Abstract
一种安全座椅,包括:座椅本体(1),座椅本体(1)的上部设有固定位置(101),固定位置(101)的下方设有椅贯穿孔(102);安全带组件,安全带组件包括肩带(2),肩带(2)的下端位于座椅本体(1)的正面,上端经由椅贯穿孔(102)到达座椅本体(1)的背面并延伸至固定位置(101)。据此,能减轻肩带对婴儿肩部的下压力,从而减少事故时的头部位移量,降低对婴儿头部和颈部造成的伤害。
Description
本申请要求于2019年12月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为2019112616017、发明名称为“安全座椅”以及于同日提交中国专利局、申请号为2019221994231、发明名称为“安全座椅”的两件中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及婴儿用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种安全座椅。
参见图1~图2,现有的安全座椅,包括座椅本体100和固定于座椅本体100上的安全带组件,所述安全带组件包括肩带200、腰带300、跨带400和拉带500。一般地,现有的肩带200的两端均连接一位于座椅本体100正面的公扣600;中部沿着座椅本体100往上延伸至儿童肩部位置然后贯穿座椅本体100到达座椅本体100的背面,接着沿座椅本体100背面直接往下与滑扣900滑动连接。跨带400的一端与位于座椅本体100正面的母扣700连接,另一端固定于座椅本体100上。拉带500的一端与座椅本体100的背面固接,另一端绕过滑扣900后再穿过卡紧装置800延伸至座椅本体100的前方形成手拉部501。将婴儿放在座椅本体100上后,使公扣600与母扣700扣接,然后往前拉动手拉部501,卡紧装置800使手拉部501不回退,如此即可使肩带2回收,最终对婴儿起固定作用。
上述安全带组件存在以下问题:
由于肩带贯穿座椅本体后直接往下与滑扣连接,所以肩带给婴儿的力是沿座椅本体向下的,一旦发生事故,婴儿的身体被肩带及时拉住而停止运动,其身体的运动趋势是往下与座椅本体贴合,但是婴儿的头部却没有相应的保护措施,最终导致婴儿的身体具有远离头部的运动趋势并在头部与身体之间产生一个极大的加速度差值,该加速度差值可能会为婴儿的颈部带来严重伤害。
因此,需要对现有的安全座椅进行改进,以解决其容易对婴儿的颈部造成严重伤害的问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于,提供一种安全座椅,能减轻肩带对婴儿肩部的下压力,从而减少事故时的头部位移量,降低对婴儿头部和颈部造成的伤害。
为达以上目的,本发明提供一种安全座椅,包括:
座椅本体,所述座椅本体的上部设有固定位置,所述固定位置的下方设有椅贯穿孔;
安全带组件,所述安全带组件包括肩带,所述肩带的下端位于所述座椅本体的正面,上端经由所述椅贯穿孔到达所述座椅本体的背面并延伸至所述固定位置。
优选的,所述肩带的数量为两条,两所述肩带的上端均固定于所述固定位置。
优选的,头靠组件,所述头靠组件位于所述座椅本体的正面并与所述座椅本体上下滑动连接。
优选的,所述头靠组件包括:
头靠部,用于承托婴儿的头部;
背靠板,其上端与所述头靠部的底部固接,下端与所述座椅本体滑动连接;所述头靠部与所述背靠板之间设有过带间隙,所述肩带穿过所述过带间隙。
优选的,还包括:
滑动部,所述滑动部位于所述座椅本体的背面且位于所述固定位置的下方;所述滑动部位于所述座椅本体与所述肩带之间,所述肩带与所述滑动部远离所述座椅本体的一侧滑动连接。
优选的,还包括:
卡紧装置,所述卡紧装置固定于所述座椅本体上;

本发明的有益效果在于:提供一种安全座椅,其肩带的固定位置位于椅贯穿孔的上方,因此,肩带在经过椅贯穿孔时,相当于往上延伸。当发生事故时,肩带给婴儿身体的力不单只是沿座椅本体向下的,而是会具有一个沿肩带往上的分力,减轻了肩带对婴儿肩部的下压力,相当于肩带会使婴儿的身体沿座椅本体往上与座椅本体贴合,这能有效减小婴儿背部与头部相对于座椅本体1之间的加速度差值,有利于减少事故时的头部位移量,降低对婴儿头部和颈部造成的伤害。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
参见图3~图6,本实施例提供一种安全座椅,包括座椅本体1和安全带组件。座椅本体1的上部设有固定位置101,所述固定位置101的下方设有椅贯穿孔102。所述安全带组件包括肩带2,所述肩带2的下端位于所述座椅本体1的正面,上端经由所述椅贯穿孔102到达所述座椅本体1的背面并延伸至所述固定位置101。
需要说明的是,固定位置101位于椅贯穿孔102的上方,因此,肩带2在经过椅贯穿孔102时,相当于往上延伸。当发生事故时,肩带2给婴儿身体的力不单只是沿座椅本体1向下的,而是会具有一个沿肩带2往上的分力,肩带在上、下两个方向的力量平衡,减小了肩带2对婴儿肩部施加的下压力,使得婴儿的身体沿座椅本体1往上与座椅本体1贴合,这能有效减小婴儿背部与头部相对于座椅本体1之间的加速度差值,有利于减少事故时的头部位移量,降低对婴儿头部和颈部造成的伤害。
参见图4,本实施例中,所述肩带2的数量为两条,两所述肩带2的上端相互断开,以平行的方式固定于所述座椅本体1的固定位置101上。
具体地,可以通过铆钉将所述肩带2固定在所述固定位置101上。也可以在肩带2的上端设置带贯穿孔,然后在固定位置101设置定位凸台,使定位凸台插入带贯穿孔中以实现肩带2的固定。
本实施例中,安全座椅还包括头靠组件7,所述头靠组件7位于所述座椅本体1的正面并与所述座椅本体1上下滑动连接。
可以理解的是,所述头靠组件7沿座椅本体1的正面上下滑动至不同的位置时,可以适应婴儿不同的肩高。
具体地,头靠组件7包括头靠部701和背靠板702。头靠部701用于 承托婴儿的头部。背靠板702上端与所述头靠部701的底部固接,下端与所述座椅本体1滑动连接;所述头靠部701与所述背靠板702之间设有过带间隙703,所述肩带2穿过所述过带间隙703。
需要说明的是,一般地,如果肩带2依次穿过头靠组件7和座椅本体1后直接往下与滑动部9连接会导致肩带2持续给予头靠组件7往下的拉力,头靠组件7会持续往下滑,为了保证头靠组件7与座椅本体1相对不动,就需要设置卡紧机构,因此,目前的婴儿座椅均设有具有多个定位凹槽的滑动卡槽,使头靠组件背面的滑动件卡入不同的定位凹槽中以实现头靠组件在不同位置的固定。而本实施例提供的安全座椅,肩带2穿过过带间隙703和椅贯穿孔102后往上延伸,当将婴儿放在安全座椅中后,肩带2先绕过婴儿的肩部再以几乎垂直于头靠组件7的角度穿过过带间隙703,接着往上延伸至固定位置101,肩带2在穿过过带间隙703时给予头靠部701一个向上的拉力作为固定,该拉力可以克服头靠组件7的重力使头靠组件7只能往上滑动,当拉带5不再运动时,头靠组件7也被肩带2拉住而不会往下滑。具体表现为当婴儿坐入后,婴儿的背部压紧头靠组件7,最终肩带2的上拉力、婴儿肩部及胸部位置所受的拉力以及拉带5的下拉力达到平衡,头靠组件7无需依靠滑动件与定位凹槽的配合即可得到固定。
参见图5~图6,安全座椅还包括滑动部9,所述滑动部9位于所述座椅本体1的背面且位于所述固定位置101的下方;所述滑动部9位于所述座椅本体1与所述肩带2之间,所述肩带2与所述滑动部9远离所述座椅本体1的一侧滑动连接。
可以理解的是,使滑动部9往下移动即可拉紧肩带2,从而将婴儿牢牢地固定在座椅本体1的正面;使滑动部9往上移动即可松开肩带2,方便将婴儿从座椅本体1中抱出。
参见图7,本实施例中,安全座椅还包括卡紧装置6、拉带5、扣具组件8、跨带4和腰带3。
所述卡紧装置6固定于所述座椅本体1上。所述拉带5的一端与所述滑动部9固接,另一端经过所述卡紧装置6延伸至所述座椅本体1的前方。具体地,往前拉动拉带5即可使滑动部9往下移动,从而拉紧肩带2;松开卡紧装置6即可松开拉带5以利于滑动部9往上移动松开肩带2。本实 施例中,卡紧装置6可以采用传统的卡紧装置6,其具体结构为现有技术,此处不进行赘述。
所述跨带4的一端与所述座椅本体1固接,另一端通过所述扣具组件8与所述肩带2的下端扣接。所述腰带3的一端与所述座椅本体1固接,另一端通过所述扣具组件8与所述肩带2的下端扣接。
可以理解的是,将婴儿放在头靠组件7上后,上下滑动头靠组件7以调节至合适的位置,然后使扣具组件8的公扣与母扣扣接,最后往前拉动拉带5,卡紧装置6使拉带5不回退,如此即可使肩带2贴紧婴儿身体,肩带2、跨带4和腰带3便同时从多个维度对婴儿起固定作用。

- 一种安全座椅,其特征在于,包括:座椅本体,所述座椅本体的上部设有固定位置,所述固定位置的下方设有椅贯穿孔;安全带组件,所述安全带组件包括肩带,所述肩带的下端位于所述座椅本体的正面,上端经由所述椅贯穿孔到达所述座椅本体的背面并延伸至所述固定位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,所述肩带的数量为两条,两所述肩带的上端均固定于所述固定位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括:头靠组件,所述头靠组件位于所述座椅本体的正面并与所述座椅本体上下滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,所述头靠组件包括:头靠部,用于承托婴儿的头部;背靠板,其上端与所述头靠部的底部固接,下端与所述座椅本体滑动连接;所述头靠部与所述背靠板之间设有过带间隙,所述肩带穿过所述过带间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括:滑动部,所述滑动部位于所述座椅本体的背面且位于所述固定位置的下方;所述滑动部位于所述座椅本体与所述肩带之间,所述肩带与所述滑动部远离所述座椅本体的一侧滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括:卡紧装置,所述卡紧装置固定于所述座椅本体上;拉带,所述拉带的一端与所述滑动部固接,另一端经过所述卡紧装置延伸至所述座椅本体的前方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括:扣具组件;跨带,所述跨带的一端与所述座椅本体固接,另一端通过所述扣具组件与所述肩带的下端扣接;腰带,所述腰带的一端与所述座椅本体固接,另一端通过所述扣具组件与所述肩带的下端扣接。
