Abstract
본 발명은 고온 저장 특성이 우수한 리튬이온 이차전지용 양극 활물질, 리튬이온 이차전지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 화학식 1로 표시되는 리튬 복합 금속산화물을 포함하되, 타원형 1차 입자와 구형 1차 입자가 혼재된, 리튬이온 이차전지용 양극 활물질일 수 있다: [화학식 1] LiaNixCoyMzO2, 여기서, 0.90≤a≤1.1, 0.8≤x≤0.96, 0.02≤y≤0.20, 0.02≤z≤0.20 이고, M은 Mn, Al, Mg, Ti, Zr, Fe, V, Si 및 Sn으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함한다.
