Claims (10)
- 화장품 조성물을 수용하고 있는 복수의 카트리지;상기 복수의 카트리지를 회전시키는 카트리지 회전 모터;상기 복수의 카트리지 중 적어도 하나에 수용된 화장품 조성물을 토출시키는 토출 모듈; 및상기 복수의 카트리지에서 토출된 화장품 조성물이 담기는 용기를 이동시키는 용기 이송 모듈을 포함하는화장품 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 카트리지는 제1 반지름을 갖는 제1 원 및 제2 반지름을 갖는 제2 원을 따라 배치되는화장품 제조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 용기 이송 모듈은 상기 용기를 제1 토출 위치 또는 제2 토출 위치로 이동시키며,상기 제1 토출 위치는 상기 제1 원을 따라 배치된 카트리지들 중 어느 하나로부터 토출된 화장품 조성물을 담기 위한 위치이고,상기 제2 토출 위치는 상기 제2 원을 따라 배치된 카트리지들 중 어느 하나로부터 토출된 화장품 조성물을 담기 위한 위치인화장품 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 카트리지가 장착되는 마운터; 및상기 마운터를 지지하는 적어도 하나의 마운터 서포터를 더 포함하고,상기 마운터 서포터에는 상기 마운터에 접촉되는 베어링이 형성된화장품 제조장치.
- 화장품 제조장치의 동작 방법에 있어서,토출 정보를 수신하는 단계;상기 토출 정보에 기초하여 복수의 카트리지 중 적어도 하나를 대상 카트리지로 선택하는 단계;용기가 상기 대상 카트리지에 수용된 화장품 조성물을 담기 위한 위치로 이동하도록 용기 이송 모듈을 구동하는 단계; 및상기 대상 카트리지에 수용된 화장품 조성물을 토출하는 단계를 포함하는화장품 제조장치의 동작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 용기 이송 모듈을 구동하는 단계는상기 용기가 제1 토출 위치 또는 제2 토출 위치에 위치하도록 상기 용기 이송 모듈을 구동하는 단계를 포함하는화장품 제조장치의 동작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 화장품 조성물을 토출하는 단계는승강 부재와 상기 대상 카트리지와의 접촉 여부를 감지하는 단계, 및상기 접촉 부재와 상기 대상 카트리지의 접촉이 감지될 경우 상기 대상 카트리지에 압력을 가하도록 상기 승강 부재를 제어하는 토출 모드를 실시하는 단계를 포함하는화장품 제조장치의 동작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,기본 토출 명령 및 샘플 토출 명령 중 어느 하나를 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 기본 토출 명령을 수신하면 상기 토출 정보에 따른 화장품 조성물의 총 토출량을 제1 무게로 설정하고,상기 샘플 토출 명령을 수신하면 상기 토출 정보에 따른 화장품 조성물의 총 토출량을 제1 무게 보다 작은 제2 무게로 설정하는 단계를 포함하는화장품 제조장치의 동작 방법.
- 색상 정보를 획득하고, 상기 색상 정보에 기초하는 토출 정보를 획득하는 단말기; 및상기 단말기로부터 상기 토출 정보를 수신하는 화장품 제조 장치를 포함하고,상기 화장품 제조 장치는상기 토출 정보에 따라 복수의 카트리지에 수용된 화장품 조성물을 토출하는화장품 제조 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 복수의 카트리지는 각각내부에 상기 화장품 조성물이 수용되는 수용부,상기 화장품 조성물을 상기 수용부에서 토출시키는 작동부,상기 작동부에 의해 토출된 화장품 조성물이 지나는 노즐부를 포함하고,상기 노즐부는상기 화장품 조성물의 통로인 노즐과,상기 노즐 주변을 감싸는 노즐 가이드를 포함하는화장품 제조 시스템.
