Description
本发明涉及一种LED显示屏拼接技术领域,特别涉及一种用于实现LED显示屏拼接的拼接锁合装置。
在现有的LED显示屏中,弧度拼接大多是通过楔角度形块连接两个箱体,通过设计楔形角度块两个面的夹角和楔形角度块的安装位置来间接调控箱体间的角度和两个显示面转动的中心轴。这种拼接方式存在角度调节不具备连续性、拼接角度需要改变时往往需要重新设计新的楔形块并且重新拼装LED显示屏等缺点。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种拼接锁合装置,旨在实现LED显示屏拼接角度的无级调节,且不需要重新拼装。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种拼接锁合装置,用于实现第一LED显示屏与第二LED显示屏的拼接锁合,所述拼接锁合装置包括支架、连接杆、滑块、固定块,以及调节组件;其中,
所述支架包括固定座、摆杆、顶盖;所述固定座与所述第一LED显示屏固定连接;所述摆杆一端与所述固定座可转动连接,另一端与所述顶盖可转动连接;
所述连接杆的一端与所述顶盖可转动连接,另一端穿经所述固定座与所述固定块可转动连接;
所述滑块套设于所述连接杆,并与所述固定座滑动连接;
所述固定块与所述第二LED显示屏固定连接;
所述滑块滑动的同时,驱动所述连接杆转动;所述连接杆转动的同时,驱动所述第二LED显示屏相对于所述第一LED显示屏转动。
在一实施方式中,所述连接杆的长度可调节。

在一实施方式中,所述摆杆设有用于标示所述第一LED显示屏和/或所述第二LED显示屏厚度的刻度。
在一实施方式中,所述拼接锁合装置还包括调节组件,所述调节组件与所述滑块传动连接;所述调节组件驱动所述滑块相对于所述固定座滑动。
在一实施方式中,所述调节组件包括调节轴与安装块;所述调节轴通过所述安装块可旋转安装于所述固定座,且与所述滑块传动连接。
在一实施方式中,所述调节轴设有外螺纹;所述滑块设有与所述外螺纹相适配的内螺纹。
在一实施方式中,所述固定座与所述第一LED显示屏螺钉锁合连接。
在一实施方式中,所述固定块与所述第二LED显示屏螺钉锁合连接。
本发明提出的拼接锁合装置,通过简单的结构,实现了第一LED显示屏和第二LED显示屏的拼接角度的无级调节,且在角度调节时,不需要对第一LED显示屏和第二LED显示屏进行重新拼接,极大的提升了调节效率。

本发明提出一种拼接锁合装置,用于实现第一LED显示屏与第二LED显示屏的拼接锁合。
如图1至图3所示,图1为本发明拼接锁合装置一实施例的立体结构示意图;图2为图1所示的拼接锁合装置的分解结构示意图;图3为图1所示的拼接锁合装置的使用状态示意图。
在本实施例中,所述拼接锁合装置包括支架100、连接杆200、滑块300、固定块400,以及调节组件500。其中,
所述支架100包括固定座120、摆杆140、顶盖160。
具体的,所述固定座120呈板状,其一端与所述第一LED显示屏600固定连接,用于实现所述第一LED显示屏600固定。所述固定座120的另一端设有数个通槽122。
所述摆杆140与所述固定座120可转动连接,另一端与所述顶盖160可转动连接。该两处的可转动连接优选通过螺钉连接,以便于需要实现转动连接时,旋松所述螺钉,使得所述摆杆140可相对转动,还可以在需要固定连接时,锁紧所述螺钉,以实现对所述摆杆140的固定。所述摆杆140设有数个供螺钉穿过的通孔142,所述螺钉穿过所述通孔142锁合于所述顶盖160。在本实施例中,数个所述通孔142间隔排布,以使得可以通过螺钉穿过不同的通孔142来实现所述顶盖160与所述固定座120之间的间距可调节。
所述连接杆200贯穿所述固定座120上的通槽122,且一端与所述顶盖160可转动连接,另一端与所述固定块400可转动连接。
具体的,参照图4,在本实施例中,所述连接杆200的长度可调节。优选的,所述连接杆200包括第一连接部220、第二连接部240、套筒260、阻尼环270,以及锁紧环280;所述第一连接部220的一端转动连接于所述顶盖160,另一端连接于所述套筒260的一端;所述阻尼环270套设于所述第二连接部240的一端并使得所述第二连接部240的一端连接于所述套筒260的另一端;所述第二连接部240的另一端转动连接于所述固定块400;所述阻尼环套设于所述第二连接部240;所述锁紧环280套设于所述阻尼环外围,并与所述套筒260锁合连接,用于锁紧所述第二连接部240或松开所述第二连接部240,进而使得所述连接杆200的长度可调节。操作时,通过旋转所述锁紧环280调节所述阻尼环的松紧,以锁紧或放松所述第二连接部240,以使得所述第二连接部240插入所述套筒260的深度可调节,进而实现所述连接的长长度可调节。
可以理解的是,在一些其他实施例中,连接杆也可以只包括所述第一连接部220和所述第二连接部240,所述第一连接部220和所述第二连接部240直接连接,譬如,所述第一连接部220和所述第二连接部240可以是螺纹连接等。所述滑块300套设于所述连接杆200,并与所述固定座120滑动连接。
具体的,所述滑块300安装于所述固定座120的下方,所述连接杆200依次穿过所述固定座120与所述滑块300后,与所述固定块400连接。
所述固定块400与所述第二LED显示屏700固定连接。
具体的,所述固定块400与所述第二LED显示屏700通过螺钉锁合的方式实现固定连接。
所述调节组件500与所述滑块300传动连接;所述调节组件500驱动所述滑块300相对于所述固定座120滑动;所述滑块300滑动的同时,驱动所述连接杆200转动;所述连接杆200转动的同时,驱动所述第二LED显示屏700相对于所述第一LED显示屏600转动。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述调节组件500包括调节轴520与安装块540;所述调节轴520通过所述安装块540可旋转安装于所述固定座120,且与所述滑块300传动连接。所述调节轴520设有外螺纹,所述滑块300设有与所述外螺纹相适配的内螺纹。所述滑块300与所述调节轴520组成丝杆组件。操作时,通过旋转所述调节轴520的方式驱动所述滑块300滑动。
在一个实施例中,所述摆杆140设有用于标示所述第一LED显示屏600和/或所述第二LED显示屏700厚度(在本实施例中,所述第一LED显示屏600与所述第二LED显示屏700的厚度相同)的刻度。使用时,根据所述第一LED显示屏600和/或所述第二LED显示屏700厚度选择对应刻度的通孔142,对所述摆杆140与所述顶盖160的连接。
在一个实施例中,所述摆杆140还设有用于标示旋转角度的刻度。操作时,通过旋转所述调节轴520驱动所述滑块300滑动,所述滑块300滑动时,带动所述连接杆200摆动,同时驱动所述摆杆140摆动,所述摆杆140摆动,用于标示旋转角度的刻度显示旋转角度。
本实施例的技术方案,通过简单的结构,实现了第一LED显示屏600和第二LED显示屏700的拼接角度的无级调节,且在角度调节时,不需要对第一LED显示屏600和第二LED显示屏700进行重新拼接,极大的提升了调节效率。进一步的,本实施例的技术方案,通过设置摆杆140与连接杆200的长度可调,可以实现对不同后的LED显示屏进行拼接,极大的提升了了拼接锁合装置的适用范围。

- 一种拼接锁合装置,用于实现第一LED显示屏与第二LED显示屏的拼接锁合,所述拼接锁合装置包括支架、连接杆、滑块、固定块,以及调节组件;其中,所述支架包括固定座、摆杆、顶盖;所述固定座与所述第一LED显示屏固定连接;所述摆杆一端与所述固定座可转动连接,另一端与所述顶盖可转动连接;所述连接杆的一端与所述顶盖可转动连接,另一端穿经所述固定座与所述固定块可转动连接;所述滑块套设于所述连接杆,并与所述固定座滑动连接;所述固定块与所述第二LED显示屏固定连接;所述滑块滑动的同时,驱动所述连接杆转动;所述连接杆转动的同时,驱动所述第二LED显示屏相对于所述第一LED显示屏转动。
