同样的,所述h 2可以为所述音圈骨架1轴向宽度的5%-30%。在所述 音圈骨架1的外侧,同样是上部的连接区域最容易受到损坏,所以本发明在所述音圈骨架1的上部外侧设置宽度h 2为所述音圈骨架1轴向宽度的5%-30%的所述第二补强部3,便可以有针对性的提高所述音圈骨架1上部易损区域的强度,达到对所述音圈骨架1上部外侧的保护。
可选地,所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3中的至少一个的上端与所述音圈骨架1的上端平齐。
可以理解为,在一种具体的实施方式中,所述第一补强部2的上端与所述音圈骨架1的上端平齐,这样就可以保证所述音圈骨架1的上端内侧从最上端的结构强度就得到增强,而且一直向下延伸到所述第一补强部2设置的整个范围内,这样就更加增强了所述音圈骨架1与所述发声装置连接部位的牢固性和可靠性;在另一种具体的实施方式中,可以是所述第二补强部3的上端与所述音圈骨架1的上端平齐,这样就可以保证所述音圈骨架1的上端外侧从最上端的结构强度就得到增强,而且一直向下延伸到所述第二补强部3设置的整个范围内,这样就同样增强了所述音圈骨架1与所述发声装置连接部位的牢固性和可靠性。
在又一种具体的实施方式中,参见图4,所述第一补强部2的上端和所述第二补强部3的上端均与所述音圈骨架1的上端平齐,这样就进一步保证所述音圈骨架1的上端两侧从最上端的结构强度就得到增强,而且一直向下延伸到所述补强部设置的整个范围内,而且两侧补强不会造成所述音圈骨架1朝向强度较弱一侧的弯曲变形,这样就更加增强了所述音圈骨架1上段的强度,保证了所述音圈骨架1与所述发声装置连接部位的强度和连接寿命。
可选地,参见图5,所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3的上端均低于所述音圈骨架1的上端。
由于所述音圈为所述发声装置的重要组件,所述音圈骨架1可能需要与其他部件进行粘接,而粘接其他部件本身就起到了增强所述音圈骨架1结构强度的作用,所以在所述音圈骨架1的上端需要留出粘接空间,这就需要将所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3的上端均设置为低于所述音圈骨架1的上端。
可选地,参见图6,所述h 1与所述h 2相等,也就是所述第一补强部2沿所述音圈骨架1轴向的宽度与所述第二补强部3沿所述音圈骨架1轴向的宽度相等,这样设置的好处是平衡所述音圈骨架1内外侧的补强作用,防止所述音圈骨架1向补强较弱的一侧发生弯曲变形。
可选地,参见图4和图5,所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3对称设置在所述音圈骨架1的两侧。
在所述第一补强部2沿所述音圈骨架1轴向的宽度与所述第二补强部3沿所述音圈骨架1轴向的宽度相等的基础上,将所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3对称设置在所述音圈骨架1的两侧就进一步平衡了所述音圈骨架1内外侧的强度,给所述音圈骨架1补强阶段的强度提供了保证,提高了所述音圈的高频强度。
可选地,参见图6,所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3沿所述音圈骨架1轴向的高度差为h 3,所述h 3为所述h 1的5%-80%。
所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3沿所述音圈骨架1轴向设置高度差可以提高所述音圈骨架1轴向的补强宽度,例如所述h 3为所述h 1的50%时,也就是所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3重叠补强的部分为所述第一补强部2的一半,也就是说所述音圈骨架1轴向的整体补强宽度为所述第一补强部2的一半和全部的所述第二补强部3,这样就结合了所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3的补强宽度,最终达到增加所述音圈骨架1轴向的补强宽度的目的。
但是所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3沿所述音圈骨架1轴向设置高度差不宜太小,当所述h 3小于所述h 1的5%时,就达不到增加所述音圈骨架1轴向的补强宽度的目的,而当所述h 3大于所述h 1的80%时,所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3的补强效果就相当于独立设置,起不到相互补充补强效果的作用。
可选地,所述补强部的材料为铝镁合金、聚酰亚胺薄膜、玻璃纤维和胶水中的一种或多种组合。具体地,所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3的材料可以相同。
不同补强材料的密度、力学强度和连接强度均不同,所以为了保证所 述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3在所述音圈骨架1的两侧达到相同的补强效果,并使两者的补强作用可以相辅相成,共同起到增强所述音圈强度的作用,需要将所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3的材料设置为同一种材料,可以都是铝镁合金材料,或者都选择聚酰亚胺薄膜材料,本发明对此不做限制。
当然,所述第一补强部和所述第二补强部的材料也可以不同,可以通过对所述补强材料的密度、尺寸的选择,使得所述第一补强部2和所述第二补强部3在所述音圈骨架1的两侧达到相同的补强效果。
可选地,参见图2,所述第一补强部2呈环形设置。
由于所述音圈骨架1为环形设置,为了达到对所述音圈骨架1内侧的全面补强作用,可以将所述第一补强部2设置为环形,将所述第一补强部2全面贴合在所述音圈骨架1的内侧。
当然,所述第二补强部3也可以设置成环形,将所述第二补强部3全面贴合在所述音圈骨架1的外侧,达到对所述音圈骨架1外侧的全面补强作用。
可选地,所述音圈骨架1侧壁上设置有多个通孔4,多个所述通孔4沿所述音圈骨架1的周侧均匀设置。
具体地,多个所述通孔4设置于所述音圈骨架1上,所述通孔4的设置可以便于所述音圈与其他组件之间连接,比如定心支片可以通过所述通孔4连接至所述音圈,保证所述音圈的稳定连接和有效振动。
本发明还公开了一种发声装置,所述发声装置包括壳体及位于所述壳体内的振动组件;
所述振动组件包括振膜及与所述振膜连接的所述音圈。
所述发声装置可以为扬声器,包括但不限于低音、中音、高音和全频扬声器。特别是在中高音扬声器和全频扬声器的设置中,设置有两侧补强的所述音圈可以显著提高所述扬声器的高频声学性能,增强所述扬声器的高频延展性。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是 本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于,包括:
    音圈本体,所述音圈本体包括音圈骨架(1)和缠绕在所述音圈骨架(1)外侧的音圈线(5);
    补强部,所述补强部包括第一补强部(2)和第二补强部(3),所述第一补强部(2)设置于所述音圈骨架(1)的内侧,所述第二补强部(3)设置于所述音圈骨架(1)的外侧;
    所述补强部被配置为增强所述音圈的高频强度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于,所述第一补强部(2)沿所述音圈骨架(1)轴向的宽度为h 1,所述h 1为所述音圈骨架(1)轴向宽度的5%-30%。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于,所述第二补强部(3)沿所述音圈骨架(1)轴向的宽度为h 2,所述h 1与所述h 2相等或者不等。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于,所述第一补强部(2)和所述第二补强部(3)对称设置在所述音圈骨架(1)的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于,所述第一补强部(2)和所述第二补强部(3)沿所述音圈骨架(1)轴向的高度差为h 3,所述h 3为所述h 1的5%-80%。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于,所述补强部的材料为铝镁合金、聚酰亚胺薄膜、玻璃纤维和胶水中的一种或多种组合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于,所述第一补强部(2)和所述第二补强部(3)的材料相同。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于,所述第一补强部(2)呈环形设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于发声装置的音圈,其特征在于, 所述音圈骨架(1)侧壁上设置有多个通孔(4),多个所述通孔(4)沿所述音圈骨架(1)的周侧均匀设置。
  10. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体及位于所述壳体内的振动组件;
    所述振动组件包括振膜及与所述振膜连接的权利要求1-9任意一项所述音圈。
