Abstract
本発明は、磁歪発電用素子の磁歪材料として使用されている従来の材料と比べて低コストでありながらも、従来技術と同等またはそれらを超える磁歪発電量を達成することのできる、発電用磁歪素子および磁歪発電デバイスを提供することを課題とする。当該課題は、電磁鋼板から形成される磁歪部を含む発電用磁歪素子、および電磁鋼板から形成される磁歪部を含む発電用磁歪素子を備える磁歪発電デバイスの提供によって解決される。さらに本発明は、電圧が高く、且つバラツキの少ない、発電用磁歪素子および磁歪発電デバイスを提供することを課題とする。当該課題は、磁歪材料から形成される磁歪部と、弾性材料から形成される応力制御部とを有し、磁歪材料と弾性材料のそれぞれのヤング率と板厚みが特定の関係を同時に満たす発電用磁歪素子、および当該発電用磁歪素子を備えた磁歪発電デバイスの提供によって解決される。
