本申请还提出一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括如上所述的中框组件、显示屏和光学件,所述中框组件限定出安装空间;所述显示屏设置在所述中框组件的表面,所述光学件设置在所述安装空间中。
在一实施例中,所述显示屏与所述中框组件之间还设有封屏胶,所述封屏胶的轮廓与所述中框组件的轮廓一致,且所述封屏胶遮挡所述第一中框和所述第二中框的连接处。
本申请技术方案通过在第一中框设有台阶部和第一插槽,并在每一第二中框设有第一凸起;如此设置,当所述第一凸起插设于所述第一插槽,所述台阶部遮挡于所述第一凸起和第一插槽的连接处,由此所述台阶部遮挡所述第一凸起和第一插槽的连接处泄露的光线,进而提高中框的挡光密封性,从而避免光学件的光从中框组件泄露。

本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种中框组件10。
在本申请实施例中,参照图1至图12,所述中框组件10包括第一中框11和第二中框12,第一中框11上设置有台阶部111和第一插槽112,所述第一插槽112设置在所述台阶部111上;第二中框12设有第一凸起121;其中,所述第一凸起121与所述第一插槽112相配合,且所述台阶部111遮挡所述第一插槽112和所述第一凸起121的连接处。
在本实施例中,两个第二中框12与第一中框11的两端装配时,可通过第一凸起121插设于第一插槽112内,以使所述第二中框12与所述第一中框11连接,如此即可让第一中框11与两个第二中框12拼接结合一体;为了避免光线从所述第一插槽112和所述第一凸起121的连接处泄露,因此在第一中框11还设有台阶部111;可以理解的是,光线射入的方向与第一中框11的延伸方向垂直设置,当光线射入时,通过台阶部111将光线遮挡,使得光线不能从中框组件10投射至外界,进而提高中框的挡光密封性,从而避免光学件的光从所述第一插槽112和所述第一凸起121的连接处泄露。
本申请技术方案在第一中框11的两端端部各设有台阶部111和第一插槽112;并在每一第二中框12的两端端部设有第一凸起121;如此设置,所述第一凸起121插设于所述第一插槽112,所述台阶部111遮挡于所述第一凸起121和所述第一插槽112的连接处,由此所述台阶部111遮挡所述第一插槽112和所述第一凸起121的连接处泄露的光线,进而提高中框组件10的密封性,从而避免光学件30的光从所述第一插槽112和所述第一凸起121的连接处泄露。
在一实施例中,参照图3至图5,所述第一中框11邻近所述第一插槽112还设有第二凸起113,所述第二中框12邻近所述第一凸起121还设有第二插槽122,所述第二凸起113与所述第二插槽122相配合,且所述台阶部111遮挡所述第二凸起113和所述第二插槽122的连接处。
在本实施例中,中框组件10包括两个第二中框12,且每一第二中框12与第一中框11的一端配合连接。通过在第一中框11邻近第一插槽112的位置设有第二凸起113,并在每一第二中框12邻近第一凸起121的位置设置第二插槽122;当两个第二中框12与第一中框11装配时,可同时通过第二凸起113插设于第二插槽122,第一凸起121插设于第一插槽112,以使所述第二中框12与所述第一中框11连接,进而提升第一中框11与两个第二中框12装配紧密度。可以理解的是,台阶部111遮挡所述第一中框11和第二中框12的正面一侧。
在一实施例中,参照图3至图5,所述第一凸起121和所述第二插槽122一体成型为S形结构;所述第二凸起113和所述第一插槽112一体成型为S形结构。
在本实施例中,第二凸起113与第一插槽112通过一体成型技术组合形成S形结构;同理第一凸起121与第二插槽122通过一体成型技术组合形成S形结构,进而提升第一中框11和两个第二中框12端部的结构强度;当第二凸起113插设于第二插槽122时,第一凸起121插设于第一插槽112时,形状圆滑的第二凸起113和第一凸起121不容易划损第二插槽122、第一插槽112,减少第一中框11与第二中框12装配的损坏程度。同时,第二凸起113与第二插槽122插设,第一凸起121与第一插槽112插设后形成S形的拼接缝,所述S形拼接缝的一部分与第一中框11或第二中框12的边缘位置重叠,使得从正面看该S形拼接缝显得十分微细,进而提升中框组件10的美观度。
在一实施例中,参照图3至图5,所述第二凸起113设于所述台阶部111,且所述台阶部111与所述第二凸起113围合形成所述第一插槽112。
在本实施例中,第二凸起113的一面与台阶部111的顶面连接,且第一插槽112在台阶部111凹设形成。台阶部111与第二凸起113的一面连接,且台阶部111的面积大于第二凸起113的面积,第一插槽112位于台阶部111与第二凸起113连接的一面;如此设置,当第一凸起121插设于第一插槽112时,第一凸起121的底面可限位于台阶部111的顶面,而第一凸起121的侧面可限位于第一插槽112的槽侧壁,进而提升第二凸起113和第一凸起121的装配配合紧密度。
在一实施例中,参照图3至图9,所述第一中框11包括第一基板114和两个相对设置在所述第一基板114上的第一中框板115,所述第一基板114和两个所述第一中框板115围合形成第一安装槽11a,每一所述第一中框板115的端部设有所述第二凸起113和所述第一插槽112,且至少一所述第一中框板115的端部还设有所述台阶部111;所述第二中框12包括第二基板123和两个相对设置在所述第二基板123上的第二中框板124,所述第二基板123和两个所述第二中框板124围合形成有第二安装槽12a,且每一所述第二中框板124的端部设有所述第一凸起121和所述第二插槽122;所述第一安装槽11a和所述第二安装槽12a连通形成用于安装光学件30的插设空间。
在本实施例中,两个第一中框板115间隔设于第一基板114,且两个第一中框板115与第一基板114呈垂直设置,两个第一中框板115间隔形成有第一安装槽11a;第二中框12的两个第二中框板124间隔设于第二基板123,且两个第二中框板124与第二基板123呈垂直设置,两个第二中框板124间隔形成有第二安装槽12a。第一安装槽11a与第二安装槽12a连通形成插设空间,可将光学件30插设在所述插设空间,从而避免光学件30发出的光线从中框组件10的侧壁泄露到外界,以提升中框组件10的密封性。
在本实施例中,参照图5、图11和图12,所述中框组件10还包括设于所述第一安装槽11a内的弹性部13,所述第二中框12的一端端部设有装配凹槽12b,所述弹性部13与所述装配凹槽12b的槽壁弹性抵接。
在本实施例中,通过在第一安装槽11a的两端端部各设有一个弹性部13,并在每一第二中框12的一端的端部凹设有装配凹槽12b;如此,当第一中框11和第二中框12拼接时,每一装配凹槽12b面向第一中框11的槽壁与弹性部13弹性抵接,利用弹性部13形变与第一中框11抵接更紧密,进而防止第一中框11的顶部拼接位置漏光。可选地,弹性部13可采用遮光泡棉、硅胶件或橡胶件。
在本实施例中,参照图6至图9,所述中框组件10还包括连接角件14,所述连接角件14的一端与所述第一中框11连接,另一端与所述第二中框12连接。
在本实施例中,通过设置两个连接角件14,每一连接角件14分别设置在第一中框11和每一第二中框12拼接的连接处,即连接角件14的两端分别与第一中框11和一第二中框12的一端连接,进而提升第一中框11和两个中框12的连接强度。可以理解的是,两个连接角件14均位于第一中框11和两个第二中框12的背面。
在本实施例中,参照图6至图9,所述第一中框11的端部设有第一沉槽11b,所述第二中框12的一端设置有第二沉槽12c,所述第一沉槽11b与所述第二沉槽12c围合形成装配空间,所述连接角件14容纳并限位于所述装配空间内。
在本实施例中,通过将第一沉槽11b设于第一中框11,并与第二凸起113邻近设置,第二沉槽12c设于第二中框12的一端,并与第一凸起121相邻设置,利用第一沉槽11b和第二沉槽12c连通形成装配空间,将连接角件14装配在装配空间上,使得装配空间的侧壁可对连接角件14进行预先定位,进而加快连接角件14与第一中框11、第二中框12的装配速度。可选地,连接角件14为金属角件。
在本实施例中,参照图6至图9,所述第一沉槽11b的槽壁与所述连接角件14之间填充有粘接胶;且/或,所述第二沉槽12c的槽壁与所述连接角件14之间填充有所述粘接胶。
在本实施例中,在连接角件14装设在第一沉槽11b和第二沉槽12c形成的装配空间前,直接在装配空间中涂抹粘接胶,再通过螺丝将连接角件14把第一中框11和两个第二中框12连接固定。待粘接胶固化后,利用粘接胶填充连接角件14与第一中框11、两个第二中框12之间的装配间隙,进而减少第一中框11和两个第二中框12之间的振动,使得第一中框11和两个第二中框12的拼接位置不容易松动变形,同时提高拼接位置的强度。
本申请还提出一种显示装置,参照图1和图2,所述显示装置包括所述中框组件10、显示屏20和光学件30;所述中框组件10限定出安装空间10a,所述显示屏20设置在所述中框组件10的表面,所述光学件30设置在所述安装空间10a中。该中框组件10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本显示装置采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在本实施例中,通过将光学件30装设在中框组件10的安装空间10a,使得光学件30的边缘在中框组件10的遮挡下,避免了光学件30发出的光线泄露到显示屏20的位置。可以理解的是,光学件30的边缘位置为不需要的部分,不能将该位置的光线从中框组件10泄露出去。光学件30背向显示屏20的位置依次连接有灯板50和背板60。
在一实施例中,所述显示屏20与所述中框组件10之间还设有封屏胶40,所述封屏胶40的轮廓与所述中框组件10的轮廓一致,且所述封屏胶40遮挡所述第一中框11和所述第二中框12的连接处。在本实施例中,封屏胶40设置在显示屏20与中框组件10之间,使得封屏胶40遮挡整个中框组件10,进而密封光学件30的边缘位置,从而避免光线从中框组件10和封屏胶40泄露至显示屏20的位置。

Claims (21)
- 一种中框组件,其中,所述中框组件包括:第一中框,所述第一中框上设置有台阶部和第一插槽,所述第一插槽设置在所述台阶部上;第二中框,所述第二中框上设置有第一凸起;其中,所述第一凸起与所述第一插槽相配合,且所述台阶部遮挡所述第一插槽和所述第一凸起的连接处。
- 如权利要求1所述的中框组件,其中,所述第二中框为两个,两个所述第二中框与所述第一中框的两端装配时,通过所述第一凸起插设于第一插槽内,使所述第二中框与所述第一中框连接,所述第一中框与两个所述第二中框拼接结合一体。
- 如权利要求1所述的中框组件,其中,所述第一中框的两端端部各设有所述台阶部和所述第一插槽;所述第二中框的两端端部各对应设有所述第一凸起。
- 如权利要求1所述的中框组件,其中,所述第一中框邻近所述第一插槽还设有第二凸起,所述第二中框邻近所述第一凸起还设有第二插槽,所述第二凸起与所述第二插槽相配合,且所述台阶部遮挡所述第二凸起和所述第二插槽的连接处。
- 如权利要求4所述的中框组件,其中,所述第一凸起和所述第二插槽一体成型为S形结构。
- 如权利要求4所述的中框组件,其中,所述第二凸起和所述第一插槽一体成型为S形结构。
- 如权利要求4所述的中框组件,其中,所述第二凸起设于所述台阶部上,且所述台阶部与所述第二凸起围合形成所述第一插槽。
- 如权利要求4所述的中框组件,其中,所述第二凸起的一面与所述台阶部的顶面连接,所述第一插槽在所述台阶部凹设形成;所述台阶部的面积大于第二凸起的面积,所述第一插槽位于所述台阶部与所述第二凸起连接的一面。
- 如权利要求4所述的中框组件,其中,所述第一中框包括第一基板和两个相对设置在所述第一基板上的第一中框板,所述第一基板和两个所述第一中框板围合形成第一安装槽,每一所述第一中框板的端部设有所述第二凸起和所述第一插槽,且至少一所述第一中框板的端部还设有所述台阶部;所述第二中框包括第二基板和两个相对设置在所述第二基板上的第二中框板,所述第二基板和两个所述第二中框板围合形成有第二安装槽,且每一所述第二中框板的端部设有所述第一凸起和所述第二插槽;所述第一安装槽和所述第二安装槽连通形成用于安装光学件的插设空间。
- 如权利要求9所述的中框组件,其中,两个所述第一中框板间隔设于所述第一基板,两个所述第一中框板与所述第一基板呈垂直设置;所述第二中框的两个所述第二中框板间隔设于所述第二基板,两个所述第二中框板与所述第二基板呈垂直设置。
- 如权利要求9所述的中框组件,其中,所述中框组件还包括:设于所述第一安装槽内的弹性部,所述第二中框的端部设有装配凹槽,所述弹性部与所述装配凹槽的槽壁弹性抵接。
- 如权利要求11所述的中框组件,其中,所述弹性部的数量为两个,分别设于所述第一安装槽的两端端部,所述装配凹槽的数量为两个,分别设于所述第二中框一端的两端部;所述第一中框和所述第二中框拼接时,每一所述装配凹槽面向所述第一中框的槽壁与对应的所述弹性部弹性抵接。
- 如权利要求1所述的中框组件,其中,所述中框组件还包括:连接角件,所述连接角件的一端与所述第一中框连接,所述连接角件的另一端与所述第二中框连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的中框组件,其中,所述中框组件还包括两个连接角件,每一所述连接角件的一端与所述第一中框连接,每一所述连接角件的另一端与其中一所述第二中框连接。
- 如权利要求13所述的中框组件,其中,所述第一中框的端部设置有第一沉槽,所述第二中框的一端设置有第二沉槽,所述第一沉槽与所述第二沉槽围合形成装配空间,所述连接角件容纳并限位于所述装配空间内。
- 如权利要求15所述的中框组件,其中,所述第一沉槽与所述第二凸起相邻设置,所述第二沉槽与所述第一凸起相邻设置。
- 如权利要求15所述的中框组件,其中,所述第一沉槽的槽壁与所述连接角件之间填充有粘接胶。
- 如权利要求15所述的中框组件,其中,所述第二沉槽的槽壁与所述连接角件之间填充有粘接胶。
- 如权利要求15所述的中框组件,其中,所述连接角件通过螺丝与所述第一中框和所述第二中框连接固定。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括:如权利要求1至19中任意一项所述的中框组件,所述中框组件限定出安装空间;显示屏,所述显示屏设置在所述中框组件的表面;光学件,所述光学件设置在所述安装空间中。
- 如权利要求20所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示屏与所述中框组件之间还设有封屏胶,所述封屏胶的轮廓与所述中框组件的轮廓一致,且所述封屏胶遮挡所述第一中框和所述第二中框的连接处。
