请参阅图1-5,本发明实施例提供一种技术方案:一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,包括铺单本体1和导丝袋2,带有导丝袋2的铺单本体1在使用过程中可保护导丝,使用中不会有掉落的风险也不会要使用多个导丝,并且导丝袋2可允许单个或者多个导丝插入在一个或者多个导丝袋2内,使用非常的简单方便,并且降低了生理盐水的消耗,导丝袋2采用PE为原材料,铺单本体1的表面缝合连接有固定线9,铺单本体1包括表面层11、吸水层12、防菌层13和底衬层14,表面层11包括第一面层111、第二面层112和第三面层113,第一面层111分别与第二面层112和第三面层113的表面缝合连接,并且第二面层112与第三面层113的表面缝合连接,第一面层111采用cobes21G PP+70G airlaid为原材料,第二面层112采用Transparent PE 0.05mm为原材料,第三面层113采用cobes2730/pe27a+spu30B为原材料,吸水层12的底部与防菌层13的顶部缝合连接,吸水层12采用聚丙烯腈纤维和聚氧化乙烯纤维混纺编织而成,防菌层13采用竹炭纤维为原材料,底衬层14采用纯棉为原材料,并且防菌层13的底部与底衬层14的顶部缝合连接,表面层11的底部与吸水层12的顶部缝合连接,通过吸水层12将铺单本体1上的水和污渍进行吸收,污渍和水被吸水层12所阻挡,并且通过防菌层13的杀菌作用,可以防止铺单本体1内细菌滋生,导丝袋2的背面与铺单本体1的表面活动连接,导丝袋2的内腔固定连接有导丝插入块3,导丝插入块3插入导丝后不会损坏,导丝插入块3采用海绵或软质胶布为原材料,导丝袋2的左侧活动连接有防护袋4,防护袋4的表面黏结有热塑橡胶折叠膜5,并且热塑橡胶折叠膜5的表面与导丝袋2的表面黏结,防护袋4的表面胶合连接有黏结胶带6,导丝袋2的表面开设有消毒连接口10,通过消毒连接口10以便于对袋子消毒,导丝袋2的右侧密封连接有排水塞7,并且导丝袋2的背面胶合连接有黏结胶布8,黏结胶布8的背面与铺单本体1的表面黏结,无需使用导丝盆,同时减少了造影包的消毒,存储和运输费用,可根据导丝的尺寸和宽度调整导丝袋的尺寸并应用在多款铺单上,使用非常方便,适用于多种工作环境,本发明的技术是提出一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,该铺单将包含一个或多个装有生理盐水的导丝袋2,为了在手术结束时放空生理盐水,导丝袋2的表面通过排水塞7可以快速将生理盐水排出,导丝袋2可以取代先前技术中使用的导丝盆,通过胶合的方式固定在铺单上,放在铺单上要避开铺单的折痕区域。
上述第一面层111采用cobes21G PP+70G airlaid为原材料,即采用申请人自己生产的每平方米克重为21克的PP(聚丙烯)和airlaid (无尘纸) 通过胶粘剂复合而成的复合层;所述第二面层112采用Transparent PE 0.05mm为原材料,即是由厚度为0.05mm的透明聚乙烯制而;所述第三面层113采用cobes2730/pe27a+spu30B为原材料,是指采用申请人采用流延法生产的(代码为cobes2730)每平方米克重为27克的PE (聚乙烯)和每平方米克重为30克的蓝色PP(聚丙烯)通过胶粘剂复合而成的复合层。
如图6所示,一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,包括铺单本体1和导丝袋2,带有导丝袋2的铺单本体1在使用过程中可保护导丝,使用中不会有掉落的风险也不会要使用多个导丝,并且导丝袋2可允许单个或者多个导丝插入在一个或者多个导丝袋2内,使用非常的简单方便,并且降低了生理盐水的消耗,导丝袋2采用PE为原材料,铺单本体1的表面缝合连接有固定线9,铺单本体1包括表面层11、吸水层12、防菌层13和底衬层14,表面层11包括第一面层111、第二面层112和第三面层113,第一面层111分别与第二面层112和第三面层113的表面缝合连接,并且第二面层112与第三面层113的表面缝合连接,第一面层111由采用PP(聚丙烯)和airlaid (无尘纸) 通过胶粘剂复合而成的复合层,第二面层112采用透明聚乙烯层,第三面层113采用PP(聚丙烯)和聚乙烯(PE)通过胶粘剂复合而成的复合层。吸水层12的底部与防菌层13的顶部缝合连接,吸水层12采用聚丙烯腈纤维和聚氧化乙烯纤维混纺编织而成,防菌层13采用竹炭纤维为原材料,底衬层14采用纯棉为原材料,并且防菌层13的底部与底衬层14的顶部缝合连接,表面层11的底部与吸水层12的顶部缝合连接,通过吸水层12将铺单本体1上的水和污渍进行吸收,污渍和水被吸水层12所阻挡,并且通过防菌层13的杀菌作用,可以防止铺单本体1内细菌滋生,导丝袋2的背面与铺单本体1的表面活动连接,导丝袋2的内腔固定连接有导丝插入块3,导丝插入块3插入导丝后不会损坏,导丝插入块3采用海绵或软质胶布为原材料,导丝袋2的左侧活动连接有防护袋4,防护袋4的表面黏结有热塑橡胶折叠膜5,并且热塑橡胶折叠膜5的表面与导丝袋2的表面黏结,所述防护袋4的外侧固设有用于打开热塑橡胶折叠膜5的凸块15,所述凸块15的材质为聚乙烯,其是通过热合固定在防护袋4上的,使用时,可一手拿导丝、另一手持凸块11而打开折叠在一起的热塑橡胶折叠膜5和导丝插入块3,便于穿插导丝;防护袋4的表面胶合连接有黏结胶带6,使其与铺单本体进行粘接;所述导丝袋2的右端部呈向端部扩大的喇叭状连接头,所述消毒连接口10、 排水塞7设在所述喇叭状连接头上,所述消毒连接口10的端口处封装有防护膜。所述防护膜是由透气PE膜制成,其能隔离体积大的水分子,而透过体积小的气分子。在进行灭菌时,灭菌剂气体可以通过此防护膜进入导丝袋内进行灭菌,而将其他水分子、细菌等大分子很难进入,从而起到阻隔、保护的作用。并且导丝袋2的背面胶合连接有黏结胶布8,黏结胶布8的背面与铺单本体1的表面黏结,无需使用导丝盆,同时减少了造影包的消毒,存储和运输费用,可根据导丝的尺寸和宽度调整导丝袋的尺寸并应用在多款铺单上,使用非常方便,适用于多种工作环境,本发明的技术是提出一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,该铺单将包含一个或多个装有生理盐水的导丝袋2,为了在手术结束时放空生理盐水,导丝袋2的表面通过排水塞7可以快速将生理盐水排出,导丝袋2可以取代先前技术中使用的导丝盆,通过胶合的方式固定在铺单上,放在铺单上要避开铺单的折痕区域。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,包括铺单本体(1)和导丝袋(2),所述导丝袋(2)的背面与铺单本体(1)的表面活动连接,其特征在于:所述导丝袋(2)的内腔固定连接有导丝插入块(3),所述导丝插入块(3)采用海绵或软质胶布为原材料,所述导丝袋(2)的左侧活动连接有防护袋(4),所述防护袋(4)的表面黏结有热塑橡胶折叠膜(5),并且热塑橡胶折叠膜(5)的表面与导丝袋(2)的表面黏结,所述防护袋(4)的表面胶合连接有黏结胶带(6),所述导丝袋(2)的表面开设有消毒连接口(10),所述导丝袋(2)的右侧密封连接有排水塞(7),并且导丝袋(2)的背面胶合连接有黏结胶布(8),所述黏结胶布(8)的背面与铺单本体(1)的表面黏结。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述铺单本体(1)包括表面层(11)、吸水层(12)、防菌层(13)和底衬层(14),所述表面层(11)的底部与吸水层(12)的顶部缝合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述吸水层(12)的底部与防菌层(13)的顶部缝合连接,并且防菌层(13)的底部与底衬层(14)的顶部缝合连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述吸水层(12)采用聚丙烯腈纤维和聚氧化乙烯纤维混纺编织而成,所述防菌层(13)采用竹炭纤维为原材料,所述底衬层(14)采用纯棉为原材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述铺单本体(1)的表面缝合连接有固定线(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述导丝袋(2)采用PE为原材料。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述表面层(11)包括第一面层(111)、第二面层(112)和第三面层(113),所述第一面层(111)分别与第二面层(112)和第三面层(113)的表面缝合连接,并且第二面层(112)与第三面层(113)的表面缝合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述第一面层(111)采用cobes21G PP+70G airlaid为原材料,所述第二面层(112)采用Transparent PE 0.05mm为原材料,所述第三面层(113)采用cobes2730/pe27a+spu30B为原材料。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述防护袋(4)的外侧固设有凸块(15),所述凸块(15)的材质为聚乙烯。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有一体导丝使用装置的铺单,其特征在于:所述导丝袋(2)的右端部呈向端部扩大的喇叭状连接头,所述消毒连接口(10)、 排水塞(7)设在所述喇叭状连接头上,所述消毒连接口(10)的端口处封装有防护膜。
