Abstract
一种高度可调的色谱柱温度均匀器,包括上片金属导热块(1)、下片金属导热块(2),上片金属导热块(1)、下片金属导热块(2)通过铰链(3)链接,上片金属导热块(1)、下片金属导热块(2)上分别设置多条上半圆形色谱柱槽(4)和多条下半圆形色谱柱槽(5),且上半圆形色谱柱槽(4)和下半圆形色谱柱槽(5)的数量相同、位置对应设置;上半圆形色谱柱槽(4)和下半圆形色谱柱槽(5)的长度大于色谱柱长度;在上片金属导热块(1)的上表面放置金属高度填充块(7),金属高度填充块(7)的厚度为使整个色谱柱温度均匀器的高度与液相色谱仪色谱柱恒温箱内腔高度相同;金属高度填充块(7)的设置有效保持了色谱柱工作温度的一致、稳定和均匀。
Description
本发明涉及一种在高效液相色谱仪色谱柱恒温箱中使用的色谱柱温度均匀器。
现有的色谱柱温度均匀器存在温度均匀性不理想的问题,原因之一是温度均匀器不能液相色谱仪色谱柱恒温箱紧密接触,导致热量吸收、散发不理想。
本发明的目的在于提供一种温度均匀性能好的高度可调的色谱柱温度均匀器。
一种高度可调的色谱柱温度均匀器,包括上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过铰链链接,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块上分别设置多条上半圆形色谱柱槽和多条下半圆形色谱柱槽,且上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的数量相同、位置对应设置;上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的长度大于色谱柱长度;其特征是:在上片金属导热块的上表面放置金属高度填充块,金属高度填充块的厚度为使整个色谱柱温度均匀器的高度与液相色谱仪色谱柱恒温箱内腔高度相同。
使用时,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过扣合锁扣紧锁定。
金属高度填充块有不同厚度的多块,根据需要选择使用。
本发明结构合理,通过金属高度填充块的设置,有效保持了色谱柱工作温度的一致、稳定和均匀。
图1是本发明一个实施例的结构示意图。
一种高度可调的色谱柱温度均匀器,包括上片金属导热块1、下片金属导热块2,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过铰链3链接,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块上分别设置多条上半圆形色谱柱槽4和多条下半圆形色谱柱槽5,且上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的数量相同、位置对应设置;上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的长度大于色谱柱长度;在上片金属导热块的上表面放置金属高度填充块7,金属高度填充块的厚度为使整个色谱柱温度均匀器的高度与液相色谱仪色谱柱恒温箱内腔高度相同。
使用时,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过扣合锁6扣紧锁定。
金属高度填充块可以有不同厚度的多块,根据需要选择使用。

- 一种高度可调的色谱柱温度均匀器,包括上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过铰链链接,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块上分别设置多条上半圆形色谱柱槽和多条下半圆形色谱柱槽,且上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的数量相同、位置对应设置;上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的长度大于色谱柱长度;其特征是:在上片金属导热块的上表面放置金属高度填充块,金属高度填充块的厚度为使整个色谱柱温度均匀器的高度与液相色谱仪色谱柱恒温箱内腔高度相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的高度可调的色谱柱温度均匀器,其特征是:使用时,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过扣合锁扣紧锁定。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的高度可调的色谱柱温度均匀器,其特征是:金属高度填充块有不同厚度的多块,根据需要选择使用。
