背景技术
在舞台灯技术领域中,为了使舞台灯的灯光效果更加丰富,通常在舞台灯内设置各种各样的效果盘,大多数效果盘是用玻璃或者其他易碎材质做成。而当舞台灯在工作或者运输过程中,效果盘会不断摆动,造成在摆动过程中效果盘可能撞击到其他部件致使效果盘碎裂或损坏等问题,影响舞台灯的寿命。
技术问题
本实用新型旨在克服上述现有技术的至少一种缺陷,提供一种具有防碰撞功能的效果盘装置,有效解决了效果盘在摆动过程中造成的碰撞撞击,而使效果盘碎裂或损坏的问题,保证了舞台灯的寿命。
技术解决方案
为实现以上目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:一种具有防碰撞功能的效果盘装置,包括可转动的承托板,所述承托板具有用于固定的固定端以及用于安装效果盘的安装端,其特征在于,所述承托板的一侧设有具有缓冲作用的防碰撞部件。
本实用新型所述的具有防碰撞功能的效果盘装置通过设置具有缓冲减震效果的所述防碰撞部件,在装有所述效果盘的所述承托板摆动过程中,所述防碰撞部件能减少所述效果盘受到的冲击力,使所述效果盘不因碰撞而受损。
进一步地,所述防碰撞部件设于所述承托板上靠近所述安装端的一端。由于效果盘装置都需要将所述效果盘运动至光路中,对光束进行切割或者滤光,所以当两个效果盘装置安装在同一平面时,所述效果盘在切进切出光路的过程中,或者运输过程中,两个所述承托板的安装端容易互相碰撞而引起的强烈震动,给所述效果盘造成冲击,将所述防碰撞部件设于所述承托板上靠近所述安装端的一端可以有效的避免此情况。
进一步地,所述防碰撞部件为弹性片。所述弹性片具有形变缓冲效果,可减少所述效果盘在发生碰撞时受到的冲击力。
进一步地,所述弹性片包括相互连接的固定段和缓冲段,所述弹性片的固定段固定在所述承托板上,所述缓冲段悬空。增大所述弹性片的形变空间,保证了所述防碰撞部件的缓冲减震效果。
进一步地,所述弹性片还包括与所述缓冲段连接的防咬死段,所述防咬死段向靠近所述承托板的方向弯折。在所述效果盘互相发生碰撞时,所述防咬死段可以进行导向,避免所述缓冲段插入被碰撞部件,造成所述缓冲段的不可恢复形变。

进一步地,所述承托板的侧边设有护板,所述防碰撞部件设于所述护板上。以避免所述承托板过薄,造成所述防碰撞部件无法安装或者与所述承托板连接不牢固。

所述电机转轴转动时,带动所述固定端101运动,进而带动所述承托板100摆动。所述效果盘103固定于所述承托板100的安装端102上,所述承托板100摆动时,将带动所述安装端102一起移动,进而带动所述效果盘103切进切出光路。
所述效果盘可以是图案盘,也可以是色片盘、花样盘、旋转盘、棱镜、雾化镜、分光镜、调光片或频闪片中的一种。
在本实用新型优选的实施例中,所述防碰撞部件设于所述承托板100上靠近所述安装端102的一端。由于效果盘装置都需要将所述效果盘103运动至光路中,对光束进行切割或者滤光,所以当两个效果盘装置安装在同一平面时,所述防碰撞部件可以避免所述效果盘103在切进切出光路时,或者运输过程中,两个所述承托板100互相碰撞引起的强烈震动,而给所述效果盘103造成冲击。在其它实施例中,所述防碰撞部件也可以固定连接于所述承托板100的中端或固定连接于靠近所述固定端101的一端。
如图1和图2所示,在本实用新型优选的实施例中,所述防碰撞部件可以为弹性片210。所述弹性片210具有形变缓冲效果,可减少所述效果盘103在发生碰撞时受到的冲击力。
如图3所示,在本实用新型优选的实施例中,所述弹性片210包括相互连接的固定段211和缓冲段212,所述弹性片210的固定段211固定在承托板100上,所述缓冲段212悬空。增大所述弹性片210的形变空间,保证了所述防碰撞部件的缓冲减震效果。所述弹性片210的缓冲段位于所述固定段211靠近所述效果盘103的一侧,使得所述弹性片210能实现多角度防碰撞效果。

如图5所示,在本实用新型优选的实施例中,所述防碰撞部件可以为磁极块230。利用所述磁极块230同极相斥的特性,在被碰撞部件上设置极性相同的另一所述磁极块230,可以实现所述效果盘103在发生碰撞时,产生缓冲减震效果。
在本实用新型优选的实施例中,所述磁极块230的数量范围为5~20个,优选为10个,且依次排布固定在所述承托板100的一侧,一方面可以增大缓冲力,达到进一步优化缓冲减震效果,可以实现多角度防碰撞效果。在其它实施例中,所述磁极块230也可以任意数量为一组,每组以间隔2~5mm的距离依次排布固定在所述承托板100的一侧。
在本实用新型优选的实施例中,所述承托板100的侧边设有护板104,所述防碰撞部件200设于所述护板104上。以避免所述承托板100过薄,造成所述防碰撞部件无法安装或者与所述承托板100连接不牢固。
