本实施例中,可选地,显示屏2内侧面的边缘粘固于侧壁12的自由端端面;通常地,其可以采用双面胶41、黏性胶等实现显示屏2与侧壁12自由端端面之间的粘接。粘接的固定方式结构简单;然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,也可在侧壁12的自由端端面上一体成型出固定扣,以通过固定扣来限制显示屏2脱离侧壁12的自由端端面。本实施例中,可选地,侧壁12的自由端端面还成型有存胶槽(未图示),以在使用黏性胶进行粘接时,增加黏性胶的使用量和粘接面积,从而提高显示屏2与侧壁12自由端端面之间的粘接可靠性;进一步可选地,存胶槽的横截面可以设置为在深度方向上宽度逐渐增大的形状,例如但不限于呈燕尾形,如此,待存胶槽内的黏性胶固化定型后,黏性胶与存胶槽之间形成楔形连接结构,可提高黏性胶与显示屏2之间的连接强度,使得显示屏2的固定更加牢靠。
进一步地,显示屏2的侧边与侧壁12的外侧面相平齐,以使得从前视角看显示模组时,完全看不到背板1的侧壁12,只能看到显示屏2,从而实现严格意义上的全面屏,提高用户体验。当然,于其他实施例中,为实现全面屏,显示屏2的侧边也可突出于侧壁12的外侧面。
参照图2,在本实施例中,进一步地,光学膜片组3包括邻设在显示屏2内侧的第一膜片31,该第一膜片31的边缘设有侧凸311;侧壁12的自由端端面上设有连通所述安装空间的安装沉槽101,第一膜片31的侧凸311卡入该安装沉槽101,以给该第一膜片31提供定位和一定的支撑安装;可以理解,安装沉槽101是相对侧壁12的自由端端面凹设的,且其贯穿侧壁12的内侧面,以连通所述安装空间,并使得侧凸311能通过所贯穿的位置卡入该安装沉槽101。本实施例中,侧壁12通常设有多个,该多个侧壁12通常包括左侧壁、右侧壁和顶侧壁,安装沉槽101通常设置在顶侧壁的自由端端面上。不失一般性,该第一膜片31可以是增亮膜、扩散膜等。一并参照图3,本实施例中,相邻两侧壁12各自的自由端端面在背板1的角落处平滑过渡,无需焊接,节省工序。需要说明的是,在第一膜片31的内侧,光学膜片组3还可包括具有其他光学性能的第二膜片、第三膜片等。
本实施例中,通常地,侧壁12自由端端面上安装沉槽101的槽深不小于侧凸311的厚度,以避免侧凸311妨碍显示屏2内侧面的边缘与侧壁12自由端端面之间的安装。当然,在某些特殊情况下,也可以允许侧凸311的厚度略大于安装沉槽101的槽深,只要侧凸311的厚度不大于安装沉槽101的槽深与粘接层(双面胶41或者黏性胶)的厚度之和即可。
本实施例中,进一步地,侧凸311上开设有挂孔312,安装沉槽101上设有挂凸102,侧凸311通过挂孔312与安装件的挂凸102挂接配合,能方便地实现第一膜片31在侧壁12自由端端面上的安装。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,第一膜片31的侧凸311还可粘固于安装沉槽101。可选地,侧壁12自由端端面上安装沉槽101的面积大于第一膜片31上侧凸311的面积,以便于装配;类似的,侧凸311上的挂孔312通常大于安装沉槽101上的挂凸102。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,安装沉槽101和挂凸102可以是在成型背板本体11和侧壁12时一体成型的(即是说,在注塑或铸造成型背板本体11和侧壁12时,同时成型出安装沉槽101和挂凸102),也可以是在成型背板本体11和侧壁12之后,再在侧壁12的自由端端面通过铣槽工艺实现的(即是说,在注塑或铸造成型背板本体11和侧壁12之后,后续进一步铣槽加工出安装沉槽101和挂凸102)。
参照图1,在本实施例中,进一步地,光学膜片组3还包括设在显示屏2内侧的导光板32,侧壁12的内侧设有定位件42,导光板32的侧边与定位件42相抵接,以便于导光板32的定位安装。不失一般性,第一膜片31位于导光板32与显示屏2之间;通常地,为提高背光效率,光学膜片组3还包括设于导光板32与背板本体11之间的反射片33。本实施例中,通常地,背板本体11的底边空置,以安装背光灯条;左侧壁、右侧壁和顶侧壁的内侧均设有所述定位件42,以对导光板32进行定位,避免导光板32的晃动。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,定位件42还可以设置在远离背板本体11底边的两个角落处。
本实施例中,可选地,定位件42安装于侧壁12的内侧面。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,定位件42也可安装于背板本体11的内侧面,当然,通常地,此时定位件42会邻近侧壁12设置。
本实施例中,进一步可选地,定位件42可拆卸安装于背板1,以便于定位件42的损坏更换。一并参照图4,通常地,本实施例中的侧壁12较厚,可利用侧壁12的厚度,在侧壁12的内侧面设置嵌槽121,如此,定位件42的一侧可通过嵌设的方式嵌固在嵌槽121中,以避免定位件42对所述安装空间的空间作过多的占用,也可减少定位件42显露在显示屏2下方的体积,从而降低显示屏2边缘出现小黑区的概率;当然,定位件42的另一侧与导光板32的侧边相抵接。
然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,定位件42还可粘固于背板1;而对于定位件42粘固于背板1的方式,可选地,定位件42包括与侧壁12的内侧面贴合安装的第一定位块、及自第一定位块靠近背板本体11的侧边折弯延伸成型的第二定位块,该第二定位块的自由端与导光板32的侧边抵接;可以理解,第一定位块可为定位件42提供更大的与侧壁12内侧面连接的面积,从而使定位件42在侧壁12上的安装更为稳定。
进一步地,本实施例中,定位件42设置为弹性定位件,即是说,定位件42具有弹性,以避免导光板32与定位之间出现因零件公差所带来的难以匹配安装的现象。可选地,定位件42可以设置为橡胶件、硅胶件等。另外,为避免定位件42吸光而影响背光效果,定位件42设置可为白色橡胶件。
本申请还提出一种电视机,该电视机包括显示模组,该显示模组的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电视机采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的发明构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示模组,其中,包括:
    背板,包括一体成型的背板本体和侧壁,所述背板本体和所述侧壁共同限制出安装空间;
    显示屏,所述显示屏内侧面的边缘搭接固定于所述侧壁的自由端端面;以及
    光学膜片组,安装于所述安装空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述背板本体与所述侧壁一体注塑成型或一体压铸成型;
    及/或,所述背板本体与所述侧壁通过导热塑料一体注塑成型;或者,所述背板本体与所述侧壁通过普通塑料一体注塑成型,且所述背板上增设有散热片或半导体制冷片。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示屏内侧面的边缘粘固于所述侧壁的自由端端面;或者,所述侧壁的自由端端面上一体成型有固定扣,通过所述固定扣限制所述显示屏脱离所述侧壁的自由端端面;
    及/或,所述显示屏内侧面的边缘通过黏性胶粘固于所述侧壁的自由端端面,所述侧壁的自由端端面成型有存胶槽,所述存胶槽中填充有所述黏性胶;
    及/或,所述存胶槽的横截面设置为在深度方向上宽度逐渐增大的形状。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示屏的侧边与所述侧壁的外侧面相平齐;或者,所述显示屏的侧边突出于所述侧壁的外侧面。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的显示模组,其中,所述光学膜片组包括邻设在所述显示屏内侧的第一膜片,所述第一膜片的边缘设有侧凸;
    所述侧壁的自由端端面上设有连通所述安装空间的安装沉槽,所述侧凸卡入所述安装沉槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的显示模组,其中,所述安装沉槽的槽深不小于所述侧凸的厚度。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的显示模组,其中,所述侧凸上开设有挂孔,所述安装沉槽上设有挂凸,所述挂孔与所述挂凸挂接配合;或者,所述侧凸粘固于所述安装沉槽;
    及/或,所述安装沉槽的面积大于所述侧凸的面积;
    及/或,所述挂孔大于所述挂凸。
  8. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的显示模组,其中,所述光学膜片组包括设在所述显示屏内侧的导光板,所述侧壁的内侧设有定位件,所述导光板的侧边与所述定位件相抵接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的显示模组,其中,所述定位件安装于所述侧壁的内侧面;或者,所述定位件安装于所述背板本体的内侧面,且所述定位件邻近所述侧壁设置。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的显示模组,其中,所述定位件可拆卸安装于所述背板;及/或,所述侧壁的内侧面设有嵌槽,所述定位件的一侧紧配嵌设在所述嵌槽中,另一侧与所述导光板的侧边相抵接;
    或者,所述定位件粘固于所述背板;及/或,所述定位件包括与所述侧壁的内侧面贴合安装的第一定位块、及自所述第一定位块靠近所述背板本体的侧边折弯延伸成型的第二定位块,所述第二定位块的自由端与所述导光板的侧边抵接。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的显示模组,其中,所述定位件设置为弹性定位件;
    及/或,所述定位件设置为橡胶件或硅胶件;
    及/或,所述定位件设置为白色橡胶件。
  12. 一种电视机,其中,包括显示模组,所述显示模组包括:
    背板,包括一体成型的背板本体和侧壁,所述背板本体和所述侧壁共同限制出安装空间;
    显示屏,所述显示屏内侧面的边缘搭接固定于所述侧壁的自由端端面;以及
    光学膜片组,安装于所述安装空间。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电视机,其中,所述背板本体与所述侧壁一体注塑成型或一体压铸成型;
    及/或,所述背板本体与所述侧壁通过导热塑料一体注塑成型;或者,所述背板本体与所述侧壁通过普通塑料一体注塑成型,且所述背板上增设有散热片或半导体制冷片。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的电视机,其中,所述显示屏内侧面的边缘粘固于所述侧壁的自由端端面;或者,所述侧壁的自由端端面上一体成型有固定扣,通过所述固定扣限制所述显示屏脱离所述侧壁的自由端端面;
    及/或,所述显示屏内侧面的边缘通过黏性胶粘固于所述侧壁的自由端端面,所述侧壁的自由端端面成型有存胶槽,所述存胶槽中填充有所述黏性胶;
    及/或,所述存胶槽的横截面设置为在深度方向上宽度逐渐增大的形状。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的电视机,其中,所述显示屏的侧边与所述侧壁的外侧面相平齐;或者,所述显示屏的侧边突出于所述侧壁的外侧面。
  16. 如权利要求12至15任一项所述的电视机,其中,所述光学膜片组包括邻设在所述显示屏内侧的第一膜片,所述第一膜片的边缘设有侧凸;
    所述侧壁的自由端端面上设有连通所述安装空间的安装沉槽,所述侧凸卡入所述安装沉槽。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电视机,其中,所述侧凸上开设有挂孔,所述安装沉槽上设有挂凸,所述挂孔与所述挂凸挂接配合;或者,所述侧凸粘固于所述安装沉槽;
    及/或,所述安装沉槽的面积大于所述侧凸的面积;
    及/或,所述挂孔大于所述挂凸。
  18. 如权利要求12至15任一项所述的电视机,其中,所述光学膜片组包括设在所述显示屏内侧的导光板,所述侧壁的内侧设有定位件,所述导光板的侧边与所述定位件相抵接。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的电视机,其中,所述定位件可拆卸安装于所述背板;及/或,所述侧壁的内侧面设有嵌槽,所述定位件的一侧紧配嵌设在所述嵌槽中,另一侧与所述导光板的侧边相抵接;
    或者,所述定位件粘固于所述背板;及/或,所述定位件包括与所述侧壁的内侧面贴合安装的第一定位块、及自所述第一定位块靠近所述背板本体的侧边折弯延伸成型的第二定位块,所述第二定位块的自由端与所述导光板的侧边抵接。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的电视机,其中,所述定位件设置为弹性定位件;
    及/或,所述定位件设置为橡胶件或硅胶件;
    及/或,所述定位件设置为白色橡胶件。
