一种平板自动清洗支架 技术领域
本发明涉及电路板技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种平板自动清洗支架。
背景技术
电路板的名称有:陶瓷电路板,氧化铝陶瓷电路板,氮化铝陶瓷电路板,线路板,PCB板,铝基板,高频板,厚铜板,阻抗板,PCB,超薄线路板,超薄电路板,印刷(铜刻蚀技术)电路板。电路板使电路迷你化、直观化,对于固定电路的批量生产和优化用电器布局起重要作用。电路板可称为印刷线路板或印刷电路板,FPC线路板又称柔性线路板柔性电路板是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性,绝佳的可挠性印刷电路板。具有配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄、弯折性好的特点。和软硬结合板FPC与PCB的诞生与发展,催生了软硬结合板这一新产品。因此,软硬结合板,就是柔性线路板与硬性线路板,经过压合工序,按相关工艺要求组合在一起,形成的具有FPC特性与PCB特性的线路板;
现有的电路板在使用过程中,需要定期清洗,由于电路板通常都是批量进行清洗,在电路板清洗完成后,需要工作人员在一边将清洗后的电路板取出后,放置在支架上,增加了工作人员的劳动强度,降低了工作人员的工作效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种平板自动清洗支架,其具有自动放置的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种平板自动清洗支架,包括底座,所述底座的外表面呈梯形状,所述底座的上表面分别固定连接有第一安装块和第二安装块,所述第 一安装块上端的一侧表面开设有安装口,所述安装口的内壁通过滚动轴承固定连接有转动轴,所述转动轴的一端外表面固定连接有存放装置,所述存放装置包括存放盘,所述存放盘的外侧表面开设有存放槽;
所述转动轴的另一端外表面固定连接有作用盘,所述第二安装块的上表面固定安装有驱动电机。
进一步地,所述存放槽的两侧内壁均开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的一侧内壁固定连接有弹簧,两个所述弹簧的一端自由端分别固定连接有第一插接块和第二插接块,所述第一插接块和第二插接块的一端外表面均与安装槽的内壁活动插接;
通过上述方案,达到了控制第一插接块和第二插接块可伸缩的效果。
进一步地,所述第一插接块和第二插接块的一侧表面均开设有第一接触口,所述第一插接块和第二插接块的另一侧表面均开设有第二接触口,两个所述第一接触口的外表面均呈弧形状;
通过上述方案,达到了便于电路板插入存放槽的效果。
进一步地,所述作用盘的侧表面开设有作用槽,所述第二安装块的上表面开设有安装槽;
通过上述方案,达到了控制存放盘间歇运动,进而给电路板插入存放槽存留足够时间的效果。
进一步地,所述驱动电机的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有转轴,所述转轴的外表面固定连接有转盘;
通过上述方案,达到了控制转盘带动作用辊旋转,进而带动作用盘进行旋转。
进一步地,所述转盘的一侧表面固定连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的外表面固定连接有滚珠轴承;
通过上述方案,达到了对作用辊进行安装的效果。
进一步地,所述滚珠轴承的外圈固定连接有作用辊,所述转盘的 一端外表面位于安装槽的内壁;
通过上述方案,达到了带动作用辊对作用盘进行推动时产生旋转,进而减小对转盘的挤压力。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过设置存放槽的两侧内壁均开设有安装槽,安装槽的一侧内壁固定连接有弹簧,两个弹簧的一端自由端分别固定连接有第一插接块和第二插接块,第一插接块和第二插接块的一端外表面均与安装槽的内壁活动插接,达到了防止电路板从存放槽内掉出的效果,从而解决了电路板在存放槽内掉出,无法将电路板稳定的放置在存放槽内部的问题,从而具有稳定放置的特点。
2、通过设置滚珠轴承的外圈固定连接有作用辊,转盘的一端外表面位于安装槽的内壁,达到了控制存放盘间歇旋转,使电路板自动放置到存放盘内部的效果,从而解决了电路板清洗完成后,需要工作人员在一边将清洗后的电路板取出后,放置在支架上,增加了工作人员的劳动强度,降低了工作人员的工作效率的问题,从而具有自动放置的特点。

一种平板自动清洗支架,如图1-2所示,包括底座1,底座1的外表面呈梯形状,底座1的上表面分别固定连接有第一安装块2和第二安装块3,第一安装块2上端的一侧表面开设有安装口4,安装口4的内壁通过滚动轴承固定连接有转动轴5,转动轴5的一端外表面固定连接有存放装置,存放装置包括存放盘6,存放盘6的外侧表面开设有存放槽7;
如图2-3所示,存放槽7的两侧内壁均开设有安装槽10,安装槽10的一侧内壁固定连接有弹簧11,两个弹簧11的一端自由端分别固定连接有第一插接块12和第二插接块13,第一插接块12和第二插接块13的一端外表面均与安装槽10的内壁活动插接,第一插接块12和第二插接块13的一侧表面均开设有第一接触口14,第一插接块12和第二插接块13的另一侧表面均开设有第二接触口15,两个第一接触口14的外表面均呈弧形状,达到了防止电路板从存放槽7内掉出的效果,从而解决了电路板在存放槽7内掉出,无法将电路板稳定的放置在存放槽7内部的问题,从而具有稳定放置的特点;
如图2和图4所示,转动轴5的另一端外表面固定连接有作用盘8,作用盘8的侧表面开设有作用槽16,第二安装块3的上表面开设有连接槽31,第二安装块3的上表面固定安装有驱动电机9,驱动电机9的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有转轴,转轴的外表面固定连接有转盘17,转盘17的一侧表面固定连接有连接杆18,连接杆18的外表面固定连接有滚珠轴承19,滚珠轴承19的外圈固定连接有作用辊20,转盘17的一端外表面位于连接槽31的内壁,达到了控制存放盘6间歇旋转,使电路板自动放置到存放盘内部的效果,从而解决了电 路板清洗完成后,需要工作人员在一边将清洗后的电路板取出后,放置在支架上,增加了工作人员的劳动强度,降低了工作人员的工作效率的问题,从而具有自动放置的特点。
工作原理:使用时,将支架放置在清洗装置传送带的一侧,清洗完成的电路板放置在传送带表面的放置口处,存放盘6的中线与传送带的平面平行,当电路板运送至支架的一侧时,驱动电机9带动转盘17旋转,进而带动作用辊20对作用槽16进行作用,带动作用盘8旋转,进而带动转动轴5进行旋转,转动轴5带动存放盘6旋转一定角度,电路板插入存放盘6内,第一插接块12和第二插接块13由于挤压缩入安装槽10内,电路板通过放置口的挤压插入存放槽7内,第一插接块12和第二插接块13防止电路板从存放槽7内掉出。

    所述转动轴(5)的另一端外表面固定连接有作用盘(8),所述第二安装块(3)的上表面固定安装有驱动电机(9)。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的平板自动清洗支架,其特征在于:所述作用盘(8)的侧表面开设有作用槽(16),所述第二安装块(3)的上表面开设有安装槽(10)。
