在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,或者用于区分不同结构或部件,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。其中,术语“第一位置”和“第二位置”为两个不同的位置。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种瓷砖胶搅拌装置,可以应用在瓷砖铺贴机器人中,用于搅拌瓷砖胶,也可以应用在其他建筑机器人中,用于搅拌水泥砂浆等流质体。具体地,瓷砖胶搅拌装置包括安装架1、料桶2、驱动器3、搅拌轴4、纵向搅拌体5和横向搅拌体6。料桶2安装在安装架1上且能够盛装瓷砖胶,料桶2的底部设置有泵送口。驱动器3安装在安装架1上。搅拌轴4沿竖直方向穿设在料桶2中,且其一端与驱动器3的输出端连接。纵向搅拌体5沿 竖直方向延伸且连接在搅拌轴4上。横向搅拌体6的第一端连接在纵向搅拌体5上且位于纵向搅拌体5靠近泵送口的一端,横向搅拌体6沿水平方向向靠近搅拌轴4的方向延伸且其第二端与搅拌轴4间隔设置。
本实施例提供的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,利用纵向搅拌体5沿竖直方向搅拌瓷砖胶,同时利用横向搅拌体6沿水平方向搅拌瓷砖胶,从而使瓷砖胶在竖直方向和水平方向上均能得到充分地搅拌,保证搅拌效果,防止瓷砖胶在料桶2内凝结;同时,将横向搅拌体6的第二端与搅拌轴4间隔设置,可以增加横向搅拌体6的第二端与搅拌轴4之间的距离,进而可以提高横向搅拌体6的第二端的转动速度,避免由于横向搅拌体6的第二端的转动速度较低导致瓷砖胶粘附在横向搅拌体6上,从而有利于防止泵送口被堵塞,同时便于对瓷砖胶搅拌装置进行清洗和维护。
优选地,在本实施例中,搅拌轴4上连接有至少两个纵向搅拌体5,且其中一个纵向搅拌体5与搅拌轴4之间的水平距离小于另一个纵向搅拌体5与搅拌轴4之间的水平距离。具体地,在本实施例中,纵向搅拌体5的数量为两个,两个纵向搅拌体5分别设置在搅拌轴4的两侧,且一个纵向搅拌体5与搅拌轴4之间的水平距离小于另一个纵向搅拌体5与搅拌轴4之间的水平距离。按照此种方式设置,可以使两个纵向搅拌体5呈内外层布置,确保料桶2中心部位以及边部的瓷砖胶均能得到充分地搅拌,提高搅拌效果。当然,在其他实施例中,还可以根据实际需求调整纵向搅拌体5的数量,在此不作限制。
可选地,在本实施例中,纵向搅拌体5为纵向搅拌叶。可选地,在本实施例中,横向搅拌体6为横向搅拌叶。进一步地,纵向搅拌叶呈平面状或弧面状;和/或横向搅拌叶呈平面状或弧面状。另外,在其他实施例中,也可将纵向搅拌 体5和/或横向搅拌体6设置为搅拌杆的形式,在此不作限制。
优选地,本实施例通过的瓷砖胶搅拌装置还包括安装件7,安装件7的第一端与搅拌轴4连接,第二端与纵向搅拌体5连接。即通过安装件7将纵向搅拌体5安装在搅拌轴4上。具体地,在本实施例中,每个纵向搅拌体5通过两个安装件7安装在搅拌轴4上。可选地,在本实施例中,安装件7的延伸方向与纵向搅拌叶的叶面垂直。
优选地,安装件7的第一端与搅拌轴4的连接位置位于料桶2的中部和/或上部,以使安装件7的第一端远离料桶2底部的泵送口。由于安装件7第一端的转动速度较低,为了避免瓷砖胶粘附在安装件7上导致泵送口堵塞,所以将安装件7第一端的安装位置调高,使安装件7的第一端远离泵送口。进一步地,在本实施例中,安装件7位于料桶2的中部和/或上部,以便于对安装件7进行清洗和维修。
可选地,横向搅拌体6的数量至少为两个,且每个纵向搅拌体5上设置有至少一个横向搅拌体6。通过多个横向搅拌体6的配合,有利于在横向上更加充分地搅拌瓷砖胶。进一步地,位于不同的纵向搅拌体5上的横向搅拌体6沿竖直方向交错排列。按照此种方式设置,能够在不同高度上进行横向搅拌,确保泵送口附近的瓷砖胶能够得到充分搅拌。具体地,在本实施例中,纵向搅拌体5的数量为两个,每个纵向搅拌体5上均设置有两个横向搅拌体6,即横向搅拌体6的数量为四个,四个横向搅拌体6沿竖直方向交错排列。
优选地,纵向搅拌体5靠近泵送口的一端设置有折弯部51,折弯部51向靠近泵送口的方向延伸。折弯部51能够进一步地使泵送口附近的瓷砖胶得到充分地搅拌,防止泵送口被堵塞。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,驱动器3包括传动连接的电机31和减速器32,搅拌轴4与减速器32传动连接。进一步地,减速器32为带输出法兰的RV减速器。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的瓷砖胶搅拌装置还包括安装座14,安装座14安装在安装架1上,减速器32安装在安装座14上。进一步地,本实施例提供的瓷砖胶搅拌装置还包括轴承15,轴承15固定安装在安装座14上,搅拌轴4穿过轴承15与减速器32传动连接。通过轴承15与安装座14的配合,有利于保证搅拌轴4工作的稳定性和可靠性。
优选地,如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的瓷砖胶搅拌装置还包括螺杆泵8,螺杆泵8安装在安装架1上,螺杆泵8包括定子81和转子82,转子82穿过泵送口与搅拌轴4连接。即驱动器3能够同时驱动搅拌轴4和转子82转动,从而有利于减少驱动的使用数量。进一步地,螺杆泵8的下端设置有螺杆泵接口83,螺杆泵接口83被配置为与输送管连接,以输送瓷砖胶。
进一步地,如图1所示,本实施例提供的瓷砖胶搅拌装置还包括万向节联轴器11,万向节联轴器11的一端与转子82连接,另一端与搅拌轴4连接。即转子82通过万向节联轴器11与搅拌轴4连接。进一步地,万向节联轴器11与转子82万向节联轴器11之间通过连接销连接,和/或万向节联轴器11与搅拌轴4之间通过连接销连接。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,螺杆泵8的上端通过安装法兰12安装在安装架1上。进一步地,本实施例提供的瓷砖胶搅拌装置还包括连接杆13和托板,连接杆13的一端与安装法兰12连接,另一端与托板连接,螺杆泵8的下端设置在托板上。通过安装法兰12、连接杆13和托板的配合,有利 于保证螺杆泵8安装的稳定性。
优选地,如图3所示,本实施例提供的瓷砖胶搅拌装置还包括侧板9,料桶2的侧壁上设置有开口,侧板9可拆卸地设置在料桶2上以封堵或打开开口。当需要清洗料桶2时,可以将侧板9拆下,打开料桶2侧壁上的开口,以便于对料桶2的内部进行清洗。进一步地,本实施例提供的瓷砖胶搅拌装置还包括锁扣10,侧板9通过锁扣10可拆卸地设置在料桶2上。当需要清洗料桶2时,可打开锁扣10,以将侧板9拆下。
如图4所示,本实施例还提供一种瓷砖铺贴机器人,包括如上的瓷砖胶搅拌装置。本实施例提供的瓷砖铺贴机器人,通过应用上述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,能够防止瓷砖胶粘附在搅拌体上,避免泵送口被堵塞,使瓷砖胶能够被正常地泵送,从而有利于提高瓷砖铺贴机器人工作的稳定性和可靠性。
优选地,如图4所示,本实施例提供的瓷砖铺贴机器人还包括自动上砖装置100和自动涂胶装置200,自动上砖装置100用于瓷砖的上料,自动涂胶装置200用于在瓷砖上涂抹瓷砖胶。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,包括:
    安装架(1);
    料桶(2),安装在所述安装架(1)上且能够盛装瓷砖胶,所述料桶(2)的底部设置有泵送口;
    驱动器(3),安装在所述安装架(1)上;
    搅拌轴(4),沿竖直方向穿设在所述料桶(2)中,且其一端与所述驱动器(3)的输出端连接;
    纵向搅拌体(5),沿竖直方向延伸且连接在所述搅拌轴(4)上;
    横向搅拌体(6),其第一端连接在所述纵向搅拌体(5)上且位于所述纵向搅拌体(5)靠近所述泵送口的一端,所述横向搅拌体(6)沿水平方向向靠近所述搅拌轴(4)的方向延伸且其第二端与所述搅拌轴(4)间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴(4)上连接有至少两个所述纵向搅拌体(5),且其中一个所述纵向搅拌体(5)与所述搅拌轴(4)之间的水平距离小于另一个所述纵向搅拌体(5)与所述搅拌轴(4)之间的水平距离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,还包括安装件(7),所述安装件(7)的第一端与所述搅拌轴(4)连接,第二端与所述纵向搅拌体(5)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述安装件(7)的第一端与所述搅拌轴(4)的连接位置位于所述料桶(2)的中部和/或上部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述横向搅拌体(6)的数量至少为两个,且每个所述纵向搅拌体(5)上设置有至少一个所述横向搅拌体(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,位于不同的所述纵向搅拌体(5)上的所述横向搅拌体(6)沿竖直方向交错排列。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述纵向搅拌体(5)靠近所述泵送口的一端设置有折弯部(51),所述折弯部(51)向靠近所述泵送口的方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,还包括螺杆泵(8),所述螺杆泵(8)安装在所述安装架(1)上,所述螺杆泵(8)包括定子(81)和转子(82),所述转子(82)穿过所述泵送口与所述搅拌轴(4)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置,其特征在于,还包括侧板(9),所述料桶(2)的侧壁上设置有开口,所述侧板(9)可拆卸地设置在所述料桶(2)上以封堵或打开所述开口。
  10. 一种瓷砖铺贴机器人,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的瓷砖胶搅拌装置。
