本发明提出的一种港口码头边缘弹性防护装置,解决了现有的港口码头边缘防护栏不方便让行人在夜晚的时候看清,无法起到有效的警示作用,实用性较差;现有的港口码头边缘防护栏受到车辆冲撞时,无法对车辆起到有效的缓冲作用,现有的港口码头边缘防护栏无法实现稳定的安装,容易因车辆的冲撞而倾倒,对车辆的防护效果较差,工作质量较差的问题。

  1. 一种港口码头边缘弹性防护装置,包括底板(1)和安装在底板(1)斜上方的垂直设置的安装板(11),其特征在于,所述底板(1)的顶壁的中间位置固定有垂直设置的支撑板(4),所述安装板(11)位于支撑板(4)的一侧且与支撑板(4)平行,所述安装板(11)远离支撑板(4)的一侧安装有垂直设置的缓冲板(13),所述缓冲板(13)与安装板(11)平行,所述安装板(11)靠近支撑板(4)的侧壁上沿高度方向依次固定有多个水平的第一限位柱(5),所述支撑板(4)上沿高度方向依次开设有多个第一限位孔,所述第一限位柱(5)活动套接在第一限位孔中,所述支撑板(4)与安装板(11)之间连接有多个第一弹簧(8),所述缓冲板(13)靠近安装板(11)的侧壁的四角均固定有水平的第二限位柱(9),所述安装板(11)的四角均开设有第二限位孔,第二限位柱(9)活动套接在第二限位孔中,所述安装板(11)与缓冲板(13)之间连接有呈矩形阵列分布的四个第二弹簧(10),所述缓冲板(13)靠近安装板(11)的侧壁的中间位置与所述安装板(11)连接有水平设置的空气弹簧(12),所述缓冲板(13)远离安装板(11)的侧壁上固定有橡胶板(14),所述支撑板(4)的顶壁上沿宽度方向依次固定有两个垂直设置的固定板(6),两个所述固定板(6)之间固定连接有水平的固定杆(16),所述固定杆(16)的外圈活动套接有安装座(15),所述安装座(15)的前后侧壁分别与两个所述固定板(6)连接有第三弹簧(17),安装座(15)的底壁上固定有振动电机(18)和垂直设置的连接杆(21),所述连接杆(21)滑动连接在支撑板(4)的顶壁上,所述安装座(15)的顶端安装有警示灯(7),所述底板(1)的四角均开设有螺栓孔,螺栓孔内活动套接有螺栓(3),所述底板(1)的底壁上固定有呈矩形阵列分布的多个垂直的稳定栓(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口码头边缘弹性防护装置,其特征在于,所述安装座(15)的顶端高于所述安装板(11)的顶端、所述缓冲板(13)的顶端和所述橡胶板(14)的顶端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口码头边缘弹性防护装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板(4)的顶壁上沿宽度方向开设有滑槽(19),滑槽(19)内滑动设置有滑块(20),所述连接杆(21)固定连接在滑块(20)的顶端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口码头边缘弹性防护装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位柱(5)远离安装板(11)的一端延伸出支撑板(4)且焊接有第一限位板,所述第二限位柱(9)远离缓冲板(13)的一端延伸出安装板(11)且焊接有第二限位板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口码头边缘弹性防护装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹簧(8)套设在所述第一限位柱(5)的外圈,所述第二弹簧(10)套设在所述第二限位柱(9)的外圈,所述第三弹簧(17)套设在所述固定杆(16)的外圈。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口码头边缘弹性防护装置,其特征在于,所述振动电机(18)位于所述支撑板(4)的上方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口码头边缘弹性防护装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板(4)的两侧侧壁上均焊接有加固板,加固板焊接在所述底板(1)的顶壁上。
