发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种具有减速器的舞台灯,使得扫描系统更准确,可用更小的电机,空间占用也更小,效果更稳定。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有减速器的舞台灯,包括灯头、支撑臂以及底箱,所述灯头通过枢接轴枢接于所述支撑臂,所述支撑臂通过枢接轴枢接于所述底箱,所述灯头及/或所述支撑臂的所述枢接轴通过减速器与驱动机构的驱动轴连接。

如图1,为本发明第一实施例,提供一种具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,包括灯头(100)、支撑臂(200)以及底箱(300),所述灯头(100)通过枢接轴(400)枢接于所述支撑臂(200),所述支撑臂(200)通过枢接轴(400)枢接于所述底箱(300),所述灯头(100)在所述支撑臂(200)上绕第一方向旋转,所述支撑臂(200)转动以带动所述灯头(100)绕第二方向旋转,所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)的所述枢接轴(400)通过减速器(500)与驱动机构(600)的驱动轴(610)连接,可以仅其中一个所述枢接轴(400)通过减速器(500)与驱动机构(600)的驱动轴(610)连接,也可以是所述灯头(100)及所述支撑臂(200)的所述枢接轴(400)通过减速器(500)与驱动机构(600)的驱动轴(610)连接,以提高所述灯头(100)在对应方向上的旋转精度和稳定性。
本发明所述具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)的所述枢接轴(400)通过减速器(500)与所述驱动机构(600)的所述驱动轴(610)连接,从而实现利用所述减速器(500)内的传动件进行传动,避免采用同步带,传动件不会变形导致扫描定位不准确或者断裂损坏,产品性能更稳定。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述驱动轴(610)与所述枢接轴(400)垂直设置。在保障所述驱动轴(610)与所述枢接轴(400)垂直的前提下,所述驱动机构(600)可以围绕所述枢接轴(400)设置在任何位置,具体根据所述减速器(500)安装位置的空间大小来定,自由选择,以合理安排空间。可选地,所述灯头(100)与所述支撑臂(200)的所述枢接轴(400)位于共同平面且相互垂直,所述驱动轴(610)与所述共同平面垂直。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述减速器(500)与所述枢接轴(400)之间通过联轴法兰(700)连接。所述联轴法兰(700)可以在所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)、所述枢接轴(400)不经过特殊设计的情况下,将普通的所述旋转轴(510)与普通的所述枢接轴(400)连接起来,元件的通用性更强。所述联轴法兰(700)的形状可以根据需要自由选择,只要可以将所述旋转轴(510)与所述枢接轴(400)连接起来进行传动即可。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述联轴法兰(700)包括与所述枢接轴(400)连接的固定盘(711)以及与所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)连接的固定筒(712),所述固定盘(711) 位于所述固定筒(712)端部。所述固定盘(711)在垂直于盘的方向上设置锁紧孔(713),所述固定筒(712)在垂直于其中心线的方向上设置有锁紧孔(713),从而通过螺钉分别将所述固定盘(711)与所述枢接轴(400)连接,所述旋转轴(510)与所述固定筒(712)连接。由于所述枢接轴(400)一般直径较大,而所述减速器(500)的所述旋转轴(510)较小,所以将所述联轴法兰(700)设计为所述固定盘(711)加所述固定筒(712)的结构,可以解决所述枢接轴(400)与所述旋转轴(510)尺寸不匹配的问题,以将两者顺利连接起来
在本发明优选地实施例中,还包括对所述减速器(500)进行支撑的支撑架(520)。所述减速器(500)安装于所述支撑架(520)上,所述支撑架(520)固定于所述灯头(100)或者所述支撑臂(200),便于将所述减速器(500)固定。优选地,所述支撑架(520)呈U型板状,两侧板用于与支撑臂(200)的连接,顶板用于安装所述减速器(500)。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述减速器(500)为齿轮减速器。即所述减速器(500)内部的传动件均为齿轮。在其他实施例中,所述减速器(500)也可以为蜗杆减速器和行星减速器以及由齿轮减速器、蜗杆减速器和行星减速器互相组合起来的减速器。
需要注意的是,所述减速器(500)与所述驱动机构(600)的驱动轴(610)或者所述枢接轴(400)之间,可以适量采用同步带传动,在牺牲一定的精度情况下,满足各种具体应用需求;必要的时候,所述减速器(500)内部也可以设置同步带。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述灯头(100)的所述驱动机构(600)、所述支撑臂(200)述的所述驱动机构(600)均位于所述支撑臂(200)内。腾出所述灯头(100)、所述底箱(300)内部的空间,便于安装其它元件或者散热。
在其它实施例中,所述灯头(100)述的所述驱动机构(600)位于所述灯头(100)内,所述支撑臂(200)的所述驱动机构(600)位于所述底箱(300)内。腾出所述支撑臂(200)内部的空间,便于安装其它元件或者散热。
如图2,为本发明第二实施例,提供一种具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,包括灯头(100)、支撑臂(200)以及底箱(300),所述灯头(100)通过枢接轴(400)枢接于所述支撑臂(200),所述支撑臂(200)通过枢接轴(400)枢接于所述底箱(300),所述灯头(100)在所述支撑臂(200)上绕第一方向旋转,所述支撑臂(200)转动以带动所述灯头(100)绕第二方向旋转,所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)的所述枢接轴(400)通过减速器(500)与驱动机构(600)的驱动轴(610)连接,可以仅其中一个所述枢接轴(400)通过减速器(500)与驱动机构(600)的驱动轴(610)连接,也可以是所述灯头(100)及所述支撑臂(200) 的所述枢接轴(400)通过减速器(500)与驱动机构(600)的驱动轴(610)连接,以提高所述灯头(100)在对应方向上的旋转精度和稳定性。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述驱动轴(610)与所述枢接轴(400)平行设置。所述驱动机构(600)可以位于所述减速器(500)靠近所述枢接轴(400)一侧,也可以位于所述减速器(500)远离所述枢接轴(400)一侧,只要所述驱动轴(610)与所述枢接轴(400)平行设置即可。具体根据所述减速器(500)安装位置的空间大小来定,自由选择,以合理安排空间。优选地,所述驱动机构(600)可以位于所述减速器(500)远离所述枢接轴(400)一侧。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述枢接轴(400)沿长度方向具有用于过线或者流通冷却介质的贯穿孔(410),所述减速器(500)与所述枢接轴(400)连接的旋转轴(510)对应设置有通孔(511)。通过设置所述贯穿孔(410)与所述通孔(511),可以便于所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)内的线缆、冷却介质穿过,使所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)可以顺利旋转。可选地,所述枢接轴(400)、所述贯穿孔(410)中心线重合。可选地,所述枢接轴(400)、所述贯穿孔(410)均为圆孔。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述枢接轴(400)与所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)连接为一体。即直接将所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)作为所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)的枢接轴(400),减少了联轴法兰(700),结构更简单。可选地,连接为一体的所述枢接轴(400)与所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)均沿长度方向贯穿,以便于所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)内的线缆、冷却介质穿过。
如图3,为本发明第三实施例,与第一实施例的区别在于,所述联轴法兰(700)包括连接筒(720),所述连接筒(720)的侧壁沿长度方向设置有第一连接孔(721)以通过螺钉与所述枢接轴(400)连接固定,所述连接筒(720)的侧壁在与长度方向相垂直的方向上设置有第二连接孔(722)以通过螺钉与所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)连接固定。当所述旋转轴(510)与所述枢接轴(400)直径相同或者相近时,尤其是需要在所述减速器(500)的所述旋转轴(510)上设置通孔(511)时,可以直接通过所述连接筒(720)将两者连接起来,且可以保证所述联轴法兰(700)体积较小。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述驱动轴(610)与所述枢接轴(400)平行设置。所述驱动机构(600)可以位于所述减速器(500)靠近所述枢接轴(400)一侧,也可以位于所述减速器(500)远离所述枢接轴(400)一侧,只要所述驱动轴(610)与所述枢接轴(400)平 行设置即可。具体根据所述减速器(500)安装位置的空间大小来定,自由选择,以合理安排空间。优选地,所述驱动机构(600)可以位于所述减速器(500)远离所述枢接轴(400)一侧。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述枢接轴(400)沿长度方向具有用于过线或者流通冷却介质的贯穿孔(410),所述减速器(500)与所述枢接轴(400)连接的旋转轴(510)对应设置有通孔(511)。通过设置所述贯穿孔(410)与所述通孔(511),可以便于所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)内的线缆、冷却介质穿过,使所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)可以顺利旋转。可选地,所述枢接轴(400)、所述贯穿孔(410)中心线重合。可选地,所述枢接轴(400)、所述贯穿孔(410)均为圆孔。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,包括灯头(100)、支撑臂(200)以及底箱(300),所述灯头(100)通过枢接轴(400)枢接于所述支撑臂(200),所述支撑臂(200)通过枢接轴(400)枢接于所述底箱(300),所述灯头(100)及/或所述支撑臂(200)的所述枢接轴(400)通过减速器(500)与驱动机构(600)的驱动轴(610)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述驱动轴(610)与所述枢接轴(400)平行设置或者垂直设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述枢接轴(400)沿长度方向具有用于过线或者流通冷却介质的贯穿孔(410),所述减速器(500)与所述枢接轴(400)连接的旋转轴(510)对应设置有通孔(511)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述减速器(500)与所述枢接轴(400)之间通过联轴法兰(700)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述联轴法兰(700)包括与所述枢接轴(400)连接的固定盘(711)以及与所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)连接的固定筒(712),所述固定盘(711)位于所述固定筒(712)端部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述联轴法兰(700)包括连接筒(720),所述连接筒(720)的侧壁沿长度方向设置有第一连接孔(721)以通过螺钉与所述枢接轴(400)连接固定,所述连接筒(720)的侧壁在与长度方向相垂直的方向上设置有第二连接孔(722)以通过螺钉与所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)连接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,还包括对所述减速器(500)进行支撑的支撑架(520)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述减速器(500)为齿轮减速器。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述枢接轴(400)与所述减速器(500)的旋转轴(510)连接为一体。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述灯头(100)的所述驱动机构(600)、所述支撑臂(200)述的所述驱动机构(600)均位于所述支撑臂(200)内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的具有减速器(500)的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述灯头(100)述的所述驱动机构(600)位于所述灯头(100)内,所述支撑臂(200)的所述驱动机构(600) 位于所述底箱(300)内。
