本发明提供一种折叠终端结构和移动终端。所述折叠终端结构包括:具有第一折叠件、第二折叠件和连接机构的主体和设置于主体一侧的柔性屏组件,其中,所述连接机构包括:与所述第一折叠件滑动连接的第一支撑板;与所述第二折叠件滑动连接的第二支撑板;与第一支撑板和第二支撑板分别转动连接的连杆固定组件,构造为使所述主体展开时,第一支撑板、第二支撑板、连杆固定组件的用于支撑所述柔性屏组件的表面位于同一平面。

Description

折叠终端结构 技术领域
本发明属于电子技术领域,涉及一种折叠终端结构和移动终端。
背景技术
随着柔性屏的量产以及人们对大屏智能终端的追求,为解决大屏智能终端携带不方便的问题,现有技术中采用了可以进行折叠的终端结构。
图10示出了一种折叠终端结构,如图10所示,其包括主体和柔性屏组件;主体包括第一结构件11、第二结构件12和弯折组件;第一结构件11和第二结构件12通过弯折组件连接在一起;柔性屏组件设置于主体的折叠内侧表面上;其中,弯折组件包括固定件和滑杆;通过将滑杆的第一端转动连接于固定件的侧壁上,两个滑杆的第二端1322分别滑动连接于第一结构件11和第二结构件12上,使得固定件与第一结构件11和第二结构件12之间具有可滑动的位移;进而使得随着主体的逐渐展开,两个滑杆的第二端1322能够分别逐渐的靠近第一滑动腔111a和第二滑动腔121a的底壁而使得主体的折叠外侧表面的长度逐渐变小,实现折叠终端的展开后,主体的折叠外侧表面为平直的表面。
但是,上述折叠终端结构存在展开时弯折处空虚有凹坑、按压不实的问题,且实现困难,制作成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提出一种折叠终端结构,可解决现有技术折叠终端结构中存在的展开时弯折处空虚有凹坑以及按压不实的问题,且结构可靠,成本低。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明实施例提供一种折叠终端结构,其包括:具有第一折叠件、第二折叠件和连接机构的主体和设置于主体一侧的柔性屏组件,其中,所述连接机构包括:与所述第一折叠件滑动连接的第一支撑板;与所述第二折叠件滑动连接的第二支撑板;与第一支撑板和第二支撑板分别转动连接的连杆固定组件,构造为使所述主体展开时,第一支撑板、第二支撑板、连杆固定组件的用于支撑所述柔性屏组件的表面位于同一平面。
本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括上述折叠终端结构。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明实施例的优选实施例进行详细说明,应当理解,以下所说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明实施例,并不用于限定本发明实施例。
图1、图2分别为本发明提供的折叠终端结构处于半展开及折叠状态的示意图。由图1、图2可知,本发明的折叠终端结构包括:具有第一折叠件10、第二折叠件11和连接机构的主体和设置于主体一侧的柔性屏组件(图中未示出)。其中,连接机构包括:与第一折叠件10滑动连接的第一支撑板12;与第二折叠件11滑动连接的第二支撑板13;与第一支撑板12和第二支撑板13分别转动连接的连杆固定组件,该连杆固定组件构造为使主体展开时,第一支撑板12、第二支撑板13、连杆固定组件的用于支撑柔性屏组件的表面位于同一平面。
本发明通过采用上述结构,终端结构展开后,主体的用于支撑柔性屏组件的表面为平面,且各构件的连接处也为平面,使得各连接处不存在空虚凹坑或间隙,避免了因弯折处空虚有凹坑导致的按压不实,影响按压影响度以及降低结构可靠性的问题,并且实现简单,制作容易。
本发明主体通过连接机构将对称设置于其两侧的第一折叠件10、第二折叠件11连接为一体,在第一折叠件10和第二折叠件11结构件中包含组装有手机终端所必须的各器部件,各器部件包含但不限于柔性屏、主板、天线、电池、喇叭、听筒、马达、感应器各种连接器等,各器部件的安置可参考现有技术各器部件的安装方式;通过连接机构的转动连接作用,使两个折叠件可以折叠或展开,从而使终端折叠或展开,有效解决大屏终端携带不方便的问题。
本发明的第一折叠件10、第二折叠件11可采用相同的结构,对称安置在连接机构的两端。下面,仅结合图3,对第一折叠件10的结构进行具体描述。
如图3所示,第一折叠件10包括:第一板体100;与第一板体100平行的第二板体102,其长度短于第一板体100,且其一端与第一板体100的一端平齐,且远离连接机构;其两端分别固定连接第一板体100一端与第二板体102一端的侧板101,该侧板101与第一板体100垂直;与第二板体102另一端的两侧、第一板体100的对应两侧分别固定连接的一对第一转动限位杆20,第一转动限位杆20相对第二板体102倾斜设置,且与 第二板体之间的夹角大于90度;设置在第一板体100另一端的与第一支撑板12、连杆固定组件分别转动连接的连接板,连接板与第一板体100宽度相同。其中,组装时,第一板体100位于远离柔性屏组件的一侧,第二板体102位于靠近柔性屏组件的一侧,用于支撑柔性屏组件。
其中,连接板包括:其一端与第一板体100的另一端固定连接的弯折板104;与弯折板104的另一端固定连接的折叠件轴套105,其两端短于弯折板104(即,折叠件轴套105的两端相对于弯折板104的两端位于内侧),且短于弯折部的两端可分别形成用于与连接机构连接时的卡接避让部;其中,弯折板104具有与第一板体100垂直连接的第一连接部、与第一连接部固定连接且可在其内安置部分第一支撑板12的容置部、与容置部和折叠件轴套105分别固定连接的第二连接部,第二连接部位于第一连接部的延长线上。
容置部与第一连接部、第二连接部形成台阶形,其具有朝着远离侧板101的方向外凸的外壁,以便在对着侧板101方向的内壁可形成能暂时安置部分第一支撑板12的容置槽。其中,容置槽的延伸方向、折叠件轴套105的延伸方向与第一板体100的宽度延伸方向平行。另外,容置部与第二连接部连接的侧板外壁也可为连接机构提供抵靠力。
需要说明的是,本文中的长度、宽度可以移动终端结构为基准,如其可展开的方向为长度所在方向,垂直于可展开方向的方向为宽度所在方向。
本发明的第一折叠件10、第二折叠件11通过位于两者之间的连接机构连接在一起,该连接机构包括第一支撑板12、第二支撑板13和位于两者之间的连杆固定组件,其中,第一支撑板12、第二支撑板13的结构完全相同,对称安置在连杆固定组件的两端,且第一支撑板12与第一折叠件10滑动连接,第二支撑板13与第二折叠件11滑动连接。
下面,仅对第一支撑板12的结构进行描述。
如图5、图6所示,第一支撑板12包括:支撑板主体120;固定安装 在支撑板主体120的远离柔性屏组件的表面上且位于其一端的第一连接件121,构造为与第一折叠件10接触;固定安装在支撑板主体120的远离柔性屏组件的表面上且靠近其另一端的第二连接件123,构造为与连杆固定组件转动连接。
其中,第一连接件121为长方形板,其两端设置可与第一折叠件10的一对第一转动限位杆20分别相接触的一对固定轴122。第二连接件123为长条形的轴套,其一侧呈半弧形,与半弧形面相对的平直面固定在(或一体形成在)支撑板主体120的远离柔性屏组件的表面上,轴套的中心孔124与折叠件轴套105的中心孔平行。
设计时,第一连接件121、第二连接板的宽度均小于支撑板主体120的宽度。支撑板主体120一端的端面可为倾斜面120a,倾斜面120a沿着由靠近柔性屏组件表面向远离柔性屏组件表面的方向、朝着靠近支撑板主体120中心的方向倾斜,以使得倾斜面120a、对应侧的固定轴122及第一连接件121之间可围成用于安置第一折叠件10对应侧的第一转动限位杆20的卡槽120b(如图6、图7所示)。
而在支撑板主体120另一端,第二连接件123与支撑板主体120另一端之间尚有一定距离,该距离形成相对第二连接件123朝外延伸的凸出部125,该凸出部125可以插置在第一折叠件10弯折板104的容置槽内。
制造时,凸出部125处可加工有由靠近柔性屏组件的表面朝着支撑板主体120另一端的端面(即凸出部125的端面)倾斜的倒角面,该处设置倒角面,可以方便第一支撑板12插置在连杆固定组件内后,第一支撑板12可相对连杆固定组件转动,且在移动终端结构展开时,倒角面处可以与连杆固定组件搭接,且搭接处具有足够强度。
如图8所示,本发明的位于第一支撑板12、第二支撑板13之间的连杆固定组件包括:转轴固定件15;与转轴固定件15分别转动连接的第一连杆16、第二连杆17、第三连杆18、第四连杆19。各连杆可为圆杆。
其中,第一连杆16将转轴固定件15、第一支撑板12转动连接在一起, 第二连杆17将转轴固定件15、第一折叠件10转动连接在一起,第三连杆18将转轴固定件15、第二折叠件11转动连接在一起,第四连杆19将转轴固定件15、第二支撑板13转动连接在一起。
具体的,如图8、图9所示,转轴固定件15包括:长条形的板体150;固定安装在板体150中间的支撑筋151,支撑筋151的延伸方向与第一折叠件的宽度方向一致;固定安装在板体150上的四组轴套,四组轴套相对支撑筋151两两对称,且每组轴套均包括设置在板体150两侧且同心的一对轴套。
其中,位于支撑筋151的靠近第一支撑板12一端的两组轴套分别为用于穿设第一连杆16两端的第一组轴套152、用于穿设第二连杆17两端的第二组轴套153,而位于支撑筋151的靠近第二支撑板13一端的两组轴套分别为用于穿设第三连杆18两端的第三组轴套154、用于穿设第四连杆19两端的第四组轴套155。
板体150的用于连接第一支撑板12、第二支撑板13的两端具有相背朝外凸出的两组凸台,每组凸台包括设置于板体150上且沿宽度方向位于板体150两侧的一对凸台,第一组轴套152的一对轴套分别设置在朝向第一支撑板12的一对凸台上,第四组轴套155的一对轴套分别设置在朝向第二支撑板13的一对凸台上。
组装时,第一支撑板12的第二连接件123的中心孔与第一组轴套152的一对轴套同心,且第二连接件123位于该对轴套之间,通过第一连杆16将第二连接件123、转轴固定件15转动连接在一起,从而使第一支撑板12可以绕着第一连杆16相对转轴固定件15旋转。而第二支撑板13的第二连接件的中心孔与第四组轴套155的一对轴套同心,且其第二连接件位于该对轴套之间,通过第四连杆19将第二连接件、转轴固定件15转动连接在一起,从而使第二支撑板13可以绕着第四连杆19相对转轴固定件15旋转。
另外,第二组轴套153的一对轴套之间形成可用于安置第一折叠件10 的折叠件轴套105的安置槽,即,该对轴套对应于第一折叠件的一对卡接避让部处,第一折叠件的折叠件轴套与该对轴套同心,并通过第二连杆17转动连接在一起,从而使第一折叠件可以绕着第二连杆相对转轴固定件旋转。而第三组轴套154的一对轴套之间形成可用于安置第二折叠件11的折叠件轴套的安置槽,即,该对轴套对应于第二折叠件的一对卡接避让部处,第二折叠件的折叠件轴套与该对轴套同心,并通过第三连杆87转动连接在一起,从而使第二折叠件可以绕着第三连杆相对转轴固定件旋转。
在折叠件相对转轴固定件旋转时,与折叠件对应连接的支撑板的一端也绕着相应的连杆旋转,另一端随着折叠件的旋转而沿着折叠件上一对转动限位杆从远离柔性屏组件方向朝着靠近柔性屏组件的方向移动,直至移动到使整个结构处于展开状态,此时,支撑板、折叠件、转轴固定件的用于支撑柔性屏组件的表面处于同一平面上。
需要说明的是,第一折叠件10、第二折叠件11、第一支撑板12、第二支撑板13、转轴固定件15的朝向柔性屏组件的表面均为平面。
为了在移动终端展开时,转轴固定件15与第一支撑板12、第二支撑板13之间可以无缝搭接,且搭接处具有足够强度,本发明在转轴固定件15的用于搭接第一支撑板12、第二支撑板13的两端还分别设置有搭接槽。如图9所示,板体150的两端面均包括沿其厚度方向延伸的平面和与平面连接的斜面150a,斜面150a由板体150的朝着柔性屏组件的表面向背离柔性屏组件的表面倾斜并与平面相交接,从而形成开口朝向背离柔性屏组件的搭接槽。当移动终端展开时,该搭接槽处搭接对应支撑板凸台的倒角面处,且其斜面与倒角面可以贴合在一起,从而使用于支撑柔性屏组件的支撑板表面、转轴固定件表面与折叠件的表面位于同一平面,展开后整个支撑面平整,进一步避免了各连接处存在的空虚凹坑。
综上,本发明的第一折叠件10和第二折叠件11通过第一连杆16、第二连杆17、第三连杆18、第四连杆18和转轴固定件15连接成一个整体,第一支撑板12一端与第一连杆16连接,另一端与第一转动限位杆20连接;第二支撑板13一端与第四连杆19连接,另一端与第二转动限位杆21 连接;第一连杆16、第二连杆17、第三连杆18、第四连杆19固定在转轴固定件15上。
当通过外力作用在第一折叠件10或第二折叠件11,或同时有外力作用在第一折叠件10或第二折叠件11上时,整个结构可以做展开和折叠动作,并跟随各连杆连接处的转动而转动。在第一折叠件10和第二折叠件11中包含组装有终端必须器部件,包含且不限于柔性屏、主板、天线、电池、摄像头、喇叭、听筒、麦克风、马达、感应器各种连接器等,柔性屏组件固定于第一折叠件10和第二折叠件11上,跟随第一折叠件10和第二折叠件11的展开和折叠而动作。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的折叠终端结构具有如下优点:
1、本发明的折叠终端结构,通过连杆固定组件与第一支撑板和第二支撑板分别转动连接,使主体展开时,第一支撑板、第二支撑板、连杆固定组件的用于支撑柔性屏组件的表面位于同一平面,使得终端结构展开后,主体的用于支撑柔性屏组件的表面为平面,且各构件的连接处也为平面,使得各连接处不存在空虚凹坑,在操作终端结构时,不会出现按压不实的情况,从而提高了按压灵敏度。
2、本发明的折叠终端结构,外观简单、可实现性强、成本低。
本发明实施例中的折叠终端结构尤其适用在各种移动终端中,如折叠屏手机、柔性屏手机、平板电脑、电子书、移动游戏机、移动影音设备等。相应地,本发明还提供一种移动终端,其包括根据上述任一实施例的折叠终端结构。
尽管上述对本发明做了详细说明,但本发明不限于此,本技术领域的技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行修改,因此,凡按照本发明的原理进行的各种修改都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种折叠终端结构,包括:具有第一折叠件、第二折叠件和连接机构的主体和设置于主体一侧的柔性屏组件,其中,所述连接机构包括:
    与所述第一折叠件滑动连接的第一支撑板;
    与所述第二折叠件滑动连接的第二支撑板;
    与第一支撑板和第二支撑板分别转动连接的连杆固定组件,构造为使所述主体展开时,第一支撑板、第二支撑板、连杆固定组件的用于支撑所述柔性屏组件的表面位于同一平面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所述第一折叠件和所述第二折叠件的结构相同,所述第一折叠件包括:
    位于远离柔性屏组件一侧的第一板体;
    与第一板体平行且位于靠近柔性屏组件一侧的第二板体;
    其两端分别固定连接第一板体一端与第二板体一端的侧板,所述侧板与第一板体垂直;
    与第二板体另一端的两侧、第一板体的对应两侧分别固定连接的一对第一转动限位杆;
    设置在第一板体另一端的与第一支撑板、连杆固定组件分别转动连接的连接板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所述连接板包括其一端与第一板体的另一端固定连接的弯折板,弯折板具有用于在其内安置部分第一支撑板的容置部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所述连接板还包括与弯折板的另一端固定连接且与连杆固定组件转动连接的折叠件轴套。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板的结构相同,所述第一支撑板包括:
    支撑板主体;
    固定安装在支撑板主体的远离柔性屏组件的表面上且位于其一端的第一连接件,构造为与第一折叠件接触;
    固定安装在支撑板主体的远离柔性屏组件的表面上且靠近其另一端的第二连接件,构造为与连杆固定组件转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠终端结构,其中:
    所述第一连接件的两端具有一对固定轴;
    所述第二连接件具有轴套,且轴套的中心孔与第一折叠件的折叠件轴套的中心孔平行。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所述支撑板主体一端的端面为倾斜面,且倾斜面、对应侧的固定轴及第一连接件之间可围成用于安置第一折叠件对应侧的第一转动限位杆的卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的折叠终端结构,其特征在于,所述连杆固定组件包括转轴固定件和与转轴固定件分别转动连接的第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆、第四连杆。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所述转轴固定件包括:
    板体;
    固定安装在板体中间的支撑筋,其延伸方向与第一折叠件的宽度方向一致;
    固定安装在板体上的四组轴套,四组轴套相对支撑筋两两对称,且每组轴套包括设置在板体两侧且同心的一对轴套。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第一支撑板、第二支撑板、转轴固定件的朝向柔性屏组件的表面均为平面。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所 述第一连杆将所述转轴固定件与所述第一支撑板转动连接在一起,所述第二连杆将所述转轴固定件与所述第一折叠件转动连接在一起,所述第三连杆将所述转轴固定件与所述第二折叠件转动连接在一起,所述第四连杆将所述转轴固定件与所述第二支撑板转动连接在一起。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的折叠终端结构,其中,所述主体展开时,在所述连杆固定组件的用于支撑所述柔性屏组件的表面与所述第一支撑板、所述第二支撑板的用于支撑所述柔性屏组件的表面之间,均不存在凹坑或间隙。
  13. 一种移动终端,包括根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的折叠终端结构。
