下面参考图1-图6描述根据本公开实施例的颈椎按摩仪1。如图1-图6所示,颈椎按摩仪1包括中间支架100、左夹臂200、右夹臂300、条状导电带400和加热带500。中间支架100的材料可以是硅胶,以提高中间支架100的变形能力。条状导电带400可以为柔性材料,例如,导电硅胶。加热带500可以为柔性材料,例如,石墨烯。
中间支架100具有朝向颈部的主按摩面110,左夹臂200安装于中间支架100的左端,右夹臂300安装于中间支架100的右端。多个条状导电带400设于中间支架100的主按摩面110,每个条状导电带400沿中间支架100的长度方向延伸。加热带500设于中间支架100的主按摩面110,加热带500通过条状导电带400对人体的被按摩区域进行加热。主按摩面110可以为柔性材料,例如,非导电硅胶。
具体而言,中间支架100构造成与人体脖颈形状相适应的C字型,主按摩面110为中间支架100的朝向人体脖颈的表面。多个条状导电带400与人体皮肤接触。多个条状导电带400包括至少一个正极的条状导电带400和至少一个负极的条状导电带400。加热带500可以通过条状导电带400对人体的被按摩区域进行加热,例如,加热带500产生热量,并将热量传递至条状导电带400,从而条状导电带400在按摩的同时能够进行加热,以提高舒适性。
根据本公开实施例的颈椎按摩仪1,采用条状导电带400代替相关技术中按摩头电极,条状导电带400无需像按摩头电极一般凸出,从而减小了颈椎按摩仪1的体积。并且,通过多个条状导电带400的设置,在颈椎按摩仪1工作时,多个条状导电带400可以与人体形成回路,达到按摩的效果,并且由于导电带400设置为条状,且每个条状导电带400沿中间支架100的长度方向延伸,多个条状导电带400与人体接触的总面积大,相比相关技术中的局部按摩,实现了大面积连续区域的按摩,不仅增大了按摩区域,扫清了按摩盲点,提高了用户舒适性,并且有效避免了刺痛的产生,保证按摩的舒适性。此外,通过加热带500的设置,颈椎按摩仪1还可以为人体提供加热的效果,进一步地增加的按摩效果和舒适性。
如此,根据本公开实施例的颈椎按摩仪1具有按摩面积大、舒适性高、体积小等优点。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图3和图4所示,左夹臂200具有朝向颈部的左按摩面210,邻近左夹臂200的条状导电带400进一步延伸至左夹臂200的左按摩面210。右夹臂300具有朝向颈部的右按摩面310,邻近右夹臂300的条状导电带400进一步延伸至右夹臂300的右按摩面310。这样颈椎按摩仪1对颈椎的按摩区域更大,并且还可以避免刺痛的产生。
进一步地,中间支架100的主按摩面110构造有间隔设置的多个主安装槽111,多 个条状导电带400一一对应地装配于多个主安装槽111。左夹臂200的左按摩面210构造有左安装槽211,条状导电带400的延伸至左按摩面210的部分装配于左安装槽211;右夹臂300的右安装面构造有右安装槽311,条状导电带400的延伸至右按摩面310的部分装配于右安装槽311。这样条状导电带400与中间支架100、左夹臂200和右夹臂300的连接稳定,保证了颈椎按摩仪1的结构的紧凑,利于颈椎按摩仪1的小型化。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图3和图4所示,邻近左夹臂200的加热带500进一步延伸至左夹臂200的左按摩面210,邻近右夹臂300的加热带500进一步延伸至右夹臂300的右按摩面310。
举例而言,加热带500未延伸至左按摩面210与人体颈部动脉接触的位置,且加热带500未延伸至右按摩面310与人体颈部动脉接触的位置。
如此,既可以使左按摩面210和右按摩面310有对颈椎加热的效果,又避免了对人体颈椎部的动脉加热,保证了安全性,也有利于颈椎按摩仪1的小型化设计。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1-图3所示,多个条状导电带400沿中间支架100长度方向间隔设置,加热带500沿中间支架100长度方向延伸。这样既避免了多个条状导电带400之间发生短路,又可以提供更大面积的加热和按摩区域,保证了加热和按摩的效果。
或者,如图6所示,多个条状导电带400沿中间支架100的宽度方向间隔设置,每个加热带500沿中间支架100长度方向延伸且多个加热带500沿中间支架100宽度方向间隔设置。这样不仅避免了多个条状导电带400之间发生短路,而且加热带500和条状导电带400可以形成一个连续的弧形加热带,进一步提升了按摩和加热的连续性。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1所示,加热带500内置于条状导电带400。
举例而言,加热带500与条状导电带400一体成型。多个条状导电带400沿中间支架100长度方向间隔设置时,位于条状导电带400的加热带500可以相连,即可将一条加热带500的不同部分内置于多个条状导电带400内,且该条加热带500沿中间支架100的长度方向延伸,即加热带500沿C字型中间支架100的形状延伸,以使加热效果更加均匀。
当然,也可以设置多个加热带500,加热带500与条状导电带400一一对应,且多个加热带500之间间隔设置。
如此,条状导电带400与加热带500的接触面积大,可以起到快速加热的作用,且加热带500与条状导电带400的连接稳定,避免了脱落的情况发生。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图3所示,加热带500设于条状导电带400和中间支架100之间。
举例而言,加热带500设置在条状导电带400背向颈椎的一面和中间支架100朝向颈椎一面之间。如此,在保证加热效果的同时,便于加热带500与条状导电带400的连接,减少了加工难度,且便于后续维护和维修。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1-图3和图6所示,条状导电带400和加热带500中的至少一个上设有绝缘层,所述绝缘层分隔条状导电带400和加热带500。
具体而言,条状导电带400与加热带500接触的部分可以由绝缘材料制成,以形成所述绝缘层;或加热带500的表面设置绝缘层。如此,所述绝缘层的设置,防止了加热带500造成的多个条状导电带400之间短路,且可以防止条状导电带400和加热带500之间发生短路,避免了损坏颈椎按摩仪1或者对颈椎造成伤害,提高了颈椎按摩仪1的安全性。
本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,上述两种所述绝缘层的设置方式可以根据使用情况,同时设置或任一单独设置。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图4和图5所示,颈椎按摩仪1还包括弹性支架120。弹性支架120安装于中间支架100且与中间支架100的形状适配。
举例而言,弹性支架120为C字型,且具有良好的刚性和弹性。弹性支架120设置在中间支架100背向颈椎的一面,弹性支架120的左端安装在左夹臂200的内部,弹性支架120的右端安装在右夹臂300的内部。如此,弹性支架120的设置,对颈椎按摩仪1的形状保持和适应不同的颈椎形状具有积极意义,提高了颈椎按摩仪1的普适性和使用寿命。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图2所示,每个条状导电带400凸出中间支架100的主按摩面110为2mm-10mm。
具体而言,每个条状导电带400的与颈椎接触的一面凸出中间支架100的主按摩面为2mm-10mm。这样条状导电带400可以更好地与人体脖子处的皮肤接触,贴合更好,进而提供更好地亲肤效果,且避免接触不良造成的刺痛等负面效果,保证了按摩舒适性。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1-图3和图6所示,多个条状导电带400沿颈椎按摩仪1的周向的环绕区域所对应的圆心角之和为310°-330°,如图2中α和图6中β所示,即多个条状导电带400沿颈椎按摩仪1的长度方向所对应的圆心角之和为310°-330°。
举例而言,多个条状导电带400沿颈椎按摩仪1的长度方向间隔设置,多个条状 导电带400沿颈椎按摩仪1的周向的环绕区域所对应的圆心角之和为320°,如图2中α所示,即以中间支架100长度方向上的中点为零度,条状导电带400的分布范围在-160°-160°之间,其中,包括多个条状导电带400之间的间隔部分。
或多个条状导电带400沿颈椎按摩仪1的宽度方向间隔设置,每个条状导电带400沿颈椎按摩仪1的周向的环绕区域所对应的圆心角为320°,如图6中β所示,即以中间支架100的中点为零度,条状导电带400的分布范围在-160°-160°之间。
如此,保证多个条状导电带400在人体颈椎的周向上的覆盖长度,这样可以为颈椎提供更大的按摩和发热的区域,保证了按摩效果。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1-图3和图6所示,条状导电带400在主按摩面110内的正投影面积与主按摩面110的面积之比大于30%。如此,在保证条状导电带400和主按摩面110的连接强度以及中间支架100的结构强度的同时,增大条状导电带400的面积,进一步地保证条状导电带400与人体的接触面积,进而提供更大的发热和按摩区域,增加按摩舒适性。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1-图3和图6所示,条状导电带400为导电硅胶,所述导电硅胶的硬度为10邵氏硬度-15邵氏硬度。
举例而言,所述导电硅胶的材料可为复合硅胶材料,条状导电带400的与加热带500接触的部分可以由绝缘硅胶制成,条状导电带400的其它部分由导电硅胶制成。如此,在使用时,条状导电带400具有更好的柔性,以适应人体颈椎的形状,进一步地增大与颈椎的接触面积,提供更好的按摩和亲肤效果。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,包括:
    中间支架,所述中间支架具有朝向颈部的主按摩面;
    左夹臂,所述左夹臂安装于所述中间支架的左端;
    右夹臂,所述右夹臂安装于所述中间支架的右端;
    多个条状导电带,多个所述条状导电带设于所述中间支架的主按摩面,每个所述条状导电带沿所述中间支架的长度方向延伸;
    加热带,所述加热带设于所述中间支架的主按摩面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述左夹臂具有朝向颈部的左按摩面,邻近所述左夹臂的条状导电带进一步延伸至所述左夹臂的左按摩面;
    所述右夹臂具有朝向颈部的右按摩面,邻近所述右夹臂的条状导电带进一步延伸至所述右夹臂的右按摩面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述中间支架的主按摩面构造有间隔设置的多个主安装槽,多个所述条状导电带一一对应地装配于多个所述主安装槽;
    所述左夹臂的左按摩面构造有左安装槽,所述条状导电带的延伸至所述左按摩面的部分装配于所述左安装槽;
    所述右夹臂的右按摩面构造有右安装槽,所述条状导电带的延伸至所述右按摩面的部分装配于所述右安装槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,邻近所述左夹臂的加热带进一步延伸至所述左夹臂的左按摩面;
    邻近所述右夹臂的加热带进一步延伸至所述右夹臂的右按摩面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,多个所述条状导电带沿所述中间支架长度方向间隔设置,所述加热带沿所述中间支架长度方向延伸;或
    多个所述条状导电带沿所述中间支架的宽度方向间隔设置,每个所述加热带沿所述中间支架长度方向延伸且多个所述加热带沿所述中间支架宽度方向间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述加热带内置于所述条状导电带。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述加热带设于所述条状导电带和所述中间支架之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述条状导电带和所述加热 带中的至少一个上设有绝缘层,所述绝缘层分隔所述条状导电带和所述加热带。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,还包括:
    弹性支架,所述弹性支架安装于所述中间支架且与所述中间支架的形状适配。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,每个所述条状导电带凸出所述中间支架的主按摩面2mm-10mm。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,多个所述条状导电带沿颈椎按摩仪的周向的环绕区域所对应的圆心角之和为310°-330°。
  12. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述条状导电带在所述主按摩面内的正投影面积与所述主按摩面的面积之比大于30%。
  13. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述条状导电带为导电硅胶,所述导电硅胶的硬度为10邵氏硬度-15邵氏硬度。
