本发明涉及天线领域,特别涉及隔离板结构和天线。
背景技术
目前,大规模MIMO基站天线由于振子间距小、阵列单元波束之间的互耦比较大,将增强天线各通道单元的干扰,因此降低单元互耦、提高隔离度对大规模MIMO天线至关重要。其中在天线阵面增加隔离条是比较常用而有效的方法,一般由PCB制作成横向和纵向交叉的细长矩形片焊接在天线板上,由于隔离条数量多,焊接组装繁琐。
因此,有必要提供一种结构简单、组装方便的隔离板结构。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、组装方便的隔离板结构。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案如下:
提供一种隔离板结构,所述隔离板结构包括隔离板结构本体和设于所述隔离板结构本体上用于与馈电网络板连接的连接结构,所述隔离板结构本体包括两并行间隔设置的纵向隔离板,两所述纵向隔离板之间连接有若干条横向隔离板,若干条所述横向隔离板与两所述纵向隔离板限定出若干个用于容置单个天线振子且沿所述纵向隔离板的长度方向排布的隔离腔。
进一步地,每相邻两所述隔离腔之间通过两所述横向隔离板分隔。
进一步地,所述横向隔离板的靠近馈电网络板的侧面与所述馈电网络板间隔形成间隙。
进一步地,所述隔离板结构本体一体注塑成型。
进一步地,所述连接结构包括卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括与所述隔离板结构本体连接的连接部和连接于所述连接部的端部上的卡勾。
进一步地,所述卡勾包括凸设于所述连接部上的限位部和自所述限位部向远离所述隔离板结构本体的方向逐渐收缩的插接部。
进一步地,所述隔离板结构本体具有与馈电网络板贴合的底面,所述隔离板结构本体上自其底面向内开设有凹槽,所述连接部连接于所述凹槽的槽底面且所述卡勾凸出于所述隔离板结构本体的底面。
进一步地,所述隔离板结构本体还包括两端板,每所述端板连接一所述纵向隔离板的端部和另一所述纵向隔离板的端部,所述卡扣结构的数量为多个,多个所述卡扣结构中至少两个对称设于两所述纵向隔离板上、至少两个设于所述端板上。
进一步地,所述连接结构还包括连接于所述隔离板结构本体上用于与馈电网络板上的定位孔配合的定位柱。
本发明还提供一种天线,包括馈电网络板、多个呈阵列设置且连接于所述馈电网络板上的天线振子以及如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的隔离板结构,所述隔离板结构和所述馈电网络板通过所述连接结构卡扣连接,每个所述天线振子收容于相应的所述隔离腔内。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的隔离板结构包括隔离板结构本体和设于所述隔离板结构本体上用于与馈电网络板连接的连接结构,所述隔离板结构本体还包括两并行间隔设置的纵向隔离板,两所述纵向隔离板之间连接有若干条横向隔离板,若干条所述横向隔离板与两所述纵向隔离板限定出若干个用于容置单个天线振子且沿所述纵向隔离板的长度方向排布的隔离腔,结构简单,组装方便。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
一种隔离板结构10,应用于天线阵列,并固定于天线阵列的馈电网络板20。所述隔离板结构10包括隔离板结构本体(图中未标)和设于所述隔离板结构本体上用于与馈电网络板20连接的连接结构(图中未标),所述隔离板结构本体包括两并行间隔设置的纵向隔离板11,两所述纵向隔离板11之间连接有若干条横向隔离板12,若干条所述横向隔离板12与两所述纵向隔离板11限定出若干个用于容置单个天线振子30且沿所述纵向隔离板11的长度方向间隔排布的隔离腔101。
一个隔离板结构10将两个或三个天线振子30分为一组,结构简单,且方便组装。优选横向隔离板11与纵向隔离板12垂直。
优选地,每相邻两所述隔离腔101之间通过两所述横向隔离板12分隔。进一步提高横向隔离板12的隔离效果,优选两横向隔离板12间隔设置。可以理解地,每相邻两所述隔离腔101之间也可通过一横向隔离板12分隔。
优选地,所述横向隔离板12的靠近馈电网络板20的侧面相对所述纵向隔离板11的靠近馈电网络板20的侧面内凹形成沉台以与所述馈电网络板20之间形成间隙,从而避让馈电网络板20上的线路。此外,纵向隔离板11上可以设置沉台结构,以使纵向隔离板11和馈电网络板20之间形成间隙,避让线路。
优选地,所述隔离板结构本体一体注塑成型,如此,隔离板结构10稳定性高、一致性好。优选地,所述连接结构包括卡扣结构21,所述卡扣结构21包括与所述隔离板结构本体连接的连接部211和连接于所述连接部211的端部上的卡勾212。卡勾212用于与馈电网络板20上的卡孔201卡接。
优选地,所述卡勾212包括凸设于所述连接部211上的限位部2121和自所述限位部2121向远离所述隔离板结构本体的方向逐渐收缩的插接部2122。卡勾212形成为倒扣结构,便于卡装。
优选地,所述隔离板结构本体具有与馈电网络板20贴合的底面,所述隔离板结构本体上自其底面向内开设有凹槽110,所述连接部211连接于所述凹槽110的槽底面且所述卡勾212凸出于所述隔离板结构本体的底面。凹槽110的设置便于容置连接部211,提高隔离板结构10的一体化设置。
优选地,所述隔离板结构本体还包括两端板13,每所述端板13连接一所述纵向隔离板11的端部和另一所述纵向隔离板11的端部,所述卡扣结构21的数量为多个,多个所述卡扣结构21中至少两个对称设于两所述纵向隔离板11上、至少两个设于所述端板13上。
卡扣结构21分布于纵向隔离板11和端板13上,提高隔离板结构10和馈电网络板20的连接稳定性。
优选地,所述连接结构还包括连接于所述隔离板结构本体上用于与馈电网络板20上的定位孔配合的定位柱22。定位柱22和定位孔的配合进一步增加隔离板结构10和馈电网络板20的连接稳定性。
优选地,所述隔离板结构本体的表面形成有金属层。需要说明的是,隔离板本体本身也可以为金属结构。
本发明还提供一种天线100,包括馈电网络板20、多个呈阵列设置且连接于所述馈电网络板20上的天线振子30以及如上所述的隔离板结构10,所述隔离板结构10和所述馈电网络板20通过所述连接结构卡扣连接,每个所述天线振子30收容于相应的所述隔离腔101内。
综上,本发明提供的隔离板结构10为横纵格栅式,且一体注塑成型,用于将两个或三个天线振子30分为一组进行隔离,结构简单,组装方便快捷。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种隔离板结构,应用于天线阵列,并固定于天线阵列的馈电网络板,其特征在于,所述隔离板结构包括隔离板结构本体和设于所述隔离板结构本体上用于与馈电网络板连接的连接结构,所述隔离板结构本体包括两并行间隔设置的纵向隔离板,两所述纵向隔离板之间连接有若干条横向隔离板,若干条所述横向隔离板与两所述纵向隔离板限定出若干个用于容置单个天线振子且沿所述纵向隔离板的长度方向排布的隔离腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隔离板结构,其特征在于:每相邻两所述隔离腔之间通过两所述横向隔离板分隔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的隔离板结构,其特征在于:所述横向隔离板的靠近馈电网络板的侧面与所述馈电网络板间隔形成间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的隔离板结构,其特征在于:所述隔离板结构本体一体注塑成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的隔离板结构,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括与所述隔离板结构本体连接的连接部和连接于所述连接部的端部上的卡勾。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的隔离板结构,其特征在于:所述卡勾包括凸设于所述连接部上的限位部和自所述限位部向远离所述隔离板结构本体的方向逐渐收缩的插接部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的隔离板结构,其特征在于:所述隔离板结构本体具有与馈电网络板贴合的底面,所述隔离板结构本体上自其底面向内开设有凹槽,所述连接部连接于所述凹槽的槽底面且所述卡勾凸出于所述隔离板结构本体的底面。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的隔离板结构,其特征在于:所述隔离板结构本体还包括两端板,每所述端板连接一所述纵向隔离板的端部和另一所述纵向隔离板的端部,所述卡扣结构的数量为多个,多个所述卡扣结构中至少两个对称设于两所述纵向隔离板上、至少两个设于所述端板上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的隔离板结构,其特征在于:所述连接结构还包括连接于所述隔离板结构本体上用于与馈电网络板上的定位孔配合的定位柱。
  10. 一种天线,其特征在于,包括馈电网络板、多个呈阵列设置且连接于所述馈电网络板上的天线振子以及如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的隔离板结构,所述隔离板结构和所述馈电网络板通过所述连接结构卡扣连接,每个所述天线振子收容于相应的所述隔离腔内。
