Description

一种用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置 技术领域
本发明涉及织物的转移技术,更具体地,涉及用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置。
背景技术
当前的圆针织机结构复杂,不能实现织物从编织、拾取、转移、缝口对接、缝合、织物翻转装置的全自动流程,需要人工的介入,大大降低了编织的效率。
发明内容
针对背景技术中的问题,本发明提出一种用于圆针织机的拾取转移装置。该装置用于圆针织机生产结束后由转移针、护针片进行配合工作对织针针钩上的织物进行拾取。在拾取的过程中通过气缸使护针片进行上下来回动作。当拾取结束,由电机驱动丝杆升降移至安全高度,同时落袜管上升至一定高度后由下方电机驱动蜗轮箱内蜗轮蜗杆进行横向转移,实现织物的转移。
本发明的用于圆针织机的拾取转移装置包括:转移针组件,所述转移针组件包括:转移盘、转移针轨道和上部行程片,其中,上部行程片能够来回运动,带动转移针轨道中来回运动,进而使得转移针在转移盘中来回运动;护针片组件,所述护针片组件包括:护针盘、护针片轨道和下部行程片,其中,下部行程片能够来回运动,带动护针片轨道中来回运动,使得护针片在护针盘中来回运动。
可选地,上部行程片由上部气缸驱动来回运动,下部行程片由下部气缸驱动来回运动。
可选地,所述转移针轨道的下侧具有凹槽,用于容纳所述转移针的转移针凸起,从而转移针轨道的运动带动所述转移针的运动;所述护针片轨道的上侧具有凹槽,用于容纳所述护针片的护针片凸起,从而护针片轨道的运动带动所述护针片的运动。
可选地,所述转移针组件还包括:上部固定导轨板和限位环,上部固定导轨板放置在上部行程片之下,上部固定导轨板下方是限位环,转移针轨道套在限位环上;所述护针片组件还包括:下部固定导轨板,下部固定导轨板位于下部行程片之上,位于护针片轨道之下。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图描述本发明的实施方式,其中相同的部件用相同的附图标记表示。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合。
本发明的转移织物线圈的方法中,使用到了3个零部件,如图1-图4所示的转移针,如图5所示的护针片,图6-11所示的缝口齿。
图1显示了本发明的转移针4a的立体图,转移针具有转移针主体41,在转移针主体41的头部(接触织物线圈的一端)具有转移部42。转移针主体41为细长薄片状,转移部42为弯曲状且偏离转移针主体41的轴线,优选地,转移部42为弧形,从转移针主体41端部逐渐变细,末端呈尖状。转移针主体41的尾部(远离织物线圈的一端)具有转移针凸起411,该转移针凸起411卡合到织物转移装置的转移盘上,推动和拉动该转移针凸起411,能够将转移针在径向上向内和向往移动,而且还能够上下移动,以进行织物线圈的转移。
图2显示了本发明的转移针4b的立体图,与转移针4a的区别是,其形状与转移针4a对称。在使用时,需要一对转移针4a、4b配合使用。具体地说,是转移针4a、4b贴合在一起。转移针主体41做成薄片状,也是为了两个贴合在一起时减少体积,更加环保。
图3显示了使用时的转移针4a、4b的状态图。转移针4a、4b各自的转移针主体41贴合在一起,而各自的转移部42形成一个凹槽,转移针凹槽43,该转移针凹槽43用于容纳织物缝合装置的缝口齿,缝口齿的作用和一般结构是本领域技术人员公知的,在此不再描述。
图4显示了本发明的转移针的另一个实施方式,与第一实施方式不同的是,转移针主体41具有一定厚度,从而在转移针主体41的头部能够开一个凹槽,即转移针凹槽43。转移针凹槽43同样用于容纳缝口齿。优选地,转移针凹槽43是不对称的,在凹槽的末端具有缺口,使得织袜针1的针头能更顺滑的滑入转移针凹槽43内(见图6)。转移针主体41的尾部(远离织物线圈的一端)具有转移针凸起411,该转移针凸起411卡合到织物转移装置的转移盘上,推动和拉动该转移针凸起411,能够将转移针在径向上向内和向往移动,而且还能够上下移动,以进行织物线圈的转移。
图5显示了护针片4c的结构。护针片4c用于与转移针4a、4b配合使用。护针片4c具有护针片主体45,护针片主体45前端(接触织物的线圈的一端)向下延伸有护针片夹持部46。夹持部46具有第一凸起461和第二凸起462,两者之间形成了凹陷463。护针片主体45和护针片夹持部46之间的结合处形成有护针片斜切部47。护针片夹持部(46)从护针片斜切部(47)垂直向下延伸。
护针片主体45的后端(远离织物的线圈的一端)的下侧具有护针片凸起451。该护针片凸起451卡合到织物转移装置的转移盘上,推动和拉动护针片凸起451能够将转移针在径向上向内和向往移动,而且还能够上下移动,以进行织物线圈的转移。
护针片主体45下侧具有多个护针片凹槽452,以与织物转移装置的转移盘相结合。使用时,缝合针4a、4b插入两片护针片4c之间,位于两个护针片的护针片夹持部46形成的间隙内。
如图6所示,缝口齿6a具有细长主体61和卡合部62,卡合部62从细长主体61的上端延伸出,两者结合起来整体呈近似的7字形。细长主体61包括位于下端的针状部611和位于上端的支撑部612。
图7显示了缝口齿6a安装在齿座6e上的示意图。图8显示了缝口齿6a安装在齿座6d上的示意图。齿座6e和6d组成一个完整的圆形齿座。其中图3中的半个齿座6d是可以向下翻转180度,从而两个半圆形齿座整对齐。整体呈7字形的缝口齿6a安装在织物转移装置的齿座6e上,具体地说,通过卡合部62挂在齿座6e的槽上,细长主体61装在齿座6e的槽内,其中,支撑部612完全嵌入在齿座6e的槽中,仅仅针状部611暴露出来。相似地,缝口齿6b(在下面描述)安装在织物转移装置的齿座6d上。
要使得缝转移口齿6a、缝口齿6b更贴合的安装在齿座6e上,缝口齿6a的进一步的细节结构保证了该技术效果,下面参照图1和图4来描述。
如图9所示,支撑部612的高度H与齿座6e的高度相匹配,使得安装后支撑部612不暴露出齿座6e,仅仅针状部611暴露于齿座6e外。支撑部612的宽度W与齿座6e的槽的径向上的深度相匹配,使得安装后支撑部612的外表面与齿座6e的径向外表面相平齐,不内陷也不外凸,安装后的效果见图7。
卡合部62的下侧具有卡合凸起621,卡合凸起621和支撑部612之间就形成了一个槽,从而使得缝口齿6a能紧固地挂在齿座6e的槽上。卡合部62的上表面具有固定槽623,以与齿座6e相配合,使得缝口齿6a能紧固地连接在齿座6e的槽上。卡合部62的末端具有上翘部622,用于与齿座6e相卡合,从而使得两者接触地更加紧密。
图10显示了针状部611的结构。针状部611的外侧(安装到齿座6e上后径向朝外的一侧)具有针状部凹槽6111,该针状部凹槽6111用于在齿座翻转180度后对齐后,下方齿座上的缝口齿的针状部611能够搭接在上方齿座的缝口齿的针状部611的凹槽6111内,从而使得接下来的线圈转移更顺畅。
图11显示了另一个实施例缝口齿6b的结构,该缝口齿6b的细长主体61的外侧(安装到齿座6e上后径向朝外的一侧)具有缝合槽613,缝合槽613用于容纳缝头机的缝合针,两个缝合针交替缝合,从而将袜子的袜头缝在一起。
如图12所示,在使用时,缝口齿6a、转移针4a、转移针4b和两个护针片4c之间的位置关系。缝口齿6a插入转移针4a和转移针4b并在一起形成的转移针凹槽43内,转移针4a、转移针4b插入两片护针片4c之间的间隙内。
下面参照图13-图29来描述本发明的转移针的工作过程的示意图。如下以袜子为例来描述本发明,但是本发明也可以应用于其他织物。
图13-图16显示了本发明的方法的步骤S1的示意图:利用护针片将织物的织袜针上的织物的线圈下压一定距离,其中织袜针穿过两个相邻的护针片形成的间隙内。如图13所示,在织袜机织到最后一圈,织物3在织袜机的翻袜管2内,织物3的最后一圈线圈在织袜针1的针舌下。将护针片4c径向向内移动以位于织袜针1上方,使得织袜针1位于两个成对使用的护针片4c形成的间隙内的下方。
如图14所示,翻袜管2向上运动,同时,织袜针1也向上运动,织物3离开生克片201,靠近护针片4c。移动的距离为使得织袜针1位于两个护针片4c下方,其中转移针4a、4b位于位于两个护针片4上方。
如图15所示,将护针片4c径向向内移动,将转移针4a、4b径向朝外移动,目的是使护针片4c在线圈的上面,护针片4c往下移动时能使织袜针1上的线圈压到针舌下方。同时,将护针片4c上方的转移针4a、4b径向向外移动以不影响转移针1的上下行程。
如图16所示,将护针片4c、转移针4a、4b一起向下移动,令织袜针1穿过两个护针片4c之间形成的间隙。利用护针片4c压着织物3的线圈向下移动一段距离。
图17-图19显示了本发明的方法的步骤S2的示意图:将护针片移动到织物的线圈处,使得线圈卡在护针片的凹陷内。
在图17中,将护针片4c径向朝外移动,脱离织袜针1以不影响转移针的上下行程。可以使得转移针4a、4b之间的间隙和两个护针片4c之间形成的间隙上下对齐。
在图18中,将护针片4c、转移针4a、4b一起向下移动,使得护针片4c的凹陷463对准线圈。
在图19中,将护针片4c径向朝内移动,使得织袜针1位于两个护针片4c形成的间隙内,而且线圈位于护针片4c的凹陷463内。
图20-图22显示了本发明的方法的步骤S3的示意图:将护针片上移,带动线圈上移,线圈带动织袜针的针舌上翻,直至织袜针的针舌抵靠到转移针下缘。
在图20中,将护针片4c、转移针4a、4b一起向上移动,织物3的线圈被护针片4c向上移动,最后织袜针1的针舌也被护针片4c抬起,最终抵靠在转移针4a、4b下缘。
在图21中,将护针片4c径向朝外移开,可以移动到护针片4c的初始位置,以不影响转移针1的上下行程。
在图22中,将护针片4c、转移针4a、4b一起向上移动,此时织袜针的针舌翘起。
图23显示本发明的方法的步骤S4的示意图:移动转移针,使得织袜针的针头位于转移针的转移凹槽内。
在图23中,将转移针4a、4b一起径向朝内移动,使得织袜针1的针头部搭在在转移针4a、4b形成的转移针凹槽43内。
图24-图26显示本发明的方法的步骤S5的示意图:移动护针片到线圈下方,带动线圈上移,使得针舌合拢,线圈被转移到转移针上
在图24中,将护针片4c向下移动到织物3的线圈位置之下。
在图25中,将护针片4c径向朝内移动,使得织袜针位于两个护针片4c形成的间隙内,优选地,护针片4c的上缘抵靠在织物3的线圈上。
在图26中,将护针片4c向上移动,带动织物3的线圈向上移动,带动织袜针1的针舌向上合拢,从而织袜针1的开口合上。继续移动护针片4c,使得线圈转移到转移针4a、4b上。
在图27中,将护针片4c、转移针4a、4b一起向上移动,脱离织袜针1,这时,织物3的线圈套在转移针4a、4b上,而且下面有护针片4c托着,因此能牢固的套在转移针4a、4b上,从而方便后续的操作,例如织物的转移和翻转。

转移装置
图30显示了本发明的装置的结构示意图。本发明的装置能够实现图13-29所示的转移方法。
本发明的装置包括转移针组件和护针片组件。转移针组件包括:转移环12、转移盘14、限位环15、转移针轨道24、上部固定导轨板16、上部部行程片25、上部下压片30。护针片组件包括:固定板11、活动大垫环8、护针片轨道23、下部行程片5、下部扩张板28、下部压片32。
下面详细描述转移针组件。
转移环12通过桥接板17安装在下部升降座13的外侧,转移环12的环内放置如下部件:从下往上依次叠加安装在一起的转移盘14、限位环15、上部固定导轨板16和上部行程片25。
上部气缸26由上部电机22驱动,上部气缸26末端连接到上部行程片25上,当上部电机22驱动上部气缸26移动时,能够拉动上部行程片25来回运动。
上部行程片25上具有沿圆周方向延伸的近似条形的行程片滑槽,这个滑槽用于容纳上轴位螺丝29。上部固定导轨板16上具有沿径向方向的延伸的近似条形的固定导轨板滑槽,固定导轨板滑槽和行程片滑槽的数量相同,且位置上下重叠也就是说,固定导轨板滑槽暴露于行程片滑槽内。
进一步,上部行程片25的相邻两个行程片滑槽用一片上部下压片30连接,上部下压片30上有两个孔,分别装入一个上轴位螺丝29,上轴位螺丝29穿过行程片滑槽和固定导轨板滑槽。进一步,上轴位螺丝29还穿过转移针轨道24上的孔(见图31-图32)。从而,上部行程片25、上部固定导轨板16、转移针轨道24固定在一起。这种连接方式下,上部固定导轨板16是固定的,上部行程片25是活动的,转移针轨道24是活动的。由于上轴位螺丝29的连接作用,上部行程片25的来回运动会带动转移针轨道24的来回运动。
上部固定导轨板16下方是限位环15和转移针轨道24,限位环15内径小,转移针轨道24内径大,转移针轨道24套在限位环15上。限位环15是固定的,转移针轨道24是活动的,转移针轨道24的结构一部分如图31-图32所示。图31-32中的结构组合起来形成转移针轨道24,在本发明中,是5片相接形成转移针轨道24。转移针轨道24的下面具有凹槽,该凹槽用于容纳转移针凸起411。当转移针轨道24内外运动时,带动转移针4a、4b内外运动。护针片轨道23也是类似结构,护针片轨道23上面具有凹槽,用于容纳护针片凸起451。当护针片轨道23内外运动时,带护针片45内外运动。
限位环15下方是转移盘14,转移盘14上设置有凹槽,用于容纳转移针4a、4b。
转移针的径向运动为由转移针轨道24、上部固定导轨板16,上部行程片25、上部下压片30、上轴位螺丝29、上部气缸26组装成的一套活动的运行轨道。
运行方式如下:上部电机22驱动上部气缸26,上部气缸26来回运动,控制上部行程片25来回运动,因为上轴位螺丝29和上部下压片30的连接作用,转移针轨道24来回运动,使得转移针4a、4b在转移盘14以及转移针轨道24中来回运动。而且,由于上部行程片25的行程片滑槽的形状,形成转移针轨道24在径向上的放大缩小,也就是转移针4a、4b的放大和缩小。上部行程片25的行程片滑槽的形状在径向上的长度决定了转移针4a、4b在径向上的放大缩小的行程。
下面详细描述护针片组件。
下部电机19驱动涡轮箱18内的蜗轮蜗杆,使得涡轮蜗杆进行左右横向转移。涡轮蜗杆上连接有下部气缸27,涡轮蜗杆的左右横向转移带动下部气缸27来回运动。下部气缸27连接到下部行程片28上,因此,下部行程片28也是可以来回摆动的,运动方式与上部行程片25类似。
活动大垫环8的环形空内容纳有:从下到上依次叠加的下部行程片28、下部固定导轨板5、护针片轨道23、护针盘6。活动大垫环8通过隔套9、棱形板7安装在下升降座13上。而且活动大大垫环8上安装有分离气缸10,使得活动大垫环8与转移环12脱离,也就是实现转移针组件和护针片组件的上下分离。
下部行程片28上具有有沿圆周方向延伸的近似条形的行程片滑槽。
下部固定导轨板5上具有沿径向方向的延伸的近似条形的固定导轨板滑槽,固定导轨板滑槽和行程片滑槽的数量相同,且位置上下重叠,更具体地,固定导轨板滑槽与行程片滑槽的一部分是重叠的。
下部固定导轨板5上方是护针片轨道23,护针片轨道23的结构与转移针轨道24相同。
护针片轨道23上方是护针盘6,护针盘6上设置有凹槽,用于容纳护针片4c。
下部行程片28上具有沿圆周方向延伸的近似条形的行程片滑槽,这个滑槽用于容纳下轴位螺丝32。下部固定导轨板5上具有沿径向方向的延伸的近似条形的固定导轨板滑槽,固定导轨板滑槽和行程片滑槽的数量相同,且位置上下重叠也就是说,固定导轨板滑槽暴露于行程片滑槽内。
进一步,下部行程片2的相邻两个行程片滑槽用一片下部下压片31连接,下部下压片31上有两个孔,分别装入一个下轴位螺丝32,下轴位螺丝32穿过行程片滑槽和固定导轨板滑槽。进一步,下轴位螺丝32还穿过护针片轨道23上的孔(见图31-图32)。从而,下部行程片25、下部固定导轨板5、护针片轨道23固定在一起。这种连接方式下,下部固定导轨板5是固定的,下部行程片2是活动的,护针片轨道23是活动的。由于下轴位螺丝32的连接作用,下部行程片28的来回运动会带动护针片轨道23的来回运动。
护针片4c的径向运动为由护针片轨道23、下部固定导轨板5、下部行程片28、下轴位螺丝32、下部下压片31、下部气缸27组装成的一套活动的运行轨道。
运行方式如下:下部电机19驱动下部气缸27,控制下部行程片28来回运动,因为下轴位螺丝32和下部下压片31的连接作用,护针片轨道23来回运动,使得护针片4c在护针盘6以及护针片轨道23中来回运动。而且,由于下部行程片28的行程片滑槽的形状,形成护针片轨道23在径向上的放大缩小,也就是护针片4c的放大和缩小。下部行程片28的行程片滑槽的形状在径向上的长度决定了护针片4c在径向上的放大缩小的行程。
另外,在本发明的装置中采用了两个电机,上部电机22通过丝杆21连接到由下部电机19驱动的涡轮箱18上。下部升降座13连接到丝杆21上。上部电机22驱动丝杆21,可以实现下部升降座13的上升和下降。转移针组件和护针片组件安装在转移底座20上,转移针组件在上,护针片组件再下。
以上所述的实施例,只是本发明较优选的具体实施方式,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,包括:
    转移针组件,所述转移针组件包括:转移盘(14)、转移针轨道(24)和上部行程片(25),其中,上部行程片(25)能够来回运动,带动转移针轨道(24)中来回运动,进而使得转移针在转移盘(14)中来回运动;
    护针片组件,所述护针片组件包括:护针盘(6)、护针片轨道(23)和下部行程片(28),其中,下部行程片(28)能够来回运动,带动护针片轨道(23)中来回运动,使得护针片(4c)在护针盘(6)中来回运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,
    上部行程片(25)由上部气缸(26)驱动来回运动,
    下部行程片(28)由下部气缸(19)驱动来回运动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,
    所述转移针轨道(24)的下侧具有凹槽,用于容纳所述转移针的转移针凸起(411),从而转移针轨道(24)的运动带动所述转移针的运动;
    所述护针片轨道(23)的上侧具有凹槽,用于容纳所述护针片的护针片凸起(451),从而护针片轨道(23)的运动带动所述护针片(4c)的运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,
    所述转移针组件还包括:上部固定导轨板(16)和限位环(15),上部固定导轨板(16)放置在上部行程片(25)之下,上部固定导轨板(16)下方是限位环(15),转移针轨道(24)套在限位环(15)上;
    所述护针片组件还包括:下部固定导轨板(5),下部固定导轨板(5)位于下部行程片(28)之上,位于护针片轨道(23)之下。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,
    所述护针片组件还包括:限位环(15),限位环(15)位于上部固定导轨板(16)下方,转移针轨道(24)套在限位环(15)上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,
    通过上轴位螺丝(29)和上部下压片(30),转移针轨道(24)、上部固定导轨板(16)和上部行程片(25)连接在一起;
    通过下轴位螺丝(32)和下部下压片(31),护针片轨道(23)、下部固定导轨板(5)和下部行程片(28)连接在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,
    上部行程片(25)上具有沿圆周方向向外延伸的弧形的行程片滑槽,上部固定导轨板(16)上具有固定导轨板滑槽,上部下压片(30)上具有孔,上轴位螺丝(29)穿过所述上部下压片(30)的孔、所述行程片滑槽和所述固定导轨板滑槽,将上部行程片(25)和转移针轨道(24)连接在一起;
    下部行程片(28)上具有沿圆周方向向外延伸的弧形的行程片滑槽,下部固定导轨板(5)上具有固定导轨板滑槽,下部下压片(31)上具有孔,下轴位螺丝(32)穿过所述下部下压片(31)的孔、所述行程片滑槽和所述固定导轨板滑槽,将下部行程片(28)和护针片轨道(23)连接在一起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于
    上部行程片(25)的相邻两个行程片滑槽用一片上部下压片(30)连接,上部下压片(30)上有两个孔,分别装入一个上轴位螺丝(29);
    下部行程片(28)的相邻两个行程片滑槽用一片下部下压片(31)连接,下部下压片(31)上有两个孔,分别装入一个下轴位螺丝(32)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,
    转移针组件和护针片组件安装在转移底座(20)上,转移针组件在上,护针片组件在下。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于圆针织机的织物拾取转移装置,其特征在于,
    护针片组件安装在活动大垫环(8)上,活动大垫环(8)通过隔套(9)和棱形板(7)安装在下升降座(13)上,活动大大垫环(8)上安装有分离气缸(10),实现转移针组件和护针片组件的上下分离。
