Description
本发明涉及轨道交通设备技术领域,尤其是一种用于轨道交通显示器的保护装置。
随着轨道交通技术的不断发展,高铁、动车、地铁已经成为了人们日常生活中经常使用的交通工具,一般在轨道交通站点内,比如地铁站,为了指示人们的出行路线,或者为了广告传媒旋转,通常都会设有显示器。
现有的技术中,一般将显示器直接挂在墙壁上,而地铁行驶中会有很大的振动力,振动力通过墙壁传播,长时间容易将显示器振坏,造成损失,甚至振落,有安全隐患,因此,本发明提出一种用于轨道交通的显示器保护装置以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种用于轨道交通显示器的保护装置,本发明能更全面的保护显示器,避免由于振动影响显示器的正常使用。
本发明的技术方案为:一种用于轨道交通显示器的保护装置,包括显示屏保护壳体,以及设置在显示屏保护壳体内的横梁,还包括铰接在显示屏保护壳体内侧的多个扣边组件,以及设置在横梁中央位置的减震机构,所述的减震机构包括减震背仓,以及设置在所述的减震背仓内的多个减震弹簧,每个所述的减震弹簧上端设置有垫片,通过减震机构削弱墙壁传递的震动;多个所述的扣边组件位于横梁的两端,所述减震背仓与扣边组件之间的横梁上还设置有安装片,通过所述的安装片安装显示器,并通过两侧的扣边组件扣紧。
进一步的,所述的扣边组件包括L型卡板和L型胶垫,所述的L型卡板铰接于显示屏保护壳体内侧壁上,所述L型卡板的内侧设置有L型胶垫。
进一步的,所述的安装片上设置有多个用于与显示器连接的螺纹孔。
进一步的,所述显示屏保护壳体的底端还开设有贯穿底部的散热孔。
进一步的,所述显示屏保护壳体的四角均设置有护角垫,通过护角垫保护并支撑显示器的四角,对显示器的保护更全面,避免振动力影响显示器的正常使用。
进一步的,所述的显示屏保护壳体的外侧还设置有固定框架,通过固定框架将显示屏保护壳体固定或悬挂在墙体上。
进一步的,所述的固定框架包括顶板和支撑板,所述的顶板和支撑板之间还设置有多个 连杆。
进一步的,所述支撑板上还开设有多个与散热孔连通的风扇孔,所述的风扇孔内设置有散热扇,通过散热扇给显示屏散热。

本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明通过将显示器安装在保护壳体内,并利用减震背仓对其进行减震;
2、本发明利用扣边组件扣紧显示器,通过扣边组件的L型胶垫减震,同时通过四角的护角垫对显示器进行减震和支撑;
3、本发明通过固定框架将保护装置固定于墙体上,通过吊杆和固定肋片保证保护壳体的稳定性;
4、本发明通过散热扇实现对显示器的扇热,进一步延长显示器的使用寿命,并且通过玻璃门进一步保护,防止灰尘进入保护壳体内。

优选的,所述的减震机构与扣边组件3之间的横梁2上还设置有安装片9,所述的安装片9上开设有螺纹孔10,所述的螺纹孔10通过与螺栓配合以实现将显示器固定在显示屏保护壳体1内。
优选的,所述的减震机构包括减震背仓4,以及设置在所述的减震背仓4内的多个减震弹簧5,每个所述的减震弹簧5上端设置有垫片6,安装后的显示器后端与垫片6接触,通过减震弹簧5的作用削弱墙壁传递的震动,从而实现对显示器进行减震保护。
优选的,所述的扣边组件3包括L型卡板7和L型胶垫8,所述的L型卡板7铰接于显示屏保护壳体1内侧壁上,所述L型卡板7的内侧设置有L型胶垫8,参见图4,所述的L型胶垫8与显示器的边缘接触,并扣紧显示器。同时,所述显示屏保护壳体1的四角均设置有护角垫11,通过护角垫11对显示器起到保护和支撑的作用,从而实现对显示器更全面的保护,避免震动力影响显示器的正常使用。
