,刮条安装架12上设有集水口30,导流层11b位于集水口30上方。
所述手柄20为中空结构,手柄20内设有蓄水腔200,集水口30与蓄水腔200相连通。
所述刮条安装架12前侧设有凸起的凸点13,具体来说,所述刮条安装架12包括左侧面12a、后侧面12b、右侧面12c、前侧面12d、底面12e(在此,以图4中自左向右看的视角进行描述,当观测视角发生变化时,各结构位置可相应进行调整),左侧面12a、后侧面12b、右侧面12c、前侧面12d、底面12e围合限定出集水口30,左侧面12a的前端、右侧面12c的前端和/或前侧 面12d上设有外突的凸点13。本实施例中,是在左侧面12a的前端和右侧面12c的前端设置凸点13。
所述擦窗器1还包括刮条安装座40,所述刮条组件10的安装部100可设计为安装卡条,刮条安装座40上设有与安装卡条相匹配的安装槽41,刮条安装座40左右两侧设有向外凸起的卡件42,刮条安装架12上的左侧面12a和右侧面12c上设有与卡件42相匹配的卡槽14,刮条组件10通过安装卡条卡入安装槽41固定在刮条安装座40上,刮条安装座40通过卡件42卡入卡槽14安装在刮条安装架12上。
所述刮条安装架12的底面12e上还设有刮条安装座支撑件15,刮条安装座支撑件15与刮条安装座40位置对应。
实际使用时,如图6所示,用户手持手柄20,刮条11紧靠玻璃G,凸点13靠着玻璃G,被刮擦层11a刮下来的污水顺着导流层11b流下落入集水口30,再由集水口30流入蓄水腔200。如此,污水就不会顺着玻璃向下流,从而避免下方玻璃被污染、地面被打湿。凸点13的设置是为了避免集水口30前侧(即前侧面12d)靠在玻璃上把污水刮下来。
实施例3
如图7-10所示,本实施例提供了一种擦窗器,包括刮条组件、集污组件和喷水组件。所述集污组件包括集污器21和污水瓶,所述集污器21具有集污腔,所述刮条组件可具有实施例1的结构,包括刮条11,所述刮条11包括作为刮擦层的第一层11a和作为导流层的第二层11b,所述刮条组件与所述集污器21以可拆卸方式连接,所述刮条组件刮下来的水可流入所述集污腔内。具体的,所述刮条组件可固定在所述集污腔的内部或上方,所述集污腔与所述污水瓶连通,所述污水瓶上设置有瓶口瓶盖结构220,所述喷水组件包括喷雾装置31和清水瓶32,所述喷雾装置31与所述清水瓶32连通。
本实施例中的擦窗器同时兼备喷水、刮擦、集污三种功能,解决了现有技术中擦拭玻璃时需要腾出手人工喷水或者反复湿润擦窗器的不方便和不安全,使得在擦窗的同时能通过所述喷水组件喷水,并且能把擦拭窗户后的污水收集到所述污水瓶内,不致流出来造成二次污染,增加清洁麻烦,另外, 还通过在所述污水瓶上设置瓶口瓶盖结构220,以方便后续污水处理,在不拆卸擦窗器的情况下拧开瓶盖就可把污水瓶里的污水从瓶口倒出处理。
进一步的,所述集污器21的前侧设有凸起的凸点(图中未示出),优选的,所述集污器21的前侧左右两端均设有凸点,凸点的设置是为了对玻璃进行擦拭时保证集污器21前侧与玻璃有一定的距离,从而避免集污器21前侧靠在玻璃上把污水刮下来,滴落到底板或者下方玻璃上造成二次污染。
其中,所述“前侧”为所述擦窗器使用时靠近玻璃的一侧。
请参阅图10,与实施例1相同,作为刮擦层的所述第一层11a的前端优选地位于作为导流层112的所述第二层11b的前端的外侧,这样可以保证刮擦层擦拭玻璃后的污水更彻底地被导流层吸附,然后顺着导流层流入所述集污腔内,最后流入所述污水瓶中。
进一步的,所述刮条11的两侧设有安装卡条111,所述刮条组件10的安装部包括第一固定片121和第二固定片122,所述第一固定片121和所述第二固定片122的内侧均设有与所述安装卡条111相匹配的安装槽,所述安装卡条111卡入所述安装槽中,所述第一固定片121和所述第二固定片122固定连接,以实现所述刮条11和所述安装部的固定连接。具体的,通过安装卡条111和安装槽相配合,所述刮条被夹在所述第一固定片121和所述第二固定片122之间,并且所述第一固定片121和所述第二固定片122采用卡勾和螺丝配合的方式固定连接,从而形成所述刮条组件。所述刮条组件固定在所述集污器21的集污腔内,具体为,所述刮条组件的所述安装部在所述集污腔内与所述集污器固定连接,更具体为,所述安装部和所述集污器21均设置有螺孔,二者通过螺钉固定连接。
可以理解的是,所述安装部的作用是固定所述刮条11,以防止刮条11在使用过程中出现晃动,所述安装部分为第一固定片121和第二固定片122,通过两个固定片对所述刮条11从两侧进行固定,可使所述刮条11固定的更加牢固。
进一步的,所述污水瓶由两个小污水瓶连通形成,两个小污水瓶分别为第一污水瓶221和第二污水瓶222,所述第一污水瓶221的一横向端与所述第 二污水瓶222的一横向端通过一密封圈223连接,以保证两者的连接密封性,防止污水渗漏。所述第一污水瓶221的顶部和所述第二污水瓶222的顶部分别设有一污水接口,所述集污器21的底部设有分别与之对应的两个污水口,两个所述污水口分别通过水管23与两个所述污水接口连通,这样,可以增加水管23的引流作用,所述集污器内积下的污水可经所述水管23快速顺畅地流入所述污水瓶内。所述第一污水瓶221的另一横向端和/或所述第二污水瓶222的另一横向端设置有所述瓶口瓶盖结构220,以便后续快速处理污水。优选的,本实施例中只在所述第一污水瓶221的另一横向端设置所述瓶口瓶盖结构220。
进一步的,所述污水瓶的横向长度与所述集污器的横向长度相同且两者横向平行设置。
具体的,所述喷雾装置31包括连接主体、吸管、喷雾头以及扳手,所述喷雾头设置在所述连接主体的前端,优选的,所述喷雾头为多孔雾化喷雾头,以增加其喷洒面积,所述吸管的一端与所述喷雾头连接,所述吸管的另一端伸至所述清水瓶内最深处,使得尽量多的液体(清水和/或清洁剂)能够从所述清水瓶32中吸出,所述扳手设置在所述连接主体上,用于操纵所述喷雾头进行喷水。
清洁过程中,需要使用所述喷水组件时,按下所述扳手,所述喷雾装置连通所述清水瓶32内外,清水瓶32里的清水或者清洁剂会从所述喷雾头喷洒出来,松开所述扳手,所述扳手堵住所述喷雾装置。可见,所述喷水组件结构简单、安装方便且使用起来省时省力。
进一步的,所述擦窗器还包括固定组件,所述固定组件将所述喷雾装置31固定在所述集污器21的下方。具体的,所述固定组件包括第一固定盖411和第二固定盖412,所述第一固定盖411上开设有供所述喷雾头和所述扳手伸出的第一通孔且所述第一通孔与所述喷雾头和所述扳手的外形相吻合所述第一固定盖411和所述第二固定盖412包覆所述喷雾装置31后通过螺丝固定连接,以加固所述擦窗器并使得所述擦窗器外观看起来平整。具体的,所述固定组件的一端(如图7所示的下端)在所述清水瓶32的瓶口处固定连接,并 在所述固定组件的下端外侧加设一固定圈413,以保证所述第一固定盖411和第二固定盖412的连接紧密性。为了使得所述擦窗器设计更加紧凑牢固,将所述固定组件的另一端(如图7所示的上端)与所述集污器21连接,具体的,所述集污器21的下端设有与所述固定组件的上端端口处形状相匹配的凹陷,所述固定组件的上端端口对接在所述凹陷中,并通过螺栓组件与所述集污器21固定连接,所述污水瓶上的瓶口瓶盖结构伸出至所述固定组件外部,以方便后续处理所述污水瓶里的污水。
可见,本实施例中的擦窗器结构简单,方便拆卸组装,当污水瓶里的污水满了,在不拆卸擦窗器的前提下,只需要将所述污水瓶上的瓶盖旋拧下,即可将所述污水瓶里的污水从所述污水瓶上的瓶口处倒出污水,方便省事。当所述清水瓶32里的液体(清水或者清洁剂)没了,只需要将所述清水瓶32拆下来进行处理,处理完之后再进行简单组装即可继续使用。
实际使用时,用户手握擦窗器的握持部,首先按下扳手对待擦拭的玻璃表面进行喷洒清水或清洁剂,将待擦拭的玻璃打湿,然后将所述刮条11前端紧贴玻璃,凸点靠着玻璃,并开始进行擦拭,被刮条11刮下来的污水被吸水材料制成的导流层吸附,然后顺着所述导流层流入所述集污腔,最后经所述水管23流入所述污水瓶中,如此,污水就不会顺着玻璃往下流滴落在地板上,从而避免下方玻璃被污染、地面被打湿。另外,在擦拭过程中,如果遇到难以擦拭的附着物时,还可及时使用喷水组件对其进行喷洒,操作简单,使用方便,还可以提高清洁速率。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种刮条组件,包括刮条和安装部,所述刮条包括层叠的第一层和第二层,所述第一层为橡胶材料、硅胶材料、软PVC材料或者EVA材料制成的刮擦层,所述第二层为吸水材料制成的导流层,所述刮条的后端与安装部相连,前端为自由端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刮条组件,其特征在于,所述吸水材料为布、纸、PVA材料、海绵、木浆棉、超细纤维布、竹纤维或吸水树脂。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的刮条组件,其特征在于,所述第一层和所述第二层之间通过缝制、复合、粘合或可撕式粘贴的方式连接在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的刮条组件,其特征在于,在所述刮条的前端,所述第一层突出于所述第二层或与所述第二层齐平。
  5. 一种擦窗器,包括根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的刮条组件、刮条安装架及手柄,所述刮条安装架具有集水口,当所述刮条组件通过所述刮条安装架安装于所述手柄上时,所述导流层位于所述集水口上方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,所述手柄具有中空的蓄水腔,所述集水口与所述蓄水腔相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,所述刮条安装架的前端设有外凸的凸点。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,所述刮条安装架包括左侧面、后侧面、右侧面、前侧面和底面,所述左侧面、所述后侧面、所述右侧面、所述前侧面和所述底面围合限定出位于前端的所述集水口,其中,所述凸点设于所述左侧面的前端、所述右侧面的前端和/或所述前侧面上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,所述擦窗器还包括刮条安装座,所述刮条组件的安装部为安装卡条,所述刮条安装座上设有与所述安装卡条相匹配的安装槽,所述刮条安装座的两侧分别设有向外凸起的卡件,所述刮条安装架的两侧设有与所述卡件相匹配的卡槽,所述刮条组件通过所述安装卡条卡入所述安装槽固定在所述刮条安装座上,所述刮条安装座通过 所述卡件卡入所述卡槽以安装在所述刮条安装架上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,所述刮条安装架的所述底面上还设有刮条安装座支撑件,用于当所述刮条安装座安装在所述刮条安装架上时支撑所述刮条安装座。
  11. 一种擦窗器,包括:
    根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的刮条组件;
    集污组件,包括具有集污腔的集污器以及污水瓶,当所述刮条组件固定至所述集污器时,所述刮条组件的所述导流层位于所述集污腔的上方,所述集污腔用于收集所述刮条组件刮下来的污水,所述集污腔与所述污水瓶连通,所述污水瓶具有与外界连通的瓶口以及用于密封或打开所述瓶口的瓶盖,所述污水可经由污水瓶的瓶口向外界排出;以及
    以可拆卸方式连接至所述集污组件的喷水组件,所述喷水组件包括喷雾装置和用于容纳水和/或清洁液的清水瓶,所述喷雾装置与所述清水瓶连通并用于喷洒水和/或清洁液。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,所述刮条的两侧具有安装卡条,所述刮条组件的安装部包括分别设于刮条前侧和后侧的第一固定片和第二固定片,所述第一固定片和所述第二固定片均具有与所述安装卡条相匹配的安装槽,所述安装卡条能够卡入所述安装槽中,所述刮条组件安装在所述集污腔内或所述集污腔上方。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,所述集污组件还包括水管,所述集污器的集污腔的底部设有污水口,所述污水瓶的顶部设有污水接口,所述污水口通过所述水管与所述污水接口连通。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,所述污水瓶包括侧向连通的第一污水瓶和第二污水瓶,所述瓶口和瓶盖设置于所述第一污水瓶和第二污水瓶中的一者或两者上,所述第一污水瓶和第二污水瓶的顶部分别设有第一污水接口和第二污水接口,所述集污器的集污腔的底部设有与所述第一污水接口和第二污水接口对应的第一污水口和第二污水口,所述第一污水口通过第一水管与所述第一污水接口连通,所述第二污水口通过第二水管与 所述第二污水接口连通。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的擦窗器,其特征在于,还包括用于将所述喷雾装置固定至所述集污器的固定组件,所述固定组件包括分别位于所述喷雾装置的前侧和后侧的第一固定盖和第二固定盖,所述第一固定盖和所述第二固定盖包覆所述喷雾装置后相连接,所述第一固定盖和第二固定盖的顶端与所述集污器连接,底端与所述清水瓶连接。
