在优选的实施方式中,所述左辊压点及右辊压点处分别转动连接有左辊压轮334及右辊压轮335。再次参照图2,其中详细示出了侧边膜辊压组件33的在未收到其他外力时所处的初始状态,具体地,左辊压件332转动连接于第一铰接点3311处,并且从第一铰接点3311出发向下悬垂,使得其上转动连接的左辊压轮334在该初始状态下位于待辊压贴膜产品4的圆柱面最高点41的正上方;右辊压件333转动连接于第二铰接点3312处,并且从第二铰接点3312出发向下悬垂,使得其上转动连接的右辊压轮335在该初始状态下位于左辊压轮334的上方;其中,所述左辊压轮334及右辊压轮335在水平面上的投影至少部分重合,侧边膜辊压组件33在下降辊压贴膜的过程中,左辊压轮334率先与待辊压贴膜产品4的圆柱面最高点41进行接触,随着侧边膜辊压组件33的持续下降,左辊压件332在待辊压贴膜产品4的反作用力下开始顺时针转动,进而牵引着左辊压轮334从最高点41处出发沿着待辊压贴膜产品4的圆柱面向左下方辊压,待左辊压轮334辊压一段距离后,右辊压轮335开始与待辊压贴膜产品4的圆柱面进行接触,随着侧边膜辊压组件33的持续下降,右辊压件333在待辊压贴膜产品4的反作用力下开始逆时针转动,进而牵引着右辊压轮335从最高点41附近出发沿着待辊压贴膜产品4的圆柱面向右下方辊压,而在复位部件的回复力作用下,左辊压轮334与有辊压轮335在辊压过程中能够与待辊压贴膜产品4的圆柱面始终保持接触,甚至在越过圆柱面最左端42及圆柱面最右端43后还能够与待辊压贴膜产品4的圆柱面始终保持接触,最终到达圆柱面最低端44处,进而完成一次辊压贴膜。
再次参照图2,其中进一步示出了其他改良结构,具体地,所述左辊压件332及右辊压件333上分别固接有左限位部3324及右限位部3334,所述辊压基座331固接有左引导部336及右引导部337,使得当所述左辊压件332及右辊压件333张开至各自的最大张开角时,所述左限位部3324至少部分地插入至所述左引导部336中,所述右限位部3334至少部分地插入至所述右引导部337中。采用这种结构设计,能够防止左辊压件332及右辊压件333在张开角度过大时发生转动失稳的现象,提高结构稳定性。
进一步地,假定所述左辊压件332的最大张开角为α,所述右辊压件333的最大张开角为β,则有15°≤α≤75°,15°≤β≤75°。在本实施方式中,α=β=65°。
在一实施方式中,左辊压轮334及右辊压轮335的轴线长度均略大于待辊压贴膜产品4的轴线尺寸,并且左辊压轮334及右辊压轮335的轮面上均设有沿各自径向凹陷的辊压槽,辊压槽的设置能够防止薄膜在辊压过程中发生移位等定位不准的问题。
这里说明的设备数量和处理规模是用来简化本发明的说明的。对本发明的应用、修改和变化对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,包括:
    辊压基座(331);
    相对设置的左辊压件(332)与右辊压件(333),所述左辊压件(332)及右辊压件(333)能够相对于所述辊压基座(331)反向旋转以使得所述左辊压件(332)与右辊压件(333)在一合拢状态及一张开状态之间变化;以及
    复位部件,所述复位部件设于所述辊压基座(331)上且分别作用于所述左辊压件(332)及右辊压件(333),
    其中,所述复位部件能够发生弹性变形,所述复位部件用于使得所述左辊压件(332)及右辊压件(333)沿相互合拢方向旋转以从所述张开状态复位到所述合拢状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,所述辊压基座(331)上设有第一铰接点(3311)及第二铰接点(3312),所述左辊压件(332)的一端与所述第一铰接点(3311)转动连接,所述右辊压件(333)的一端与所述第二铰接点(3312)转动连接,所述左辊压件(332)的另一端形成有左辊压点,所述右辊压件(333)的另一端形成有右辊压点。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,所述辊压基座(331)上固定设置有左挡柱(338)及右挡柱(339),所述左挡柱(338)及右挡柱(339)分别位于所述左辊压件(332)与右辊压件(333)的合拢路径上用于分别阻挡所述左辊压件(332)与右辊压件(333)的合拢之势,以使得当所述侧边膜辊压组件未受到其他外力时,所述左辊压点至少被阻挡在所述第一铰接点(3311)的正下方,所述右辊压点至少被阻挡在所述第二铰接点(3312)的正下方。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,所述左辊压件(332)包括:
    左辊压主体(3322);以及
    左迂回部(3323),其与所述左辊压主体(3322)相固接,并在其末端形成所述左辊压点,
    其中,所述左迂回部(3323)朝向所述右辊压件(333)弯折。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,所述左辊压主体(3322)上设有左弯折部(3321),所述左弯折部(3321)及左迂回部(3323)分别固接于所述左辊压主体(3322)的两端,其中,所述左弯折部(3321)朝向所述右辊压件(333)弯折,所述左辊压件(332)通过所述左弯折部(3321)与第一铰接点(3311)转动连接。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,所述右辊压件(333)包括:
    右辊压主体(3332);以及
    右迂回部(3333),其与所述右辊压主体(3332)相固接,并在其末端形成所述右辊压点,
    其中,所述右迂回部(3333)朝向所述左辊压件(332)弯折。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,所述右辊压主体(3332)上设有右弯折部(3331),所述右弯折部(3331)及右迂回部(3333)分别固接于所述右辊压主体(3332)的两端,其中,所述右弯折部(3331)朝向所述左辊压件(332)弯折,所述右辊压件(333)通过所述右弯折部(3331)与第二铰接点(3312)转动连接。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,所述左辊压点及右辊压点处分别转动连接有左辊压轮(334)及右辊压轮(335)。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,所述左辊压件(332)及右辊压件(333)上分别固接有左限位部(3324)及右限位部(3334),所述辊压基座(331)固接有左引导部(336)及右引导部(337),使得当所述左辊压件(332)及右辊压件(333)张开至各自的最大张开角时,所述左限位部(3324)至少部分地插入至所述左引导部(336)中,所述右限位部(3334)至少部分地插入至所述右引导部(337)中。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的用于圆柱面贴膜的侧边膜辊压组件,其特征在于,假定所述左辊压件(332)的最大张开角为α,所述右辊压件(333)的最大张开角为β,则有15°≤α≤75°,15°≤β≤75°。
