Description

一种具有露天搬送能力的快速物流运输车 技术领域
本发明涉及物流输送设备领域,具体涉及一种具有露天搬送能力的快速物流运输车。
背景技术
物流的概念起源于20世纪30年代,原意为“实物分配”或“货物配送”。中国的物流术语标准将物流定义为:物流是物品从供应地向接收地的实体流动过程中,根据实际需要,将运输、储存、装卸搬运、包装、流通加工、配送、信息处理等功能有机结合起来实现用户要求的过程。
随着物流输送量的增大,其需要匹配的物流输送系统也呈现出立体化、智能化和复杂化的趋势,例如经常需要将货物在两栋厂房之间流转。常规的解决方案主要有两种:一、采用AGV搬送来实现货物的流转,但实现条件相当苛刻,首先需满足一定的地平要求,其次AGV磁导航或二维码认址导航在露天环境下,存在极易损坏甚至不能使用的缺陷,而激光导航成本过高;二、采用连廊输送线体形式实现,此方案基于已有连廊方可较易实现,但若没有已有的连廊建筑,则此方案会大大增加成本,且连廊方案会对两栋厂房之间的人员车辆通道产生隔断。是故亟待改善。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有露天搬送能力的快速物流运输车,能实现厂房之间的露天快速物流运输。
为实现上述目的,本发明之一种具有露天搬送能力的快速物流运输车,包括车架,所述车架的底部连接有电驱动组件,所述车架的侧面设有为电驱动组件充电的充电组件,所述车架的顶部连接有搬送组件;所述电驱动组件包括与车架连接的驱动座,所述驱动座连接有直流电机,所述直流电机的输出端紧密套接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴的两端均连接有驱动轮,所述车架的底部还连接有若干从动轮;所述搬送组件包括与车架连接的机架,所述机架转动连接有若干输送辊,所述输送辊连接有直流马达,所述直流马达与输送辊间设有链传动组件。
优选地,所述车架的侧面设有若干支梁,所述支梁的侧面可拆卸连接有流线型的侧封板,所述支梁的顶面连接有顶封板。
优选地,所述顶封板的尾部设有扰流器。
优选地,所述充电组件包括电控箱,所述电控箱内设有为直流电机供电的超级电容,所述超级电容电缆连接有刷块,所述充电组件还包括设置于接驳口地面上的充电机,所述充电机设有与刷块配合的刷板。

在车架上连接电驱动组件、充电组件和搬送组件,均可独立拆卸,方便单独维修维护或更换,且可配备多种速度、模式和规格的组件,适用于多种工况情景,适用范围得到大大拓宽;且采用电驱动,节能环保,效率得到大幅提升,配合充电组件,能实现不停歇作业,物流运输效率得到提升;搬送组件用于将货物输入和输出车架,使用简单方便;
采用直流电机直接驱动驱动轴,带动两端的两组驱动轮同步运转,效率高损耗低,有利于降本增效,且对使用环境要求低,可用于低温和高温恶劣条件下运输;若干从动轮有利于保证车架在运行过程中的平稳性;
搬送组件同样采用电驱动的直流马达,通过链传动组件带动输送辊运转,实现货物的输入和输出,具有传动比精确等优点,结构简洁,方便使用。
