Definitions
- This invention is about a system that eliminates the edge-mid-edge color tone difference in warp dyeing, beam dyeing and denim fabrics and an application method of this system which can be utilized in textile industry to remove the wing difference that can be caused by warp dyeing process of denim fabrics.
- Fabrics referred as denim are the ones that are made of threads such as cotton, polyester, nylon, viscose, lycra and weaved generally with various knitting’s of indigo dyed warp threads. Fabrics are put to various dyeing and washing processes to make them gain desired color and formal properties. For this reason warp threads are dyed before transmitted to weaving looms. Warp dyeing today is carried out by wrapping the warp threads to beams and putting them through sizing process. By nature indigo warp dyeing machines in current system is able to dye warp threads with 8-10-12-14-16 beam dyeing processes. Because they always left at the edge in the warp flow, there’s a color difference between the edge warps and the warp threads in the middle.
- edge-mid-edge color differences Important factors causing the edge-mid-edge color differences are oxidation levels, pressure differences in the mangle rollers and different thread numbers in each dyeing lot.
- TR201516583 “The innovation in the dosing system of fabric dyeing machine” is described. It’s about dyeing two or more lots of threads in the warp direction of denim fabrics in the slasher warp dyeing machine.
- the application numbered WO2017050646 is about a method that enables imitating the surface properties of denim characteristics for dyeing textile fabrics or finished textile products and textile fabrics and finished textile products fitted for this method.
- This invention is a system that eliminates the edge-mid-edge color tone difference in warp dyeing, beam dyeing and denim fabrics and an application method of this system that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above and its’ characteristics is being a a new low-cost technology with less process time, that have reeds at different sizes, is capable of making high quality dyeing, ensures homogenous dyeing of warp threads.
- the product subject to invention ensures homogenous dyeing of warp threads.
- the warp threads exiting the first reed change their angle and enter the second reed. This way blending is ensured.
- the warp threads exiting the mid part of the first reed enter the edges of the second reed and warp threads exiting the edges of the first reed enter the mid part of the second reed. This way the angles of the warp threads are changed and blending is ensured.
- warp threads at the edges and warp threads at the mid get the same color tone.
- the product subject to invention reduces the process time.
- the product subject to invention, with its’ structure and design is able to make high quality dyeing.
- the product subject of invention is also advantageous by means of cost.
- the threads are blended from edges to mid and mid to edges to minimalize the edge-mid-edge color and color tone differences.
- edge threads are moved to mid and instead of one reed two reeds are used to change the direction of threads.
- the blending achieved by two reeds enables the route and flow setting of warp threads to be re-defined. Warp thread dyeing flow process achieved by the method subject to invention, comes up as a new process.
- the invention is assembled easily by the help of the parts which are easily attached to each other and with its’ short installation time the costs are low. In addition it has a solid structure.
