优选地,还包括第二密封圈和第三密封圈,所述第二密封圈位于所述吸嘴与通气管之间,所述第二密封圈紧压所述吸嘴和通气管;所述第三密封圈紧压所述吸嘴和储油管。
优选地,所述雾化组件具有两端,所述雾化组件的两端都套设有弹性密封套,所述雾化组件的中间侧面未被所述密封套包附的部分靠近所述进油孔,以吸取从所述进油孔流入的烟油;所述雾化组件设于所述通气管内后,两所述密封套都抵接所述通气管的内壁。
优选地,每个所述密封套在接触所述通气管的面上都设有至少一个环绕所述密封套的凸环。
优选地,所述吸油件被所述密封套包附部分的外径尺寸小于所述吸油件未被所述密封套包附部分的外径尺寸。
优选地,所述吸油件靠近所述进油孔部分的外径尺寸接近所述通气管设置所述雾化组件空间的内径。
优选地,所述电连接座包括塑料卡座、第一电极和第二电极,所述折边一体成型在所述卡座上,所述第一电极固定在所述卡座上并位于远离所述折边的一端,所述第一电极和第二电极之间通过套设绝缘体进行连接。
本技术方案还提供了一种电子烟,包括雾化器和供电电源,所述供电电源用于给所述雾化器供电,所述雾化器为以上任意一技术方案所描述的电子烟用雾化器。
本技术方案相比于现有的雾化器和电子烟,由于所述通气管的外侧面凸出有限位台阶柱和凸起,所述储油管和电连接座通过所述翻边和折边套设于所述通气管的外侧面并固定在所述凹槽内,所以采用这种套接卡合限位固定的方案装配简单,制造组装成本低,便于成品 的质量控制。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此部分所描述的具体实施例仅可用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
具体实施例一
如图1、图2所示,本实施例公开了一种电子烟用雾化器100,其包括吸嘴110、储油管120、通气管130、雾化组件140和电连接座150。其中,储油管120由玻璃材料制成,通气管130中有一部分设于储油管120内,通气管130与储油管120一起围成具有一敞口122的储油腔121。吸嘴110连接通气管130后密封敞口122。电连接座150用于连接外部供电电源(参考图7所示)。如图3所示,电连接座150包括塑料卡座151、第一电极152和第二电极153,卡座151上一体成型有折边154,第一电极152固定在卡座151上并位于远离折边154的一端,第一电极152上设有连接外部供电电源的连接结构,第一电极152和第二电极153之间通过套设绝缘体155进行绝缘连接。
如图3、图4所示,雾化组件140包括发热体141和吸油件142,发热体141具有两电连接端1411,两电连接端1411分别电连接第一电极152和第二电极153。本实施例中,吸油件142由陶瓷材料制成,发热体141设于吸油件142内。如图3、图4所示,通气管130上设有连通储油腔121的进油孔131,雾化组件140设于通气管130内从而吸取从进油孔131流出的液体发烟物质(如烟油)。具体地,如图5所示,吸油件142具有第一端1421和第二端1422,第一端1421套设有弹性密封套143,第二端1422套设有弹性密封套144,吸油件 142的中间侧面未被密封套143和密封套144包附的部分1423靠近进油孔131,以便吸取从进油孔131流入的烟油。雾化组件140设于通气管130内后,密封套143和密封套144均抵接通气管130的内壁。吸油件142被密封套143、144包附部分的外径尺寸小于吸油件142未被密封套143、144包附部分的外径尺寸。本实施例中,吸油件142靠近进油孔131部分的外径尺寸接近通气管130设置雾化组件140空间的内径。
如图4所示,密封套143在接触通气管130的面上设有两个环绕密封套143的凸环1431,密封套144在接触通气管130的面上设有两个环绕密封套144的凸环1441。凸环1431和凸环1441的设置目的是为了提高密封套143、144的装配质量,优化密封套143和密封套144防漏油效果。
如图3、图4所示,通气管130的外侧面凸出有限位台阶柱132和凸起133,台阶柱132和凸起133位于通气管130的一端并在通气管130的外侧面限定出一凹槽134,储油管120在连接通气管130的一端朝径向设有翻边123,电连接座150在连接通气管130的一端朝径向设有折边156,翻边123和折边156都套设于通气管130的外侧面并固定在凹槽134内。具体地,本实施例中,台阶柱132的外径大于翻边123的内径并小于储油管120的内径,台阶柱132位于储油腔121内;翻边123的内径大于凸起133的外径,以便翻边123经过凸起133后抵接第一密封圈160,此时,第一密封圈160产生形变以密封储油腔121。翻边123能穿过凸起133后抵接第一密封圈160,折边156通过弹性形变穿过凸起133后抵接翻边123和凸起133。
如图2、图4所示,通气管130的两端分别套设有第一密封圈160和第二密封圈170,第一密封圈130位于凹槽134内并抵接台阶柱132与翻边123。第一密封圈160通过产生形变紧压台阶柱132与翻边123,以防止台阶柱132与翻边123之间的连接间隙漏油,同时也使折边156压紧凸起133,从而让翻边123和折边156卡接固定于凹槽134内。
同理,在其他实施例中,为防止台阶柱132与翻边123之间的间隙漏油,作为第一密封圈160的替换,还可以将第一密封圈160更改为在台阶柱132与翻边123之间设置密封胶,以密封储油腔121。
如图3所示,第一电极152的侧面设有气孔1521,第二电极153的侧面设有气孔1531,第二电极152上具有一盲孔1532。本实施例中,气孔1521连通外界,用于进气;气孔1531连通盲孔1532用于连通供电电源中的气道,以启动气动开关。第二电极153位于通气管130的正下方,并且面向通气管130的端面为平面。这样设置的目的是,防止通气管130中冷凝的烟油直接滴入气孔1531,进入供电电源中的气道。
如图6所示,折边156是由多个弹性体1561组成的爪状结构;折边156的内径(限 定的圆的内径)小于凸起133的外径(也可以设定为略小于凹槽134的外径),凸起133上接触折边156的面基本垂直于通气管130的侧面,折边156上与凸起133接触的面基本垂直于通气管130的侧面。采用基本垂直的设置方案目的是进一步防止电连接座150脱离凸起133的限定。本实施例中,如图3所示,在装配过程中,凸起133与折边156上接触的面1331为一斜面或圆弧过渡面。凸起133远离折边156的平面1331设为斜面或圆弧过渡面的目的是,便于折边156顺利地通过凸起133,完成电连接座150的装配。
如图2、图3所示,吸嘴110卡接在通气管130上,吸嘴110连接通气管130后吸嘴110抵接储油管130以密封敞口122。此时,第二密封圈170设于吸嘴110与通气管130之间,第二密封圈170抵接吸嘴和通气管;第三密封圈180设于吸嘴110与储油管130之间。第二密封圈170和第三密封圈180优选采用硅胶材料制作,用于密封储油腔121。
由于通气管130的外侧面凸出有限位台阶柱132和凸起133,储油管120和电连接座150通过翻边123和折边156套设于通气管130的外侧面并固定在凹槽134内,所以采用这种套合卡接固定的方案装配简单,制造组装成本低,便于成品的质量控制。
具体实施例二
如图7所示,本实施例公开了一种电子烟300,其包括用于形成烟雾的雾化器100和为雾化器100供电的供电电源200。本实施例中,雾化器100和供电电源200通过螺纹进行连接。其中,雾化器100为具体实施例一中所描述的雾化器。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟用雾化器,包括储油管、通气管、雾化组件和用于连接外部电源的电连接座,所述通气管中至少一部分设于所述储油管内,所述通气管与所述储油管一起围成储油腔,所述通气管上设有连通所述储油腔的进油孔,所述雾化组件至少一部分设于所述通气管内从而吸取从所述进油孔流出的发烟物质,所述电连接座上设有导电电极,所述雾化组件中的发热体电连接所述导电电极,其特征在于:所述通气管的外侧面凸出有限位台阶柱和凸起,所述台阶柱和凸起设于所述通气管的一端并在所述通气管的外侧面限定出凹槽,所述储油管的一端朝径向设有翻边,所述电连接座的一端朝径向设有折边,所述翻边中至少一部分和所述折边中至少一部分套接固定在所述凹槽内,所述储油管与通气管的连接处为密封连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述通气管上还套设有第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈位于所述凹槽内并压紧所述台阶柱与翻边,所述折边抵接所述翻边和凸起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述台阶柱与翻边之间还设有密封胶,所述密封胶用于密封所述台阶柱与翻边之间的连接间隙;所述折边抵接所述翻边和凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述台阶柱位于所述储油腔内,所述翻边经过所述凸起后抵接所述台阶柱,所述折边通过弹性形变穿过所述凸起后抵接所述翻边和凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述折边由多个弹性体组成爪状结构;所述折边限定的内径小于所述凸起或小于所述凹槽的外径;所述凸起上接触所述折边的面基本垂直于所述通气管的侧面,所述折边上与所述凸起接触的面基本垂直于所述通气管的侧面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:在装配过程中,所述凸起与所述折边先接触的面为斜面或圆弧过渡面。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:还包括吸嘴,所述通气管与储油管一起围成的所述储油腔具有敞口,所述吸嘴连接所述通气管或/和储油管后密封所述敞口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴通过卡接结构连接所述通气管,所述吸嘴连接所述通气管后所述吸嘴抵接所述储油管以密封所述敞口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:还包括第二密封圈和第三密封圈,所述第二密封圈位于所述吸嘴与通气管之间,所述第二密封圈紧压所述吸嘴和通气管;所述第三密封圈紧压所述吸嘴和储油管。
  10. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件具有两端,所述雾化组件的两端都套设有弹性密封套,所述雾化组件的中间侧面未被所述密封套包附的部分靠近所述进油孔,以吸取从所述进油孔流入的烟油;所述雾化组件设于所述通气管内后,两所述密封套都抵接所述通气管的内壁。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:每个所述密封套在接触所述通气管的面上都设有至少一个环绕所述密封套的凸环。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸油件被所述密封套包附部分的外径尺寸小于所述吸油件未被所述密封套包附部分的外径尺寸。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸油件靠近所述进油孔部分的外径尺寸接近所述通气管设置所述雾化组件空间的内径。
  14. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述电子烟用雾化器,其特征在于:所述电连接座包括塑料卡座、第一电极和第二电极,所述折边一体成型在所述卡座上,所述第一电极固定在所述卡座上并位于远离所述折边的一端,所述第一电极和第二电极之间通过套设绝缘体进行连接。
  15. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器和供电电源,所述供电电源用于给所述雾化器供电,其特征在于:所述雾化器为权利要求1至14中任一项所述的雾化器。
