공공장소나 빌딩에서는 남.여 화장실이 분리되어 있고 남자 화장실에는 대,소변기가 각각 설치되어 있어서 물 사용량이 변함이 없지만 일반주택 등에서는 화장실 공간을 활용하기 위해 대부분 양변기 하나로 대소변을 처리하였다. 특히 남성이 소변을 볼 때는 소변의 양에 비해 물 소비량이 많았다. 또한 직립으로 소변을 볼 때 양변기 안으로 조준도 잘해야 하며 냄새방지를 위한 고인 물로 인해 양변기 밖으로 물이 튀어 냄새의 근원이 되었다.
상기와 같은 문제 해결을 하기위하여 본 발명은 주거용 및 일반주택 등의 화장실에 설치된 양변기에서 남녀가 소변을 볼 때 물 사용량을 줄일 수 있도록 양변기 저수조 물탱크와 구분하고 ,소정의 넓이와 부피를 가지고 양쪽으로 구분된 저수조 물탱크와 양변기 부속함은 양변기 상판 바닥면 후방의 일정부분에 안착하여 고정되고, 양변기상판 바닥면 후방의 일정부분이 일정방향으로 돌출되게 형성된 힌지부 홈을 구비하고 소변기 일면 일단의 일정부분에 힌지부 홈이 돌출되게 이루어져 양변기 상판 바닥면 후방의 힌지부 홈과 소변기 일면에 돌출되게 이루어진 힌지부 홈에 고정핀을 채워 체결하여 소변기가 힌지부 홈을 중심축으로 안착하여 회동된다 소변기를 안정적으로 회동각도를 제어해 주는 전동기 실린더를 장착하여 소변기가 전동기 실린더의 전기적 신호 또는 수동의 힘에 의해 정면에서 배면쪽으로 배면에서 정면쪽으로 움직이며 회동하고, 지능형인체감지센서에 의해 소변기의 높고 낮음을 조절하고, 물내림 손잡이를 눌러 대소변의 물길통로로 세척수를 보내고, 근접감지센서의 신호에 의해 자동 물내림 밸브가 열려 소량의 물로 소변기의 내주면을 세척하도록 제공하는 것이다.
상기의 과제 해결을 위한 본 발명에 따른 양변기와 일체형 소변기는 양변기 배수관 배면에 위치한 소변기 하단부가 물받이통 홈의 공간부와 연결되는 소변기 하단부의 y형관과 소변기 배수관의 끝단부분이 배출관의 일정부분과 연결 관통되고소정의 넓이와 부피를 가진 양쪽으로 구분된 저수조 물탱크와 양변기 부속함 사이에 소변기가 회동할 수 있도록 힌지부가 구비되고, 소변기가 정면과 배면쪽으로 속도와 회동이 안정적으로 제어되도록 왕복 운동하는 전동기 실린더가 배치되고, 소변기헤드부 일면에 소정의 길이만큼 관통된 수개의 물홈으로 이루어져 소변기의 내주면으로 물이 흘러 세척되도록 하는것이다. 양변기 부속함 안에 장착하여 고정된 감지센서컨트 BOX 안에 자동물내림밸브와 근접감지센서 및 전동기실린더감지센서와 카메라센서 및 지능형인체감지센서와 비데부속품등이 외부에 노출되지 않게 일정하게 내장되어 있고 소변기가 정면에서 앞으로 인출되어 기울어지면 양변기 부속함 안에 안착되어 고정된 근접감지센서가 감지부를 감지하여 신호를 보내면 자동물내림밸브에 의해 수 초간 열려 소변기 내주면을 세척하고, 소변 후 소변기가 회동하여 수직적으로 정착되면 양변기부속함 안에 안착되어 고정된 근접감지센서가 감지부를 감지하여 신호를 보내 자동물내림밸브에 의해 수 초간 열리게 하여 배수연결관과 소변기 배면 내부벽안에 소정의 길이만큼 관통된 연결관이 상호 연결되고 소변기 헤드부의 내부 벽안에서 소정의 길이만큼 4면으로 관통된 연결관과 소변기 헤드부의 배면 내부벽안 일정부분에서 상호 연결되어 통하고, 소변기 헤드부 일면에 일정한 간격으로 수개의 물홈에서 세척수가 나온 것이다 또한 카메라센서와 지능형인체감지센서 및 전동기실린더감지센서가 상호 연동되도록 시스템이 셋팅되어 소변기의 높고 낮음을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 양변기와 일체형 소변기로써 남녀 공용으로 사용하는 양변기의 저수조 물탱크와 구분되고 저수조물탱크와 양변기부속함사이에 소변기가 내장되어 있어 소변의 물 내림에 혼선이 없고 소변의 비산이나 물 튐을 방지할 수 있어 냄새의 근원을 차단하고 외관상 미려하고 일체감을 주며 물 사용량이 효과적으로 적다 하겠다.

이하 본 발명의 목적이 구체적으로 실현될 수 있는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에서 발명의 실시를 위한 최선은 양변기본체(1)의 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방에 기존의 저수조물탱크 자리에 소정의 넓이와 부피를 갖춘 저수조물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)이 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 일정한부분에 각각 안착 고정하고, 좌,우 구분없이 설치장소에 따라 대소변 물길통로(35)의 위치를 바꾸어 선택적으로 제조된다. 소변기(5)는 정면에서 배면쪽으로 또는 배면에서 정면쪽으로 자유로이 회동하여 움직일 수 있도록 저수조물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)사이의 넓이와 공간보다 작은 소변기(5)의 소정의 넓이와 공간을 가지며, 소변기(5)는 정면에서 배면쪽으로 또는 배면에서 정면쪽으로 자유로이 회동하여 움직일 수 있도록 저수조물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)사이의 넓이와 공간보다 작은 소변기(5)의 소정의 넓이와 공간을 가지며, 소변기 내주면(50)의 공간은 세척수와 소변을 받는 용기로 소변기헤드부(
55)로부터 모서리가 일정부분 일정하게 라운딩되고 고깔형 형태의 내주면(50)을 이루며, 소변기(5)의 하단으로 갈수록 내주면이 좁아지고 소변기하단(51)의 내주면(

속도를 제어할 수 있도록 소변기(5) 배면 일단의 일정한 부분에서 일정한 방향으로 돌출되게 구성된 힌지부홈(29)에 전동기실린더(14)가 수납되는 실린더축의 상단부에 형성된 힌지부홈(62)을 상호 연결하여 회동가능하도록 체결하고, 전동기실린더(

이하 본 발명의 목적이 구체적으로 실현될 수 있는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명한다. 예시된 도면은 발명의 명확성을 위하여 핵심적인 내용만 도시하고 부수적이고 보편적인 것은 도시하지 아니하였으므로 도면에 한정하여 해석해서는 안된다. 도1에서는 본 발명의 전체 분해사시도이다. 도시한 바와 같이 양변기본체(1)의 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방에 기존의 저수조물탱크 자리에 소정의 넓이와 부피를 갖춘 저수조물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)이 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 일정한부분에 좌,우 구분없이 장소에 따라 선택적으로 상호 위치를 바꾸어 각각 안착하여 연결홈(38)에 볼트(31)를 연결하고 너트(36)로 체결하여 고정되며, 도9 에서 도시한 바와 같이 좌,우 구분없이 설치장소에 따라 대소변 물길통로(35)의 위치를 바꾸어 선택적으로 제조된다. 즉 대소변 물길통로(35)가 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 좌측 일정부분에 형성되면 저수조물탱크(2)는 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 좌측 일정부분에 안착하여 고정되고, 우측은 양변기부속함(3)이 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 우측 일정부분에 안착하여 고정된다. 또한 대소변 물길통로(35)가 우측에 형성되면 저수조물탱크(2)는 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 우측 일정부분에 안착하여 고정되고,좌측은 양변기부속함(3)이 양변기상판 바닥면

(12)일단이 상수도(28)와 연결되고 입수연결관(12) 타단과 양변기부속함(3)내부의 일정한 부분에 안착된 자동물내림밸브(8)의 일측에 구성된 입수관 연결구(46)에 연결구너트(49)로 연결 결합하고 입수된 물이 들어온 상태에서 자동물내림밸브(8)가 수 초간 열려 자동물내림밸브(8)의 타측에 구성된 배수관 연결구(47)에 양변기부속함(3) 내부공간으로 통과하는 배수연결관(13)의 일측을 연결구너트(49)로 연결 결합하고, 배수연결관(13)의 타단과 소변기(5) 배면의 일정부분에서 구비된 배수관연결구(30)가 상호 결합된다. 배수연결관(13)이 노출이 덜 되도록 소변기(5)의 배면 일정한 부분에서부터 내부벽 안으로 관통되는 소정의 길이만큼 원형으로 관통된 연결관(57)을 갖추며, 소변기헤드부(55) 내부벽안에 4면으로 순환되고 소정의 길이만큼 관통되는 원형관통관(26)의 일정부분과 소정의 길이만큼 원형으로 관통된 연결관(57)이 상호 통하여 물이 순환되도록 연결하고, 소변기의 헤드부(55) 일면에 소정의 길이만큼 일정한 간격으로 관통된 수개의 물홈(27)으로 이루어진다. 소변기헤드부(55) 일면에 소정의 길이만큼 일정한 간격으로 관통된 수개의 물홈(27)으로 배출된 세척수가 흘러서 소변기(5)의 내주면(50)을 세척하는 것이다. 따라서 소변기헤드부(55) 내주면(50) 사방으로 세척수가 흐르고 소변기(5)의 하단 내주면이 원형관으로 관통된 소변기하단(51)으로 세척수가 나가게 되며 소변기 하단부(18)의 물받이통 홈(34)의 공간부와 y형관(32)을 연결하는 소변기배수관(58)을 통해 소변기배수관 끝단부(44)와 배출관(45)의 일정한 부분에서 상호 통하도록 연결되어 오수물을 배출하게 된것이다. 또한 소변기(5)가 앞으로 인출되어 소변을 보기 적절하게 기울어진 상태에서 일정한 방향으로 돌출된 힌지부홈(19),(25)을 중심축으로 회동되어 수직적 정지상태로 이동하면 근접감지센서(9)의 신호가 감지센서홈(11),(65)을 통해 감지부(24)와 스치듯 마주하고 지나감으로써 자동물내림밸브(8)가 열려 물을 방출하게 되고 소변기(5)가 정면에서 배면쪽으로, 배면에서 정면쪽으로 회동되면 감지부(24)와 근접감지센서(9)가 마주하고 지나갈 때 마다 자동물내림밸브(8)가 열려 물을 방출하게 된다. 이는 소변기(5)가 수직적 정지상태와 기울어진 정지상태에서 감지부(24)와 근접감지센서(9)가 마주보지않게 하고 마주할 때 만 근접감지센서(9)에 의해 자동물내림밸브(8)가 열리도록 해서 소변기(5)가 움직일 때만 세척수가 방출하게 됨을 의미한다. 자동물내림밸브(8)를 열고 닫는 금속감지센서 뿐만아니라 앞으로 감지센서의 기술이 발달되면 더 좋은 감지센서를 적용 할 수도 있다하겠다. 한편 카메라센서(67) 및 지능형인체감지센서(68)에 대해서 설명하면 다음과 같다.양변기부속함(3)의 일면 일정한 부분에 카메라센서홈(66)을 천공하고 카메라센서(67)를 카메라센서홈(66)과 일치되게 부착 고정하고 연결된 전선이 외부에 노출되지 않게 처리하여 감지센서컨트롤BOX(7)에 장착된 지능형인체감지센서(68)와
전동기실린더감지센서(10)가 상호 연동되도록 시스템이 셋팅되어 이루어진다. 소변기(5)가 수직적 정지상태에서 움직이고 회동하면 지능형인체감지센서(68)에 입력된 신체일부와 손모양 등이 카메라센서(67)에 움직임이 감지되어 지능형인체감지센서(
68)와 전동기실린더(14)를 작동하는 전동기실린더감지센서(10)가 상호 연동하여 신체일부와 손모양 등의 위치에 따라 소변기(5) 기울기의 높고 낮음이 변화되고 신체일부와 손모양 등이 멈출때 소변기(5)가 적절한 높이로 조절되어 소변을 봄으로써 단신과 장신이 사용하는데 불편함이 없다 하겠다. 또한 사람이 물려서고 리모컨(15
)등에 표시된 위 버튼을 누르면 소변기(5)가 기울어진 정지상태에서 전동기실린더
(14)에 의해 회동하여 수직적 정지상태로 닫아짐으로써 시스템이 연동하여 셋팅된 카메라센서(67)와 지능형인체감지센서(68) 및 전동기실린더 감지센서(10)등의 신호가 이후로 차단된다. 그러므로 사람이 양변기 옆에 있다하더라도 리모컨(15)등에 표시된 아래 버튼을 누르지 않으면 소변기(5)는 움직이지 않는다 하겠다. 한편 소변기해드부(55) 일면의 일측에 구비된 손잡이(21)를 이용해 정면에서 앞으로 인출하여 회동하고 소변을 보기 적절하게 기울어지면 물받이통홈(34)의 배면 일면 일단과 물받이통홈(34)안으로 일정부분이 삽입되어 앞,뒤로 움직이는 소변기 하단(51)의 일면 일단의 일정한 면이 서로 맞닿아 소변기(5)의 회동과 기울임이 멈추게 된다. 이는 소변기(5)의 기울임 높이의 기본이 되며, 소변기(5)의 조절볼트(42)는 이후 높이부터 적용된다. 소변 후 손잡이(21)를 수단으로 소변기(5)를 회동하여 밀면 수직적으로 정착하게 된다. 소변기(5)가 수직적으로 정착되고 쉽게 회동하지 않도록 소변기(5)의 무게중심점(23)이 소변기(5)의 일정한 부분에서 일정한 방향으로 돌출된 힌지부홈(19),(25)보다 항상 배면쪽에 있음으로써 중력으로 인해서 소변기
(5)가 쉽게 인출되지 않는다. 실험을 실시한 결과 무게를 배면쪽으로 추가하지 않아도 자연스럽게 무게중심이 배면쪽에 있다 하겠다. 한편 수동으로 소변기(5)의 높고 낮음을 조절하기 위해 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 일정부분에서 일정하게 돌출된 힌지부홈(19,(20)사이에 형성된 물받이통홈(34)으로 일정부분이 삽입된 소변기하단(51)의 일면 일단 일정부분이 상호 접할 수 있도록 물받이통홈(34)의 배면 일단의 일정한 위치에 조절너트(43)를 삽입해 고정하고 조절볼트(42)로 풀거나 조여 조절볼트(42)의 일단이 소변기하단(51)의 일면 일단의 일정한 면과 맞닿아 소변기(5)의 높고 낮음을 조절할 수 있다. 한편 소변기(5)가 수직적 정지상태에서 저주소물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)사이로 틈이 보이지 않도록 소변기(5)의 정면부의 판재(69)를 저주소물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)사이의 넓이와 공간보다 넓게 갖춤으로써 저주소물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)과 소변기(5)가 일체가 되고 저주소물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)사이를 가려줌으로써 균형과 외관상 미려함을 유지할 수 있다. 소변기 정면부의 판재(69)형태는 직사각형, 다각형 ,타원형등 여러가지 모양과 취향에 맞게 여러가지 색상등으로 탈 부착할 수 있도록 소변기 정면부(70)일면에 길이방향으로 일정하게 수개의 ㄷ자형홈(59)을 구비하고 ㄷ자형홈(59)으로 슬라이딩되어 적절하게 들어가 고정되는 소변기 정면부의 판재(69)의 일면 일정한 부분에서 소정의 길이만큼 돌출된 수개의T자형(71)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양변기와 일체형 소변기.
공공장소의 화장실뿐 만 아니라 주택이나 오피스텔의 가족단위 화장실에 접합하게 착안되어 남성들이 소변을 볼때 소변기가 별도로 구비되지 않은 가족단위 화장실에서는 소변의 튐을 방지하고 물을 절약하며 냄새를 미연에 방지하여 화장실내의 청결을 유지함에 있고 그러므로 산업이나 일상생활에 널리 이용가능성이 있다 하겠다.

Claims (8)

  1. 양변기상판바닥면(56)후방의 일정한부분 일측에 저수조물탱크 배수구홈(64)과 대소변 물길통로(35)가 공간을 이루어 상호 통하도록 하는 것을 포함하여 양쪽으로 구분되고 소정의 넓이와 부피를 갖춘 저수조물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)과; 상기 저수조물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)사이에 양변기상판바닥면(56)후방의 일정부분에 돌출된 힌지부홈(19),(20)을 갖추고 물받이통홈(34)의 배면 일정부분에 삽입 고정된 조절너트(43)를 갖는것과; 상기 소변기(5)는 소변을 받는 용기이며 배면 일정부분에 힌지부홈(29)을 구비하고 감지부(24)와 손잡이(21) 및 배수관연결구(30)를 포함하여 소변기(5)일면에 돌출된 힌지부홈(25)과; 상기 소변기(5)는 전동기실린더
    (14)의 왕복운동으로 회동되고 멈추고,소변기(5)는 전동기실린더감지센서(10)와카메라센서(67) 및 지능형인체감지센서(68)를 갖추는 것과; 소변기(5)는 힌지부홈(
    19),(25)을 중심축으로 정면과 배면으로 회동하여 앞으로 기울어지고 수직적으로 정지되는 것과; 소변기 정면부의 판재(69)는 저수조물탱크(2)와 양변기부속함(3)사이 틈을 가리도록 일정한 넓이를 갖추고 여러모양과 여러가지 색상으로 탈 부착할 수 있도록 수개의 ㄷ자형홈(59)과 수개의 T자형(71)을 갖는것과; 상기 양변기상판바닥면(56)후방의 중앙부에 물받이통홈(34)의 공간부 안으로 소변기하단(51)이 일정부분 삽입되어 앞,뒤로 움직이는 것과; 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 하방향으로 소변기하단부(18)와 y형관(32)이 연결되어 오수물을 배수관으로 배출된 것을 특징으로 하는 소변기가 일체로 형성된 양변기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 양쪽으로 구분되고 소정의 넓이와 부피를 갖는 저수조물탱크(2)와 양변기 부속함(3)은 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 일정한 부분에 좌,우 구분없이 선택적으로 상호 위치를 바꾸어 안착 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소변기가 일체로 형성된 양변기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 소변기(5)가 수직적 정지상태와 기울어진 정지상태에서 감지부(24)와 근접감지센서(9)가 마주보지 않게 하고 마주하여 지나칠 때만 근접감지센서(9)에 의해 자동물내림밸브(8)가 열리도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소변기가 일체로 형성된 양변기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 소변기(5)의 손잡이(21)를 수단으로 소변기(5)가 인출되어 기울어지면 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 중앙부분 물받이통홈(34)배면 일정부분에 조절너트(43)를 삽입 고정하고 조절볼트(42)의 끝단과 소변기하단(51) 일면 일단의 일정한 면이 맞닿아 소변기(5)의 높고 낮음을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소변기가 일체로 형성된 양변기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 전동기실린더감지센서(10)와 상호 연동된 지능형인체감지센서(68)에 입력된 신체일부와 손 모양등이 카메라센서(67)에 움직임이 감지되어 신체일부와 손모양등의 위치에 따라 소변기(5)의 높고 낮음이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소변기가 일체로 형성된 양변기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 소변기(5)는 양변기상판 바닥면(56)후방의 일정한 부분에서 일정하게 돌출된 힌지부홈(19)과 소변기(5)일면에 일정부분에서 일정하게 돌출된 힌지부홈(25)을 고정핀(17)으로 소변기(5)만 탈 부착할 수 있도록 상호 연결하여 회동가능하도록 체결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소변기가 일체로 형성된 양변기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 배수연결관(13)이 노출이 덜 되도록 원형연결관(57)을 구비하고 원형연결관(57)을 통해 세척수가 소변기헤드부(55)의 물홈(27)으로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소변기가 일체로 형성된 양변기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 소변기(5)가 기울어진 정지상태에서 리모컨(15)등의 버튼을 누르면 소변기(5)가 전동기실린더(14)에 의해서 회동되고, 소변기(5)가 수직적 정지상태로 닫히면 전동기실린더감지센서(10)와 카메라센서(67) 및 지능형인체감지센서(68)의 신호가 이후 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소변기가 일체로 형성된 양변기.
