Abstract

Outil de rodage pour l'usinage d'une grande ouverture. L'outil de rodage présente une direction axiale X et une direction radiale Y qui sont perpendiculaires entre elles. L'outil de rodage comprend un mécanisme de support principal, une pluralité d'ensembles de broyage disposés de manière coulissante sur le mécanisme de support principal dans la direction radiale Y, et un ensemble tige de poussée (22) disposé de manière coulissante dans la périphérie interne du mécanisme de support principal dans la direction axiale X, le mécanisme de support principal comprenant un mandrin (10) s'étendant dans la direction axiale X, et une première plaque de support (11) et une seconde plaque de support (12) qui sont reliées à demeure aux deux extrémités du mandrin, chaque ensemble de broyage comprenant une pluralité de sièges coulissants (31) qui sont répartis successivement à des intervalles dans la direction circonférentielle, une pluralité d'ensembles de bandes de sable (321) et de bandes de guidage (322), et une pluralité d'ensembles de liaison, chacun étant relié entre chaque ensemble de bandes de sable et de bandes de guidage et le siège coulissant correspondant, chaque siège coulissant étant disposé de manière coulissante entre la première plaque de support et la seconde plaque de support dans la direction radiale Y, l'ensemble tige de poussée comprenant une tige de cône de poussée (21), et la tige de cône de poussée étant disposée de manière coulissante sur la périphérie interne du mandrin dans la direction axiale X.
