Abstract
本发明涉及一种试剂盒进气结构,其包括进气连接管以及设置在进气连接管一端的封堵管,所述封堵管内过盈配合设置有气嘴塞,所述气嘴塞沿轴线设置有进气盲孔,所述进气盲孔的开口端朝向进气连接管。本发明结构简单且使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种试剂盒进气结构。
背景技术
现有气路连接接头多为倒锥接头及快插接头,使用倒锥接头时气管安装困难,不利于快速安装,快插接头可实现气管的快速安装,但快插接头本身需要足够的安装空间,在狭小的空间内安装不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供过一种结构简单、使用方便的试剂盒进气结构。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种试剂盒进气结构,其包括进气连接管以及设置在进气连接管一端的封堵管,所述封堵管内过盈配合设置有气嘴塞,所述气嘴塞沿轴线设置有进气盲孔,所述进气盲孔的开口端朝向进气连接管。
进一步的,所述进气连接管和封堵管为环形管,所述气嘴塞为圆柱体。
进一步的,所述气嘴塞的外侧壁沿周向设置有密封凸台。
进一步的,所述密封凸台为两条。
进一步的,所述进气盲孔包括相互连通的锥台形进气孔以及圆柱形进气孔6所述圆柱形进气孔具有盲端,所述锥台形进气孔的小底端与圆柱形进气孔连接,所述锥台形进气孔的大底端为开口端。
进一步的,所述锥台形进气孔的小底端的直径与圆柱形进气孔的直径相等。
进一步的,所述气嘴塞的材质为弹性体密封材料。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的密封效果好,同时由于采用进气盲孔设计,气针穿刺时更加轻松。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1~3所示,一种试剂盒进气结构,其包括进气连接管1以及设置在进气连接管1一端的封堵管2,所述封堵管2内过盈配合设置有气嘴塞3,所述气嘴塞3沿轴线设置有进气盲孔,所述进气盲孔的开口端朝向进气连接管1。
所述进气连接管1和封堵管2为环形管,所述气嘴塞3为圆柱体。所述气嘴塞3的外侧壁沿周向设置有密封凸台4。所述密封凸台4为两条。
所述进气管与试剂盒7的进气口8连通,气嘴塞将封堵管封堵,阻断进气管与外界连通。使用时将气针刺穿气嘴塞,使进气与进气连接管连通。密封凸台向外挤压封堵管的内侧壁,实现密封。
所述进气盲孔包括相互连通的锥台形进气孔5以及圆柱形进气孔6,所述圆柱形进气孔6具有盲端,所述锥台形进气孔5的小底端与圆柱形进气孔6连接,所述锥台形进气孔5的大底端为开口端。所述锥台形进气孔5的小底端的直径与圆柱形进气孔6的直径相等。
气针穿刺时,气针的尖端刺入气嘴塞的中部,气针穿过圆柱形进气孔的盲端后,由圆柱形进气孔和锥台形进气孔进入进气连接管,完成进气与试剂盒进气口的连通。进气盲孔使气嘴塞的中间厚度变薄,容易使气针的针头穿刺进去。圆柱形进气孔方便进行穿刺时的定位,锥台形进气孔的开口较大,避免穿刺过程中气针的左右晃动造成气针针头插入到进气盲孔的侧壁上,造成气针的堵塞。应注意的是,气嘴塞的外圆部分不能变薄,这会使其密封性能下降。

Claims (7)
1.一种试剂盒进气结构,其特征在于,其包括进气连接管(1)以及设置在进气连接管(1)一端的封堵管(2),所述封堵管(2)内过盈配合设置有气嘴塞(3),所述气嘴塞(3)沿轴线设置有进气盲孔,所述进气盲孔的开口端朝向进气连接管(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种试剂盒进气结构,其特征在于,所述进气连接管(1)和封堵管(2)为环形管,所述气嘴塞(3)为圆柱体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种试剂盒进气结构,其特征在于,所述气嘴塞(3)的外侧壁沿周向设置有密封凸台(4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种试剂盒进气结构,其特征在于,所述密封凸台(4)为两条。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种试剂盒进气结构,其特征在于,所述进气盲孔包括相互连通的锥台形进气孔(5)以及圆柱形进气孔(6),所述圆柱形进气孔(6)具有盲端,所述锥台形进气孔(5)的小底端与圆柱形进气孔(6)连接,所述锥台形进气孔(5)的大底端为开口端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种试剂盒进气结构,其特征在于,所述锥台形进气孔(5)的小底端的直径与圆柱形进气孔(6)的直径相等。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种试剂盒进气结构,其特征在于,所述气嘴塞(3)的材质为弹性体密封材料。
