工作原理:该装置用电部件皆由外接电源进行供电,装置使用前,首先通过制动万向轮将装置移动至指定位置处,接通电源,打开控制面板21,向水箱13内部注入盐水,通过控制面板21打开第一电机15,通过第一电机15带动第二飞轮34进行转动,通过第二飞轮34的转动带动第二转动轴27进行转动,通过第二转动轴27带动第二皮带28进行转动,通过第一皮带23的传动,带动两组第一转动轴25进行转动,两组通过第一转动轴25带动毛刷辊筒26进行转动,进而对盐水,进行搅拌混合,使得盐水浓度均匀,混合完毕后,打开密封盖,通过进料口14箱水箱13内部投入鲍鱼,使得鲍鱼在盐水里进行浸泡,对鲍鱼去脏除腥,并通过两组毛刷辊筒26的相对转动,对鲍鱼进行搓洗操作,有效的去除鲍鱼内部粘液、泥沙或寄生的海藻,搓洗5分钟后,打开排液阀18,通过排液阀18将搓洗后的污水经导液管22排向污水箱1的内部,进行收集,污水排出后,打开第二电机30,通过第二电机30带动直齿轮29进行转动,通过直齿轮29带动齿条16进行转动,进而使水箱13与出料槽17的内部连通,将搓洗后的鲍鱼取出,放置于放置槽20上,打开第二电动推杆32,通过第二电动推杆32将固定头33调节至指定位置,对鲍鱼壳进行夹持操作,通过输送线4对放置槽20进行输送,当感应头19移动至指定位置处时,被位置传感器5的输入端所感应,位置传感器5的输出端释放电信号,电信号通过控制面板21的输出端,控制面板21控制输送线4上的输送电机,进而准确的将放置槽20移动至指定位置,打开第一电动推杆11,通过该第一电动推杆11带动L型支撑板8向下移动,进而将吸嘴7调节至指定位置处,对鲍鱼中的肉进行吸取操作,且吸取过程中,通过第一电动推杆11将吸嘴7的位置上拉,并带动鲍鱼肉上拉,当上拉至指定位置时,打开气动剪刀6,对鲍鱼肉进行剪切操作,风机10吸取的鲍鱼肉,通过导管,传递至水槽3的内部,且水槽3的内部可注入清水,以保持肉质的鲜活性。
在需要查看的时候,由于控制面板与摄像头30、物联网通信模块(可以集成在控制面板内,图未示出)连接,摄像头安装在水箱上正对吸嘴的位置。在加工过程中的,控制面板可以将摄像头的影像通过物联网通信模块发送出去,从而可以实现自动化的远程查看。物联网通信模块可以是NBIOT模块,实现联网功能。控制面板通过物联网通信模块发送影像可以参考现有的家用监控摄像头,其技术已经成熟,本发明不再赘述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
 

Claims (5)

  1. 一种基于物联网的自动化设备,包括污水箱、摄像头和物联网通信模块,其特征在于:所述污水箱底部安装有支撑架,所述污水箱的顶部设置有输送线,所述输送线一端的中间位置处设置有位置传感器,所述输送线的顶部设置有放置槽,且放置槽的外侧设置有与位置传感器相互配合的感应头,所述放置槽内侧两端的中间位置处安装有第二电动推杆,且第二电动推杆的输出端安装有固定头,所述输送线顶部两端的中间位置处安装有安装架,所述安装架底部的中间位置处安装有第一电动推杆,所述第一电动推杆的输出端皆安装有L型支撑板,所述L型支撑板顶部的中间位置处安装有吸嘴,所述安装架底部安装有固定板,其固定板的底部安装有气动剪刀,所述安装架顶部的中间位置处安装有风机,所述风机的输出端设置有导气管,且风机通过导气管与吸嘴相互连接,所述安装架的一侧安装有水箱,所述水箱顶部的中间位置处设置有进料口,所述水箱一端一侧的顶部安装有第一电机,所述水箱内部两端一侧的顶部安装有第二转动轴,所述第一电机的输出端延伸至水箱的内部与第二转动轴相互固定,且第二转动轴的外侧设置有第二飞轮,所述第二飞轮的外侧设置有第二皮带,所述水箱内部两端两侧对称安装有第一转动轴,所述第一转动轴的外侧安装有第一飞轮,两组所述第一飞轮之间套设有第一皮带,一组第一飞轮的外侧与第二皮带相互连接,所述水箱一侧的底部安装有出料槽,且出料槽与水箱的内部相互连通,所述水箱靠近出料槽一侧的中间位置处安装有支撑板,所述支撑板一端远离水箱的一侧安装有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端贯穿支撑板的内部,所述第二电机的输出端安装有直齿轮,所述水箱靠近出料槽一侧设置有齿条,且齿条与直齿轮相互啮合,所述齿条的底部与出料槽的内侧相互适配,所述输送线一端的一侧安装有控制面板;
    所述支撑架底部四角处皆设置有制动万向轮,控制面板与摄像头、物联网通信模块连接,摄像头安装在水箱上正对吸嘴的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的自动化设备,其特征在于:所述进料口顶部一侧铰接有密封盖。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的自动化设备,其特征在于:所述输送线底部远离水箱的一侧设置有水槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的自动化设备,其特征在于:所述固定头的内侧均匀设置有凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的自动化设备,其特征在于:所述第一电机的输出端与水箱内壁连接处设置有防水胶圈。
