一种旋压轮(1)的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:旋压轮(1)粗加工和热处理完成后,将旋压轮(1)两端面在磨床上见光,保证其两端平行度;再将旋压轮(1)锁在精加工工装(2)上,对旋压轮(1)内孔和外圆进行精加工,并在旋压轮(1)内孔中加工出一个用于安装弹簧钢圈(3)的环形槽(11)。该工艺采用弹簧钢圈(3)代替旋压轮(1)内孔中的内台阶,可以实现旋压轮(1)内孔和外圆精加工一次夹装,一次成型。该工艺生产的旋压轮(1),外圆和端面跳动都可以控制在0.02mm内,解决了旋压轮(1)精度问题。

Description

旋压轮的生产工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及旋压轮的生产工艺。
背景技术
旋压行业采用的刀具一般称为旋压轮,它是直接接触产品的,其精度直接影响产品外观效果。
制约旋压轮外圆及端面跳动的因素主要在旋压轮的精加工和装配上。因此,旋压轮的设计必须考虑到精加工工艺和装配工艺,方能保证其精度。
而现有旋压轮的内孔中都有一个内台阶,造成旋压轮精加工不能一次夹装、一刀成型,故旋压轮的同心度与外圆跳动就难以保证。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种旋压轮的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
对旋压轮进行粗加工和热处理;
粗加工和热处理完成后,将旋压轮两端面在磨床上见光,保证其两端平行度;
磨床加工完成后,将旋压轮锁在精加工工装上,工装螺纹孔端要打表,跳动大的话先车一刀保证工装端面精度,锁旋压轮时内孔要打表,尽可能跳动小保证同心度;夹装完成后,对旋压轮内孔和外圆进行精加工,并在旋压轮内孔中加工出一个用于安装弹簧钢圈的环形槽。
优选的,将弹簧钢圈装入旋压轮内孔的环形槽中。
优选的,安装弹簧钢圈之前,先将弹簧钢圈开缺口,上磨床将弹簧钢圈的两端面磨至所需厚度,再将弹簧钢圈卡入旋压轮内孔的环形 槽中。
优选的,弹簧钢圈安装完成后,将一对圆锥滚子轴承装入旋压轮的内孔中,且该对圆锥滚子轴承与旋轮芯轴装配;该对圆锥滚子轴承由弹簧钢圈以及旋轮芯轴上的轴承隔圈隔开。
优选的,先将轴承隔圈在磨床上磨到所需厚度,再将进行轴承隔圈的装配。
本发明采用弹簧钢圈代替旋压轮内孔中的内台阶,可以实现旋压轮内孔和外圆精加工一次夹装,一次成型。
本发明加工的旋压轮,外圆和端面跳动都可以控制在0.02mm内,切实解决了旋压轮精度问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明提供一种旋压轮1的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
对旋压轮1进行粗加工和热处理;
粗加工和热处理完成后,将旋压轮1两端面在磨床上见光,保证其两端平行度;
磨床加工完成后,将旋压轮1锁在精加工工装2上,工装2螺纹孔端要打表,跳动大的话先车一刀保证工装2端面精度,锁旋压轮1时内孔要打表,尽可能跳动小保证同心度;夹装完成后,对旋压轮1内孔和外圆进行精加工,并在旋压轮1内孔中加工出一个用于安装弹簧钢 圈3的环形槽11。
将弹簧钢圈3装入旋压轮1内孔的环形槽11中;且安装弹簧钢圈3之前,先将弹簧钢圈3开缺口31,上磨床将弹簧钢圈3的两端面磨至所需厚度,再将弹簧钢圈3卡入旋压轮1内孔的环形槽11中。
弹簧钢圈3安装完成后,将一对圆锥滚子轴承4装入旋压轮1的内孔中,且该对圆锥滚子轴承4与旋轮芯轴5装配;该对圆锥滚子轴承4由弹簧钢圈3以及旋轮芯轴5上的轴承隔圈6隔开;且先将轴承隔圈6在磨床上磨到所需厚度,再将进行轴承隔圈6的装配。
本发明采用弹簧钢圈3代替旋压轮1内孔中的内台阶,可以实现旋压轮1内孔和外圆精加工一次夹装,一次成型。
本发明加工的旋压轮1,外圆和端面跳动都可以控制在0.02mm内,切实解决了旋压轮1精度问题。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 旋压轮的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    对旋压轮进行粗加工和热处理;
    粗加工和热处理完成后,将旋压轮两端面在磨床上见光,保证其两端平行度;
    磨床加工完成后,将旋压轮锁在精加工工装上,工装螺纹孔端要打表,跳动大的话先车一刀保证工装端面精度,锁旋压轮时内孔要打表,尽可能跳动小保证同心度;夹装完成后,对旋压轮内孔和外圆进行精加工,并在旋压轮内孔中加工出一个用于安装弹簧钢圈的环形槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋压轮的生产工艺,其特征在于,将弹簧钢圈装入旋压轮内孔的环形槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋压轮的生产工艺,其特征在于,安装弹簧钢圈之前,先将弹簧钢圈开缺口,上磨床将弹簧钢圈的两端面磨至所需厚度,再将弹簧钢圈卡入旋压轮内孔的环形槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋压轮的生产工艺,其特征在于,弹簧钢圈安装完成后,将一对圆锥滚子轴承装入旋压轮的内孔中,且该对圆锥滚子轴承与旋轮芯轴装配;该对圆锥滚子轴承由弹簧钢圈以及旋轮芯轴上的轴承隔圈隔开。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的旋压轮的生产工艺,其特征在于,先将轴承隔圈在磨床上磨到所需厚度,再将进行轴承隔圈的装配。
