一种试剂盒,包括环形磁铁(2)、圆珠(3)、磁棒(4)、电磁线圈(5)、盒体(6)、进气口(7)、出液管(8)和密封垫(9);出液管(8)位于盒体(6)底面,出液管(8)顶部与盒体(6)固定,出液管(8)中部有圆柱形的磁棒(4),磁棒(4)底部与圆珠(3)为固定连接;出液管(8)下部的孔内有圆形的密封垫(9),密封垫(9)顶部中心有球面凹坑,凹坑底部有出液口(1);圆珠(3)底部与密封垫(9)顶部的球面凹坑配合并贴紧,环形磁铁(2)固定在出液管(8)底面,电磁线圈(5)固定在出液管(8)外面。试剂盒无需人工打开试剂盒取出试剂再用于试验操作,可满足自动测试系统的要求。

Description

一种新型试剂盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种试验器材,特别涉及一种新型试剂盒。
背景技术
试剂盒是一种实验室常用的试验器材,用于存放一些试验中所使用的各种各样的液体试剂。当在试验人员需要从试剂盒中取出试剂时,通常的做法是需要试验人员打开试剂盒的盖子,然后使用注射器或滴管吸取一定量的试剂,然后再用于试验操作。因为此过程需要人工操作,试验人员如果操作不熟练或不注意还容易污染到手上、身上或试验设备上。如果所使用的试剂具有一定的腐蚀性或毒性,后果就可能会很严重。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型试剂盒,用于解决现有试剂盒在使用时需要人工操作的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种新型试剂盒,其包括盒体和固定在其底部的圆筒形的出液管,所述出液管内壁下部设有与其固定连接的圆形的密封垫,所述密封垫设有垂直贯穿其中心的圆形的出液口,所述出液口顶部设有可在出液管内壁滑动的圆珠,所述圆珠上部固定有可在出液管内壁滑动的磁棒,所述出液管外部上侧设有与其固定连接的电磁线圈,所述的盒体顶部设有与其固定连接的可连通其内部和外部的圆管形的进气口。
进一步的,所述的密封垫材质为橡胶。
进一步的,所述的密封垫顶部中心设有球形的凹坑,所述的球形凹坑底部与出液口相通,所述的圆珠被磁棒压紧在球形凹坑内。
进一步的,所述的圆珠材质为钢。
进一步的,所述的出液管底部设有与其固定连接的环形磁铁。
有益效果
本发明的积极效果为:新型试剂盒的出液装置打开和关闭动作可以由电控系统控制电磁线圈的得电与失电来实现,从而无需人工打开试剂盒取出试剂再用于试验操作。本发明也可定量提供试剂,可由电控系统根据试剂的类型和试剂盒内部的气压等参数通过控制电磁线圈的得电时间来实现。因而本新型试剂盒也可满足自动测试系统的要求。

本发明的实施方式
如图1和图2所示,新型试剂盒主要结构为四周密闭的盒体6,所述的盒体6顶部的进气口7和盒体6底部的出液管8。所述盒体6、出液管8和进气口7均采用高强度塑料或不锈钢制作,所述的出液管8为圆筒形,其内壁下部设有与其固定连接的圆形的橡胶密封垫9,所述密封垫9中心设有垂直贯穿其上下表面的圆形的出液口1,所述出液口1顶部设有钢质的圆珠3,所述圆珠3直径大于出液口1直径,所述圆珠3上部设有与其固定连接的磁棒4,所述的圆珠3和磁棒4可在出液管8内部上下自由滑动。所述的密封垫9顶部中心设有球形的凹坑,该凹坑底部与出液口1相通。所述出液管8外部上侧设有与其固定连接的电磁线圈5。所述的出液管8底部设有与其固定连接的环形磁铁2。所述盒体6内部装有用于实验的试剂,所述进气口7将盒体6内部和外接气源连通,可使盒体6内部保持一定的气压。当所述电磁线圈5失电后,所述的圆珠3和与其固定连接的磁棒4在重力、环形磁铁2的吸引以及盒体6内部液体的压力作用下可将出液口1可靠的封堵;当所述电磁线圈5得电后,其对磁棒4和圆珠3产生电磁吸引力,所述电磁吸引力大于作用在磁棒4和圆珠3上的重力、环形磁铁2的吸引力和盒体6内部的压力之和,因此所述磁棒和圆珠3会在电磁线圈5的电磁吸引力作用下沿出液管8内壁向上滑动,从而使圆珠3和出液口1分离,所述盒体6内部的试剂会通过出液口1排出。
由于所述出液管8与磁棒4,圆珠3与出液管8之间的间隙为均为固定值,所述密封垫9中心的孔和出液口8内部的各孔尺寸也均为固定值,因此单位时间内从所述盒体6内部流出的试剂的量与盒体6内部气压和试剂的黏度有关。因此,在已知盒体6内部气压和试剂的黏度时,可通过控制电磁线圈5的得电时间来控制盒体6内部试剂的释放量,从而此新型试剂盒更加适合自动测试系统。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种新型试剂盒,其特征在于,其包括盒体(6)和固定在其底部的圆筒形的出液管(8),所述出液管(8)内壁下部设有与其固定连接的圆形的密封垫(9),所述密封垫(9)设有垂直贯穿其中心的圆形的出液口(1),所述出液口(1)顶部设有可在出液管(8)内壁滑动的圆珠(3),所述圆珠(3)上部固定有可在出液管(8)内壁滑动的磁棒(4),所述出液管(8)外部上侧设有与其固定连接的电磁线圈(5),所述的盒体(6)顶部设有与其固定连接的可连通其内部和外部的圆管形的进气口(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型试剂盒,其特征在于,所述的密封垫(9)材质为橡胶。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型试剂盒,其特征在于,所述的密封垫(9)顶部中心设有球形的凹坑,所述的球形凹坑底部与出液口(1)相通,所述的圆珠(3)被磁棒(4)压紧在球形凹坑内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型试剂盒,其特征在于,所述的圆珠(3)材质为钢。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新型试剂盒,其特征在于,所述的出液管(8)底部设有与其固定连接的环形磁铁(2)。
