Claims (10)
- 가입자가 보유한 차량에 관한 정보를 저장하는 차량 정보 저장부;차량을 수리하기 위한 정비소에 관한 정보를 저장하는 정비소 정보 저장부;가입자의 차량 수리에 대하여 발생하는 수리비용을 보상하기 위해 해당 차량과 관련하여 보험사에 가입한 수리비용보상보험에 관한 정보를 저장하는 보험 정보 저장부;가입자로부터 차량에 대한 수리 요청을 수신하는 수리 요청 수신부;상기 수리 요청이 수신된 차량을 수리하기 위한 정비소를 선택하여 가입자에게 상기 선택된 정비소에 관한 정보를 전송하는 정비소 할당부;상기 수리 요청이 수신된 차량의 수리 예정을 알리는 차량 수리 예정 메시지를 보험사에 전송하는 보험사 메시지 전송부; 및상기 선택된 정비소에서 상기 수리 요청이 수신된 차량의 수리 완료를 통보받으면, 가입자에게 차량의 수리 완료를 알리는 차량 수리 완료 메시지를 전송하는 가입자 메시지 전송부를 포함하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 차량 정보 저장부는:가입자가 보유한 차량의 차량번호, 제조사, 차종, 서비스 가입일, 서비스 가입 시 주행거리, 연장보증기간, 연장보증 주행거리 및 서비스 가입비를 저장하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 정비소 정보 저장부는:정비소의 주소 및 연락처를 저장하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 정비소 할당부는:가입자의 위치와 상기 정비소 정보 저장부에 저장된 정비소의 주소를 기반으로 가입자로부터 가장 가까운 정비소를 차량을 수리하기 위한 정비소로 선택하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 보험 정보 저장부는:수리비용보상보험의 증권번호, 가입대상 차량정보 및 보험 보장기간을 저장하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 정비소 할당부는:가입자로부터 상기 선택된 정비소를 수락하는 응답을 수신하면, 상기 선택된 정비소에 상기 수리 요청이 수신된 차량에 관한 정보 및 해당 차량에 대한 수리비용보상보험에 관한 정보를 전송하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 수리 요청 수신부는:차량 연장 보증 서비스에 가입하고자 하는 사용자로부터 서비스의 가입을 위한 서비스 가입 신청을 수신하고,상기 정비소 할당부는:상기 서비스 가입 신청이 수신된 사용자의 차량을 진단하기 위한 정비소를 선택하여 사용자에게 상기 선택된 정비소에 관한 정보를 전송하고,상기 선택된 정비소로부터 차량을 진단하여 획득한 차량에 관한 정보를 수신하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 정비소 할당부는:상기 선택된 정비소로부터 차량의 운행기간, 누적주행거리 및 기 결정된 차량 부품의 하자 여부를 수신하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치.
- 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 장치가 차량 연장 보증 서비스에 가입한 가입자에게 차량 연장 보증 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,가입자로부터 차량에 대한 수리 요청을 수신하는 단계;상기 수리 요청이 수신된 차량을 수리하기 위한 정비소를 선택하는 단계;가입자에게 상기 선택된 정비소에 관한 정보를 전송하는 단계;상기 수리 요청이 수신된 차량의 수리 예정을 알리는 차량 수리 예정 메시지를 보험사에 전송하는 단계; 및상기 선택된 정비소에서 상기 수리 요청이 수신된 차량의 수리 완료를 통보받으면, 가입자에게 차량의 수리 완료를 알리는 차량 수리 완료 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 방법.
- 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체에 있어서,청구항 9에 따른 차량 연장 보증 서비스 제공 방법을 컴퓨터로 실행하는 프로그램이 기록된 기록 매체.
