在现如今的移动互联网时代,智能移动终端设备的数量不断上升,对移动终端的要求也越来越高,其中之一便是要求高品质的音质功能。
技术问题
现有技术的音膜包括大折环,出于音质及质量的考虑,一些音膜还包括小折环,现有的一些音膜是在大折环的内侧或外侧设置一圈小折环,但是,扬声器工作时,音膜的大折环与小折环的交界处,在高频极易产生分割振动,导致高频的灵敏度曲线会出现深谷;针对以上音膜产生分割振动的问题,现有的一些音膜是在大折环的拐角处设置一段小折环,但是,会导致音膜的刚度变大,扬声器的谐振频率升高,音膜的低频的灵敏度降低。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的音膜来解决上述问题。

如图1、图2、图3及图4所示,本申请提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架20、收容于所述盆架20内的振动系统10和磁路系统30及盖设于所述盆架20的前盖40,所述磁路系统30用于驱动所述振动系统10振动发声。
所述盆架20整体为呈中空的矩形体,所述振动系统10和所述磁路系统30安装在所述盆架20内,所述前盖40盖接于所述盆架20具有开口的一侧。
所述振动系统10包括音膜100和位于所述音膜100下方的音圈101,所述音圈101用于驱动所述音膜100振动发声。所述音圈101的形状不限,优选为方形环状。

如图5和图6所示,本申请实施例还提供了三种不同结构的音膜100的灵敏性试验,分别为本申请实施例的新结构、原结构1以及原结构2,原结构1的特征为直接在大折环的外边缘围绕设置一圈小折环,原结构2的特征为大折环未设置小折环的位置处的宽度比设置有小折环的位置处的大折环与小折环的总宽度更小。
由图5的灵敏度曲线图可知,在1000/HZ的频率以下,原结构2的音膜相较于本申请的音膜100灵敏度更低,原结构2在低频率范围内灵敏度不佳。由图6的灵敏度曲线图可知,在10000/HZ到15000/HZ的高频率范围内,原结构1的音膜灵敏度曲线具有明显的深谷,原结构1在高频率范围内灵敏度不佳。本申请实施例的音膜100既避免了高频振动时音膜100的分割振动,高频灵敏度曲线不会出现深谷;同时谐振频率也不会升高,低频灵敏度也不会有损失。无论在高频率范围内,还是低频率范围内,本申请实施例的音膜100的灵敏度都很高,音膜100的振动效果更稳定。

  10. 扬声器,其特征在于:包括盆架、收容于所述盆架内的磁路系统、振动系统以及如上权利要求1-9中任一项所述的音膜。
