本发明第一种安装结构的进一步方案为:所述弹性连接件12自固定凸点11向干扰抑制器5呈倾斜的弧线延伸设置,所述弧线向远离干扰抑制器5的方向凸出弯曲,使位于弧线弯曲顶部的固定凸点11在弹力作用下支撑所述加强件3;优选的,所述固定凸点11与加强件3的连接位点略高于限位块210的限位块卡槽211设置,所述限位块卡槽211的厚度大于所述第一通孔311边缘的壁厚。
上述方案中,所述弹性连接件12自固定凸点11向周围呈倾斜弧线形设置,使得固定凸点11位于弧形弯曲的顶端,在弹性连接件12自身具有弹力的基础上,将其按一定角度弯曲的设置可进一步增加所述弹性连接件12的形变力,使其对弧形顶端的固定凸点11形成进一步的支撑。在本发明的一种优选实施方案中,可适当拓宽限位块210的卡槽厚度使其大于加强件3第一通孔311边缘的壁厚,此设计有助于操作人员将限位块210的卡槽轻松卡入加强件3;与此同时将固定凸点11的沟槽位置略高于所述限位块卡槽211设置,这样在加强件与弹性连接部1相连后,固定凸点11下压弹性连接件12使其产生反作用力,所述反作用力作用于限位块210的限位块卡槽211,使限位块卡槽211内的一侧与第一通孔311边缘紧密止抵。
本发明第一种安装结构的进一步方案为:所述弹性连接部1包括设于固定凸点11两侧的两组相互平行的弹性连接件12;优选的,所述弹性连接件12的延伸方向垂直于加强件3的长度方向;优选的,所述弹性连接件12在弧线弯曲的顶部朝向所述固定凸点11弯折设置。
上述方案中,弹性连接件12在其延长方向上与干扰抑制器5固定连接,因此固定凸点11受刚性固定连接的影响,在弹性连接件12的所述延长方向上可获得的形变量较小,而在垂直于所述弹性连接件12的方向上可获得较大的形变量。因此优选将弹性连接件12的延伸方向垂直于加强件3的长度方向设置,使弹性连接件12产生较大形变量的一侧所带来的较大弹力对限位块210实现止抵。而弹性连接件12在靠近固定凸点11处朝向其弯折设置,则可加强固定凸点11周边的结构强度,延长弹性结构的使用寿命。
本发明第一种安装结构的进一步方案为:设于干扰抑制器5轴向顶部的所述安装结构与所述加强件3相连,使干扰抑制器5竖直挂设于加强件3下方;干扰抑制器5轴向的底部设有接线端子;优选的,干扰抑制器5底部设有环绕所述接线端子的挡水边51。
上述方案中,不同于现有技术中水平设置的干扰抑制器,本发明将干扰抑制器5竖直挂设于加强件3的下方,避免干扰抑制器5早洗涤程序过程中长时间收到冷凝水或水汽的侵蚀。优选在干扰抑制器5的接线端子周围环绕设置挡水边51,避免水汽或水滴进入端子引起短路,提高了该部件的电气安全性能。
本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,包括如上所述的第一种干扰抑制器的安装结构。洗衣机大容积内外筒的发展趋势导致机内的可利用空间越来越少,电器件的安装位置进一步受限,本发明采用隐藏式安装将在箱体加强件内侧,能够有效提升内部空间利用率和放置干涉。
本发明提供的第二种干扰抑制器的安装结构中,所述安装结构设于干扰抑制器5上,并与洗衣机的加强件3相连,所述安装结构包括:弹性连接部1,与所述加强件3相连,且在多个方向上具有弹性形变;限位卡220,卡入所述加强件3设置,在所述弹性连接部1的弹力作用下与加强件3相限位止抵。
上述方案中,所述弹性连接部1弹性约束所述干扰抑制器5与所述加强件3的相对位置,同时所述弹性连接部1的形变回弹力还实现了对限位卡220的止抵。即本发明利用弹性连接部1中弹性部件在多个方向上的弹性形变,使限位卡220受弹力作用与加强件3紧密连接。具体在干扰抑制器5的装配工艺中,采用先将限位卡220与加强件3卡接,再安装弹性连接部1的方式,可在不使用螺钉的情况下实现干扰抑制器5与加强件3的固定连接,并且所述弹性连接部1具有一定吸收洗衣机震动的能力,延长了干扰抑制器5的使用寿命。
本发明第二种安装结构的进一步方案为:所述弹性连接部1与限位卡220沿加强件3的长度方向排列设置,或者垂直于加强件3的长度方向并排设置;优选的,所述弹性连接部1垂直于加强件3的长度方向并排设于限位卡220下方。
上述方案中,本发明的弹性连接部1可在多个方向上产生形变,而限位卡220也具有多种设置方式。因此根据不同的加强件3结构余量,本发明的弹性连接部1和限位卡220也可沿加强件3的长度方向依次排列设置,或垂直于加强件3的长度方向并排设置。其中需要对弹性连接部1的安装方向进行对应调整,使其对限位卡220产生较强的止抵作用,以增加干扰抑制器5与加强件3的安装牢度。
本发明第二种安装结构的进一步方案为:所述限位卡220设有部分卡入加强件3的卡接结构;优选的,所述限位卡220设有以相同方向卡入加强件3的至少两个卡接结构;更优选的,所述卡接结构均沿加强件3的长度方向设置。
上述方案中,限位卡220可在弹性连接部1未安装的情况下实现将干扰抑制器5卡入加强件3设置。其中一个较佳的实施方式是设置两个以相同方向卡入加强件3的卡接结构,可部分限制干扰抑制器5在加强件3上沿所述卡接结构设置方向的位移,而这种卡接结构在弹性连接部1的弹力作用下,可进一步提高连接牢度。本发明的另一个较佳实施方式中,由于干扰抑制器5是沿自身轴向垂直挂设于加强件3上,因此所述限位卡220的卡接结构沿加强件3的长度方向卡入所述加强件3设置,以减少干扰抑制器5在轴向上的震动位移。
本发明第二种安装结构的进一步方案为:所述限位卡220包括若干朝向加强件3凸出设置的凸台224,所述各凸台224的凸出端设有卡入加强件3第二通孔312且朝向相同的卡爪222;优选的,卡爪222的长度大于凸台224的宽度;优选的,干扰抑制器5设有竖直向上延伸的连接板4,限位卡220自所述连接板4的一侧面朝向加强件3第二通孔312凸出设置凸台224,所述第二通孔312设于加强件3竖直向下弯折的侧壁33上;更优选的,所述连接板4顶部与加强件3顶壁34下侧相固定连接。
上述方案中,所述卡接结构包括卡爪222,在安装时先将若干卡爪222滑入与其对应的加强件3第二通孔312,使卡爪222卡入第二通孔312实现卡接,此时将弹性连接部1与加强件3相连,利用其弹力保持限位卡220与加强件3的止抵。同理,拆卸时可将上述安装流程反向执行,简化了拆卸流程,也便于零部件的检修更换。洗衣机内的箱体加强件常包括平行于水平面的顶壁以及向下弯折的侧壁,本发明的干扰抑制器5优选设置在加强件3向下弯折的侧壁33上,因此需要在干扰抑制器5上竖直设置连接板4,并且将限位卡220与弹性连接部1设置在所述连接板4朝向加强件3的一侧面上,从而实现干扰抑制器5挂设在加强件3上。此外,连接板4与干扰抑制器5顶面相连处设有若干加强筋41。
本发明第二种安装结构的进一步方案为:连接板4与圆筒状干扰抑制器5及其上的圆弧加强筋42与上文所述第一种安装结构中对应技术特征的设置方式一致。
本发明第二种安装结构的进一步方案为:所述凸台224还包括与卡爪222相邻设置的限位卡槽221,所述限位卡槽221在所述弹性连接部1的弹力作用下与加强件3的第二通孔312边缘相止抵;优选的,环绕所述限位卡220设置的包边构成限位卡220的加强肋223。

本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,具有上述第三种安装结构的干扰抑制器,能以竖直的方式装配到洗衣机上,有效地防止冷凝水或水汽进入到干扰抑制器内部,提高了使用安全性。所述外壳内设有加强件,所述加强件上设有与所述第一卡接部连接的第二定位孔以及与所述第二卡接部连接的第二通孔。所述第二定位孔设于加强件的顶壁,与卡接板相定位连接。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供的干扰抑制器安装结构包括与加强件相连的限位结构,以及对限位结构施加弹力使其与加强件紧密止抵的弹性连接部,此方案免去螺钉也可实现干扰抑制器与加强件的紧密连接,并且所述弹性连接部还可吸收洗衣机使用中的震动,延长干扰抑制器的使用寿命;
2.本发明提供的干扰抑制器安装结构,限位结构采用差异化卡接行程设置,在装配过程中通过滑动卡接实现限位结构与加强件的连接,在此基础上安装弹性连接部进一步实现对限位结构对加强件的止抵,极大地简化了安装流程;此外,将上述流程反向执行即可实现拆卸,简化了零部件的检修更换;
3.本发明提供的干扰抑制器安装结构实现了干扰抑制器竖直隐藏吊设于加强件内侧,一方面减少了干扰抑制器长期受到冷凝水或水汽侵蚀的风险,另一方面节省了洗衣机内的空间,提高洗衣机空间利用率的同时减少了放置干涉;

如图1~6所示,本发明所提供的第一种干扰抑制器的安装结构中,所述安装结构包括同时与洗衣机加强件相连的弹性连接部与限位块,所述弹性连接部利用自身弹性形变在多个方向上产生的弹力,实现限位块与加强件的紧密连接,摒弃了现有技术中的螺钉连接,简化了装配流程;并且弹性连接部在洗衣机的运行过程中可吸收大量震动,延长了干扰抑制器的使用寿命。实施例1-3为所述第三种干扰抑制器安装结构的具体实施方式。
实施例1
本实施例中,如图1所示,提供了一种干扰抑制器的安装结构,所述安装结构设于干扰抑制器5上,并与洗衣机的加强件3相连,所述安装结构包括:弹性连接部1,与所述加强件3相连,且在多个方向上具有弹性形变;限位块210,至少一侧卡入所述加强件3设置,在所述弹性连接部1的弹力作用下与加强件3相限位止抵。所述弹性连接部1弹性约束所述干扰抑制器5与所述加强件3的相对位置,同时所述弹性连接部1的形变回弹力还实现了对限位块210的止抵。即本发明利用弹性连接部1中弹性部件在多个方向上的弹性形变,使限位块210受弹力作用与加强件3紧密连接。具体在干扰抑制器5的装配工艺中,采用先将限位块210与加强件3卡接,再安装弹性连接部1的方式,可在不使用螺钉的情况下实现干扰抑制器5与加强件3的固定连接,并且所述弹性连接部1具有一定吸收洗衣机震动的能力,延长了干扰抑制器5的使用寿命。

本实施例中,所述限位块210的至少一侧设有卡入加强件3的卡接结构;优选的,所述限位块210相对的两侧分别设有卡入加强件3的卡接结构。限位块210可在弹性连接部1未安装的情况下实现将干扰抑制器5卡入加强件3设置。其中一个较佳的实施方式是在限位块210相对的两侧分别设置卡入加强件3的卡接结构,限制了干扰抑制器5在加强件3上的沿所述卡接结构设置方向的位移,也使限位块210与加强件3的卡接较为紧密。
本实施例中,设于限位块210相对两侧的卡接结构具有相异的卡接行程。为了简化干扰抑制器5与加强件3的装配过程,对限位块210两侧的卡接结构采用差异化设置,其中一侧卡接结构的卡接行程较长,在安装时先将其滑入加强件3的第一通孔311,使其顶住第一通孔311边缘实现卡接,之后可轻松地将整个限位块210放入第一通孔311内,再向另一侧滑动,使卡接行程较短的卡接结构也与第一通孔311的边缘相卡接,此时将弹性连接部1与加强件3相连,利用其弹力保持限位块210与加强件3的止抵。同理,拆卸时可将上述安装流程反向执行,简化了拆卸流程,也便于零部件的检修更换。
本实施例中,如图4所示,所述弹性连接部1包括与加强件3相连的固定凸点11,以及自所述固定凸点11向干扰抑制器5延伸设置的若干弹性连接件12,所述固定凸点11的空间位置被约束在所述各弹性连接件12的形变范围内。所述弹性连接部1中设置的若干弹性连接件12根据安装方式的不同具有不同的形变程度,多个弹性连接件12均与所述固定凸点11相连,因此也使得所述多个弹性连接件12的形变量形成相互作用,限制了固定凸点11的位移范围。本发明中的固定凸点11与加强件3上的第一定位孔321对应连接,优选在固定凸点11的外周设置与第一定位孔321相卡接的沟槽,实现弹性连接部1与加强件3的连接。
本实施例中,如图4所示,所述弹性连接件12自固定凸点11向干扰抑制器5呈倾斜的弧线延伸设置,所述弧线向远离干扰抑制器5的方向凸出弯曲,使位于弧线弯曲顶部的固定凸点11在弹力作用下支撑所述加强件3。所述弹性连接件12自固定凸点11向周围呈倾斜弧线形设置,使得固定凸点11位于弧形弯曲的顶端,在弹性连接件12自身具有弹力的基础上,将其按一定角度弯曲的设置可进一步增加所述弹性连接件12的形变力,使其对弧形顶端的固定凸点11形成进一步的支撑。
本实施例中,所述弹性连接部1包括设于固定凸点11两侧的两组相互平行的弹性连接件12。本实施例中,如图1和2所示,设于干扰抑制器5轴向顶部的所述安装结构与所述加强件3相连,使干扰抑制器5竖直挂设于加强件3下方。不同于现有技术中水平设置的干扰抑制器,本发明将干扰抑制器5竖直挂设于加强件3的下方,避免干扰抑制器5早洗涤程序过程中长时间收到冷凝水或水汽的侵蚀。
实施例2
本实施例是在实施例1的基础上对本发明所提供的第一种干扰抑制器安装结构的进一步说明:
本实施例中,如图4所示,所述限位块210相对的两侧分别设有卡入加强件3的卡接结构,设于所述限位块210相对两侧的卡接结构沿加强件3的长度方向设置。在限位块210相对的两侧分别设置卡入加强件3的卡接结构,限制了干扰抑制器5在加强件3上的沿所述卡接结构设置方向的位移,也使限位块210与加强件3的卡接较为紧密。而这种在限位块210相对两侧设置的卡接结构在弹性连接部1的弹力作用下,可进一步提高连接牢度。本实施例中,由于干扰抑制器5是沿自身轴向垂直挂设于加强件3上,因此所述限位块210两侧的卡接结构沿加强件3的长度方向设置,以减少干扰抑制器5在轴向上的震动位移。
本实施例中,在加强件3长度方向上远离弹性连接部1的卡接结构具有较大的卡接行程。靠近弹性连接部1一侧的卡接结构,可利用弹力牵引使其较短的卡接行程与第一通孔311边缘相紧密止抵。
本实施例中,如图3和4所示,所述限位块210朝向加强件3凸出设置,在靠近凸出端的相对两侧分别设有与加强件3第一通孔311边缘相卡接的限位块卡槽211,所述相对两侧的限位块卡槽211的深度相异;所述干扰抑制器5设有竖直向上延伸的连接板4,限位块210自所述连接板4的一侧面朝向加强件3第一通孔311凸出设置,所述第一通孔311设于加强件3竖直向下弯折的侧壁33上;所述连接板4顶部与加强件3顶壁34下侧相固定连接。所述卡接结构采用了卡槽的形式,所述限位块卡槽211设置在限位块210凸台的顶部两侧,且具有不同的深度,以便于限位块210的凸台卡入加强件3的第一通孔311设置。洗衣机内的箱体加强件常包括平行于水平面的顶壁以及向下弯折的侧壁,本发明的干扰抑制器5优选设置在加强件3向下弯折的侧壁33上,因此需要在干扰抑制器5上竖直设置连接板4,并且将限位块210与弹性连接部1设置在所述连接板4朝向加强件3的一侧面上,从而实现干扰抑制器5隐藏挂设在加强件3上。此外,连接板4与干扰抑制器5顶面相连处设有若干加强筋41。
本实施例中,如图5所示,连接板4与圆筒状干扰抑制器5的一侧一体成型,所述连接板4的凸出部分自圆筒状干扰抑制器的顶面向上延伸形成板状连接结构,所述连接板4与干扰抑制器5筒身的连接部分设有一体成型的多层圆弧加强筋42,所述圆弧加强筋42与干扰抑制器5筒身的弧度相对应设置。
本实施例中,所述固定凸点11与加强件3的连接位点略高于限位块210的限位块卡槽211设置,所述限位块卡槽211的厚度大于所述第一通孔311边缘的壁厚。适当拓宽了限位块210的卡槽厚度使其大于加强件3第一通孔311边缘的壁厚,此设计有助于操作人员将限位块210的卡槽轻松卡入加强件3;与此同时将固定凸点11的沟槽位置略高于所述限位块卡槽211设置,这样在加强件与弹性连接部1相连后,固定凸点11下压弹性连接件12使其产生反作用力,所述反作用力作用于限位块210的限位块卡槽211,使限位块卡槽211内的一侧与第一通孔311边缘紧密止抵。
本实施例中,如图1和2所示,所述弹性连接件12的延伸方向垂直于加强件3的长度方向;所述弹性连接件12在弧线弯曲的顶部朝向所述固定凸点11弯折设置。弹性连接件12在其延长方向上与干扰抑制器5固定连接,因此固定凸点11受刚性固定连接的影响,在弹性连接件12的所述延长方向上可获得的形变量较小,而在垂直于所述弹性连接件12的方向上可获得较大的形变量。因此优选将弹性连接件12的延伸方向垂直于加强件3的长度方向设置,使弹性连接件12产生较大形变量的一侧所带来的较大弹力对限位块210实现止抵。而弹性连接件12在靠近固定凸点11处朝向其弯折设置,则可加强固定凸点11周边的结构强度,延长弹性结构的使用寿命。
本实施例中,如图6所示,干扰抑制器5轴向的底部设有接线端子;干扰抑制器5底部设有环绕所述接线端子的挡水边51。本实施例中,在干扰抑制器5的接线端子周围环绕设置挡水边51,避免水汽或水滴进入端子引起短路,提高了该部件的电气安全性能。

实施例3
本实施例中,提供了一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括如实施例1或2所述的第一种干扰抑制器及其安装结构。
如图7~12所示,本发明所提供的第二种干扰抑制器安装结构中,包括同时与洗衣机加强件相连的弹性连接部与限位卡,所述弹性连接部利用自身弹性形变在多个方向上产生的弹力,实现限位卡与加强件的紧密连接,摒弃了现有技术中的螺钉连接,简化了装配流程;并且弹性连接部在洗衣机的运行过程中可吸收大量震动,延长了干扰抑制器的使用寿命。实施例4-6为所述第三种干扰抑制器安装结构的具体实施方式
实施例4
本实施例中,如图7所示,提供了一种干扰抑制器的安装结构,所述安装结构设于干扰抑制器5上,并与洗衣机的加强件3相连,所述安装结构包括:弹性连接部1,与所述加强件3相连,且在多个方向上具有弹性形变;限位卡220,卡入所述加强件3设置,在所述弹性连接部1的弹力作用下与加强件3相限位止抵。所述弹性连接部1弹性约束所述干扰抑制器5与所述加强件3的相对位置,同时所述弹性连接部1的形变回弹力还实现了对限位卡220的止抵。即本发明利用弹性连接部1中弹性部件在多个方向上的弹性形变,使限位卡220受弹力作用与加强件3紧密连接。具体在干扰抑制器5的装配工艺中,采用先将限位卡220与加强件3卡接,再安装弹性连接部1的方式,可在不使用螺钉的情况下实现干扰抑制器5与加强件3的固定连接,并且所述弹性连接部1具有一定吸收洗衣机震动的能力,延长了干扰抑制器5的使用寿命。
本实施例中,所述弹性连接部1与限位卡220沿加强件3的长度方向排列设置,或者垂直于加强件3的长度方向并排设置。本发明的弹性连接部1可在多个方向上产生形变,而限位卡220也具有多种设置方式。因此根据不同的加强件3结构余量,本发明的弹性连接部1和限位卡220也可沿加强件3的长度方向依次排列设置,或垂直于加强件3的长度方向并排设置。其中需要对弹性连接部1的安装方向进行对应调整,使其对限位卡220产生较强的止抵作用,以增加干扰抑制器5与加强件3的安装牢度。
本实施例中,所述限位卡220设有部分卡入加强件3的卡接结构。限位卡220可在弹性连接部1未安装的情况下实现将干扰抑制器5卡入加强件3设置。其中一个较佳的实施方式是设置两个以相同方向卡入加强件3的卡接结构,可部分限制干扰抑制器5在加强件3上沿所述卡接结构设置方向的位移,而这种卡接结构在弹性连接部1的弹力作用下,可进一步提高连接牢度。
本实施例中,所述限位卡220包括若干朝向加强件3凸出设置的凸台224,所述各凸台224的凸出端设有卡入加强件3第二通孔312且朝向相同的卡爪222。所述卡接结构包括卡爪222,在安装时先将若干卡爪222滑入与其对应的加强件3第二通孔312,使卡爪222卡入第二通孔312实现卡接,此时将弹性连接部1与加强件3相连,利用其弹力保持限位卡220与加强件3的止抵。同理,拆卸时可将上述安装流程反向执行,简化了拆卸流程,也便于零部件的检修更换。
本实施例中,所述凸台224还包括与卡爪222相邻设置的限位卡槽221,所述限位卡槽221在所述弹性连接部1的弹力作用下与加强件3的第二通孔312边缘相止抵。所述卡接结构还包括限位卡槽221,所述限位卡槽221设置于卡爪222靠近凸台224的内侧,在卡爪222滑入所述第二通孔312后,可进一步将第二通孔312边缘卡入所述限位卡槽221。所述限位卡220包括凸台224及设于凸台224凸出端的卡爪222,以及由凸台224与卡爪222之间的狭缝构成的限位卡槽221。
本实施例中,如图10所示,所述弹性连接部1包括与加强件3相连的固定凸点11,以及自所述固定凸点11向干扰抑制器5延伸设置的若干弹性连接件12,所述固定凸点11的空间位置被约束在所述各弹性连接件12的形变范围内。
本实施例中,所述弹性连接部1中设置的若干弹性连接件12根据安装方式的不同具有不同的形变程度,多个弹性连接件12均与所述固定凸点11相连,因此也使得所述多个弹性连接件12的形变量形成相互作用,限制了固定凸点11的位移范围。本发明中的固定凸点11与加强件3上的第一定位孔321对应连接,优选在固定凸点11的外周设置与第一定位孔321相卡接的沟槽,实现弹性连接部1与加强件3的连接。
本实施例中,所述弹性连接件12自固定凸点11向干扰抑制器5呈倾斜的弧线延伸设置,所述弧线向远离干扰抑制器5的方向凸出弯曲,使位于弧线弯曲顶部的固定凸点11在弹力作用下支撑所述加强件3。
本实施例中,所述弹性连接件12自固定凸点11向周围呈倾斜弧线形设置,使得固定凸点11位于弧形弯曲的顶端,在弹性连接件12自身具有弹力的基础上,将其按一定角度弯曲的设置可进一步增加所述弹性连接件12的形变力,使其对弧形顶端的固定凸点11形成进一步的支撑。
本实施例中,所述弹性连接部1包括设于固定凸点11两侧的两组相互平行的弹性连接件12。本实施例中,如图7和8所示,设于干扰抑制器5轴向顶部的所述安装结构与所述加强件3相连,使干扰抑制器5竖直挂设于加强件3下方。不同于现有技术中水平设置的干扰抑制器,本发明将干扰抑制器5竖直挂设于加强件3的下方,避免干扰抑制器5早洗涤程序过程中长时间收到冷凝水或水汽的侵蚀。

本实施例是在实施例4的基础上对本发明所提供第二种干扰抑制器安装结构的进一步说明:
本实施例中,如图10所示,所述弹性连接部1垂直于加强件3的长度方向并排设于限位卡220下方。
本实施例中,如图10所示,所述限位卡220设有以相同方向卡入加强件3的两个卡接结构;所述卡接结构均沿加强件3的长度方向设置。
本实施例中,限位卡220可在弹性连接部1未安装的情况下实现将干扰抑制器5卡入加强件3设置。设置两个以相同方向卡入加强件3的卡接结构,可部分限制干扰抑制器5在加强件3上沿所述卡接结构设置方向的位移,而这种卡接结构在弹性连接部1的弹力作用下,可进一步提高连接牢度。此外,由于干扰抑制器5是沿自身轴向垂直挂设于加强件3上,因此所述限位卡220的卡接结构沿加强件3的长度方向卡入所述加强件3设置,以减少干扰抑制器5在轴向上的震动位移。
本实施例中,如图9和10所示,所述限位卡220包括两个朝向加强件3凸出设置的凸台224,所述两个凸台224的凸出端设有卡入加强件3第二通孔312且朝向相同的卡爪222;卡爪222的长度大于凸台224的宽度;干扰抑制器5设有竖直向上延伸的连接板4,限位卡220自所述连接板4的一侧面朝向加强件3第二通孔312凸出设置凸台224,所述第二通孔312设于加强件3竖直向下弯折的侧壁33上;所述连接板4顶部与加强件3顶壁34下侧相固定连接。
本实施例中,洗衣机内的箱体加强件常包括平行于水平面的顶壁以及向下弯折的侧壁,本发明的干扰抑制器5优选设置在加强件3向下弯折的侧壁33上,因此需要在干扰抑制器5上竖直设置连接板4,并且将限位卡220与弹性连接部1设置在所述连接板4朝向加强件3的一侧面上,从而实现干扰抑制器5挂设在加强件3上。此外,连接板4与干扰抑制器5顶面相连处设有若干加强筋41。
本实施例中,如图11所示,连接板4与圆筒状干扰抑制器5的一侧一体成型,所述连接板4的凸出部分自圆筒状干扰抑制器的顶面向上延伸形成板状连接结构,所述连接板4与干扰抑制器5筒身的连接部分设有一体成型的多层圆弧加强筋42,所述圆弧加强筋42与干扰抑制器5筒身的弧度相对应设置。
本实施例中,如图10所示,环绕所述限位卡220设置的包边构成限位卡220的加强肋223。
本实施例中,所述限位卡220包括凸台224及设于凸台224凸出端的卡爪222,以及由凸台224与卡爪222之间的狭缝构成的限位卡槽221,上述结构均可由自干扰抑制器5凸出的片状结构和包围所述片状结构的包边共同构成,由于所述包边设置在限位卡220边缘,还起到了加强限位卡220结构强度的作用,即为加强肋223。
本实施例中,所述固定凸点11与加强件3的连接位点略高于限位卡220的限位卡槽221设置,所述限位卡槽221的厚度大于所述第二通孔312边缘的壁厚。
本实施例中,适当拓宽了限位卡220的卡槽厚度使其大于加强件3第二通孔312边缘的壁厚,此设计有助于操作人员轻松实现限位卡槽221与第二通孔312边缘的插接;与此同时将固定凸点11的沟槽位置略高于所述限位卡槽221设置,这样在加强件与弹性连接部1相连后,固定凸点11下压弹性连接件12使其产生反作用力,所述反作用力作用于限位卡220的限位卡槽221,使限位卡槽221内的一侧与第二通孔312边缘紧密止抵。
本实施例中,如图10所示,所述弹性连接件12的延伸方向平行于加强件3的长度方向;所述弹性连接件12在弧线弯曲的顶部朝向所述固定凸点11弯折设置。
本实施例中,弹性连接件12在其延长方向上与干扰抑制器5固定连接,因此固定凸点11受刚性固定连接的影响,在弹性连接件12的所述延长方向上可获得的形变量较小,而在垂直于所述弹性连接件12的方向上可获得较大的形变量。因此优选将弹性连接件12的延伸方向平行于加强件3的长度方向设置,使弹 性连接件12产生较大形变量的一侧所带来的较大弹力对限位卡220实现止抵。而弹性连接件12在靠近固定凸点11处朝向其弯折设置,则可加强固定凸点11周边的结构强度,延长弹性结构的使用寿命。
本实施例中,如图12所示,干扰抑制器5轴向的底部设有接线端子;干扰抑制器5底部设有环绕所述接线端子的挡水边51。本实施例中,在干扰抑制器5的接线端子周围环绕设置挡水边51,避免水汽或水滴进入端子引起短路,提高了该部件的电气安全性能。

实施例6
本实施例中,提供了一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括如实施例4或5所述的第二种干扰抑制器及其安装结构。
如图13~23所示,本发明提供了第三种干扰抑制器的安装结构,实施例7-10为所述第三种干扰抑制器安装结构的具体实施方式。
实施例7
本实施例提供第三种安装结构的干扰抑制器,应用于洗衣机中,能够自上而下地插接装配到洗衣机上,结构简单,不仅方便安装到洗衣机上,提高了安装效率和装配可靠性,还能使干扰抑制器竖向装配到洗衣机上,有效地防止冷凝水或水汽进入到干扰抑制器内部,提高了使用安全性。
具体地,图13和图14所示的是干扰抑制器的结构图。如图13和图14所示,该干扰抑制器包括用于与洗衣机配合连接的安装部,安装部包括上下间隔设置的第一卡接部和第二卡接部,第二卡接部用于水平滑动插接在洗衣机上并限制干扰抑制器沿与插接相反的方向移动;第一卡接部用于在第二卡接部与洗衣机连接后由上至下与洗衣机连接并限制第二卡接部滑动。在干扰抑制器的壳体52上设置第一卡接部和第二卡接部方便将干扰抑制器安装到洗衣机上,能将干扰抑制器以自上而下的方式插接装配到洗衣机上,结构简单,且装配可靠性高。干扰抑制器通过第一卡接部和第二卡接部能以竖直的方向装配到洗衣机上,有效地防止冷凝水或水汽进入到干扰抑制器内部,提高了干扰抑制器使用的安全性。
在本实施例中,如图13所示,干扰抑制器的壳体52为圆柱形壳体,为了便于在壳体52上设置安装部,提高干扰抑制器的结构强度,安装部包括连接板4,连接板4的一端与壳体52的端面连接,且连接板4置于壳体52端面的中部位置,连接板4的同一侧设置第一卡接部和第二卡接部。第一卡接部和第二卡接部设置在连接板4的同一侧,便于将第一卡接部和第二卡接部与洗衣机连接,提高了安装效率。连接板4设置在壳体52的端面中部位置,在将干扰抑制器安装到洗衣机上后,干扰抑制器的部分结构嵌入到洗衣机的安装结构内部,减少了干扰抑制器在安装到洗衣机上时的占用空间。
继续参照图13,为了提高连接板4与壳体52的连接强度,连接板4与第一卡接部相对的一侧设有加强筋41,加强筋41的一端与连接板4连接,加强筋41的另一端与壳体52的端面连接。优选地,加强筋41的形状为三角形,加强筋41的一个边与连接板4连接,加强筋41的另一个边与壳体52的端面连接,进一步地提高了连接板4与壳体52的连接强度,还降低了干扰抑制器的整体重量。
在本实施例中,如图14所示,第一卡接部固定于连接板4在宽度方向上的中部。具体地,第一卡接部包括L形的卡接板240,卡接板240的一端与连接板4连接,卡接板240的另一端沿与壳体52的端面平行的方向延伸。优选地,卡接板240与连接板4和壳体52相对的一端的端部连接。卡接板240上设有限位件,限位件用于与洗衣机连接。在干扰抑制器安装于洗衣机上时,第一卡接部限制壳体52不向下移动,使干扰抑制器不脱离洗衣机。优选地,为了提高卡接板240与连接板4的连接强度,卡接板240与连接板4一体连接。
进一步地,限位件包括开设在卡接板240与壳体52的端面平行的横板上的固定孔241,在干扰抑制器安装在洗衣机上,通过连接件穿设固定孔241与洗衣机连接,使干扰抑制器安装在洗衣机上。固定孔241设置在卡接板240的横板上,实现了由上至下安装干扰抑制器,便于安装连接件,符合装配人体工学原理,还提高了第一卡接部与洗衣机的连接稳定性。
在本实施例中,第二卡接部设置在连接板4上。具体地,继续参照图14,第二卡接部包括至少一个卡块230,卡块230呈L形,卡块230的一端与连接板4连接,且卡块230的另一端沿与壳体52端面平行的方向延伸,卡块230设置于卡接板240的下方,且卡块230与连接板4一体连接,提高了卡块230与连接板4的连接强度。在安装时,卡接板240的表面与洗衣机的安装面接触同时将卡块230与洗衣机连接,且在水平方向上调整干扰抑制器的位置,使卡块230的另一端卡接在洗衣机上,再通过连接件穿设固定孔241和开设在洗衣机上的安装孔,实现了干扰抑制器的安装。卡块230限制了壳体52在与卡块230插接相反的方向上的移动,该结构简单,方便安装。
进一步地,卡块230设有两个,两个卡块230的另一端延伸的方向相同,且两个卡块230相对第一卡接部对称设置,提高了壳体52与洗衣机连接的稳定性和连接强度。
第一卡接部和第二卡接部的设置实现了干扰抑制器自上而下的装配方法,安装方法符合人体工学设计,能很好地提升装配效率,并且实现了干扰抑制器的竖向安装,有效避免了冷凝水或水汽进入到干扰抑制器内部。
在本实施例中,干扰抑制器5的壳体52的至少一个端部沿周向设有挡水边51。优选地,壳体52与安装部相对的一端端部沿周向设有挡水边51,挡水边51的一端与壳体52连接,挡水边51的另一端沿壳体52的轴向延伸。挡水边51可以保护设置在壳体52端部的接线端部不与冷凝水或水汽直接接触,有效地避免了连接线路的短路,提高了使用的安全性。
实施例8
本实施例提供了一种洗衣机,洗衣机内安装有实施例7提供的干扰抑制器,图15至图17所示的是干扰抑制器安装在洗衣机上的示意图。具体地,如图15和图16所示,洗衣机包括外壳,外壳内设有加强件3,加强件3上设有与第一卡接部连接的第二定位孔322以及与第二卡接部连接的第二通孔312。洗衣机内 安装有实施例7提供的干扰抑制器,提高了洗衣机装配的便利性和经济性,还提高了洗衣机使用的安全性能。
在本实施例中,第二定位孔322包括第一开口,加强件3为L形板,因此,优选第一开口开设在加强件的横板上,第一开口的口径与卡接板240上的固定孔241的孔径大小相适配。在安装干扰抑制器时,卡接板240的横板的下表面与加强件3的横板的外侧表面贴合,卡接板240的竖板的内侧表面与加强件3的竖板的外侧表面贴合,在调整好干扰抑制器的位置后,第一开口与固定孔241对齐设置,便于连接件6依次穿设固定孔241和第一开口。
在本实施例中,结合图17和图18,第二通孔312包括开设在加强件3上的第二开口,优选地,第二开口开设在加强件3的竖板上,第二开口设置在第一开口下方。与第二卡接部的卡块230相对应,加强件3上开设两个第二开口,且两个第二开口相对第一开口对称设置,卡块230能插接于第二开口内,并且卡块230能在第二开口内水平移动,在移动到极限位置后,卡块230的表面抵接在加强件3的表面上,在与卡块230插接相反的方向限制了干扰抑制器的位置。此时,卡接板240上的固定孔241与第一开口对齐,使用连接件将卡接板240固定在加强件3上即可,结构简单,方便安装。在本实施例中,连接件6优选为螺栓,连接稳定性好,且方便安装和拆卸。
此外,在干扰抑制器安装到加强件3上后,由于第二定位孔322和第二通孔312置于壳体52的端面中部位置,干扰抑制器的部分结构置于加强件3的下方,节省了干扰抑制器的占用空间。
本发明提供的洗衣机,安装有实施例7提供的干扰抑制器,干扰抑制器能以竖直的方式装配到洗衣机上,有效地防止冷凝水或水汽进入到干扰抑制器内部,提高了洗衣机使用的安全性能。
实施例9
图18、图19和图20是本实施例提供的干扰抑制器的结构示意图。如图18-20所示,本实施例提供了一种干扰抑制器,包括用于与洗衣机配合连接的安装部,安装部包括上下间隔设置的第一卡接部和第二卡接部,第二卡接部用于水平滑动插接在洗衣机上并限制干扰抑制器沿与插接相反的方向移动,第一卡接部用于在第二卡接部与洗衣机连接后由上至下与洗衣机连接并限制第二卡接部滑动。在干扰抑制器的壳体52上设置第一卡接部和第二卡接部方便将干扰抑制器安装到洗衣机上,能将干扰抑制器以自上而下的方式插接装配到洗衣机上,结构简单,且装配可靠性高。干扰抑制器通过第一卡接部和第二卡接部能以竖直的方向装配到洗衣机上,有效地防止冷凝水或水汽进入到干扰抑制器内部,提高了干扰抑制器使用的安全性。
在本实施例中,结合图18和图19,第一卡接部包括L形的卡接板240,卡接板240的一端与连接板4连接,卡接板240的另一端沿与壳体52的端面平行的方向延伸,卡接板240上设有限位件,限位件用于与洗衣机连接。卡接板240具有弹性,优选地,卡接板240的材质为塑料。限位件包括设置在卡接板240与壳体52的端面平行的横板上的插接块242,且插接块242朝向壳体52的一侧凸设。优选地,插接块242为圆柱形,在安装时,不需要定位即可将插接块242插接到洗衣机上,进一步地提高了安装效率。插接块242与卡接板240一体成型,提高了结构强度。
如图20所示,本实施例中的第二卡接部的结构与实施例7中的第二卡接部的结构相同,在此不再详细叙述。在将干扰抑制器安装到洗衣机上时,先向上用力使卡接板240产生变形,将第二卡接部的卡块230与洗衣机连接,且在水平方向上调整干扰抑制器的位置,使卡块230的另一端卡接在洗衣机上,然后使卡接板240复位,同时插接块242插接在洗衣机上,进而实现了干扰抑制器的固定安装。在卡接板240上设置插接块242,相较实施例7节省了零部件的使用数量,更加方便安装和拆卸。
本实施例中的干扰抑制器的其它结构与实施例7的结构相同,在此不再详细叙述。
实施例10
本实施例提供了一种洗衣机,洗衣机内安装有实施例9提供的干扰抑制器,图21至图23所示的是干扰抑制器安装在洗衣机上的示意图。具体地,如图21和图22所示,洗衣机包括外壳,外壳内设有加强件3,加强件3上设有与第一卡接部连接的第二定位孔322以及与第二卡接部连接的第二通孔312。洗衣机内安装有实施例7提供的干扰抑制器,提高了洗衣机装配的便利性和经济性,还提高了洗衣机使用的安全性能。
在本实施例中,第二定位孔322包括第一开口,加强件为L形板,因此,优选第一开口开设在加强件的横板上,第一开口的口径与卡接板240上的插接块242的大小相适配。在安装干扰抑制器时,卡接板240的横板的下表面与加强件3的横板的外侧表面贴合,卡接板240的竖板的内侧表面与加强件3的竖板的外侧表面贴合,在调整好干扰抑制器的位置后,插接块242插接于第一开口内,方便安装,无需使用额外的零部件进行固定。
在本实施例中,如图23所示,第二通孔312包括开设在加强件3上的第二开口,优选地,第二开口开设在加强件3的竖板上,第二开口设置在第一开口下方。与第二卡接部的卡块230相对应,加强件3上开设两个第二开口,且两个第二开口相对第一开口对称设置,卡块230能插接于第二开口内,并且卡块230能在第二开口内水平移动,在移动到极限位置后,卡块230的表面抵接在加强件3的表面上,在与卡块230插接相反的方向限制了干扰抑制器的位置。此时,卡接板240上的插接块242插接于第一开口内,即实现了干扰抑制器的安装。
本实施例提供的洗衣机,安装有实施例9提供的干扰抑制器,干扰抑制器能以竖直的方式装配到洗衣机上,有效地防止冷凝水或水汽进入到干扰抑制器内部,提高了洗衣机使用的安全性能。

- 一种干扰抑制器的安装结构,所述安装结构设于干扰抑制器(5)上,并与洗衣机的加强件(3)相连,其特征在于,所述安装结构包括:弹性连接部(1),与所述加强件(3)相连,且在多个方向上具有弹性形变;限位块(210),至少一侧卡入所述加强件(3)设置,在所述弹性连接部(1)的弹力作用下与加强件(3)相限位止抵。
- 根据权利要求1所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性连接部(1)与限位块(210)沿加强件(3)的长度方向排列设置,或者垂直于加强件(3)的长度方向并排设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述限位块(210)的至少一侧设有卡入加强件(3)的卡接结构;优选的,所述限位块(210)相对的两侧分别设有卡入加强件(3)的卡接结构;更优选的,设于所述限位块(210)相对两侧的卡接结构沿加强件(3)的长度方向设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,设于限位块(210)相对两侧的卡接结构具有相异的卡接行程;优选的,在加强件(3)长度方向上远离弹性连接部(1)的卡接结构具有较大的卡接行程。
- 根据权利要求4所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述限位块(210)朝向加强件(3)凸出设置,在靠近凸出端的相对两侧分别设有与加强件(3)第一通孔(311)边缘相卡接的限位块卡槽(211),所述相对两侧的限位块卡槽(211)的深度相异;优选的,干扰抑制器(5)设有竖直向上延伸的连接板(4),限位块(210)自所述连接板(4)的一侧面朝向加强件(3)第一通孔(311)凸出设置,所述第一通孔(311)设于加强件(3)竖直向下弯折的侧壁(33)上;更优选的,所述连接板(4)顶部与加强件(3)顶壁(34)下侧相固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性连接部(1)包括与加强件(3)相连的固定凸点(11),以及自所述固定凸点(11)向干扰抑制器(5)延伸设置的若干弹性连接件(12),所述固定凸点(11)的空间位置被约束在所述各弹性连接件(12)的形变范围内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性连接件(12)自固定凸点(11)向干扰抑制器(5)呈倾斜的弧线延伸设置,所述弧线向远离干扰抑制器(5)的方向凸出弯曲,使位于弧线弯曲顶部的固定凸点(11)在弹力作用下支撑所述加强件(3);优选的,所述固定凸点(11)与加强件(3)的连接位点略高于限位块(210)的限位块卡槽(211)设置,所述限位块卡槽(211)的厚度大于所述第一通孔(311)边缘的壁厚。
- 根据权利要求7所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性连接部(1)包括设于固定凸点(11)两侧的两组相互平行的弹性连接件(12);优选的,所述弹性连接件(12)的延伸方向垂直于加强件(3)的长度方向;优选的,所述弹性连接件(12)在弧线弯曲的顶部朝向所述固定凸点(11)弯折设置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,设于干扰抑制器(5)轴向顶部的所述安装结构与所述加强件(3)相连,使干扰抑制器(5)竖直挂设于加强件(3)下方;干扰抑制器(5)轴向的底部设有接线端子;优选的,干扰抑制器(5)底部设有环绕所述接线端子的挡水边(51)。
- 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~9任意一项所述干扰抑制器(5)的安装结构。
- 一种干扰抑制器的安装结构,所述安装结构设于干扰抑制器(5)上,并与洗衣机的加强件(3)相连,其特征在于,所述安装结构包括:弹性连接部(1),与所述加强件(3)相连,且在多个方向上具有弹性形变;限位卡(220),卡入所述加强件(3)设置,在所述弹性连接部(1)的弹力作用下与加强件(3)相限位止抵。
- 根据权利要求11所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性连接部(1)与限位卡(220)沿加强件(3)的长度方向排列设置,或者垂直于加强件(3)的长度方向并排设置;优选的,所述弹性连接部(1)垂直于加强件(3)的长度方向并排设于限位卡(220)下方。
- 根据权利要求12所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述限位卡(220)设有部分卡入加强件(3)的卡接结构;优选的,所述限位卡(220)设有以相同方向卡入加强件(3)的至少两个卡接结构;更优选的,所述卡接结构均沿加强件(3)的长度方向设置。
- 根据权利要求12所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述限位卡(220)包括若干朝向加强件(3)凸出设置的凸台(224),所述各凸台(224)的凸出端设有卡入加强件(3)第二通孔(312)且朝向相同的卡爪(222);优选的,卡爪(222)的长度大于凸台(224)的宽度;优选的,干扰抑制器(5)设有竖直向上延伸的连接板(4),限位卡(220)自所述连接板(4)的一侧面朝向加强件(3)第二通孔(312)凸出设置凸台(224),所述第二通孔(312)设于加强件(3)竖直向下弯折的侧壁(33)上;更优选的,所述连接板(4)顶部与加强件(3)顶壁(34)下侧相固定连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述凸台(224)还包括与卡爪(222)相邻设置的限位卡槽(221),所述限位卡槽(221)在所述弹性连接部(1)的弹力作用下与加强件(3)的第二通孔(312)边缘相止抵;优选的,环绕所述限位卡(220)设置的包边构成限位卡(220)的加强肋(223)。
- 根据权利要求11~15任意一项所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性连接部(1)包括与加强件(3)相连的固定凸点(11),以及自所述固定凸点(11)向干扰抑制器(5)延伸设置的若干弹性连接件(12),所述固定凸点(11)的空间位置被约束在所述各弹性连接件(12)的形变范围内。
- 根据权利要求16所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性连接件(12)自固定凸点(11)向干扰抑制器(5)呈倾斜的弧线延伸设置,所述弧线向远离干扰抑制器(5)的方向凸出弯曲,使位于弧线弯曲顶部的固定凸点(11)在弹力作用下支撑所述加强件(3);优选的,所述固定凸点(11)与加强件(3)的连接位点略高于限位卡(220)的限位卡槽(221)设置,所述限位卡槽(221)的厚度大于所述第二通孔(312)边缘的壁厚。
- 根据权利要求17所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性连接部(1)包括设于固定凸点(11)两侧的两组相互平行的弹性连接件(12);优选的,所述弹性连接件(12)的延伸方向平行于加强件(3)的长度方向;优选的,所述弹性连接件(12)在弧线弯曲的顶部朝向所述固定凸点(11)弯折设置。
- 根据权利要求16所述的干扰抑制器的安装结构,其特征在于,设于干扰抑制器(5)轴向顶部的所述安装结构与所述加强件(3)相连,使干扰抑制器(5)竖直挂设于加强件(3)下方;干扰抑制器(5)轴向的底部设有接线端子;优选的,干扰抑制器(5)底部设有环绕所述接线端子的挡水边(51)。
- 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求11~19任意一项所述干扰抑制器(5)的安装结构。
- 一种干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,用于将干扰抑制器与洗衣机相配合连接,所述安装结构包括上下间隔设置的第一卡接部和第二卡接部,所述第二卡接部用于水平滑动插接在洗衣机上并限制干扰抑制器(5)沿与插接相反的方向移动;所述第一卡接部用于在所述第二卡接部与所述洗衣机连接后由上至下与所述洗衣机连接并限制所述第二卡接部滑动。
- 根据权利要求21所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装结构还包括连接板(4),所述连接板(4)的一端与所述干扰抑制器(5)的壳体(52)端面连接,且所述连接板(4)置于所述壳体(52)的端面的中部位置,所述连接板(4)的同一侧设置所述第一卡接部和所述第二卡接部。
- 根据权利要求22所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡接部包括L形的卡接板(240),所述卡接板(240)的一端与所述连接板(4)连接,所述卡接板(240)的另一端沿与所述壳体(52)的端面平行的方向延伸,所述卡接板(240)上设有限位件,所述限位件用于与所述洗衣机连接。
- 根据权利要求23所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,所述限位件包括开设在所述卡接板(240)与所述壳体(52)的端面平行的横板上的固定孔(241)。
- 根据权利要求23所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡接板(240)为弹性卡接板(240),所述限位件包括设置在所述卡接板(240)与所述壳体(52)的端面平行的横板上的插接块(242),且所述插接块(242)朝向所述壳体(52)的一侧凸设。
- 根据权利要求22所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,所述第二卡接部包括至少一个卡块(230),所述卡块(230)呈L形,所述卡块(230)的一端与所述连接板(4)连接,所述卡块(230)的另一端沿与所述壳体(52)端面平行的方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求26所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡块(230)设有两个,两个所述卡块(230)的另一端延伸的方向相同,且两个所述卡块(230)相对所述第一卡接部对称设置。
- 根据权利要求22所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接板(4)与所述第一卡接部相对的一侧设有加强筋(41),所述加强筋(41)的一端与所述连接板(4)连接,所述加强筋(41)的另一端与所述壳体(52)的端面连接。
- 根据权利要求21所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,其特征在于,所述干扰抑制器(5)的壳体(52)的至少一个端部沿周向设有挡水边(51),所述挡水边(51)的一端与所述壳体(52)连接,所述挡水边(51)的另一端沿所述壳体(52)的轴向延伸。
- 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括权利要求21-29任一项所述的干扰抑制器安装结构,所述干扰抑制器沿竖直方向设置在所述洗衣机的外壳内;所述外壳内设有加强件(3),所述加强件(3)上设有与所述第一卡接部连接的第二定位孔(322)以及与所述第二卡接部连接的第二通孔(312)。
