本申请要求于2021年09月18日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为202111112193.6发明名称为“一种电子设备的折叠组件及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备的折叠组件及电子设备。
背景技术
随着柔性显示技术的发展,柔性屏(即柔性显示屏)越来越多的应用于电子设备,在电子设备中,通常将柔性屏和折叠组件结合,通过折叠组件实现柔性屏的折叠和展开,以构成电子设备的折叠屏。
折叠组件包括转轴部、浮板以及两块分别设于浮板两侧的门板,其中,浮板设于转轴部的上方,两块门板分别与转轴部可枢转连接,两块门板分别与柔性屏连接,并带动柔性屏折叠和展开,浮板能够从中间位置对柔性屏提供支撑。
浮板能够相对于转轴部上下浮动,转轴部的上方相应设有槽结构,当两块门板转动并带动柔性屏折叠时,浮板向下浮动至至少部分位于槽结构内,以减小折叠后的整体尺寸。
为保证门板和浮板之间的平整度,在门板和浮板之间还设有支撑板,支撑板的一侧与门板固定,另一侧位于浮板的上端面,并可在浮板的上端面滑动,但是当门板带动柔性屏折叠后,支撑板发生折弯,浮板向下浮动,此时,支撑板朝向浮板的一侧容易沿浮板滑动至浮板和槽结构之间的缝隙内并被卡死,导致柔性屏无法展开。
因此,门板在带动柔性屏折叠时,如何避免支撑板插入浮板和槽结构之间的缝隙内导致卡死的情况,保证门板能够顺利转动以带动柔性屏折叠和展开,是本领域技术人员所需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种电子设备的折叠组件及电子设备,门板在带动柔性屏折叠时,能够避免支撑板插入浮板和槽结构之间的缝隙内导致卡死的情况,保证门板能够顺利转动以带动柔性屏折叠和展开。
本申请实施例第一方面提供了一种电子设备的折叠组件,包括转轴部、浮板和两个门板,转轴部设有槽结构,浮板可浮动地设于槽结构的上方,并位于两个门板之间,门板用于固定电子设备的柔性屏,门板能够绕转轴部转动至折叠和展开;每个门板和浮板之间分别设有支撑板,支撑板包括第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部与门板连接,两个支撑板的第二连接部相对设置,并且第二连接部设有凸部和凹部;展开状态下,两个支撑板的凸部和凹部对应配合并位于浮板的上端面;折叠状态下,浮板至少部分位于槽结构内,凸部产生弹性折弯并抵接于浮板的上端面,凹部与浮板脱离。
将第二连接部设置为包括凸部和凹部的结构,能够增加该支撑板的整体宽度,折叠时,凸部沿浮板滑动并在折叠状态下,凸部由于长度较长,在发生折弯后仍然位于浮板的上端面,避免与浮板脱离,从而避免发生卡死的情况,保证门板能够顺利转动、浮板能够顺利 升降,进而确保柔性屏能够顺利折叠和展开。
基于第一方面,本申请实施例还提供了第一方面的第一种实施方式:
两个支撑板的结构相同。如此设置,仅需生产同一种结构的支撑板即可,便于批量化生产,减少模具的数量,简化生产工艺、降低成本。
基于第一方面,本申请实施例还提供了第一方面的第二种实施方式:
浮板包括沿其长度方向布置的宽段和窄段,宽段的宽度大于窄段的宽度,第二连接部与窄段对应的位置形成配合段,配合段设有凸部和凹部。在浮板宽度相对较小的位置设置对应设置凸段和凹段,能够有效降低在折叠过程中发生卡死情况的概率。
基于第一方面的第二种实施方式,本申请实施例还提供了第一方面的第三种实施方式:
配合段设有一个凸部和一个凹部。如此设置,能够减少凸部和凹部的设置数量,并且,保证在有限的空间内凸部和凹部的尺寸最大,进而保证凸部的结构强度。
基于第一方面、第一方面的第一种至第三种实施方式中的任一者,本申请实施例还提供了第一方面的第四种实施方式:
第一连接部与门板之间、第一连接部和柔性屏之间以及门板和柔性屏之间,均通过粘接固定。可简化安装工艺。

第一连接部的两侧端面分别设有背胶区,第一连接部通过设于背胶区的背胶层分别与门板及柔性屏固定。如此,能够保证柔性屏和门板之间、柔性屏和支撑板之间以及门板和支撑板之间的贴合稳定性,避免边缘局部发生翘起或鼓包的情况。
基于第一方面的第五种实施方式,本申请实施例还提供了第一方面的第六种实施方式:
第一连接部还开设有镂空孔,第一连接部还通过镂空孔处的点胶结构分别与门板及柔性屏固定。在镂空孔处,通过点胶结构将门板、柔性屏以及支撑板三者直接粘接固定,可进一步增强粘接稳定性。

支撑板为绝缘板,避免对电子设备的使用造成影响。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。
本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备的折叠组件及电子设备,其中,电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、车载设备、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、笔记本电脑、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等具有可折叠柔性屏的终端产品,本申请实施例对电子设备的具体类型不作限制。
如图1和图2所示,电子设备包括柔性屏200、折叠组件100和壳体300,折叠组件100大致位于壳体300的中部位置,并将壳体300分成两部分,这两部分可以是一体式结构,也可以是被折叠组件300分割成的两部分相互独立的结构。
如图3所示,折叠组件100包括转轴部1和两个门板3,这两个门板3分别位于转轴部1的两侧,并且门板3能够绕转轴部1转动,两个门板3分别与壳体300的两部分对应连接固定,如此设置,壳体300形成了能够绕转轴部1转动并实现折叠和展开的结构,本实施例中,两个门板3能够绕转轴部1转动,具体的,两个门板3的转动轴线平行或共线,并与转轴部1的长度方向平行。
柔性屏200固定于壳体300的上端面,同时,柔性屏200的中部位置还与门板3的上 端面固定,如图3所示,“上”是指电子设备在使用状态下,朝向用户的一侧,也就是说,该电子设备在使用状态下,柔性屏200朝向用户的一侧。展开状态下,如图3所示,门板3的上端面和壳体300的上端面对齐,如此可保证柔性屏200在展开状态下是平整的。
具体的,在使用过程中,如果用户想将处于展开状态下的电子设备折叠,则可手动操作于壳体300,使得壳体300的两部分沿图3中虚线箭头所示的方向分别向上折弯,具体可以是两只手分别作用于壳体300的两部分,使得壳体300向设有柔性屏200的一侧弯折,此时,壳体300的两部分能够分别通过门板3绕转轴部1转动,从而实现折叠;同样的,当需要将处于折叠状态的电子设备展开时,可手动操作于壳体300,使得壳体300的两部分分别沿如图4中虚线箭头所示的方向向两侧移动,此时,壳体300的两部分能够分别通过门板3绕转轴部1向两侧转动,从而实现展开。
如图3和图4所示,折叠组件100还包括浮板2,该浮板2设于两个门板3之间,该浮板2的长度方向、转轴部1的长度方向以及门板3的转动轴线相互平行,浮板2能够从两个门板3之间的位置对柔性屏200提供支撑。转轴部1的上端面沿其长度方向设有槽结构11,浮板2设于转轴部1的槽结构11的上方,该浮板2能够相对于该转轴部1向上和向下浮动,具体的,折叠时,浮板2能够相对于转轴部1向下浮动,柔性屏200随门板3折叠,并且柔性屏200的中间位置随浮板2向下浮动,当达到折叠状态时,浮板2至少部分位于该槽结构11内,具体可以是浮板2的部分位于槽结构11内,也可以是浮板2全部进入槽结构11内均可,此时,折叠后的柔性屏200在门板3和浮板2之间形成如图4所示的水滴形结构,该浮板2能够对柔性屏200在折叠状态下提供防护,防止柔性屏200的中间位置由于折弯角度过大而发生断裂的情况;展开时,柔性屏200随门板2展开,浮板2能够相对于转轴部1向上浮动,并在展开状态下,浮板2的上端面和门板3的上端面对齐,以为柔性屏200提供平整的支撑面,柔性屏200能够如图3中所示的铺平展开。
如图4所示,门板3设有主摆臂5和辅助摆臂(图中未示出),主摆臂5和辅助摆臂分别连接于门板3和转轴部1之间。主摆臂5能够绕转轴部1转动,以实现门板3绕转轴部1转动,辅助摆臂能够在门板3和转轴部1之间实现导向连接作用。
图5和图6所示,主摆臂5设有配合段51,转轴部1设有弧形滑道12,门板3在绕转轴部1转动时,能够带动主摆臂5和辅助摆臂转动,主摆臂5的配合段51能够沿弧形滑道12滑动,该弧形滑道12与槽结构11连通,配合段51远离门板3的一侧端部46还设有支撑结构52,配合段51沿弧形滑道12滑动至支撑结构52伸出弧形滑道12外并进入槽结构11内时,该支撑结构52能够从下端面对浮板2提供支撑,并且随着门板3的展开,支撑结构52伸出弧形滑道12并且高度逐渐增高,此时,该支撑结构52能够支撑浮板2上浮,直至门板3处于展开状态时,支撑结构52支撑浮板2使其位置稳定,并且门板3的上端面和浮板2的上端面对齐且平整。
当然,本实施例中,也可以是通过辅助摆臂支撑浮板2,该辅助摆臂与门板3连接,并在门板3绕转轴部1转动的过程中,带动辅助摆臂与浮板2的下端面作用,使得浮板2能够相对于转轴部1上下浮动,或者还可以是主摆臂5和辅助摆臂同时对浮板2提供支撑均可,在此不做具体限制。
另外,槽结构11内设置弹簧(图中未示出),该弹簧能够作用于浮板2使得浮板2具 有向槽结构11够内移动的趋势,也就是说,弹簧能够作用于浮板2使其相对于转轴部1向下浮动,具体的,该弹簧可以设置在浮板2的下端面和槽结构11的底壁之间。折叠时,门板3带动配合段51沿弧形滑道12向外移动,此时,支撑结构52的高度逐渐下降并进入弧形滑道12内,支撑结构52对浮板2的支撑作用撤除,浮板2将在弹簧的作用下向下浮动并进入槽结构11内。
也就是说,浮板2相对于转轴部1的浮动可通过主摆臂5的支撑结构52和/或辅助摆臂以及弹簧机械控制,性能稳定,确保在展开状态下,浮板2的上端面能够与门板3的上端面对齐,在折叠状态下浮板2能够至少部分进入槽结构11内。
门板3能够绕转轴部1转动,浮板2能够相对于转轴部1上下浮动,门板3与浮板2之间并无直接连接,因此,门板3和浮板2之间存在缝隙,尤其是在折叠状态下,门板3折叠并相对于转轴部1向上转动,而浮板2相对于转轴部1向下浮动,此时门板3和浮板2之间的缝隙更大,因此,如图7所示,在每个门板3和浮板2之间分别设有一个支撑板4,该支撑板4包括第一连接部41和第二连接部42,其中,第一连接部41与门板3的上端面连接,两个支撑板4的第二连接部42相对设置,第二连接部42位于浮板2的上端面,该支撑板4能够在门板3和浮板2之间用于对柔性屏200提供支撑。
详细的讲,当门板3绕转轴部1转动并带动柔性屏200转动至展开状态时,浮板2相对于转轴部1向上浮动至浮板2的上端面与门板3的上端面对齐,此时,支撑板4的第二连接部42位于浮板2的上端面,该支撑板4处于铺平状态,并在门板3和浮板2之间起到过渡连接的作用,保证该折叠组件100的整体平整度,对柔性屏200提供平整的支撑,避免由于局部支撑较弱使得柔性屏200易发生损坏的情况。而当门板3绕转轴部1转动并带动柔性屏200转动至折叠状态时,浮板2向下浮动至至少部分位于该槽结构11内,此时浮板2位于最低位置,其与门板3之间的空隙将会变大,支撑板4的第一连接部41随门板3移动,该支撑板4发生弹性折弯,第二连接部42仍位于浮板2的上端面,以在门板3和浮板2之间对柔性屏200提供过渡支撑。
在折叠状态下,浮板2至少部分位于槽结构11内,该槽结构11的设置,能够减小折叠组件100在转轴部1处的厚度,进而减小该电子设备在折叠后的转轴部1的凸出尺寸,使得在具有相同柔性屏200尺寸的同时,能够减小该电子设备在折叠后的整体尺寸。
由于浮板2能够相对于槽结构11上下浮动,因此浮板2和槽结构11之间必然存在缝隙,折叠时,第一连接部41随门板3移动,同时带动两个第二连接部42分别沿浮板2的上端面向浮板2的边缘侧移动,由于浮板2的宽度较窄,为避免折叠状态下,发生第二连接部42沿浮板2的上端面滑动至浮板2外,并卡入浮板2和槽结构11之间的缝隙内的情况,本实施例中,将支撑板4设置为第二连接部42设有凸部43和凹部44的结构,两个支撑板4的凸部43和凹部44相互对应设置,即一个支撑板4的凸部43与另一个支撑板4的凹部44对应设置,一个支撑板4的凹部44与另一个支撑板4的凸部43对应设置,如图7所示,两个支撑板4的第二连接部42并不是平直结构,而是对应设置有凸部43和凹部44,如此设置,相较于将第二连接部42设置为平直的结构来说,能够增加该支撑板4的整体宽度,折叠时,如图8所示,凸部4发生折弯后仍然位于浮板2的上端面并与浮板2的上端面抵接,避免与浮板2脱离,从而避免发生卡死的情况,保证门板3能够顺利转动、浮板 2能够顺利升降,进而确保柔性屏200能够顺利折叠和展开。
详细的讲,展开状态下,两个支撑板4的结构如图7所示,两个支撑板4的凸部43和凹部44对应配合,并位于浮板2的上端面,此时,支撑板4是平整的,能够在门板3和浮板2之间对柔性屏200提供平整的支撑,而当两个门板3绕转轴部1转动并带动柔性屏200折叠时,支撑板4会被门板3带动而产生弹性变形,具体的,第一连接部41被门板3带动而向上方翘起,第二连接部42随浮板2向下浮动,但浮板2向下浮动的空间有限,因此,该支撑板4会发生弹性折弯,如图8所示,凹部44直接被第一连接部41带起而与浮板2脱离,凸部43发生折弯,但是由于凸部43在浮板2的宽度方向的长度较长,该凸部43在发生折弯后,仍然抵接于浮板2的上端面,并不会滑出浮板2的边缘,从而能够保证折叠状态下,避免由于支撑板4的第二连接部42进入浮板2和槽结构11之间的缝隙内而导致卡死的情况;而当门板3再次带动柔性屏200展开时,门板3带动支撑板4的第一连接部41向两侧展开,浮板2也相对于转轴部1向上浮动,支撑板4恢复原状且两个支撑板4的凸部43和凹部44再次对应配合。
本实施例中,两个支撑板4的结构是相同的,具体的,如图7所示,当两个支撑板4的凸部43和凹部44对应配合时,这两个支撑板4关于二者之间的中心对称设置,安装时,将一个支撑板4的第一连接部41与一个门板3连接,将另一个支撑板4绕其长度方向的轴线翻转180°,再绕其宽度方向的轴线翻转180°,并将其第一连接部41与另一个门板3连接即可,也就是说,同一个支撑板4中,其两侧的凸部43和凹部44也是对应设置的,使得其与结构相同的另一个支撑板4能够实现配合,如此设置,仅需生产同一种结构的支撑板4即可,便于批量化生产,减少模具的数量,简化生产工艺、降低成本。当然,本实施例中,也可以将两个支撑板4的结构设置为不同的,只要保证两个支撑板4的凸部43和凹部44能够对应配合即可。
本实施例中,对于凸部43和凹部44在第二连接部42的具体布置情况不做限制,如可以是沿第二连接部42的长度方向,凸部43和凹部44连续的依次错开设置,也可以是在第二连接部42还设置有间隔段45,该间隔段45是指支撑板4的抵接侧并未设置有凸部43或凹部44的结构,两个支撑板4的间隔段45也对应设置,展开状态下,两个两个支撑板4的凸部43和凹部44对应配合,同时间隔段45也对应配合,并形成平整的结构。
具体的,凸部43的设置能够增加支撑板4的整体宽度,避免第二连接部42滑动至浮板2和槽结构11之间的间隙内而导致卡死的情况,对于凸部43和凹部44的具体布置情况不做限制,可根据电子设备的具体情况如浮板2的长度、宽度等设置即可。
对浮板2的结构不做限制,具体由于转轴部1的结构和门板3的结构设置以及彼此之间的连接等,使得浮板2在长度方向上的各位置的宽度并不是一致的,具体的,该浮板2在长度方向设有宽段21和窄段22,不难理解,宽段21的宽度大于窄段22的宽度,窄段22由于宽度较小,折叠时,抵接侧42更容易沿窄段22滑动至边缘而导致卡死的情况,因此,抵接侧42在与窄段22对应的位置设有配合段,该配合段设有上述凸部43和凹部44,可有效降低在折叠过程中发生卡死情况的概率,而对于抵接侧42与宽段41对应的位置,本实施例不做限制,可以设有凸部43和凹部44也可以仅设置间隔段45而不设置凸部43和凹部44均可。
具体的,由于浮板2的结构需要根据周边结构设置,因此,该浮板2在其长度方向上的宽度并不是只有两种尺寸,本实施例中所提到的宽段21是指整体宽度较大的部分,第二连接部42位于宽段21上发生卡死的可能性较小,而窄段22是指整体宽度较小的部分,第二连接部42位于宽段21上发生卡死的可能性较大。
以电子设备是手机为例,如图5所示,浮板2在其长度方向上的两端宽度较小并形成上述窄段22,中部宽度较大并形成上述宽段21,因此在浮板2的两端位置更容易发生上述卡死的情况,此时,如图9所示,支撑板4的第二连接部42在其长度方向上包括两个端部46以及位于两个端部46之间的中间段47,其中,两个端部46分别与浮板2两端的窄段22相对应,中间段47浮板2的宽段21相对应,两个端部46形成上述配合段并设有凸部43和凹部44,而中间段47仅设置有间隔段45而未设置凸部43和凹部44,如此,可在避免发生卡死情况、保证折叠和展开顺畅的同时,简化支撑板4的整体结构、简化生产工艺。
进一步的,对于每个端部46(即配合段)的凸部43和凹部44的设置数量也不做限制,如图9所示,每个端部46分别设有一个凸部43和一个凹部44,如此设置,能够减少凸部43和凹部44的设置数量,并且,保证在有限的空间内凸部43和凹部44的尺寸最大,进而保证凸部43的结构强度,避免门板3在带动柔性屏200折叠时,凸部43随之发生折弯时导致断裂或发生塑性变形等情况。
本实施例中,对于凸部43和凹部44的具体形状不做限制,如图9所示,可以将凸部43设置为梯形结构,或者,也可以将凸部43设置为三角形结构或方形结构等均可,还可以将第二连接部42的边缘设置为平滑过渡的波浪形结构均可。
如图9所示,同一个支撑板4的第二连接部42中,一个端部46由外向内设有凸部43和凹部44,另一个端部46由外向内设有凹部44和凸部43,其中,外是指端部46远离中间段47的一侧,内是指端部46朝向中间段47的一侧,如此设置,两个相同的支撑板4能够实现配合。另外,本实施例中,对于同一支撑板4设置的凸部43的形状结构可以相同也可以不同,凹部44可根据对应的凸部43设置即可。
当然,第二连接部42的凸部43和凹部44的设置数量可根据浮板2的长度、宽度等情况设置,如当电子设备为手机时,其浮板2的长度相对较短,第二连接部42的每个端部46可设置一组凸部43和凹部44,而当电子设备为电脑显示屏时,其浮板2的长度相对较长,第二连接部42的每个端部46也可以设置两组或多组凸部43和凹部44均可。
本实施例中,第一连接部41和门板3之间通过粘接固定,第一连接部41和柔性屏200之间通过粘接固定,并且门板3和柔性屏200之间也是通过粘接固定的,工艺较为简单。
如图9所示,第一连接部41的上下两侧端面分别设有背胶区48,第一连接部41的背胶区48通过背胶层分别与门板3以及柔性屏200固定,其中,背胶层是基本覆盖于背胶区48的片状结构,门板3也通过背胶层与柔性屏200固定。也就是说,支撑板4的第一连接部41夹设在门板3和柔性屏200之间,第一连接部41上下两侧端面的背胶区48分别通过背胶层与门板3以及柔性屏200粘接固定,如此设置,能够保证柔性屏200和门板3之间、柔性屏200和支撑板4之间以及门板3和支撑板4之间的贴合稳定性,避免边缘局部发生翘起或鼓包的情况。同时保证门板3在转动过程中能够在带动柔性屏200折叠或展开的同时,还能够稳定地带动支撑板4移动并使得支撑板4发生弹性变形,结构稳定性好。另外, 壳体300也通过背胶层与柔性屏200固定。
进一步的,如图9所示,第一连接部41还开设有镂空孔49,该第一连接部41还能够通过镂空孔49处的点胶结构分别与门板3以及柔性屏200固定。也就是说,第一连接部41的两侧端面分别通过背胶层与门板3以及柔性屏200固定的同时,镂空孔49处还设有点胶结构,该点胶结构能够填满镂空孔49,并且点胶结构在镂空孔49的两侧端面分别与门板3以及柔性屏200粘接固定,在镂空孔49处,通过点胶结构将门板3、柔性屏200以及支撑板4三者直接粘接固定,可进一步增强粘接稳定性。
具体的,本实施例中,对于该镂空孔49的形状不做限制,如图9所示,可将镂空孔49设置为沿支撑板4的长度方向设置的条状结构,也可以将其设置为圆孔状结构或者多边形结构等,并且各镂空孔49的大小和形状可以相同也可以不同,具体可根据该第一连接部41的空间进行设置,第一连接部41可沿其长度方向设置一排多个间隔设置的镂空孔49,也可以设置两排或多排镂空孔49均可。而本实施例中,第一连接部41仅设置一排镂空孔49时,能够在保证粘接稳定性的同时,减小对第一连接部41的空间要求、简化整体结构和安装工艺。并且,当第一连接部41仅设置有一排镂空孔49时,还能够减小该第一连接部41夹在门板3和柔性屏200之间的宽度,如此一来,当门板3转动并带动支撑板4产生折弯时,能够减小该支撑板4的整体折弯角度,提高支撑板4的使用寿命。
本实施例中,为避免对电子设备的使用造成影响,将支撑板4设置为绝缘板,具体的,可以是将该支撑板4直接采用绝缘材质制成,如直接采用聚乙烯板或聚四氟乙烯板等,或者,还可以将支撑板4设置为金属板,同时,该金属板的表面还覆盖有绝缘层,以保证该支撑板4的绝缘性。
当支撑板4为金属板时,背胶层能够在背胶区48形成绝缘层,点胶结构能够在镂空孔49处形成绝缘层,因此,仅需在支撑板4除背胶区48之外的部分另外覆盖绝缘层即可,工艺较为简单。具体的,本实施例中,对于绝缘层的材质不做限制,如可以是聚乙烯膜或聚四氟乙烯膜等均可。
另外,第二连接部42的外壁还设有润滑油脂,当门板3在绕转轴部1转动时,能够带动支撑板4发生折弯,在此过程中,凸部43和间隔段45会发生弹性折弯并抵接在浮板2的上端面,同时,凸部43和浮板2的上端面之间以及间隔段45和浮板2的上端面存在相对滑动,因此,将第二连接部42和浮板2的上端面之间涂有润滑油脂后,能够避免二者之间产生磨损,从而对第二连接部42和浮板2进行防护,延长使用寿命。
本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以对本申请进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本申请权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,包括转轴部(1)、浮板(2)和两个门板(3),所述转轴部(1)设有槽结构(11),所述浮板(2)可浮动地设于所述槽结构(11)的上方,并位于两个所述门板(3)之间,所述门板(3)用于固定电子设备的柔性屏(200),所述门板(3)能够绕所述转轴部(1)转动至折叠和展开;
    每个所述门板(3)和所述浮板(2)之间分别设有支撑板(4),所述支撑板(4)包括第一连接部(41)和第二连接部(42),所述第一连接部(41)与所述门板(3)连接,两个所述支撑板(4)的第二连接部(42)相对设置,并且所述第二连接部(42)设有凸部(43)和凹部(44);
    展开状态下,两个所述支撑板(4)的凸部(43)和凹部(44)对应配合并位于所述浮板(2)的上端面;
    折叠状态下,所述浮板(2)至少部分位于所述槽结构(11)内,所述凸部(43)产生弹性折弯并抵接于所述浮板(2)的上端面,所述凹部(44)与所述浮板(2)脱离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,两个所述支撑板(4)的结构相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述浮板(2)包括沿其长度方向布置的宽段(21)和窄段(22),所述宽段(21)的宽度大于所述窄段(22)的宽度,所述第二连接部(42)与所述窄段(22)对应的位置形成配合段,所述配合段设有所述凸部(43)和所述凹部(44)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述配合段设有一个所述凸部(43)和一个所述凹部(44)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(41)与所述门板(3)之间、所述第一连接部(41)和所述柔性屏(200)之间以及所述门板(3)和所述柔性屏(200)之间,均通过粘接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(41)的两侧端面分别设有背胶区(48),所述第一连接部(41)通过设于所述背胶区(48)的背胶层分别与所述门板(3)及所述柔性屏(200)固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(41)还开设有镂空孔(49),所述第一连接部(41)还通过所述镂空孔(49)处的点胶结构分别与所述门板(3)及所述柔性屏(200)固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述支撑板(4)为绝缘板。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述支撑板(4)为金属板,且所述支撑板(4)的表面覆盖有绝缘层。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的电子设备的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述第二连接部(42)和所述浮板(2)的上端面之间还涂有润滑油脂。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括柔性屏(200)以及如权利要求1-10任一项所述的折叠组件。
