一种保证温度均匀的色谱柱温度均匀器,包括上片金属导热块(1)、下片金属导热块(2),上片金属导热块(1)、下片金属导热块(2)通过铰链(3)链接,上片金属导热块(1)、下片金属导热块(2)上分别设置多条上半圆形色谱柱槽(4)和多条下半圆形色谱柱槽(5),且上半圆形色谱柱槽(4)和下半圆形色谱柱槽(5)的数量相同、位置对应设置;上半圆形色谱柱槽(4)和下半圆形色谱柱槽(5)的长度大于色谱柱长度;在上片金属导热块(1)、下片金属导热块(2)的四周边缘设置密封片(7),在上片金属导热块(1)、下片金属导热块(2)对合时,确保整体密封;通过密封片(7)的设置,有效保持了色谱柱工作温度的一致、稳定和均匀。
Description
本发明涉及一种在高效液相色谱仪色谱柱恒温箱中使用的色谱柱温度均匀器。
现有的色谱柱温度均匀器存在温度均匀性不理想的问题,主要原因是存在密封缺陷,导致热量的散发不匀。
本发明的目的在于提供一种温度均匀性能好的保证温度均匀的色谱柱温度均匀器。
一种保证温度均匀的色谱柱温度均匀器,包括上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过铰链链接,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块上分别设置多条上半圆形色谱柱槽和多条下半圆形色谱柱槽,且上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的数量相同、位置对应设置;上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的长度大于色谱柱长度;其特征是:在上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块的四周边缘设置密封片,在上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块对合时,确保整体密封。
使用时,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过扣合锁扣紧锁定。
本发明结构合理,通过密封片的设置,有效保持了色谱柱工作温度的一致、稳定和均匀。
图1是本发明一个实施例的结构示意图。

- 一种保证温度均匀的色谱柱温度均匀器,包括上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过铰链链接,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块上分别设置多条上半圆形色谱柱槽和多条下半圆形色谱柱槽,且上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的数量相同、位置对应设置;上半圆形色谱柱槽和下半圆形色谱柱槽的长度大于色谱柱长度;其特征是:在上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块的四周边缘设置密封片,在上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块对合时,确保整体密封。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保证温度均匀的色谱柱温度均匀器,其特征是:使用时,上片金属导热块、下片金属导热块通过扣合锁扣紧锁定。
